终端设备、互动语音应答设备、漏接来电提醒系统及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及计算机及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端设备、互动语音应答设备、漏接来电提醒系统及方法。
背景技术
电话是当今社会人与人之间非常重要实时沟通的主要方式。在这个领域,电信运营商提供的各种服务,已经基本上满足了人们基本的需要。由于电话的重要性,电信运营商也针对未能及时接听的电话给予了相应的辅助服务,如:漏接来电、漏接短信提醒/语音留言等。漏接来电是指运营商移动终端用户在设备关机、用户身份识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)卡损坏或异常、用户身份识别模块卡拔出、设备不在服务区、漫游服务未开启等非正常服务状态下的未能收到来电或短信通知(振铃),终端设备上也无相关通话记录。但这些服务都有比较明确的缺陷,就是必须当用户使用终端设备重新在网络上注册用户身份识别模块卡时,这些服务才能得到使用。
但随着终端技术的发展,双卡双待,甚至支持更多卡在一个设备上的终端越来越多,其中某一个卡不可用(临时不可用,如拔出)的几率大大增加。另外,业界都已经在探索虚拟用户身份识别模块卡(主要用于移动数据服务)相关的业务产品。从目前的终端技术限制,这类产品也会导致运营商的原实体用户身份识别模块卡在一段时间内不能正常的进行服务。但这个时候,其实大部分用户的数据通道还是可用的,或者通过WIFI或者通过漫游地的本地用户身份识别模块卡接入数据网络。但在现有技术中的方案都不能及时地将漏接来电通知用户。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供终端设备、互动语音应答设备、漏接来电提醒系统及方法,以解决现有技术中无法在用户账号不可用但终端设备可用的情况下将呼叫该用户账号的漏接来电及时发送到终端设备的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例公开了如下技术方案:
第一方面,提供了一种终端设备,包括:
账号绑定单元,用于向互动语音应答设备发起将用户账号与所述终端设备进行绑定的账号绑定请求,以使所述互动语音应答设备记录用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息;
转接设置单元,用于将所述用户账号的漏接来电转接的配置信息绑定到所述互动语音应答设备预先设定的服务号码上;
漏接来电接收单元,用于接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息包括:所有使用所述终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系。

本发明实施例提供终端设备、互动语音应答设备、漏接来电提醒系统及方法,在互动语音应答设备中将所有使用终端设备的用户账号与该终端设备绑定,并基于运营商呼叫转接服务,当某一用户账号不可用但终端设备仍然可用时(如:对应的用户身份识别模块卡被拔出),互动语音应答设备向终端用户提供原先运营商无法完成的漏接电提醒服务体验,能够及时地将呼叫某一用户账号的漏接来电发送至终端设备。

在本发明实施例中,终端设备包括但不限于手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑、便携设备(例如,便携式计算机)等移动通讯设备,本发明实施例并不限定。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的第一个实施例提供了一种终端设备,如图1所示,该终端设备包括:账号绑定单元110、转接设置单元120和漏接来电接收单元130。账号绑定单元110用于向互动语音应答(Interactive Voice Response,IVR)设备发起将用户账号与该终端设备进行绑定的账号绑定请求,以使互动语音应答设备记录用户账号与终端设备的绑定信息。转接设置单元120用于将所述用户账号的漏接来电转接的配置信息绑定到互动语音应答设备预先设定的服务号码上。所述配置信息即为所述用户账号在运营商开通的相应的来电转接业务的信息,绑定后,在无法呼叫所述用户号码时,该呼叫将被转接到该服务号码上,后续由互动语音应答设备进行后续的转接处理。漏接来电接收单元130用于接收从互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒。
终端设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑等设备,采用设备标识(International Mobile Equipment Identity,IMEI)唯一标识该终端设备。其中,用户账号通常为手机号码,即移动台综合业务数字网号码(Mobile Station Integrated Services Digital Network Number,MSISDN),一部手机可能包括多个用户身份识别模块卡,即有多个用户账号。用户账号与终端设备的绑定信息包括:所有使用终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系,由于用户在运营商办理基本的通话业务时,用户账号事先和用户身份识别模块卡绑定,因此该用户账号与终端设备的绑定信息还隐含包括:用户账号相应的用户身份识别模块卡号与终端设备标识的对应关系。在请求绑定时请求互动语音应答设备将使用该终端设备的所有用户账号、用户身份识别模块卡号与该终端设备标识绑定,即使互动语音应答设备记录上述对应关系,上述对应关系可以在互动语音应答设备以关系映射表的方式存储。
在用户有需要时(如:漫游前),通过转接设置单元120拨打运营商特定服务(比如中国电信:无条件转移:拨打*72+电话号码;取消:拨打*720;遇忙转移:拨打*90+电话号码;取消:拨打*900;无应答转移:拨打*92+电话号码;取消:拨打*920;取消所有转移:拨打*730)将呼叫用户账号的来电转接的配置信息绑定到互动语音应答设备对应的服务号码上。
漏接来电接收单元130可以为用户身份识别单元,转接设置好后,用户身份识别单元接收所述互动语音应答设备通过短信网关向所述终端设备中除被呼叫用户账号以外的其它用户账号发送的漏接来电提醒。当终端设备上的某个用户身份识别模块卡不可用的情况下(如:未开通漫游服务)呼叫该用户身份识别模块卡对应的第一用户账号时,该呼叫被转接到互动语音应答设备,互动语音应答设备根据用户账号与终端设备的绑定信息中的对应关系找到与该终端绑定的另一个用户身份识别模块卡对应的第二用户账号,并通过运营商网络侧的短信网关向终端设备将呼叫的信息(通常包括:呼叫时间、主叫用户账号等信息)作为漏接来电提醒通过第二用户账号发送至该终端设备,以及时提醒用户。终端设备的漏接来电接收单元130可以是用户身份识别单元,该用户身份识别单元接收通过第二用户账号发送来的关于第一用户账号的漏接来电提醒。
本实施例通过事先在互动语音应答设备中将使用终端设备的所有用户账号与终端设备绑定,当其中一个用户账号不可用时,通过其他与该终端设备绑定的用户账号将不可用用户账户的漏接来电提醒发送至终端设备,能够及时地将呼叫不可用用户账号的漏接来电发送至终端设备。
当终端设备只提供一个用户身份识别模块卡插槽或多个插槽中的用户身份识别模块都不可用时,该互动语音应答设备便无法及时地发送漏接来电信息至终端设备,用户身份识别模块单元也无法及时接收互动语音应答设备发送的某个用户账号的漏接来电信息。
进一步地,用户账号与终端设备的绑定信息还包括:终端设备与其中安装的即时通讯(Instant Messenger,IM)应用的对应关系及与其中安装的推送(PUSH)服务的对应关系的至少一种对应关系,可以以对应关系映射表的形式存储在互动语音应答设备中,如:该映射表中可以包括:所有使用终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系,用户账号相应的用户身份识别模块卡号与终端设备标识的对应关系、终端设备标识与即时通讯应用的对应关系及终端设备标识与推送服务的对应关系。当终端设备只提供一个用户身份识别模块插槽或多个插槽中的用户身份识别模块都不可用时,互动语音应答设备也可根据上述终端设备标识与即时通讯应用的对应关系或终端设备标识与推送服务的对应关系找到被呼叫用户账号对应的终端设备中的即时通讯应用或推送应用,并通过即时通讯应用或推送应用向终端设备发送漏接来电提醒。
漏接来电接收单元130还可以是即时通讯应用单元,用于接收所述互动语音应答设备通过运营商网络侧的即时通讯服务器向终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。
漏接来电接收单元130还可以是推送应用单元,用于接收互动语音应答设备通过运营商网络侧的推送服务器向终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。如:在即时通讯应用不在线时,接收互动语音应答设备通过运营商网络侧的推送服务器向终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。当然即时通讯应用和推送应用同时在线时也可以任意选择其中之一向终端设备发送漏接来电提醒。
本实施例的终端设备使得用户能够及时地收到漏接来电提醒,极大地提高了用户体验。
本发明的第二个实施例提供了一种互动语音应答设备,如图2所示,本发明的互动语音应答互动语音应答设备结构包括:账号映射单元210和消息发送单元220 。
账号映射单元210用于在接收终端设备发来的账号绑定请求后记录用户账号和的终端设备绑定信息,并在呼叫转接时根据所述绑定信息获得与被呼叫的用户账号绑定的终端设备标识。其中,用户账号与终端设备的绑定信息包括:所有使用该终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系,也隐含包括所有使用该终端设备的用户账号相应的用户身份识别模块卡号与终端设备标识的对应关系。
消息发送单元220用于将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备。本实施例中,消息发送单元220可以是短信网关接口单元,用于通过运营商网络侧的短信网关将所述呼叫的信息发送至该终端设备中除被呼叫账号的其它绑定的用户账号。即以账号映射单元210中保存的另一个用户账号(如另一个用户身份识别模块卡手机号码)作为与短信网关进行对接的用户标识,向被呼叫用户账号对应的终端设备绑定的另一个用户账号(即另一个用户身份识别模块卡)发送漏接来电提醒。
当终端设备只提供一个用户身份识别模块卡插槽或多个插槽中的用户身份识别模块都不可用时,该互动语音应答设备便无法及时地发送漏接来电信息至终端设备,用户身份识别模块单元也无法及时接收互动语音应答设备发送的某个用户账号的漏接来电信息。
进一步地,用户账号与终端设备的绑定信息还包括:终端设备与其中安装的即时通讯应用的对应关系及与其中安装的推送服务的对应关系中的一种或两种对应关系。当终端设备只提供一个用户身份识别模块插槽或多个插槽中的用户身份识别模块都不可用时互动语音应答设备也可根据上述对应关系找到被呼叫用户账号对应的终端设备中的即时通讯应用和推送应用,并通过即时通讯应用或推送应用向终端设备发送漏接来电提醒。
消息发送单元220也可以是即时通讯接口单元,用于通过运营商网络侧的即时通讯服务器将所述呼叫的信息发送至终端设备中的即时通讯应用。
消息发送单元220还可以是推送服务接口单元,用于通过运营商网络侧的推送服务器将所述呼叫的信息发送至终端设备。如:在即时通讯应用不在线时,推送服务接口单元通过运营商网络侧的推送服务器向终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。
为了进一步提高用户体验,互动语音应答设备通常还包括:语音记录单元230和语音转换单元240。语音记录单元230用于记录呼叫时的语音留言;语音转换单元240用于将语音留言转换成文本信息。消息发送单元220将语音留言和文本信息两者或两者之一连同所述呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至被呼叫用户账号所绑定的终端设备。即在发送漏接来电提醒时可以直接发送语音留言,也可以只发送文本信息,还可以同时发送语音留言和文本信息。
本发明的第三个实施例提供了一种漏接来电提醒系统,如图3所示,该漏接来电提醒系统包括位于终端侧的终端设备310、位于服务侧的业务服务器320及互动语音应答设备330。终端设备310和互动语音应答设备330通过运营商网络连接所述业务服务器320。本实施例中,业务服务器320可以是提供多种业务功能的服务器,也可以包括多个不同业务功能的服务器,如:短信网关、即时通讯服务器和推送服务器。终端设备310为第一个实施例中的终端设备,包括:账号绑定单元、转接设置单元、即时通讯应用单元、推送应用单元和多个用户身份识别单元。互动语音应答设备330为第二个实施例中的互动语音应答设备,包括:账号映射单元、语音记录单元、语音转换单元和消息发送单元。
终端设备310的账号绑定单元向互动语音应答设备330发起用户账号与终端设备进行绑定的账号绑定请求。互动语音应答设备330的账号映射单元收到请求后记录用户账号和终端设备绑定信息。终端设备310的转接设置单元120拨打运营商特服将呼叫用户账号的来电设置转接到预先设定的互动语音应答设备对应的服务号码上,即转接到互动语音应答设备330。
互动语音应答设备330接收到运营商网络发送的转接来电时,语音记录单元记录语音留言。账号映射单元根据记录的用户账号和终端设备绑定信息获取与被呼叫用户账号绑定的终端设备标识。语音转换单元可根据需要将所述语音留言转换成文本信息。消息发送单元则将语音留言和/或文本信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至被呼叫用户账号所绑定的终端设备,具体通过运营商网络侧的短信网关、即时通讯服务器或推送服务器将漏接来电提醒发送至被呼叫用户账号所绑定的终端设备。
本发明的第四个实施例提供了一种漏接来电提醒方法,具体流程如图4所示包括:
步骤S410,终端设备向互动语音应答设备发起将用户账号与所述终端设备进行绑定的账号绑定请求,以使所述互动语音应答设备记录用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息;
步骤S420,终端设备将所述用户账号的漏接来电转接的配置信息绑定到所述互动语音应答设备预先设定的服务号码上;
步骤S430,终端设备接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒。
用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息包括:所有使用所述终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系,也隐含包括所有使用所述终端设备的用户账号相应的用户身份识别模块卡号与终端设备标识的对应关系。步骤S430的终端设备接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒的具体方式可以为:接收所述互动语音应答设备通过运营商网络侧的短信网关向所述终端设备中除被呼叫账号的其它与所述终端设备绑定的用户账号发送的漏接来电提醒。
为了进一步提高用户体验,使得在终端设备中所有的用户身份识别模块卡不可以时,用户的终端设备也能及时收到漏接来电提醒,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息还包括:所述终端设备标识与即时通讯应用的对应关系,及所述终端设备标识与推送服务的对应关系的至少一种对应关系。
步骤S430的终端设备接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒的具体方式可以为:终端设备中即时通讯应用接收所述互动语音应答设备通过运营商网络侧的即时通讯服务器向所述终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。
步骤S430的终端设备接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒的具体方式还可以为:终端设备中的推送应用接收所述互动语音应答设备通过运营商网络侧的推送服务器向所述终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。
本实施例中,终端设备通过拨打运营商特定服务的方式将被呼叫用户账号的漏接来电转接的配置信息绑定到所述互动语音应答设备预先设定的服务号码上。
本发明的第五个实施例一种漏接来电提醒方法,如图5所示,包括:
步骤S510,互动语音应答互动语音应答设备接收终端设备发来的账号绑定请求,记录用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息,并根据所述绑定信息获得与被呼叫的用户账号绑定的终端设备标识;
步骤S520,所述互动语音应答设备将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备。
用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息包括:所有使用所述终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系,也隐含包括所有使用所述终端设备的用户账号相应的用户身份识别模块卡号与终端设备标识的对应关系。
步骤S520中所述互动语音应答设备将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备的具体方式可以为:通过运营商网络侧的短信网关将所述呼叫的信息发送至所述终端设备中除被呼叫账号的其它与所述终端设备绑定的用户账号。
为了进一步提高用户体验,使得在终端设备中所有的用户身份识别模块卡不可以时,互动语音应答设备也能及时地将漏接来电提醒发送到终端设备,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息还包括:所述终端设备与其中安装的即时通讯应用的对应关系及与其中安装的提醒服务的对应关系的至少一种对应关系。
步骤S520中所述互动语音应答设备将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备的具体方式可以为:通过运营商网络侧的即时通讯服务器将所述呼叫的信息发送至所述终端设备中的即时通讯应用。
步骤S520中所述互动语音应答设备将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备的具体方式还可以为:通过运营商网络侧的推送服务器将所述呼叫的信息发送至所述终端设备中的推送应用。
在所述互动语音应答设备将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至被呼叫用户账号所绑定的终端设备之前还包括:记录呼叫时的语音留言,并将所述语音留言转换成文本信息;在发送时将语音留言和文本信息两者或两者之一连同该次的呼叫信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至被呼叫用户账号所绑定的终端设备。
通过以下两个场景来进一步说本发明,如图6所示。
用户A在终端通过账号绑定单元进行用户账号绑定(多个用户账号绑定在一个终端设备标识)。
账号绑定单元链接互动语音应答设备完成用户账号和设备的绑定。
用户A在终端通过转接设置单元设置呼叫转移。转接设置单元拨打运营商特服设置来电转接到互动语音应答设备对应的服务号码上。
在呼叫转接时,即用户B拨打用户A手机,运营商根据用户A的呼叫转接设置,将用户B的来见转接到互动语音应答设备,互动语音应答设备的语音记录单元记录用户B的语音留言。
互动语音应答设备的账号映射单元通过查询存储的用户账号和终端设备绑定信息,获知用户A的身份以及对应的终端映射情况。
互动语音应答设备的消息发送单元选择通道发送提醒到用户手机。具体地,互动语音应答设备的语音转换单元将用户留言转换为文本,互动语音应答设备的消息发送单元通过短信向用户A绑定的另一个用户身份识别模块卡发送转换为文本的留言消息。
另一个场景如图7所示,当用户的终端设备上有即时通讯和推送应用,而且运营商可以相应地提供即时通讯服务与推送服务时,示出了另一种漏接来电提醒的方式。
用户A在终端通过账号绑定单元进行用户账号绑定(多个用户账号绑定在一个终端设备标识)。
账号绑定单元链接互动语音应答设备完成用户账号和设备的绑定。
用户A在终端通过转接设置单元设置呼叫转移。转接设置单元拨打运营商特服设置来电转接到互动语音应答设备对应的服务号码上。
在呼叫转接时,用户B拨打用户A手机,运营商根据用户A的呼叫转接设置,将用户B的来见转接到互动语音应答设备,互动语音应答设备的语音记录单元记录用户B的语音留言。
互动语音应答设备的账号映射单元通过查询用户账号和终端设备绑定信息,获知用户A的身份以及对应的终端映射情况。
互动语音应答设备的消息发送单元选择通道发送提醒到用户手机。互动语音应答设备的消息发送单元会根据用户A的终端即时通讯应用的在线状态选择发送方式:
1、如果用户A的即时通讯客户端在线,将留言的语音文件作为多媒体附件,向该用户的即时通讯客户端发送包括漏接来电提醒的即时通讯消息。
2、如果用户A的即时通讯客户端不再线,通过推送服务向用户发送漏接来电提醒的推送消息,将漏接来电信息发送到用户终端。
当然即时通讯和推送应用客户端同时在线时也可以任意选择其中之一向终端设备发送漏接来电提醒。
本方法使得单卡、双卡或者多卡手机终端上某个用户身份识别模块卡被拔出不可用时以及在拥有虚拟卡的手机漫游状态下实体用户身份识别模块卡不可用时(数据通道可用),拥有终端的用户将及时获得漏接来电提醒。
如图8所示,本发明所述的互动语音应答设备1000与现有计算机相类似,其通过网络接口1010与外部设备进行信息交互,如接收终端设备发送的账号绑定请求、向网络侧的业务服务器发送信息等;其通过处理器1020对来自外部设备的信息进行处理,如根据终端设备发送的账号绑定请求建立相应的用户账号和终端设备的关系映射表,并在并在呼叫转接时根据被呼叫的用户账号从该关系映射表中获得与其绑定的终端设备标识等。
本领域普通技术人员将会理解,本发明的各个方面、或各个方面的可能实现方式可以被具体实施为系统、方法或者计算机程序产品。因此,本发明的各方面、或各个方面的可能实现方式可以采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例 (包括固件、驻留软件等等),或者组合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式,在这里都统称为“电路”、“模块”或者“系统”。此外,本发明的各方面、或各个方面的可能实现方式可以采用计算机程序产品的形式,计算机程序产品是指存储在计算机可读介质中的计算机可读程序代码。
计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质。计算机可读存储介质包含但不限于电子、磁性、光学、电磁、红外或半导体系统、 设备或者装置,或者前述的任意适当组合,如随机存取存储器 (RAM)、只读存储器 (ROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM或者快闪存储器)、光纤、便携式只读存储器(CD-ROM)。
计算机中的处理器读取存储在计算机可读介质中的计算机可读程序代码,使得处理器能够执行在流程图中每个步骤、或各步骤的组合中规定的功能动作;生成实施在框图的每一块、或各块的组合中规定的功能动作的装置。
计算机可读程序代码可以完全在用户的计算机上执行、部分在用户的计算机上执行、作为单独的软件包、部分在用户的计算机上并且部分在远程计算机上,或者完全在远程计算机或者服务器上执行。也应该注意,在某些替代实施方案中,在流程图中各步骤、或框图中各块所注明的功能可能不按图中注明的顺序发生。例如,依赖于所涉及的功能,接连示出的两个步骤、或两个块实际上可能被大致同时执行,或者这些块有时候可能被以相反顺序执行。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
工业实用性
本发明公开了一种终端设备、互动语音应答设备、漏接来电提醒系统及方法,涉及计算机及通信技术领域。本发明实施例中,在互动语音应答设备中将使用终端设备的所有用户账号与该终端设备绑定,并基于运营商呼叫转接服务,向终端用户提供原先运营商无法完成的漏接电提醒服务体验,当用户某用户身份识别模块卡不可用时漏接来电能够及时发送到终端设备中,从而使用户将获得更好的漏接来电提醒体验,具有工业实用性。

Claims (1)

  1. 权利要求书
    1、一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    账号绑定单元,用于向互动语音应答设备发起将用户账号与所述终端设备进行绑定的账号绑定请求,以使所述互动语音应答设备记录用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息;
    转接设置单元,用于将所述用户账号的漏接来电转接的配置信息绑定到所述互动语音应答设备预先设定的服务号码上;
    漏接来电接收单元,用于接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒。
    2、如权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息包括:所有使用所述终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系。
    3、如权利要求2所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述漏接来电接收单元包括:用户身份识别单元,用于接收所述互动语音应答设备通过短信网关向所述终端设备中除被呼叫用户账号以外的其它用户账号发送的漏接来电提醒。
    4、如权利要求2所述的终端设备,其特征在于,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息还包括:所述终端设备标识与即时通讯应用的对应关系,及所述终端设备标识与推送服务的对应关系的至少一种对应关系。
    5、如权利要求4所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述漏接来电接收单元包括:即时通讯应用单元,用于接收所述互动语音应答设备通过即时通讯服务器向所述终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。
    6、如权利要求4所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述漏接来电接收单元包括:推送应用单元,用于接收所述互动语音应答设备通过推送服务器向所述终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。
    7、如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述转接设置单元通过拨打运营商特定服务的方式将所述用户账号的漏接来电转接的配置信息绑定到所述互动语音应答设备预先设定的服务号码上。
    8、一种互动语音应答设备,其特征在于,包括:
    账号映射单元,用于记录用户账号与终端设备的绑定信息,还用于根据所述绑定信息获得与被呼叫的用户账号绑定的终端设备标识;
    消息发送单元,用于将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备。
    9、如权利要求8所述的互动语音应答设备,其特征在于,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息包括:所有使用所述终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系。
    10、如权利要求9所述的互动语音应答设备,其特征在于,所述消息发送单元包括:
    短信网关接口单元,用于通过短信网关将所述呼叫的信息发送至所述终端设备中除被呼叫账号以外的其它与所述终端设备绑定的用户账号。
    11、如权利要求8所述的互动语音应答设备,其特征在于,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息还包括:所述终端设备与即时通讯应用的对应关系,及所述终端设备与推送服务的对应关系的至少一种对应关系。
    12、如权利要求11所述的互动语音应答设备,其特征在于,所述消息发送单元包括:
    即时通讯接口单元,用于通过即时通讯服务器将所述呼叫的信息发送至所述终端设备中的即时通讯应用。
    13、如权利要求11所述的互动语音应答设备,其特征在于,所述消息发送单元包括:
    推送服务接口单元,用于通过推送服务器将所述呼叫的信息发送至所述终端设备中的推送应用。
    14、如权利要求8~13中任一项所述的互动语音应答设备,其特征在于,所述互动语音应答设备还包括:语音记录单元和语音转换单元,所述语音记录单元用于记录呼叫时的语音留言;所述语音转换单元用于将所述语音留言转换成文本信息;所述消息发送单元将语音留言和文本信息至少之一连同所述呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至被呼叫用户账号所绑定的终端设备。
    15、一种漏接来电提醒系统,其特征在于,包括:业务服务器、如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的终端设备及如权利要求8~14中任一项所述的互动语音应答设备,所述终端设备和互动语音应答设备通过运营商网络连接所述业务服务器。
    16、如权利要求15所述的漏接来电提醒系统,其特征在于,所述业务服务器包括:短信网关、即时通讯服务器和推送服务器。
    17、一种漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    终端设备向互动语音应答设备发起将用户账号与所述终端设备进行绑定的账号绑定请求,以使所述互动语音应答设备记录用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息;
    终端设备将所述用户账号的漏接来电转接的配置信息绑定到所述互动语音应答设备预先设定的服务号码上;
    终端设备接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒。
    18、如权利要求17所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息包括:所有使用所述终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系。
    19、如权利要求18所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,终端设备接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒具体包括:
    接收所述互动语音应答设备通过短信网关向所述终端设备中除被呼叫账号以外的其它用户账号发送的漏接来电提醒。
    20、如权利要求18所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息还包括:所述终端设备标识与即时通讯应用的对应关系,及所述终端设备标识与推送服务的对应关系的至少一种对应关系。
    21、如权利要求20所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,终端设备接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒具体包括:
    终端设备中即时通讯应用接收所述互动语音应答设备通过即时通讯服务器向所述终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。
    22、如权利要求20所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,终端设备接收所述互动语音应答设备根据所述绑定信息发送的呼叫所述用户账号的漏接来电提醒具体包括:
    终端设备中的推送应用接收所述互动语音应答设备通过推送服务器向所述终端设备发送的漏接来电提醒。
    23、如权利要求17~22中任一项所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,终端设备通过拨打运营商特定服务的方式将被呼叫用户账号的漏接来电转接的配置信息绑定到所述互动语音应答设备预先设定的服务号码上。
    24、一种漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    互动语音应答设备记录用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息,并根据所述绑定信息获得与被呼叫的用户账号绑定的终端设备标识;
    所述互动语音应答设备将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备。
    25、如权利要求24所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息包括:所有使用所述终端设备的用户账号与终端设备标识的对应关系。
    26、如权利要求25所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,所述互动语音应答设备将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备具体包括:
    通过短信网关将所述呼叫的信息发送至所述终端设备中除被呼叫账号以外的其它与所述终端设备绑定的用户账号。
    27、如权利要求25所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,用户账号与所述终端设备的绑定信息还包括:所述终端设备与即时通讯应用的对应关系,及所述终端设备与推送服务的对应关系的至少一种对应关系。
    28、如权利要求27所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,所述互动语音应答设备将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备具体包括:
    通过即时通讯服务器将所述呼叫的信息发送至所述终端设备中的即时通讯应用。
    29、如权利要求27所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,所述互动语音应答设备将呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至所述终端设备标识对应的终端设备具体包括:
    通过推送服务器将所述呼叫的信息发送至所述终端设备中的推送应用。
    30、如权利要求24~29中任一项所述的漏接来电提醒方法,其特征在于,在所述互动语音应答设备将所述呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至被呼叫用户账号所绑定的终端设备之前还包括:记录呼叫时的语音留言,并将所述语音留言转换成文本信息;在发送时将语音留言和文本信息至少之一连同所述呼叫的信息作为漏接来电提醒发送至被呼叫用户账号所绑定的终端设备。
