因此,需要提供一种新的移动设备通信方法,满足用户及运营商的上述需求。

步骤207、判断用户是否选择用主卡呼叫,若是,进入步骤208,若否,进入步骤210;
该步骤等待用户进行选择,如果用户选择否,则直接退出接听界面,进入步骤210正常处理流程,可以进行普通拒接电话;如果用户选择是,则进入步骤208;
步骤208、启动拨号程序,将副卡接收到的呼叫号码设置为主卡呼叫号码;
步骤209、主卡根据设置的呼叫号码进行回拨。
该步骤按现有常规的流程进行呼叫。
步骤210、正常处理流程。
该步骤为现有的正常处理流程,例如进行普通接听或进行普通拒接等。
上述过程可以看出:本发明方法通过对不同的SIM卡授予不同的使用服务权限,达到优化运营商服务的目的,具体的,本发明移动设备接收到呼叫时,确定出所述呼叫是否对应SIM卡中的副卡,在确定对应副卡后,进一步判断所述副卡是否被锁定,若是,终止所述呼叫,并提示用户采用SIM卡中的主卡回拨呼叫号码。通过这样的处理流程,就使得副卡所具有的通信功能,不会简单地被禁止使用,而可以通过与主卡的互相配合,实现正常的通信,使得用户可以在不同运营商间更方便实现转换,也使得运营商可以更好吸引用户。
图3是本发明方法的第三流程图。图3主要是对图2中的副卡锁定判断步骤进行更详细介绍。该过程通常处于设备起动的过程中。
如图3所示,包括步骤:
步骤301、读取主卡(即主SIM卡)的移动网络码MNC(Mobile Network Code)和移动国家码MCC(Mobile Country Code)信息;
其中MCC的资源由国际电联(ITU)统一分配和管理,用于唯一识别移动用户所属的国家,共3位,中国为460;MNC共2位,用于标识移动用户所属的网络。
本发明方法在移动设备内预置运营商白名单,也即通常由运营商指定的其认可的MCC和MNC的代码列表。对于不在白名单内的SIM卡,将会进行相关功能的限制,如不能拨打电话、发送短信、上网等,或者直接锁死移动设备。
步骤302、检查SIMLock条件;
该步骤主要是检查该MNC和MCC是否存在设备内存储的许可使用的代码列表中。如果存在,则表示通过SIMLock验证,如果不存在,表示没有通过验证,则执行国际标准的SIM操作,也即整个设备应被锁禁,除紧急电话(SOS)功能之外的功能全被禁止,除非用户输入解锁码;而本发明前述的处理方法也不被执行。
步骤303、判断主卡是否可用,若是,进入步骤304,若否,进入步骤308;
该步骤根据步骤302的检查结果判断主卡是否可用,如果通过SIMLock验证,表示主卡可用,否则表示不可用。
步骤304、读取副卡(即副SIM卡)的MNC和MCC信息;
步骤305、检查SIMLock条件;
该步骤主要是检查该MNC和MCC是否存在设备内存储的许可使用的代码列表中。其原理与步骤302相同,不再赘述。
步骤306、判断副卡是否不可使用,若是,进入步骤307,若否,结束流程,可以正常使用副卡;
该步骤根据步骤305的检查结果判断副卡是否不可使用,如果MNC和MCC不能通过验证,则判断副卡为锁定。如果通过验证,那么副卡不锁定,不用标记副卡锁定,可以正常操作。
步骤307、标记副卡是锁定,不可使用;
该步骤标记副卡锁定,可以用内存中的一个设定标志位的取值进行标注,例如取值为1表示锁定,为0表示未锁定等,当然也可以采用相反取值表示,本发明不加以限制。另外本发明对于具体内存位置不做限制。
步骤308、锁住,提示用户输入解锁信息。
该步骤执行国际标准的SIM操作,也即整个设备应被锁禁,除紧急电话(SOS)功能之外的功能全被禁止,除非用户输入解锁码。
SIMLock验证是在软件角度去禁用不符合要求的SIM卡的一些功能,虽然副卡不符合要求,但从软件角度来讲,系统底层依然可以读取SIM卡上的数据如SIM卡上的电话号码和关键参数并且响应相应的操作,这和用户能直接响应操作也是有本质区别的。
上述详细介绍了本发明的方法,以下介绍本发明提供的移动设备。
图4是本发明的移动设备结构示意图。
本发明的移动设备至少具有两个客户识别模块SIM卡(图中未示出),还包括:呼叫接收单元41、呼叫判断单元42、锁定处理单元43、呼叫单元44。
呼叫接收单元41,用于接收呼叫;
呼叫判断单元42,用于判断呼叫所对应的SIM卡;
锁定处理单元43,用于在所述呼叫判断单元42确定所述呼叫对应SIM卡中的副卡后,判断所述副卡是否被锁定,若是,终止所述呼叫;
呼叫单元44,用于提示用户采用SIM卡中的主卡回拨呼叫号码。
进一步的,所述锁定处理单元43包括:锁定单元431、呼叫终止单元432。
锁定单元431,用于通过锁定标志位判断副卡是否被锁定;
呼叫终止单元432,用于在判断出所述副卡被锁定后,终止所述呼叫。
进一步的,所述锁定单元431包括:主卡验证单元4311、副卡验证单元4312。
主卡验证单元4311,用于检查主卡是否通过移动网络锁SIMLock验证;
副卡验证单元4312,用于在所述主卡验证单元4311检查主卡通过SIMLock验证后,检查副卡是否通过SIMLock验证;若否,内存中设定的锁定标志位取设定值表示副卡被锁定。
进一步的,所述主卡验证单元4311和副卡验证单元4312进行SIMLock验证时,根据SIM卡中的移动网络码MNC和移动国家码MCC在存储的许可使用的代码列表中,确定通过验证。
进一步的,所述呼叫判断单元42包括:参数获取单元421、比较单元422。
参数获取单元421,用于通过呼叫接收单元41,获取呼叫参数中的移动用户电话号码MSISDN;
比较单元422,用于通过所述参数获取单元421获取的MSISDN与主卡中的移动用户电话号码进行比较,确定所述呼叫对应SIM卡中的副卡。
综上所述,本发明对于至少具有两个客户识别模块SIM卡的移动设备,当接收到呼叫时,确定出所述呼叫是否对应SIM卡中的副卡,在确定对应副卡后,进一步判断所述副卡是否被锁定,若是,终止所述呼叫,并提示用户采用SIM卡中的主卡回拨呼叫号码。通过这样的处理流程,不同卡授权不同权限,就使得副卡所具有的通信功能,不会简单地被禁止使用,而可以通过与主卡的互相配合,实现正常的通信,使得用户可以在不同运营商间更方便实现转换,也使得运营商可以更好吸引用户。
需要说明的是,上述装置和系统内的各单元之间的信息交互、执行过程等内容,由于与本发明方法实施例基于同一构思,具体内容可参见本发明方法实施例中的叙述,此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种移动设备通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动设备接收包含移动用户电话号码MSISDN的呼叫,其中所述移动设备至少具有两个客户识别模块SIM卡,所述至少两个客户识别模块SIM卡中一个为主卡,另一个为副卡;
    通过呼叫参数中的移动用户电话号码MSISDN与主卡中的移动用户电话号码确定所述呼叫对应副卡后,通过锁定标志位判断所述副卡是否被锁定;
    若所述副卡被锁定,终止所述呼叫;
    在终止所述呼叫后提示用户采用SIM卡中的主卡回拨呼叫号码。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动设备通信方法,其特征在于,
    所述通过锁定标志位判断副卡是否被锁定包括:
    在检查出主卡通过移动网络锁SIMLock验证后,检查副卡是否通过SIMLock验证;
    若所述副卡未通过SIMLock验证,则使内存中设定的锁定标志位取设定值表示副卡被锁定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动设备通信方法,其特征在于,
    所述SIMLock验证包括:
    判断SIM卡中的移动网络码MNC和移动国家码MCC是否在存储的许可使用的代码列表中;
    若在存储的许可使用的代码列表中,表示通过验证。
  4. 一种移动设备通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动设备接收包含移动用户电话号码MSISDN的呼叫,其中所述移动设备至少具有两个客户识别模块SIM卡,所述至少两个客户识别模块SIM卡中一个为主卡,另一个为副卡;
    在确定所述呼叫对应SIM卡中的副卡后,判断所述副卡是否被锁定;
    若所述副卡被锁定,终止所述呼叫;
    在终止所述呼叫后提示用户采用SIM卡中的主卡回拨呼叫号码。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动设备通信方法,其特征在于:
    所述判断副卡是否被锁定包括:通过锁定标志位判断副卡是否被锁定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动设备通信方法,其特征在于:
    所述通过锁定标志位判断副卡是否被锁定包括:
    在检查出主卡通过移动网络锁SIMLock验证后,检查副卡是否通过SIMLock验证;
    若所述副卡未通过SIMLock验证,则使内存中设定的锁定标志位取设定值表示副卡被锁定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动设备通信方法,其特征在于:
    所述SIMLock验证包括:
    判断SIM卡中的移动网络码MNC和移动国家码MCC是否在存储的许可使用的代码列表中;
    若在存储的许可使用的代码列表中,表示通过验证。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的移动设备通信方法,其特征在于:
    所述确定所述呼叫对应SIM卡中的副卡包括:
    通过呼叫参数中的移动用户电话号码MSISDN与主卡中的移动用户电话号码进行比较,确定所述呼叫对应SIM卡中的副卡。
  9. 一种移动设备,其特征在于:至少具有两个客户识别模块SIM卡,还包括:
    呼叫接收单元,用于接收包含移动用户电话号码MSISDN的呼叫;
    呼叫判断单元,用于判断呼叫所对应的SIM卡;
    锁定处理单元,用于在所述呼叫判断单元确定所述呼叫对应SIM卡中的副卡后,判断所述副卡是否被锁定,若所述副卡被锁定,终止所述呼叫;
    呼叫单元,用于在终止所述呼叫后提示用户采用SIM卡中的主卡回拨呼叫号码。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动设备,其特征在于:
    所述锁定处理单元包括:
    锁定单元,用于通过锁定标志位判断副卡是否被锁定;
    呼叫终止单元,用于在判断出所述副卡被锁定后,终止所述呼叫。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动设备,其特征在于:
    所述锁定单元包括:
    主卡验证单元,用于检查主卡是否通过移动网络锁SIMLock验证;
    副卡验证单元,用于在所述主卡验证单元检查主卡通过SIMLock验证后,检查副卡是否通过SIMLock验证;若所述副卡未通过SIMLock验证,则使内存中设定的锁定标志位取设定值表示副卡被锁定。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动设备,其特征在于:
    所述主卡验证单元和副卡验证单元进行SIMLock验证时,根据SIM卡中的移动网络码MNC和移动国家码MCC在存储的许可使用的代码列表中,确定通过验证。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的移动设备,其特征在于:
    所述呼叫判断单元包括:
    参数获取单元,用于通过呼叫接收单元,获取呼叫参数中的移动用户电话号码MSISDN;
    比较单元,用于通过所述参数获取单元获取的MSISDN与主卡中的移动用户电话号码进行比较,确定所述呼叫对应SIM卡中的副卡。
