Abstract

本发明公开了一种与3GPP协议兼容的提供移动设备(ME)用户信息的方法,包括:移动业务交换中心(MSC)或GPRS服务支持节点(SGSN)向设备识别寄存器(EIR)发送检测国际移动设备识别码(IMEI)的请求消息;除IMEI以外,该消息以符合3GPP协议的方式包含了与该ME对应的当前设备状态(ES)、和/或国际移动用户识别码(IMSI)等附加参数;如果未启动ME合法性检查机制,则EIR将当前的ES发送给MSC或SGSN;如果启动ME合法性检查机制,则EIR利用上述附加参数判定该IMEI对应的ME是否合法,并将判定结果发送给MSC或SGSN,如ES为被列入黑名单状态则ME将被禁止接入移动网络;同时,EIR将采集到的IMEI与其它参数提供给中央EIR(CEIR)或其它用户设备。本发明还公开了一种与3GPP协议兼容的提供移动设备用户信息的系统:MSC、SGSN、EIR及CEIR。本发明的应用实施例中,通过把IMEI、ES、IMSI等信息提供给EIR,增强了检查ME合法性的精准度和灵活性,所提供的信息可做为终端管理和业务适配系统的实时数据源,增强了移动设备的安全性以及移动通信系统的可服务性。

Description

与 3GPP 协议兼容的提供移动设备用户信息的方法及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信领域,尤其涉及一种与 3GPP 协议兼容的提供移动设备用户信息的方法及系统。
背景技术
IMEI(International Mobile station Equipment Identity ,国际移动设备识别码 ) 共 15 位数字,根据 3GPP 协议,具体的构成方式为 TAC-SNR-SP ,其中, TAC(Type Approval Code, 设备型号核准号码 ) 为 8 位数字, 2003 年之前 IMEI 的第 7 、 8 位为 FAC(Factory Assembly Number ,工厂装配码,一般代表产地 ) , 2003 年以后 TAC 被并入 TAC ,不再单独使用; SNR( Serial Number ,序列号 ) 为 6 位数字,同一类型的移动设备不存在两个相同的 SNR 号码; SP (Spare ,备用号码 ) 为 1 位数字,经由移动台传输时设置为 0 ,移动台中存储的 IMEI 一般补充 1 位数字作为校验位以防止出现人工错误。
IMEISV(International Mobile station Equipment Identity and Software Version Number ,国际移动设备识别码及软件版本号 ) 共 16 位数字,是由 IMEI 增加 SVN(Software Version Number ,软件版本号 ) 构成, SVN 为 2 位数字。
IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity ,国际移动用户识别码 ) 共 15 位数字,由 MCC ( Mobile Country Code ,移动国家码)、 MNC ( MNC:Mobile Network Code ,移动网络码) MSIN ( Mobile Subscriber Identification Number ,移动用户识别号码)。
在2G 网络的电路域中,当 MS ( Mobile Station ,移动台,由移动设备 ME 和签约用户识别模块构成 SIM )接入业务或位置更新时, MSC (Mobile Switch Center ,移动交换中心 )/VLR ( Visit Location Register ,拜访位置寄存器 ) 利用 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息发起到 EIR( Equipment Identity Register ,设备识别寄存器 ) 的合法性验证,以检查移动设备是否合法,然后决定移动设备能否在网络中继续进行业务接入。
在2G网络的分组域中,当 MS 接入业务或位置更新时, SGSN (GPRS Service Support Node , GPRS 服务支持节点 ) 利用 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息发送到 EIR 的合法性验证,以检查移动设备是否合法,然后决定移动设备能否在网络中继续进行业务接入。
在3G网络中,当 MS ( Mobile Station ,移动台,由用户设备 UE 和用户识别模块 UIM 构成)接入业务或位置更新时, SGSN 或 MSC 利用 MAP_CHECK_IMEI (检查 IMEI )消息发送到 EIR 的合法性验证,以检查移动设备是否合法,然后决定移动设备能否在网络中继续进行业务接入。
在2G和3G网络中,进行移动设备合法性验证的信令流程相同,并在 3GPP 协议的 MAP 技术规范 TS 29.002 中做出了明确规定。由于 3GPP 协议版本的不同,具体的信令流程略有差异,但原则上保持后向兼容。
目前,主流运营商的核心网( Core Network ,简称 CN )设备均采用了 R5 ( Release 5 ,即发布版本 5 )或更高版本的 3GPP 技术规范。国际上对移动设备合法性检查的方法和系统则仍以 R4 及以前版本为主。
移动设备合法性检查功能的应用范围是符合 3GPP 协议的所有移动通信网络,包括 GSM 、 WCDMA 、 TD-SCDMA 等,应支持各种版本的核心网,并对以前版本后向兼容。
电路域中执行移动设备合法性检查功能的具体流程如图 1 所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤 S101 ,由 MSC/VLR 通过 F 接口向 EIR 发送检查 IMEI 请求消息 MAP_CHECK_IMEI ,该消息中携带多个与移动台相关的参数,如调用号 (Invoke ID) 、 IMEI 、 IMEISV 、请求的设备信息、设备状态、 BMUEF 、用户错误信息、及提供者错误信息等。具体定义如表 1 ( R4 及以前版本)和表 2 ( R5 及以后版本)所示:

通过对 3GPP 协议中上述各版本对 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 编码方式的比较可知: R4 及以前版本规定了的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 的最基本内容,即请求消息参数中仅包含 IMEI ,而响应消息参数中仅包含设备状态; R5 及 R6 在以前版本之上做出了较大的改进; R7 及以后版本未对 R5 及 R6 做实质性改进,但表述方式更加清晰。
最初,检查移动设备合法性的目的被设定为阻止故障设备和被盗设备接入移动网络。而利用上述 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息的基本方式(即 R4 及以前版本)对移动设备合法性进行验证时,设备状态是移动设备是否合法的唯一依据,只要移动设备所用 IMEI 合法即可通过验证流程并开始使用网络业务。如果某 IMEI 合法,则使用了非法复制该 IMEI 的移动设备同样会被认为合法,并顺利接入移动网络。
由于标准的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中用于检查 IMEI 合法性的信息不足,依照该技术规范制造的 EIR 设备存在技术缺陷。很多运营商在网络建设的初期往往并不采用 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 进行移动设备管理。
随着移动多媒体业务的发展,业务对移动设备(或称移动终端)的依赖性逐步显现。不同类型的手机对多媒体业务的支持差异明显。对 IMEI 应用的研究进入了一个全新的阶段。除原有的防止被盗设备、故障设备的管理外,关注的重点已经转移到对 IMEI 中 TAC 所代表的型号信息的开发和利用。原本主要用于检查移动设备合法性的方法及系统,更多地被用于提供移动设备用户信息。
为了更好地解决 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中缺乏除 IMEI 之外的有用信息的问题,在标准的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中增加参数的技术方案已被提上日程,主要的附加参数为 IMSI ,其他的参数还包括 MSISDN ( Mobile Subscirber ISDN ,移动用户 ISDN 号码)。此类方案一般是利用专有技术在 R4 及以前版本的编码方式中直接在 IMEI 之后增加 IMSI 等参数,达到 IMEI 与 IMSI 绑定的目的。因为采用了不符合 3GPP 协议的专有技术,此类方案只能在特定厂商提供的网络设备上方可实现,相关业务的开发平台也必须专门定制。如果需要调整附加参数,则需要大范围的设备改造,包括:核心网设备、开发平台、应用软件等。基于上述专有技术的实现方案客观上限制了移动通信运营商在采购设备时的选择范围。采用非标准的专有技术对 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息进行扩展的技术方案及系统与 3GPP 协议不兼容,还不具备大规模商用的条件。
综上所述,目前对提供移动设备用户信息的方法及系统的研究和应用还停留在 R4 及以前版本的技术基础上,无法满足移动运营商发展移动多媒体业务的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种与 3GPP 协议兼容的提供移动设备用户信息的方法及系统,利用现有符合 3GPP 协议的移动设备检查( MAP_CHECK_IMEI )机制及时提供与移动设备(可通过 IMEI 进行唯一性识别)相关的 ES ( Equipment Status ,设备状态)、 IMSI 等信息,在提高移动设备合法性检查的精准度的同时,提供与 IMEI 相关的更多有用信息,以提高移动设备的安全性和可服务性。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于提供与 3GPP 协议兼容的移动设备用户信息的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器通过 F 接口或 GPRS 服务支持节点通过 Gf 接口向设备识别寄存器发送 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 检查请求消息,所述检查请求消息包括已编码的所述移动设备的国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息;所述设备识别寄存器接收并解码所述检查请求消息;所述设备识别寄存器根据所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息对所述移动设备进行合法性检查;所述设备识别寄存器将合法性检查结果通过 F 接口发送回所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或通过 Gf 接口发送回所述 GPRS 服务支持节点;所述设备识别寄存器通过用户接口将所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息发送到所述中央设备识别寄存器。
根据本发明的另一个方面,所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或 GPRS 服务支持节点向设备识别寄存器发送检查请求消息之前还包括:所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或 GPRS 服务支持节点在收到移动设备开机或位置更新等触发消息时,获取所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息。

本发明中,以利用符合 3GPP 协议的编码方式在 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中增加 ES 、 IMSI 等信息,提高了移动设备合法性检查的精确度,可提供与移动设备相关的多种有用信息,提高了移动设备的安全性和可服务性。

具体实施方式
根据本发明,提供了一种与 3GPP 协议兼容的提供移动设备用户信息的方法,由于 F 接口与 Gf 接口并无差异,如无必要以下将不再分别论述。根据本发明的方法流程如图 3 所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤 S301 , MSC/VLR 或 SGSN 收到移动台的开机附着、位置更新等触发消息,通过查询获得 IMEI 和 IMSI 、 ES 等信息,对标准的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 进行扩展,具体的扩展方式为启用 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中的 extensionContainer 机制,并选择使用 privateExtensionList ,将 IMSI 、 ES 以及扩展版本信息、功能识别号等编码为 privateExtensionList 中的 extId 形式,其中 extId 由 1~16 个整数构成;
步骤 S302 , EIR 设备收到 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息后,解析出 IMEI 。如果存在 extensionContainer 扩展内容,则按照与步骤 S301 中的编码方式相对应的解码方式解析出 IMSI 、 ES 等用户信息,以 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 方式向 CEIR 或其它用户设备提供与该移动设备相关的用户信息;
步骤 S303 , CEIR 设备收到 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息后,解析出 IMEI 、 IMSI 、 ES 等用户信息,以 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE_ACK 方式向 EIR 发出对 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 的确认消息;
步骤 S304 ,如果 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中未包含可识别的扩展信息,则按照标准的 3GPP 协议进行合法性检查。如果包含可识别的扩展信息,且不需要进行合法性检查,则把解析出的现有 ES 做为检查结果发送给 MSC/VLR 或 SGSN 。如果包含可识别的扩展信息,且需要进行合法性检查,则利用 IMEI 及附加信息( IMSI 、 ES 等)精确判定移动设备的合法性:如合法则允许接入网络或继续原业务流程,否则拒绝接入网络或中断原业务流程。
本发明提供了一种与 3GPP 协议兼容的提供移动设备用户信息的方法,通过在 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中增加附加参数( IMSI 、 ES 等),增强了判定移动设备合法性的准确度,更能在不启动移动设备合法性检查的情况下提供移动设备用户信息,从而增强了移动通信的可服务性。
参考图 4 ,为 MSC/VLR 设备中的具体处理流程:
步骤 S401 ,接收到 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 触发事件,如移动设备进行开机附着、位置更新等;
步骤 S402 ,检查是否启动 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 流程,如果不需要,则按正常流程处理;如果需要,则转步骤 S403 ;
步骤 S403 ,获取与该移动设备相关的 IMEI 和 IMSI 、 ES 等信息,按照 3GPP 协议规定的标准方式将 IMEI 编码到 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中,把其它信息以 extensionContainer/ privateExtensionList/ extId 的形式编码到 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中;
步骤 S404 ,将该 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息通过 F 接口或 Gf 接口发送到 EIR ;
步骤 S405 ,等待来自于 EIR 的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 响应消息;
步骤 S406 ,接收来自于 EIR 的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 响应消息;
步骤 S407 ,根据 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 响应结果判断移动设备是否允许业务接入 , 如合法则允许接入网络或继续原业务流程,否则拒绝接入网络或中断原业务流程。
参考图 5 ,为 SGSN 设备中的具体处理流程:
步骤 S501 ,接收到 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 触发事件,如移动设备进行开机附着、位置更新等;
步骤 S502 ,检查是否启动 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 流程,如果不需要,则按正常流程处理;如果需要,则转步骤 S503 ;
步骤 S503 ,获取与该移动设备相关的 IMEI 和 IMSI 、 ES 等信息,按照 3GPP 协议规定的标准方式将 IMEI 编码到 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中,把其它信息以 extensionContainer/ privateExtensionList/ extId 的形式编码到 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中;
步骤 S504 ,将该 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息通过 F 接口或 Gf 接口发送到 EIR ;
步骤 S505 ,等待来自于 EIR 的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 响应消息;
步骤 S506 ,接收来自于 EIR 的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 响应消息;
步骤 S507 ,根据 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 响应结果判断移动设备是否允许业务接入 , 如合法则允许接入网络或继续原业务流程,否则拒绝接入网络或中断原业务流程。
参考图 6 ,为 EIR 设备中的具体处理流程:
步骤 S601 ,接收 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 请求消息;
步骤 S602 ,对接收到的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 请求消息进行解码;
步骤 S603 ,根据上述解析结果判断是否支持扩展功能,如果支持则转入步骤 S604, 否则转入步骤 S607 ;
步骤 S604 ,发送 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息,为 CEIR 或其它用户设备提供移动设备用户信息;
步骤 S605 ,判断是否进行合法性检查,如果启动合法性检查,则转入步骤 S607 ,否则,转入步骤 S606 ;
步骤 S606 ,未启动移动设备合法性检查的情况下,保留原有设备状态转步骤 S608 ;
步骤 S607 ,进行移动设备合法性检查。如果支持扩展功能,则 IMSI 、 ES 等附加参数均可用于对移动设备合法性的判定过程,相对于仅依靠 IMEI 的判定方法,可识别使用非法复制 IMEI 的移动设备;
步骤 S608 ,通过 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 响应消息将该用户设备的合法性状态通知 MSC/VLR 或 SGSN 设备。
参考图 7 ,为 CEIR 设备中的具体处理流程:
步骤 S701 ,判断是否有来自于 EIR 的 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息,如果有则转入步骤 S702 ,否则转入步骤 S706 ;
步骤 S702 ,接收 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 请求消息;
步骤 S703 ,解析出 IMEI 、 IMSI 、 ES 等移动设备用户信息;
步骤 S704 ,利用上述信息对 IMEI 中央数据库进行即时更新;
步骤 S705 ,发送 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE_ACK 消息;
步骤 S706 ,判断是否有其它用户设备的查询请求消息,如果有则转入步骤 S707 ;
步骤 S707 ,接收查询请求消息;
步骤 S708 ,查询并获得所需信息,并编码到查询响应消息中;
步骤 S709 ,向查询方发送查询响应消息。
根据本发明,还提供了一种与 3GPP 协议兼容的提供移动设备用户信息的系统,系统的总体结构如图 8 所示,包括 MSC/VLR 设备 810 、 SGSN 设备 820 、 EIR 设备 830 和 CEIR 设备 840 。 MSC/VLR 设备 810 或 SGSN 设备 820 将 IMSI 、 ES 等信息以 extensionContainer/ privateExtensionList/ extId 方式编码到 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 请求消息中以进行扩展,并通过 F 接口或 Gf 接口将该请求消息发送到 EIR 设备 830 ; EIR 设备 830 从扩展的 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 请求消息中解码出 IMEI 以及 IMSI 、 ES 等附加参数,并提供给 CEIR 设备 840 或其它用户设备;如果不启动合法性检查,则保留移动设备现有状态不变,上述检查结果通过 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 响应消息发送给 MSC/VLR 设备 810 或 SGSN 设备 820 。
如图 9 所示, MSC/VLR 设备进一步包括:数据获取单元 901 、检查请求编码单元 902 、检查请求发送单元 903 、检查响应接收单元 904 和检查响应解码单元 905 ;所述数据获取单元 901 用于获取 IMSI 、 ES 等信息;所述检查请求编码单元 902 ,用于将 IMSI 、 ES 等信息与 IMEI 一起编码到检查请求消息中;所述检查请求发送单元 903 ,用于将所述检查请求消息发送到 EIR 设备;所述检查响应接收单元 904 ,用于将所述从 EIR 设备接收检查响应消息;所述检查响应解码单元 905 ,用于从检查响应消息中解码出 EIR 设备所进行合法性判断的结果。
如图 10 所示, SGSN 设备进一步包括:数据获取单元 1001 、检查请求编码单元 1002 、检查请求发送单元 1003 、检查响应接收单元 1004 和检查响应解码单元 1005 ;所述数据获取单元 1001 ,用于获取 IMSI 、 ES 等信息;所述检查请求编码单元 1002 ,用于将 IMSI 、 ES 等信息与 IMEI 一起编码到检查请求消息中;所述检查请求发送单元 1003 ,用于将所述检查请求消息发送到 EIR 设备;所述检查响应接收单元 1004 ,用于将所述从 EIR 设备接收检查响应消息;所述检查响应解码单元 1005 ,用于从检查响应消息中解码出 EIR 设备所进行合法性判断的结果。
如图 11 所示, EIR 设备进一步包括:检查请求接收单元 1101 、检查请求解码单元 1102 、合法性判定单元 1103 、检查响应编码单元 1104 、检查响应发送单元 1105 、移动设备用户信息更新编码单元 1106 和设备用户信息更新发送单元 1107 ;所述检查请求接收单元 1101 ,用于接收来自于 MSC/VLR 设备 810 或 SGSN 设备 820 的检查请求消息;所述检查请求解码单元 1102 ,用于从所述检查请求消息中解析出 IMEI 、 IMSI 、 ES 等信息;所述合法性判断单元 1103 ,根据所述 IMEI 、 ES 、 IMSI 等信息判定移动设备的合法性;所述检查响应编码单元 1104 ,用于将合法性判断结果编码到检查响应消息中;所述检查响应发送单元 1105 ,用于将所述检查响应消息发送到原 MSC/VLR 设备 810 或 SGSN 设备 820 ;所述移动设备用户信息更新编码单元 1106 ,用于将 EIR 设备所获得的 IMEI 、 IMSI 、 ES 等移动设备用户信息编码到 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息中;所述移动设备用户信息更新发送单元 1107 ,用于将所述 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息发送到 CEIR 设备 840 等移动设备用户信息接收设备。
如图 12 所示, CEIR 设备进一步包括:移动设备用户信息更新接收单元 1201 、移动设备用户信息更新解码单元 1202 、 IMEI 中央数据库单元 1203 、移动终端型号特征数据库单元 1204 和数据服务单元 1205 ;所述移动设备用户信息更新接收单元 1201 ,用于接收来自于 EIR 设备的 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息;所述移动设备用户信息更新解码单元 1202 ,用于从所述 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息中解析出 IMEI 、 IMSI 、 ES 等信息;所述 IMEI 中央数据库单元 1203 ,用于移动设备用户信息( IMEI 、 IMSI 、 ES 等)的存储及管理, IMEI 中央数据库至少应包含 IMEI 及 IMSI 、 ES 信息,其余信息如 LAI 、 MSISDN 等做为可选项选择存储;所述移动终端型号特征数据库单元 1204 ,用于移动设备终端型号特征信息(如操作系统、物理尺寸、显示器特征等)的存储及管理;所述数据服务单元 1205 ,用于为其它移动通信业务单元提供与 IMEI 相关的移动终端适配功能或查询功能。
本发明提供了一种与 3GPP 协议兼容的提供移动设备用户信息的系统,通过在 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 消息中增加附加参数的方法,实现了无论是否启动合法性检查的情况下均可及时向 CEIR 或其它用户设备提供移动设备当前用户信息的功能。通过把 IMEI 、 ES 、 IMSI 等信息提供给 EIR ,增强了检查移动设备合法性的精准度和灵活性,所提供的信息可做为终端管理和业务适配系统的实时数据源,增强了移动设备的安全性以及移动通信系统的可服务性。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是,本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种用于提供与 3GPP 协议兼容的移动设备用户信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括下列步骤:
    移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器通过 F 接口或 GPRS 服务支持节点通过 Gf 接口向设备识别寄存器发送 MAP_CHECK_IMEI 检查请求消息,所述检查请求消息包括已编码的所述移动设备的国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息;
    所述设备识别寄存器接收并解码所述检查请求消息;
    所述设备识别寄存器根据所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息对所述移动设备进行合法性检查;
    所述设备识别寄存器将合法性检查结果通过 F 接口发送回所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或通过 Gf 接口发送回所述 GPRS 服务支持节点;
    所述设备识别寄存器通过用户接口将所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息发送到所述中央设备识别寄存器。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或 GPRS 服务支持节点向设备识别寄存器发送检查请求消息之前还包括:
    所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或 GPRS 服务支持节点在收到移动设备开机或位置更新等触发消息时,获取所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息。
  3. 如权利要求 2 所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或 GPRS 服务支持节点获取所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息之后还包括:
    所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或 GPRS 服务支持节点将所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到所述检查请求消息中。
  4. 如权利要求 3 所述提供移动设备用户信息的方法,其特征在于,将所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到所述检查请求消息的满足 3GPP 协议标准的扩展容器参数中。
  5. 如权利要求 1 所述提供移动设备用户信息的方法,其特征在于,在未启动移动设备合法性检查的情况下,所述设备识别寄存器以所述移动设备的现有设备状态做为合法性检查结果。
  6. 如权利要求 1 所述提供移动设备用户信息的方法,其特征在于,在启动和未启动移动设备合法性检查机制的情况下,均向所述中央设备识别寄存器提供移动设备用户信息。
  7. 一种用于提供与 3GPP 协议兼容的移动设备用户信息的系统,所述系统包括移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器、 GPRS 服务支持节点、设备识别寄存器和中央设备识别寄存器,其特征在于:
    所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或 GPRS 服务支持节点用于将国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到检查请求消息中,并通过 F 接口或 Gf 接口将所述检查请求消息发送到所述设备识别寄存器;
    所述设备识别寄存器用于从所述检查请求消息中解码出所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息,根据所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息判定所述移动设备的合法性,并将所述合法性判断结果编码到检查响应消息中,再将经过上述扩展的所述检查响应消息通过 F 接口发送回所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或通过 Gf 接口发送回所述 GPRS 服务支持节点;
    所述中央设备识别寄存器用于通过用户接口接收由所述设备识别寄存器提供的所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息。
  8. 如权利要求 7 所述的系统,其特征在于,所述中央设备识别寄存器包括国际移动设备识别码中央数据库和移动终端型号特征数据库,用于提供移动终端适配或查询的数据服务。
  9. 如权利要求 7 所述的系统,其特征在于,所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或 GPRS 服务支持节点用于将国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到检查请求消息中。
  10. 如权利要求 7 所述提供移动设备用户信息的系统,其特征在于,所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器进一步包括:
    检查请求编码单元,用于将国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到检查请求消息中;
    检查请求发送单元,用于将所述检查请求消息通过 F 接口发送到所述设备识别寄存器;
    检查响应接收单元,用于从所述设备识别寄存器接收所述检查响应消息;
    检查响应解码单元,用于从所述检查响应消息中解码出所述设备识别寄存器所进行的合法性判断的结果。
  11. 如权利要求 7 所述提供移动设备用户信息的系统,其特征在于,所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器还包括数据获取单元,用于获取国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息。
  12. 如权利要求 7 所述提供移动设备用户信息的系统,其特征在于,所述 GPRS 服务支持节点进一步包括:
    数据获取单元,用于获取国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息;
    检查请求编码单元,用于将国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到检查请求消息中;
    检查请求发送单元,用于将所述检查请求消息通过 Gf 接口发送到设备识别寄存器;
    检查响应接收单元,用于将所述从设备识别寄存器接收检查响应消息;
    检查响应解码单元,用于从检查响应消息中解码出设备识别寄存器所进行合法性判断的结果。
  13. 如权利要求 7 所述提供移动设备用户信息的系统,其特征在于,所述设备识别寄存器进一步包括:
    检查请求接收单元,用于通过 F 接口接收来自于所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器的检查请求消息或通过 Gf 接口接收来自于所述 GPRS 服务支持节点的检查请求消息;
    检查请求解码单元,用于从所述检查请求消息中解码出所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息;
    合法性判断单元,用于根据所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息判定移动设备的合法性;
    检查响应编码单元,用于将合法性判断结果编码到检查响应消息中;
    检查响应发送单元,用于将所述检查响应消息通过 F 接口发送回所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或通过 Gf 接口发送回所述 GPRS 服务支持节点;
    移动设备用户信息更新编码单元,用于将所述设备识别寄存器所获得的国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息中;
    移动设备用户信息更新发送单元,用于将所述 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息发送到所述中央设备识别寄存器。
  14. 如权利要求 7 所述提供移动设备用户信息的系统,其特征在于,所述中央设备识别寄存器进一步包括:
    移动设备用户信息更新接收单元,用于接收来自于所述设备识别寄存器的 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息;
    移动设备用户信息更新解码单元,用于从所述 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息中解码出国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息;
    国际移动设备识别码中央数据库单元,用于所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息的存储及管理;
    移动终端型号特征数据库单元,用于移动设备终端型号特征信息的存储及管理;
    数据服务单元,用于为移动通信业务单元提供与所述国际移动设备识别码相关的移动终端适配功能和查询功能。
  15. 一种提供移动设备用户信息的移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器设备,其特征在于,包括:
    数据获取单元,用于获取国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息;
    检查请求编码单元,用于将国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到检查请求消息中;
    检查请求发送单元,用于通过 F 接口将所述检查请求消息发送到设备识别寄存器;
    检查响应接收单元,用于将所述从设备识别寄存器接收检查响应消息;
    检查响应解码单元,用于从检查响应消息中解码出设备识别寄存器所进行合法性判断的结果。
  16. 一种提供移动设备用户信息的 GPRS 服务支持节点设备,其特征在于,包括:
    数据获取单元,用于获取国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息;
    检查请求编码单元,用于通过 Gf 接口将国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到检查请求消息中;
    检查请求发送单元,用于将所述检查请求消息发送到设备识别寄存器;
    检查响应接收单元,用于将所述从设备识别寄存器接收检查响应消息;
    检查响应解码单元,用于从检查响应消息中解码出设备识别寄存器所进行合法性判断的结果。
  17. 一种提供移动设备用户信息的设备识别寄存器设备,其特征在于,包括:
    检查请求接收单元,用于通过 F 接口接收来自于所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或通过 Gf 接口接收来自于所述 GPRS 服务支持节点的检查请求消息;
    检查请求解码单元,用于从所述检查请求消息中解码出国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息;
    合法性判断单元,根据所述国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息判定移动设备的合法性;
    检查响应编码单元,用于将合法性判断结果编码到检查响应消息中;
    检查响应发送单元,用于将所述检查响应消息通过 F 接口发送回所述移动交换中心 / 拜访位置寄存器或通过 Gf 接口发送回所述 GPRS 服务支持节点。
  18. 如权利要求 17 所述的提供移动设备用户信息的设备识别寄存器设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    移动设备用户信息更新编码单元,用于将设备识别寄存器所获得的国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息编码到 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息中;
    移动设备用户信息更新发送单元,用于将所述 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息通过用户接口发送到中央设备识别寄存器。
  19. 一种提供移动设备用户信息的中央设备识别寄存器设备,其特征在于,包括:
    移动设备用户信息更新接收单元,用于通过用户接口接收来自于设备识别寄存器的 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息;
    移动设备用户信息更新解码单元,用于从所述 ME_USER_INFORMATION_UPDATE 消息中解码出国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息;
    国际移动设备识别码中央数据库单元,用于国际移动设备识别码、国际移动用户识别码和现有设备状态信息的存储及管理;
    移动终端型号特征数据库单元,用于移动设备终端型号特征信息的存储及管理;
    数据服务单元,用于为移动通信业务单元提供与国际移动设备识别码相关的移动终端适配功能和查询功能。
