Abstract

一种照明装置(100)。照明装置(100)包括灯体(10)、灯杆(20)、灯座(30)及转动装置(40)。灯杆(20)设置于灯座(30)上,灯体(10)通过转动装置(40)转动地连接至灯杆(20)上,以使灯体(10)可以相对灯杆(20)转动来改变灯体(10)与灯杆(20)之间的角度,从而可以实现照明装置(100)的可折叠性,即可以改变照明装置(100)所占用的空间的大小。当通过转动装置(40)使得灯体(10)与灯杆(20)之间的角度减小,即照明装置(100)被折叠,减小了其所占的空间,可以方便携带及运输。

本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种照明装置。
背景技术
通常台灯只是摆放在写书桌、床头的位置,用来照明并方便开关,一般台灯体积大,结构单一,不方便携带或运输。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一照明装置,以减小照明装置的体积,从而便于携带或运输。
本申请提供一种照明装置,包括灯体、灯杆、灯座及转动装置,所述灯杆设置于所述灯座上,所述灯体通过所述转动装置转动地连接至所述灯杆上,以使所述灯体相对所述灯杆转动来改变所述灯体与所述灯杆之间的角度。
其中,所述转动装置包括基板及设置于所述基板上的固定板,所述固定板与所述灯体固定连接,所述基板可转动地连接至所述灯杆上。
其中,所述照明装置还包括转动件,所述基板通过所述转动件转动地连接至所述灯杆上。
其中,所述转动件包括固定部及与所述固定部转动连接的转动部,所述固定部与所述灯杆连接,所述转动部连接至所述基板。
其中,所述基板上设置有固定扣,以与所述转动部扣合连接。
其中,所述灯杆上设置有固定件,所述固定件与所述转动件的固定部固定,以将所述转动件固定在所述灯杆上。

其中,所述照明装置还包括括套筒,所述套筒还开设有第一豁口,所述第一豁口对应所述灯杆上的开槽,所述套筒套设于所述第一及第二扣管的外围,以加固所述第一及第二扣管的扣合固定。
其中,所述第一扣管的固定端还设有与所述开槽相对的第三开槽,所述套筒上还开始有对应所述第三开槽的第二豁口。
其中,所述灯杆包括固定支撑部、触控部及固定部,所述支撑固定部设置于所述触控部的顶部,所述固定支撑部包括所述第一扣管、所述第二扣管及所述套管,所述触控部上设置有柔性触控板,用于对所述灯体的启闭进行控制,所述固定部的第一端设置于所述触控部的底部,所述固定部的相对第一端的第二端设置于所述灯座上。
其中,所述灯体包括灯头及连接管,所述灯头设置在所述连接管的第一端,所述连接管固定在所述转动装置的固定板上。
其中,所述连接管的底部形成有固定槽,以与所述转动装置的固定板扣合,所述固定槽内设有第一扣合件,所述固定板上形成第二扣合件,所述第一扣合件与所述第二扣合件对位锁合,以将所述连接管安装于所述转动装置上。
其中,所述固定槽内开设有贯通槽,所述贯通槽贯通所述固定槽的底部, 所述固定板上开始有沟槽,所述沟槽贯通所述固定板的底部,所述基板具有中空腔,所述贯通槽通过所述沟槽与所述基板的中空腔连通,以使所述灯头的线缆通过所述贯通槽、所述沟槽及所述中空腔伸入至所述灯杆内。
其中,所述灯体还包括夜灯,所述夜灯设置于所述连接管的相对所述第一端的第二端。
其中,所述灯头包括支架、安装于所述支架上的光源组件,覆盖所述光源组件的灯罩及安装于所述支架顶端的开关组件,所述支架的末端固定于所述连接管上,以将所述灯头固定在所述连接管上。
其中,所述支架内形成有光源腔,用于收容固定所述光源组件,所述支架的末端形成有第一卡扣部,所述连接管内形成第二卡扣部,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部卡合固定,以将所述支架卡合固定在所述连接管上。
其中,所述支架前端形成有与所述光源腔隔开的开关腔,所述开光腔用于收容固定所述开关组件。
其中,所述灯头还包括套管,所述套管套设于所述支架的外周,所述开关组件包括电路板、按键及套环,所述电路板固定于所述开光腔内,所述按键位于所述电路板上方,用于抵接所述电路板,所述套环包围所述按键并与所述套管固定,以将所述按键固定在所述支架的顶端。
其中,所述按键包括按动部及设置于所述按动部周边的弹性臂,用于对按动部提供弹回的弹性力。
本发明的照明装置,包括灯体、灯杆、灯座及转动装置,所述灯杆设置于所述灯座上,所述灯体通过所述转动装置转动地连接至所述灯杆上,以使所述灯体相对所述灯杆转动来改变所述灯体与所述灯杆之间的角度,因此可以实现所述照明装置的可折叠性,即可以改变所述照明装置所占用的空间的大小,当通过所述转动装置使得所述灯体与所述灯杆之间的角度减小,即所述照明装置被折叠,减小了其所占的空间,可以方便携带及运输。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请一并参阅图1与图2,本发明实施例提供一种照明装置100。所述照明装置100包括灯体10、灯杆20、灯座30及转动装置40。所述灯杆20设置于所述灯座30上,所述灯体10通过所述转动装置40转动地连接至所述灯杆20上,以使所述灯体10可以相对所述灯杆20转动来改变所述灯体10与所述灯杆20之间的角度。
在本实施例中,所述照明装置100可以为台灯。所述灯体10通过所述转动装置40可以相对所述灯杆20转动来改变所述灯体10与所述灯杆20之间的 角度,从而可以实现所述照明装置100的可折叠性,即可以改变所述照明装置100所占用的空间的大小。当通过所述转动装置40使得所述灯体10与所述灯杆20之间的角度减小,即所述照明装置100被折叠,减小了其所占的空间,可以方便携带及运输。当通过所述转动装置40使得所述灯体10与所述灯杆20之间的角度增加,即所述照明装置40被展开,增加了其所占的空间,扩大了照明范围。
请继续参阅图3-4,所述转动装置40包括基板41及设置于所述基板41上的固定板42,所述固定板42与所述灯体10固定连接,所述基板41可转动地连接至所述灯杆20上。
所述灯体10包括灯头11及连接管12。所述灯头11设置在所述连接管12的第一端,所述连接管12固定在所述转动装置40的固定板42上。
具体地,所述固定板42安装于所述连接管12的底部。所述连接管12的底部形成有固定槽122,以与所述转动装置40的固定板42扣合。所述固定槽122内设有第一扣合件124,所述固定板42上形成第二扣合件422,所述第一扣合件124与所述第二扣合件422对位锁合,以将所述连接管12安装于固定于所述转动装置40上。
在本实施例中,所述第一扣合件124及所述第二扣合件422均固定块,固定块上具有固定孔。通过螺丝将所述第一扣合件124及所述第二扣合件422进行锁合,以将所述连接管12安装于固定于所述转动装置40上。在其他实施例中,所述固定板42也可以通过其他方式固定安装于所述连接管12的底部。
进一步地,所述固定槽122内开设有贯通槽126,所述贯通槽126贯通所述固定槽122的底部,所述固定板42上开始有沟槽424,所述沟槽424贯通所述固定板42的底部。所述基板41具有中空腔,所述贯通槽126通过所述沟槽424与所述基板41的中空腔连通,以使所述灯头11的线缆通过所述贯通槽126、所述沟槽424及所述中空腔伸入至所述灯杆20内。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,所述灯座30内设置有供电的电池,以与所述灯杆20内的线缆连接,并为所述灯头11提供工作电压。在其他实施例中,所述灯座30也可以设置有供电线,所述供电线与所述灯杆20内的线缆连接,并连接外部插座。
进一步地,所述固定槽122内靠近其第一端的槽壁上还开设有扣孔127, 以与所述灯头11进行扣合连接。所述连接管12靠近其第一端处开设有通孔128。
所述连接管12的第一端呈阶梯状,所述灯头11的底端套设在所述连接管12的第一端的台阶部分129,以使得所述灯头11的底端与所述连接管12平缓连接。
进一步地,所述灯体10还包括夜灯13,所述夜灯13设置于所述连接管12的相对所述第一端的第二端(参阅图1)。所述夜灯13的线缆也可以通过所述贯通槽126、所述沟槽424及所述中空腔伸入至所述灯杆20内,并经由所述灯杆20连接所述灯座30内的电池。
请继续参阅图5,所述照明装置100还包括转动件50。所述基板41通过所述转动件50转动地连接至所述灯杆20上。
具体地,所述转动件50包括固定部51及与所述固定部51转动连接的转动部52,所述固定部51与所述灯杆20连接,所述转动部52连接至所述基板41。
进一步地,所述转动件50还包括加固部53,所述加固部53固定在所述转动部52上。
请一并参阅图3及6,所述基板41的底部设置有固定扣412。所述固定扣412与所述转动部52固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述固定扣412为凸台。所述基板41的底部形成有环槽414,所述环槽414与所述基板41的中空腔连通。所述凸台412形成在所述环槽414内,所述凸台412背面形成有扣合槽416。所述扣合槽416与所述转动部52扣合固定。进一步地,所述扣合槽416的底壁上具有通孔418,以对应所述加固部53。
请继续参阅图7,所述灯杆20上设置有固定件,所述固定件与所述转动件50的固定部51固定,以将所述转动件50固定在所述灯杆20上。
具体地,所述灯杆20呈筒状,所述灯杆20包括相对设置的顶端及底端,所述灯杆20的底端设置于所述灯座30上,所述灯杆20上开始有开槽201,所述开槽201贯通所述灯杆20的顶端,所述基板41收容于所述灯杆20内,所述开槽201用于为所述基板41相对于所述灯杆20转动提供旋转空间。
需要说明的是,所谓所述开槽201为所述基板41相对于所述灯杆20转动 提供旋转空间即为,当所述基板41相对所述灯杆20转动时,所述基板41会逐渐嵌入所述开槽201内,从而减小所述灯体10与所述灯杆20之间的角度。
具体地,所述灯杆20包括第一扣管21及第二扣管22,所述第一扣管21包括作为所述固定件的固定端211,所述固定端211在垂直于所述第一扣管21的轴向方向开设有第一开槽212,所述第一开槽212贯穿所述固定端211的端面,所述第二扣管22的端部在垂直于所述第二扣管22的轴向方向开设有第二开槽221,所述第二开槽221贯穿所述第二扣管22的端部的端面,所述第一扣管21与所述第二扣管22扣合固定后,所述第一开槽212与所述第二开槽221形成所述开槽201。
请继续参阅图8,所述固定端211包括第一端壁2111及第二端壁2112。所述第一端壁2111及所述第二端壁2112位于所述第一开槽212的两侧,所述第一端壁2111设有固定槽2113,所述固定槽2113与所述转动件50的固定部51固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述转动件50的固定部51收容且固定于所述固定槽2113内。所述固定槽2113的槽面积大于所述基板41上扣合槽416的面积。所述转动件50的固定部51的形状匹配所述固定槽2113的形状。所述转动件50的转动部52的形状匹配所述固定扣416的形状。
请参阅图9,所述固定端211的第二端壁2112设有固定孔2114,以对应所述转动件50的加固部53。所述加固部53穿过所述固定槽2113及所述扣合槽416的通孔418与所述第二端壁2112上的固定孔2114转动连接。
进一步地,所述第一扣管21上设有通孔2116。
请参阅图10,所述第一扣管21的固定端211还设有与所述开槽212相对的第三开槽213。
请参阅图11,所述第二扣管22位于所述第二开槽221的一侧延伸有限位板222,所述限位板222朝向所述第二开槽221倾斜,以限定所述基板41的转动位移。
请参阅图12,所述第二扣管22上设有螺孔224,以对应所述第一扣管21上的通孔2116。螺杆穿过所述通孔2116与所述螺孔224锁合,以将所述第一扣管21与所述第二扣管22扣合固定。
请参阅图13,所述照明装置100还包括套筒60,所述套筒60还开设有第 一豁口61,所述第一豁口61对应所述灯杆20上的开槽211。所述套筒60套设于所述第一及第二扣管21及22外围上,以加固所述第一及第二扣管21及22的扣合固定。
进一步地,所述套筒60上还开始有对应所述第三开槽213的第二豁口62。
请继续参阅图1,所述灯杆20包括固定支撑部202、触控部203及固定部204,所述支撑固定部202设置于所述触控部203的顶部,所述固定支撑部202包括所述第一扣管21、所述第二扣管22及所述套管50。所述触控部203上设置有柔性触控板(未示出),用于对所述灯体10的启闭进行控制。所述固定部204的第一端设置于所述触控部203的底部,所述固定部204的相对第一端的第二端设置于所述灯座30上。
请参阅图14,所述灯头11包括支架111、安装于所述支架111上的光源组件112,覆盖所述光源组件112的灯罩113及安装于所述支架111顶端的开关组件114。所述支架111的末端固定于所述连接管12上,以将所述灯头11固定在所述连接管12上。
进一步地,所述灯头11还包括套管115,所述套管115套设于所述支架111的外周。在本实施例中,所述套管115为金属材料一体成型。
请参阅图15,所述支架111内形成有光源腔1111,用于收容固定所述光源组件112。所述支架11的末端形成有第一卡扣部1112,以卡合于所述连接管12内形成的第二卡扣部(所述第二卡扣部为所述连接管12内的扣孔127),所述第一卡扣部1112与所述第二卡扣部卡合固定,以将所述支架111卡合固定在所述连接管12上。
在本实施例中,所述第一卡扣部1112为卡钩。所述光源组件112收容于所述光源腔1111内,并通过锁合固定的方式固定于所述光源腔1111内。具体地,所述光源腔1111内具有固定柱1113,用于与所述光源组件112固定。所述支架111靠近末端处形成有走线槽1114,用于供所述光源组件1112的导线穿过。所述支架111靠近末端处形成有螺柱1115,对应所述连接管12的通孔128,通过螺杆穿过所述通孔128与所述螺柱1115锁合,从而将所述支架固定在所述连接管12上。
请参阅图16,所述支架11前端形成有与所述光源腔1111隔开的开关腔1116,所述开光腔1116用于收容固定所述开关组件114。
具体地,所述开关腔1116内还形成有固定柱1117及定位柱1118。所述固定柱1117用于对所述开关组件114进行固定。所述定位柱1118用于对所述开关组件114进行定位。
请参阅图17,所述开关组件114包括电路板1141、按键1142及套环1143,所述电路板1141固定于所述开光腔1116内,所述按键1142位于所述电路板1141上方,用于抵接所述电路板1141,所述套环1143包围所述按键1142并与所述套管115固定,以将所述按键1142固定在所述支架111顶端。
进一步地,所述按键1142包括按动部11421及设置于所述按动部11421周边的弹性臂11422,用于对按动部11421提供弹回的弹性力。其中,所述弹性力作用在于所述按键1142被按下后可以自动回弹。
需要说明的是,所述电路板1141上设置有对应所述开关腔1116内的固定柱1117的固定孔11411及对应所述定位柱1118的定位孔11412。当所述固定柱1117穿入所述固定孔11411,且所述定位柱1118穿入所述定位孔11412,所述电路板1141被定位固定在所述开关腔1116内。

  1. 一种照明装置,其特征在于,包括灯体、灯杆、灯座及转动装置,所述灯杆设置于所述灯座上,所述灯体通过所述转动装置转动地连接至所述灯杆上,以使所述灯体相对所述灯杆转动来改变所述灯体与所述灯杆之间的角度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述转动装置包括基板及设置于所述基板上的固定板,所述固定板与所述灯体固定连接,所述基板可转动地连接至所述灯杆上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述照明装置还包括转动件,所述基板通过所述转动件转动地连接至所述灯杆上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述转动件包括固定部及与所述固定部转动连接的转动部,所述固定部与所述灯杆连接,所述转动部连接至所述基板。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述基板上设置有固定扣,以与所述转动部扣合连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述灯杆上设置有固定件,所述固定件与所述转动件的固定部固定,以将所述转动件固定在所述灯杆上。

    如权利要求19所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述支架内形成有光源腔,用于收容固定所述光源组件,所述支架的末端形成有第一卡扣部,所述连接管内形成第二卡扣部,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部卡合固定,以将所述支架卡合固定在所述连接管上。

    如权利要求20所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述支架前端形成有与所述光源腔隔开的开关腔,所述开光腔用于收容固定所述开关组件。

    如权利要求21所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述灯头还包括套管,所述套管套设于所述支架的外周,所述开关组件包括电路板、按键及套环,所述电路板固定于所述开光腔内,所述按键位于所述电路板上方,用于抵接所述电路板,所述套环包围所述按键并与所述套管固定,以将所述按键固定在所述支架的顶端。

    如权利要求22所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述按键包括按动部及设置于所述按动部周边的弹性臂,用于对按动部提供弹回的弹性力。
