具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1至图3,本申请所述的照明装置为台灯,其包括底座10、灯杆20、第一灯头50及第二灯头70。第一灯头50与第二灯头70协同工作而提供照明。其中,第一灯头50点亮时第二灯头70熄灭,第一灯头50熄灭时第二灯头70点亮。第一灯头50的亮度大于第二灯头70的亮度。所述灯杆20包括连接第一灯头50及第二灯头70的支架30。所述灯杆20装于所述底座10上。所述支架30装于所述灯杆20的端部。所述第一灯头50可拆卸的装于所述支架30的一端,所述第二灯头70装于支架30的另一端。所述第一灯头50与第二灯头70可跟随所述支架30旋转。灯杆20设有电子器件,第一灯头50插接于支架30上时与电子器件导通。所述第一灯头50可拆卸地与支架30连接,拆卸后可以作为单独照明灯使用,装于所述灯杆20后作为照明装置的光源。所述照明装置还包括设于支架30下方的控制模块,控制模块与第一灯头50及第二灯头70电连接。
第一灯头50为照明灯头。照明灯头包括灯头壳51、灯架52及开关组件56,所述灯头壳51包括端口及连通端口的腔体501(图7),所述灯架52穿入所述灯头壳51腔体501内而使灯头壳51套设于灯架52上,所述开关组件56设于端口内并封闭灯架52于腔体内。第一灯头50还包括第一控制模块,灯杆20的电子器件包括第二控制模块(即前述的控制模块),第一灯头从支架30上 拆下时第一控制模块独立控制灯源工作,第一灯头50安装于支架30上时第一控制模块与第二控制模块协作控制灯源工作。所述开关组件56通过控制第一控制模块控制光源的开关。具体实施例如下:
请一并参阅图4,本实施例中,第一灯头50内设有另一控制模块(即第一控制模块),第一灯头50安装于支架30上时控制模块与另一控制模块电连接,第一灯头50从支架上拆卸时另一控制模块独立工作。所述第一灯头50包括所述灯头壳51、灯架52、及开关组件56,还包括电源组件53、灯罩54、插接件55及灯源。所述灯罩54安装于所述灯头壳51上,所述灯架52插设于灯头壳51内。所述灯源包括第一电路板57及排列于电路板57上的数个LED灯。电源组件53包括所述第一控制模块(即所述的另一控制模块)的第二电路板531及电池532。第一灯头50安装于支架30上时电池532给第二灯头70供电。所述电池532电连接所述第一电路板57及第二电路板531。
请参阅图4、图7及图9,所述灯头壳51为管状结构并形成所述腔体,可采用金属材料一体制造。所述灯头壳51开设有窗口511。所述灯头壳51还包括内周壁512及两个相对的端部513,所述灯头壳51靠近端口的内周壁512围设形成所述端口,即开设于所述端部513上。灯头壳51的内周壁上形成有凸棱514,第一固定槽515开设于凸棱上。具体的为所述内周壁512上位于灯头壳51的两端沿着灯头壳51的轴向凸设有所述凸棱514。第一固定槽515沿着凸棱514的延伸方向设置。所述灯罩54装于所述窗口511上,以便所述灯源的LED光线实现第一灯头50的照明。所述灯头壳51内还形成有环绕凸棱514并与凸棱514连接的台阶。请参阅图7与图8,所述灯罩54设有卡持结构,所述卡持结构与窗口边缘卡持以将所述灯罩54装于窗口511上。所述灯罩54为长条体,包括弧形的透光板541、位于所述透光板541相对两侧的凸片542,位于所述透光板541相对两端的卡接块543及卡接片544。所述卡接块543与卡接片544形状及结构不同。卡接块543、凸片542及卡接片544构成所述卡持结构并朝向相同且分别与窗口511的边缘卡接,从而将灯罩54安装于灯头壳51上。所述卡接块543及卡接片544与所述透明板541的连接位置向内凹陷而均形成卡接槽,窗口511的相对的边缘卡设于卡接槽内。由于所述灯头壳51与灯罩54没有使用螺丝,因而拆装均较为方便,而且不影响第一灯头50的外观。
请参阅图5与图6,所述灯架52包括相对设置的第一端盖523及第二端盖524,开关组件抵接第一端盖523。第一端盖523位于灯头壳52内,第二端盖524也位于灯头壳52内。所述开关组件56包括收容于端口内的套环564,套环564抵接凸棱514及第一端盖523的端面。
具体的,所述灯架52截面为半圆行的管体,其可插接收容于所述灯头壳51内。第一端盖523、第二端盖524位于灯架52的弧形内表面相对两端。所述内表面上依次间隔设有光源槽5221、电池槽5222及收容槽5223。所述光源槽5221用来收容所述带有LED灯的第一电路板57。所述电池槽5222用于收容所述电池532。所述收容槽5223用于收容所述第二电路板531。所述第一端盖523位于所述光源槽5221一端。所述第二端盖524位于所述收容槽5223一端。所述第一端盖523为圆柱状,其朝向内表面的方向形成有空腔5231,并且所述第一端盖523中部开设圆孔5232,空腔5231与圆孔5232用于装开关组件56的开关562。所述第一端盖523外表面设有第二固定槽5233,所述第一固定槽515与第二固定槽5233对合并连通形成供螺丝穿设的螺孔。每一第一固定槽515及第二固定槽5233的相对两端及位于相对两端之间的一侧均敞开。第一固定槽515及第二固定槽5233均为截面呈半圆形的槽。所述第二端盖524为凸出的中空的圆柱状,其外周面5241设有两对两两相对的平面,所述平面上开设有螺孔5242。
如图10所示,所述开关组件56包括装于第一电路板57上的开关562、与开关562连接的按钮563、套环564及面板565。开关562外露于第一端盖523的端面,按钮563与开关562连接,套环564环绕按钮563。具体的,所述套环564包括圆孔5641且四周开设多个避让槽566,避让槽566用于收容锁固灯头壳51与灯架52的螺丝。所述避让槽566的底部进一步开设穿孔5661,供螺丝穿过避让槽566并锁入第一端盖523及灯头壳51之间而将套环564锁固,所述套环564还同时抵接台阶的端面。所述面板565为环形片体,其相对所述避让槽566设有凸起567。所述面板565中部设有安装孔568,安装孔568与圆孔5641共同容纳所述按钮563。凸起567卡设于避让槽566内而将面板565与套环564固定。
请参阅图11,所述插接件55包括主体551及接口552。所述主体551大致为中空的阶梯状的圆柱体,其包括依次连接的凸柱553、凸环554及环体555。 所述凸柱553远离凸环554的端部开设有开口556,用于接口552的穿过。所述凸柱553的外周面凸设有凸肋557及凹设有圆槽558,所述凸肋554沿着所述凸柱553的轴向设置,凸肋557的末端终止于凸环554,用于与所述支架30装配。所述凸柱553外周面上围绕凸柱553的轴向设有数个所述圆槽558。每个圆槽558装有可滚动弹珠(图未示)。所述环体555远离凸环554的端部为主体551的开口端,用于收容所述接口552于主体551内。所述环体555的周壁上相对所述第二端盖524的螺孔5242设有穿孔5551,用于螺丝的穿过,以将所述插接件55固定于所述第二端盖524上。
请参阅图10,所述灯头壳51套于所述灯架52上,所述第一端盖523与第二端盖524位于所述灯头壳51的两个端部513位置。所述第一固定槽515与第二固定槽5233对合连通而形成截面为圆形的螺纹孔。所述第一端盖532的端面与灯头壳51的端部的周壁形成凹部,收容所述开关组件56。所述开关562装于所述第一端盖532的空腔5231内与所述第一电路板57电连接,所述套环564抵持所述第一端盖523端面并遮盖所述凹部,所述避让槽566的穿孔5661与所述螺纹孔相对,螺钉穿过穿孔5661与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接以固定第一端盖523与灯头壳51。所述按钮563收容于套环564的圆孔5641及所述面盖565的安装孔568内通过安装孔568限位,按钮563抵接所述开关562以控制所述开关562,所述面板565遮盖所述螺钉及螺纹孔,使第一灯头50外观保持完整性。套环564充当垫片的作用,其同时抵接于灯头壳51的凸棱前表面及灯架52的第一端盖523的前表面,从而防止灯头壳51从灯架52上拔出。螺丝进一步将套环564、灯架52及灯头壳51三者锁固。需要拆卸时,只需拧下螺丝,将套环564及面板565取出,即可将灯头壳51从灯架52上抽出,过程较为简便。
所述第二端盖524位于所述灯头壳51的端部内。第二端盖524相对灯头壳51的最近端部513的距离小于第一端盖523相对灯头壳51的最近端部513的距离。所述插接件55装于第二端盖524上,并通过所述环体555一端的开口端套于所述第二端盖524的外周面5241上,所述螺孔5242与穿孔5551相对并通过螺钉固定连接,以将所述插接件55的接口552封于所述主体551内。由于环体555的内侧周面包括二相对的平面,灯架52的一端的外侧周面也包括二相对的5241平面,因而环体555套设于灯架52上时环体555的二平面分 别与灯架52的二平面5241抵接,从而实现二者的定位。接口552通过开口556伸出,用于连接与其电连接的插头。所述灯头壳51是采用金属一体制造的,因此,从外观上看起来所述灯头壳51是一块整体,肉眼看不到螺丝之类的固定件,使整体视觉效果更佳。并且,没有螺丝裸露在外可以避免经过长时间的暴露导致螺丝生锈而无法拆卸的情况。进一步地,套环566及螺丝可以防止用户不小心将所述灯头壳51从灯架52上拔出。所述灯头壳51的一端抵持插接件55的凸环554以防止脱落。
请参阅图39与图40,所述第二灯头70包括透明外壳71、LED模组72、第一固定件73及第二固定件74。所述透明外壳71粘接于第一固定件73上,第一固定件73与第二固定件74固定连接,第二固定件74与支架30固定连接。所述第二灯头70作为照明装置的夜灯使用。所述LED模组72包括LED和线路板。所述透明外壳71为中空圆柱体,其设有空腔711,用于收容LED模组72。LED发出的光线进入空腔实现导光效果。
所述第一固定件73为截面为T形的圆柱体,其包括圆筒731、位于圆筒731端部周缘的圆环732。所述圆筒731内位于轴线所在面上设有竖直的挡板734,挡板734将圆筒731分为两部分,所述圆环732的圆孔内壁连接台阶板733并且所述台阶板733的边缘连接所述挡板734以遮盖半个圆环732的圆孔,形成空隙736。所述台阶板733与圆环731连接处设有穿孔7331,所述圆筒731与所述挡板734相对的内壁上设有圆形壁并围成圆孔7312,所述穿孔7331与所述圆孔7312的孔壁位于所述圆筒731内部通过连接板735连接并通过所述挡板734间隔,以增加整体的强度。所述穿孔7331与所述圆孔7312贯通所述圆筒731两端,所述穿孔7331与所述圆孔7312之间的连接板735上形成由圆形侧壁围成的一定位孔7341。所述定位孔7341位于圆筒731设有圆环732相对的一端。
所述第二固定件74大致为圆筒状,其包括筒壁741及遮盖筒壁741一端的底板742。所述底板742部分凸出筒壁741的端部并与筒壁741之间形成间隙747。并且位于底板742的凸出部分设二固定孔7421。其中二固定孔7421贯穿所述底板742。所述底板742位于筒壁741内部的表面上设有加强筋743、螺孔744及定位柱745。所述螺孔744贯穿底板742并且螺孔744的孔壁与加强筋743连接。所述定位柱745凸设于加强筋743一侧,位于螺孔744与贯穿 所述底板742的固定孔7421之间。
组装第二灯头70时,所述透明外壳71粘接于第一固定件73具有圆环732的端部,所述线路板与圆环732固定以将所述LED模组72封于所述透明外壳71与第一固定件73之间。连接LED模组72的导线穿过第一固定件73的空隙736、第二固定件74的间隙747及支架30而进入灯杆20内。所述第二固定件74的定位柱745与所述第一固定件73的定位孔7341插接固定,用于方便第一固定件73、第二固定件74的相互定位。螺丝穿过第一固定件73的穿孔7331及圆孔7312与所述第二固定件74的螺孔744螺接,实现第一固定件73、第二固定件74的固定。所述第二固定件74的底板742用于贴设在所述支架30上通过螺丝穿过第二固定件74的固定孔7421与支架30螺接,从而将第二固定件74与支架30固定,具体与支架30的哪个部位连接,参见下文对支架30的结构描述。
请参阅图12,所述支架30包括第一管31、第二管33、装于第二管33内的套筒34、连接第一管31与第二管33的连接段35以及接头36。所述第一管31与所述第二管33为圆管,所述连接段35为外型大致呈V形体,所述第一管31与第二管33分别连接所述连接段35的两端形成大致V形的支架30。所述第二管33用于连接所述第二灯头70。所述第一管31用于插接所述第一灯头50。第一管31内收容所述接头36并且还收容有内盖37,套筒34固定于第一管31内,接头36及内盖37固定于套筒34内。接头36被内盖37所覆盖并穿出内盖37。接头36用于插设于第一灯头50的接口内,从而实现支架30与第一灯头50的电连接。
请参阅图13,所述第一管31与所述连接段35连接的端部设有第一端壁311,所述第一端壁311上开设有通孔312、位于所述通孔312两侧的螺柱313及与连接段35连通的通槽315。所述螺柱313位于所述第一端壁311的表面。所述第一管31的管内周壁314上设有卡槽316。所述卡槽316位于第一管31上与第一端壁311相对的第一端口317处。所述第一管31的管内周壁沿着轴向还设有安装引导槽318。
请参阅图14与图15,所述套筒34为圆筒状,装于所述第一管31内,其包括第二端壁341及第二端口342。所述套筒34的内周壁上围绕套筒34的轴向设有多个贯通套筒34的定位孔343。所述套筒34的外周壁上相对第一管31 的卡槽316设有卡勾344,用于与卡槽316卡持以将套筒34定位于所述第一管31内。所述套筒34的外周壁沿着轴向方向延伸有引导凸条345。所述套筒34内周壁上沿着轴向凹设有引导槽346。所述套筒34内还设有固定柱347、支撑柱348及定位柱349。固定柱347、支撑柱348及定位柱349设于第二端壁341位于套筒34内的表面上,并且固定柱347、支撑柱348露出所述第二端壁341。第二端壁341上还设有与套筒34内部贯通的开槽3411。所述开槽3411与所述支撑柱348位于同一侧。所述固定柱347为两个与所述定位柱349相邻设置。
当套筒34装于所述第一管31内,所述第二端壁341与所述第一管31的第一端壁311接触,螺丝穿过固定柱347锁入第一管31内的螺柱313内,从而固定套筒34于所述第一管31上。所述支撑柱348与所述通槽315相对。所述卡勾344与所述卡槽316卡持。当第一灯头50装入所述第一管31时,所述插接件55的圆槽558内的弹珠可卡设于定位孔343内,从而将第一灯头50固定于第一管31上。所述套筒34的引导凸条345用于与所述安装引导槽318配合,方便所述套筒34装入所述第一管31内。第一灯头50的插接件55上的凸肋557穿入引导槽346内而方便第一灯头50与所述套筒34的装配。
所述接头36完全收容于套筒34内。所述接头36包括线路板361、装于线路板361上的插接端子362。所述线路板361上设有穿孔363。所述线路板361外周缘设有定位孔364。所述内盖37为一端设有开口端371一端封闭端372的圆筒状,所述封闭端372上开设有通槽3721,用于所述插接端子362穿过。所述内盖37外周面上沿着轴向设有定位槽373,所述定位槽373两端贯穿开口端371及封闭端372。所述内盖37外周面上沿着轴向还设有两个凹部376,位于凹部376的侧壁上设有穿孔377,其中,该侧壁与所述封闭端372平行设置。
所述接头36与所述内盖37装于所述套筒34内,所述套筒34的定位柱349穿过所述接头36的线路板361上的定位孔364,从而将线路板361定位于所述套筒34内,并且线路板361与套筒34的支撑柱348抵接。所述内盖37的定位槽373同样套于套筒34的定位柱349上并将线路板361夹持于所述套筒34的第二端壁341上,进而实现所述内盖37与套筒34的定位。所述插接端子362穿过所述开口端371并通过通槽3721露出,螺丝穿过所述内盖37 的穿孔377及线路板361的穿孔363而锁入套筒34的支撑柱348内,从而将所述接头36及内盖37固定于所述套筒34内。
参图2、图11与图12,当所述第一灯头50与支架30插接时,所述插接件55的弹珠卡入套筒34的定位孔343内,插接件55的凸肋557穿入套筒34的引导槽346内,装于支架30的第一管31的接头36的端子362插入第一灯头50的接口552内,即实现了第一灯头50与支架30的物理连接,同时实现支架30与第一灯头50的电连接。在需要单独使用第一灯头50时,只需要拔第一灯头50即可,拆卸较为方便,第一灯头50内的电池532通过电路板提供电量,实现第一灯头50的照明。由此,本发明的照明装置可适应多种不同的场合应用需求,比如当需要看书时,可以把第一灯头50与支架30组装形成照明装置;当需要外出时,可以把第一灯头50拔出携带进行照明。
请参阅图16与图3,所述第二管33与所述连接段35连接的端部设有第三端壁331,所述第三端壁331上开设有通孔332、位于所述通孔332两侧的螺柱333及与连接段35连通的通槽335。螺柱333位于第二管33内部,所述通孔332与通槽335贯通连接段35。第二固定件74的底板742贴设在第二管33的第三端壁331上,螺丝穿过第二固定件74的固定孔7421并锁入第二管33的螺柱333内,从而将第二固定件74与支架30的第二管33固定。其中所述第二固定件74的底板742与所述第三端壁331相叠设置,所述通槽335与所述间隙747相对并连通。连接LED模组72的导线穿过第一固定件73的空隙736、第二固定件74的间隙747及所述支架30上第二管33的通槽335而进入灯杆20内。
请参阅图21与图22,所述连接段35包括两个连接端及位于两个连接端之间的凸出部分。所述两个连接端分别与所述第一管31及第二管33连接。所述凸出部分切割形成球形通槽353。位于球形通槽353的底壁开设有插槽354。所述插槽354具有两个相对的槽壁3541。所述两个槽壁3541中的一个槽壁3541与所述第一管31的第一端壁311背向相对,另一个槽壁3541与第二管33的第三端壁331背向相对,第一端壁311上的通孔312贯穿所述一个槽壁3541,第三端壁331上的通孔332贯通另一个槽壁3541;进而所述通孔312、通孔332、插槽354、圆形通槽353相贯通。通槽315、335分别位于所述连接段35的球形通槽353相对两侧,用于供第一灯头50与第二灯头70的导线穿 过。
参阅图23及图25,所述照明装置还包括灯头旋转组件,所述灯头旋转组件装于所述支架30的连接段35上并带动第一灯头50及第二灯头70在垂直于水平面的上下方向内转动。所述灯头旋转组件包括旋转头81及基座83,所述旋转头81旋转的装于所述基座83上。所述旋转头81固定于所述灯杆20上。
参阅图17与图18,所述旋转头81为中空体,其包括圆柱体的颈部811及位于颈部811一端的呈半球形头部812。所述颈部811另一端为开口端,其周壁上开设有贯穿颈部811内部的螺孔813,用于供螺丝穿设而锁固于灯杆20上。所述头部812可收容于支架的球形通槽353内而可在其中旋转。所述头部812位于颈部811的内表面上设有两个固定柱814。固定柱814用于供螺丝穿设而进一步将旋转头81与基座83固定。所述头部812上位于圆心位置一侧设有条形沟槽815。所述沟槽815偏离头部812的中轴。所述沟槽815贯通所述颈部811内部。所述沟槽815一侧设有穿线孔816。穿线孔816靠近沟槽815且直径小于沟槽815。
请参阅图19与图20,所述基座83包括基板84、插杆86及固定件85。所述基板84为圆形板体,其包括贯穿基板84的定位槽842、凸设于基板84上并位于所述定位槽842一端的支撑片841及固定孔844。所述支撑片841上设有截面为矩形的穿孔843。所述固定孔844为两个且间隔设于基板84周缘。
所述插杆86包括头端861、与头端861连接的尾端862。所述头端861为长条柱体,包括两个相对的弧形外侧面8611及两个相对的呈平面的端面8612。所述头端861的每一端面8612上开设有螺孔864。二螺孔864的朝向不同。所述尾端862上开设有圆孔8621,圆孔8621的轴向与所述螺孔864的轴向垂直。所述尾端862大致为四边形板体,其一角位置设有缺口863(请参见图23)。所述固定件85包括T型的杆体851、弹簧852、垫片853及螺母854。所述杆体851包括头端及与头端连接的连接杆8511。连接杆851的末端为设有螺纹的连接端8512。所述弹簧852套于所述连接杆8511上压缩于杆体851的头端及插杆86之间。所述连接端8512的横截面为矩形。所述垫片853套于所述连接端8512。固定件85还包括套设于连接杆8511上的螺母,支撑片841夹设于螺母与插杆86的尾端之间。
进一步的,连接杆8511的外侧周面包括平面,支撑片841形成供连接杆 8511穿设的穿孔843,穿孔843的内侧周面形成平面,连接杆8511穿设于支撑片841的穿孔843时二平面抵接而限制连接杆8511相对支撑片841转动。
请参阅图23与图24,所述插杆86通过固定件85可旋转地安装于基底83上,所述插杆86的尾端862插入所述定位槽842内,所述固定件85的连接端8512穿过所述插杆86的尾端862的圆孔8621及支撑片841的穿孔843,通过螺母854锁持,支撑片841夹持于垫片853与螺母854之间。所述连接杆8511的外侧周面包括平面,支撑片841形成供连接杆穿设的穿孔843,穿孔843的内侧周面形成平面,连接杆8511穿设于支撑片的穿孔时二平面抵接而限制连接杆8511相对支撑片843转动。连接杆8511横截面为矩形,穿孔843截面为矩形,固定件85在连接端8512穿过穿孔843后就无法旋转。通过旋转固定件85末端的螺母854锁紧,就可以与头端压紧弹簧852,而不会导致固定件85跟着螺母854旋转的情况发生。通过调节螺母854,可以使弹簧852的抵压力度发生变化,从而调节插杆86的旋转阻尼力度。
可以理解地,本发明还包括另一种结构的灯头旋转组件:基座包括基板,所述定位槽开设于所述基板上,所述基板上位于所述定位槽两端凸设有支撑片,所述固定件包括转轴及装于转轴的扭簧,插杆的尾端套于所述转轴上,所述转轴的两端转动装于所述两个支撑片上,所述扭簧的两端抵持其中一个支撑片及所述插杆的尾端。
将灯头旋转组件安装于支架30时,所述插杆86的头端861穿过旋转头81的开口端及沟槽815插入所述支架30的插槽354内,所述插杆86的头端861的二螺孔864分别与支架30的连接段33的通孔312及通孔332对齐,螺丝穿过通孔312及通孔332锁入螺孔864内,从而实现插杆86与支架30的固定。锁固件从下往上穿过基板84上的固定孔844并锁入所述旋转头81的两个固定柱814并锁紧,实现基座83与旋转头81的固定。所述头端861于沟槽845内沿第一方向转动而带动所述尾端862于定位槽842内沿相反的第二方向转动。所述尾端862在定位槽842内转动时分别抵接定位槽842的相对两侧边缘而限制插杆86的旋转角度。由于插杆86的尾端862设有缺口863,因而在插杆86安装于基底83上之后,尾端862在所述定位槽842内可以在一定的范围内旋转,直至尾端862抵接到所述定位槽842内边缘。具体地,当插杆86向下旋转时,其尾端862将最终倾斜地抵接定位槽842的一侧内边缘,当插杆 86向上旋转时,其尾端862将最终竖直地抵接定位槽842的相对另一侧内边缘。在旋转过程中,插杆86的头端861在所述旋转头81的沟槽815内转动,进而带动第一灯头50与第二灯头70在上下方向旋转,实现第一灯头50与第二灯头70根据使用需求转动的功能。
请参阅图25及图27,本发明所述灯杆包括卡接段。卡接段包括扣管21及外围管,所述灯杆20整体为长条圆杆,其还包括电路板27。所述灯杆还包括依次连接的触控段23及支撑段。第二控制模块安装于电路板27上。所述卡接段构成卡接结构用于与所述灯头旋转组件80连接。如图27与图30,卡接段包括扣管21及收容扣管21的金属管22(即外围管,本实施例优选为金属管,下文统称金属管)。金属管22为一体成型。扣管21呈半管形,由截面为半圆的第一管体211与第二管体212扣合后卡设于外围管内。所述第一管体211弧形内壁上凸设有限位凸柱214及限位板2111,限位凸柱214及限位板2111位于第一管体211弧形内壁相对两端位置。所述第二管体212的内壁上凸设有限位凸柱215及限位板2121。所述限位凸柱215及限位板2121位于第二管体212的内壁相对两端位置。所述第一管体211与第二管体212的一端表面均凸设有弧形的凸缘213。所述第一管体211与第二管体212的另一端表面边缘延伸有弧形环边216。
请参阅图28与图29,所述第一管体211与第二管体212扣合对接,螺丝穿过所述限位凸柱214与所述限位凸柱215以将所述第一管体211与第二管体212固定连接形成圆筒状的扣管21,扣管21两端为开口217。所述限位板2111与所述限位板2121对合用于夹持灯杆20的电路板27。所述第一管体211与第二管体212的凸缘213对接形成围绕开口217的圆形凸缘,所述弧形环边216对接形成围绕另一个开口217的圆形环边。所述第一管体211与第二管体212扣合对接后相互连接的侧边形成引导凹槽218,引导凹槽218沿着扣管21的轴向贯通所述凸缘及环边。所述第一管体211与第二管体212均设有卡勾219,所述卡勾219靠近设有凸缘的一端位置。
请参阅图30,所述金属管22为两端开口的圆管,其内周壁221上设有定位凸肋222及沟槽223。所述定位凸肋222沿着金属管22的轴向延伸。所述沟槽223位于金属管22端部位置。所述金属管22的内周壁221靠近端部开口位置设有抵持凸台224。所述金属管22抵持凸台224与端部之间的位置设有 孔225。
安装灯头旋转组件于所述卡接段时,先将扣管21对接并通过螺丝预固定,旋转头81与基底83也通过螺丝预固定,然后将金属管22套在固定的扣管21外部,定位凸肋222滑入引导凹槽218内实现金属管22与扣管21的对位,保证扣管21的卡勾219与金属管22的沟槽223卡合而完成扣管21与金属管22装配。将所述灯头旋转组件的旋转头81的颈部811插入所述金属管22的一端与所述抵持凸台224抵持,孔225与螺孔813对接并通过螺钉连接,进而将旋转头81与金属管22固定,基板84置于扣管21的凸缘213上方,所述插杆86的尾端862在穿过基底83的基板84的定位槽842之后,还穿入扣管21的端部的凸缘213围绕的开口217内。由此,通过金属管22将灯头旋转组件与扣管21固定连接起来。此种固定方式有利于整体的拆卸过程。
请参阅图25与图31、图32、图38,所述触控段23包括透明管231、柔性触控板230及保护膜239。柔性触控板230贴附于所述透明管231外周面上,第二灯头70及柔性触摸板30与上述第二控制模块(即前述的控制模块)电连接,第二控制模块根据作用于柔性触摸板230上的触摸动作控制第一灯头50及第二灯头70协同工作。第二控制模块位于柔性触摸板230上方,具体的是位于电路板27上,控制模块即为第二控制模块。保护膜239贴附在柔性触摸板230的外侧面。柔性触摸板230通过FPC与扣管21内的电路板27电连接,进而实现触控段23的触控功能,具体触控功能包括照明装置的开关、照明装置第一灯头或者/和第二灯头的亮度及光色的调节。
所述透明管231连接于扣管21的设有环边的一端。所述透明管231的一端凸设有圆台232及形成于圆台232上的凸圈233,凸圈233相对圆台232向外凸伸。透明管231的另一端凸设有圆台232及凸环236,凸环236相对圆台232向外凸出并卡设于支撑段的弧形卡槽内。具体的,透明管231的一端凸设有第一圆台232及凸圈233。所述凸圈233围绕第一圆台232端部周缘。所述第一圆台232的端面设有开孔234。透明管231的另一端凸设有第二圆台235及凸环236。凸环236围绕第二圆台235端部周缘设置。所述凸环236的端面设有贯穿整个透明管231的贯孔237。所述贯孔237与所述开孔234连通。所述第二圆台235外周面上沿着轴向设有缺口238。所述第一圆台232的凸圈233外径大于所述凸环236的外径。
请参阅图25及图38,所述透明管231连接于扣管21的设有环边的一端,具体的,在扣管21的第一管体211与第二管体212扣合时,第一管体211与第二管体212的端部的环边216内侧面开设有卡接槽,凸圈233卡设于第一管体211与第二管体212的卡接槽内并与环边216抵接,从而实现透明管231与扣管21的固定。然后再固定第一管体211与第二管体212以及套设金属管22。外围管包围透明231管的上部而遮挡第一圆台232及凸圈233。换句话说,金属管22的一端部套设于透明管231的第一圆台232及凸圈233上,以避免从外面能看到透明管231的第一圆台232及凸圈233的结构。
支撑段及扣管21分别位于触控段23的相对两端。支撑段包括第一扣筒251、第二扣筒252及收容第一扣筒251及第二扣筒252的外围筒。具体的请参阅图33与图34,所述支撑段包括扣筒25及套于所述扣筒25外侧的金属筒26(即为所述外围筒,本实施例优选为金属筒)。金属筒为一体成型。如图34,所述扣筒25包括第一扣筒251及第二扣筒252。金属筒26的一端向上延伸超出第一扣筒251及第二扣筒252的顶部。第一扣筒251与第二扣筒252对接组成圆管状的扣筒25。第一扣筒251的弧形的内表面设有第一沟道250及凸柱253。所述第一沟道250沿着第一扣筒251轴向设置,并且位于第一沟道250的两侧设有肋条2501。所述凸柱253凸设于第一沟道250一端。所述第一扣筒251一端设有半圆形的第一凸边254、另一端设有半圆形的第一环边255。第一凸边254与第一环边255的圆心轴与所述第一扣筒251的轴重合。位于第一凸边254与凸柱253之间还设有弧形的卡槽256。
第二扣筒252的弧形的内表面设有第二沟道257及凹孔258。所述第二沟道257沿着第二扣筒252轴向设置。并且位于第二沟道257的两侧设有条形槽2571。所述凹孔258设于第二沟道257一端。所述第二扣筒252一端设有半圆形的第二凸边2521、另一端设有半圆形的第二环边2522。第二凸边2521与第二环边2522的圆心轴与所述第二扣筒252的轴重合。位于第二凸边2521与凹孔258之间还设有弧形的卡槽259。
所述第一扣筒251与第二扣筒252对接扣合,通过螺丝穿过凹孔258并锁入凸柱253内,从而实现二扣筒的组装固定。其中,第一扣筒25的肋条2501嵌入第二扣筒252的条形槽2571内,以帮助第二扣筒252与第一扣筒251之间的定位。所述第一沟道250与第二沟道257对合形成管道。第一扣筒251 的卡槽256与第二扣筒252的卡槽259对合用来卡设透明管23的凸环。第一扣筒251的第一凸边254与第二扣筒252的第二凸边2521对合形成用于卡设于金属筒26内的凸边2505。第一扣筒251的第一环边255与第二扣筒252的第二环边2522对合形成封闭的环边,并在环边侧面形成穿孔。
请参阅图33,所述金属筒26为中空圆筒,金属筒26的筒壁一端设有通孔261。所述金属筒26的内周壁262的一端绕着内周壁设有台阶263。台阶263与通孔261位于金属筒26相对两端。通孔261用于与底座固定连接。
所述扣筒25与所述透明管231连接,所述扣筒25的第一扣筒251与第二扣筒252套于透明管231外侧,使透明管231设有凸环236的一端插于所述扣筒25的的卡槽256、259卡持。然后将第一扣筒251与第二扣筒252通过螺丝穿过凹孔258并锁入凸柱253内并锁紧实现第一扣筒251与第二扣筒252固定。将金属筒26套于所述扣筒25外侧,所述台阶263与所述扣筒25的凸边卡持。也就是说,透明管231的凸环卡入扣筒25的卡槽内,从而完成透明管231与扣筒25的固定连接,扣筒25的凸边卡入金属筒26的台阶263上,从而完成三者的固定,通过这种固定方式,可以使整体拆卸较为方便。金属筒26的一端向上延伸超出第一扣筒251及第二扣筒252的凸边2505。
请参阅图35,所述照明装置还包括灯杆旋转组件90,所述灯杆旋转组件90收容于所述底座10内并连接灯杆20。请参阅图26,所述底座10包括底壳11、底板12、垫圈13、配重块14、电路板15及所述灯杆旋转组件90。所述底板12固定于底壳11底部。所述配重块14设于底壳11内。垫圈13贴在所述底板12底面。电路板15收容于底壳11内。所述电路板15包括第一线路板151及与第一线路板151电连接的第二线路板152。
一并参阅图26及图37,所述底板12为圆形板体,其一表面周缘设有四个螺柱121。所述底壳11为圆盘状,其包括开口111。所述开口111的上方形成有四个定位柱114。所述四个定位柱114沿着开口111周缘设置。四个定位柱114用于插设在底板12的螺柱121内,并通过螺丝固定,使所述底板12盖于所述底壳11的开口111上并固定。所述底板12上设有中心区122。所述底壳11内还设有多个第一定位柱115、多个第二定位柱116、多个第三定位柱117、输出接口17及输入接口16。所述灯杆旋转组件90装于所述底板12的中心位置。所述多个第一定位柱115具体为3个,间隔排列于所述底板12的中心位 置一侧。所述第二定位柱116为3个,间隔设置于所述底板12的中心位置一侧并与第一定位柱115相邻。所述第三定位柱117为4个,围绕底板12的中心位置设置并位于矩形的四个角位置。输出接口17及输入接口16的边缘也设有固定柱119。所述第一线路板151与输入接口16电连接。照明装置通过输入接口16给第一灯头50的电池充电。所述第二线路板152与输出接口17电连接。输出接口17为标准的USB、MiniUSB、typeC接口等,可与各种电子设备,比如手机、pad等连接,从而使照明装置给这些电子设备充电。所述第一定位柱115用于固定第一线路板151、第二定位柱116用于固定第二线路板152及第三定位柱117用于固定灯杆旋转组件90的支撑板。
请参阅图35与图36,所述灯杆旋转组件90包括支撑板91、固定件92、垫片93、支撑架94及穿设于固定件92上并抵压支撑架94的弹簧组件95构成。所述固定件92从支撑板91向上伸出,并且固定件92抵接支撑板91的表面而防止固定件92从支撑板91上脱落。固定件92通过焊接与支撑板91表面固定。支撑架94位于支撑板91上,垫片93夹在支撑架94与支撑板91之间。垫片93、支撑架94及弹簧组件95套设于固定件92上。支撑架94可相对支撑板91旋转。
具体的,所述支撑板91大致为矩形板体,其中部开设有通孔911。固定件92包括固定板921及凸设于所述固定板921表面的杆体922。所述杆体922设有外螺纹。所述垫片93为圆环状片体,其侧面形成有限位槽931,所述支撑架94朝向所述支撑板91的表面形成有凸点,所述凸点被限制在所述限位槽931内,以限制灯杆旋转组件90的旋转角度。所述支撑架94包括圆环形基片941、凸设于基片941周侧边缘的四个侧板942。所述四个侧板942两两相对设置并且均开设有贯孔943。当然,侧板942也可以设有卡勾或卡持凸起。侧板942垂直于基片941。基片941的面积小于支撑板91的面积。所述基片941中部设有通孔944。通孔911与通孔944用于套于所述杆体922上。所述支撑架94的基片941底面形成有凸点,凸点被限制在仅能于限位槽931内活动,以限制灯杆旋转组件90的旋转角度。所述弹簧组件95包括圆筒状顶圈951及套于所述顶圈951外周的弹簧952。弹簧952压缩于顶圈951及支撑架94之间而增加支撑架94的旋转阻尼。所述顶圈951内侧周面设有内螺纹,用于与所述杆体922的外螺纹连接。
所述支撑板91、垫片93、支撑架94依次套于所述固定件92的杆体922上,所述弹簧组件95的顶圈951螺纹连接于所述杆体922上将垫片93、支撑架94锁紧于支撑板91上。所述顶圈951将弹簧952夹持于所述垫片93与顶圈951的凸出边缘之间。固定件92的固定板921焊接于支撑板91的底面,所述支撑板91固定于底壳11内。所述第三定位柱117用于支撑所述支撑板91。所述灯杆20的金属筒26与扣筒25装于所述底壳11上,所述扣筒25的环边套于所述顶圈951上。所述扣筒25环边的穿孔、金属筒26的通孔261与所述支撑架94的侧板942上的贯孔943对准,并通过螺丝锁紧固定,进而将灯杆20固定于所述灯杆旋转组件90上。
支撑架94可以支撑板91轴心为中心相对支撑板91旋转,进而带动灯杆20转动。当在水平面内旋转第一灯头50时,金属筒26、扣筒25及支撑架94被带动而一同绕固定件92的杆部922旋转;固定件92、支撑板91及底壳不发生转动。参图39,进一步的,底壳11的中心孔112的边缘还形成向下凸伸的限位圈19,限位圈19抵接支撑架94的侧板942顶部,灯杆20插入中心孔112并被限位圈19所环绕,以防止支撑架94、金属筒及扣筒从底壳11的中心孔112拉出。
当向下旋转顶圈951时,所述固定件92及所述支撑板91不动,所述弹簧组件95的弹簧952被压缩,导致弹簧952对支撑架94施加的弹力增大,使支撑架94旋转的阻尼增大,从而调节灯杆旋转组件90的旋转阻尼。垫片93夹在支撑架94的基片941与支撑板91之间。垫片93的面积小于基片941及支撑板91的面积。垫片93用于减小支撑架94相对支撑板91的旋转摩擦力,避免摩擦力过大而造成磨损的情况。
请一并参阅图39,所述台灯还包括布线结构,其包括连接第一灯头50的第一走线及连接第二灯头70的第二走线,第一走线及第二走线均穿过旋转头的头部与第二控制模块(即前述控制模块)电连接,用于为第一灯头50与第二灯头70提供电量。第一走线穿过沟槽815,第二走线穿过穿线孔816,穿线孔816靠近沟槽815。布线结构还包括与第二控制模块连接的导线,导线穿过触控段23及支撑段进入底座10。
具体为,所述第一走线穿过所述支架30的连接段35的通槽315、旋转头81的沟槽815、灯杆20的扣管21内部并与扣管21内的电路板27电连接。而 第二走线穿过所述支架30的连接段35的通槽335、旋转头81的穿线孔816、灯杆20的扣管21内部并与扣管内的电路板27电连接。之后,导线从电路板伸出,穿过透明管231的贯孔237及扣筒25的沟道2502,然后从固定件的中心孔923进入底壳11内部与电路板15的第一线路板151及第二线路板152电连接。
其中,穿线孔816靠近沟槽815且与沟槽815分离。将第一灯头50及第二灯头70的导线分别穿过分离的沟槽815及穿线孔816,而不同时穿过沟槽815的原因有几个:第一,连接第一灯头50及第二灯头70的导线非常多,如果混在一起穿过沟槽815,那么在后期理线的时候很难分清到底哪些是接第一灯头50的,哪些是接第二灯头70的,容易造成混乱。所以,才将连接第一灯头50的导线穿在沟槽815里,将连接第二灯头70的导线穿在穿线孔816内,以避免混淆。
第二,沟槽815还同时具有穿设插杆86的功能,而插杆86在沟槽815内会左右活动,如果连接第二灯头70的导线也穿过沟槽815,第二灯头70位于沟槽815左侧,那么连接第二灯头70的导线也就要穿过沟槽的左侧。然而,由于沟槽815左边预留的空间范围较小,如果连接第二灯头70的导线穿过沟槽815,那么插杆86在向左活动的时候就会抵压到连接第二灯头70的导线,长时间反复抵压后会造成导线损坏。
第三,假如把沟槽815左侧拉长,使沟槽815左侧预留的空间范围变大,这样可以保证插杆86在活动时不会抵压到连接第二灯头70的导线。但是,这样做的后果就是当第一灯头50向下旋转时,沟槽左侧由于太长就会没办法被支架30遮挡而暴露在外面,从而影响到照明装置的外观。并且暴露出来的沟槽815左侧也容易进入灰尘、水汽等杂质,影响到照明装置的使用。
参阅图23,具体的,第一灯头50的第一电路板531上面设有所述第一控制模块,以对数个LED灯进行控制。所述灯源及开关562与第一控制模块通过导线连接。第一控制模块可以在第一灯头50拔出后单独工作,也可在第一灯头50插入后与灯杆20内的电路板27上的第二控制模块共同工作。
在第一灯头50插入后,第一控制模块通过第一灯头50的接口552与支架30内的接头36电连接。支架30的接头36与灯杆内的第二控制模块通过前述连接第一灯头50的导线电连接。第二灯头70内LED模组72的线路板与灯杆 20内的第二控制模块通过前面提及的连接第二灯头70的导线电连接。
灯杆20的扣管21内收容的电路板27为控制电路板,第二控制模块设于电路板27上。连接第一灯头50及第二灯头70的导线穿过扣管21的顶部的开口而与电路板27连接,电路板27还通过柔性线路板与包覆在透明管231外侧的柔性触摸板230电连接。
在第一灯头50插入之后,第一灯头50内的电池给灯杆20的第二控制模块及柔性触摸板232、以及第二灯头70灯供电。当然,也可以在底座10的输入接口16上插入外接电源来进行供电。
当第一灯头50的接口插入支架30时,第二控制模块与第一控制模块电连接。第二控制模块用于根据柔性触摸板感测到的触摸手势,控制第一灯头50及第二灯头70的亮度。比如单指从上往下滑是降低第一灯头50的亮度,当第一灯头50亮度降至熄灭时,第二灯头70自动开启。当单指再从下往上滑时,第二灯头70熄灭,第一灯头50逐渐变亮。又比如双指上下滑是调节第一灯头50的色温。
第二控制模块为照明装置的中枢控制模块,其放入灯杆20内有利于节省整体的体积,以避免占据底座10内的空间而影响到电路板15的放置。第二控制模块设于灯杆20的上部区域(即柔性触摸板的上方),其原因在于从第二灯头70及第一灯头50伸入灯杆的导线非常多,如果第二控制模块位于灯杆20的下部区域(即柔性触摸板的下方),那么这些导线就必须穿过很长的距离才能与电路板27连接。如此长的导线会导致第一灯头50在旋转时很容易缠绕甚至折断。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种照明装置,其特征在于,包括底座、装于所述灯座的灯杆、装于灯杆上的支架、第一灯头,其特征在于:所述第一灯头设有灯源、电池及插接件,所述电池给所述灯源提供电量,所述第一灯头通过插接件可拆卸装于所述支架上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,灯杆设有电子器件,第一灯头插接于支架上时与电子器件导通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的照明装置,其特征在于,第一灯头还包括第一控制模块,灯杆的电子器件包括第二控制模块,第一灯头从支架上拆下时第一控制模块独立控制灯源工作,第一灯头安装于支架上时第一控制模块与第二控制模块协作控制灯源工作。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述支架设有套筒及装于所述套筒内的接头,所述插接件包括主体及装于所述主体的接口,所述插接件插接于所述套筒内,所述接口与所述接头插接实现电连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述套筒的内周壁上设有定位孔,所述主体外周缘设有弹珠,所述弹珠卡设于所述定位孔内实现固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述套筒的内周壁上设有引导槽,所述主体外周缘设有凸肋,所述凸肋穿入引导槽内实现主体与套筒的定位。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述主体包括凸柱,接口外露于凸柱的端面上,弹珠及凸肋位于凸柱的外侧周面上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的照明装置,其特征在于,第一灯头还包括灯架,主体还包括与凸柱连接的环体,环体套设于灯架的一端而与灯架固定。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的照明装置,其特征在于,环体的内侧周面包括二相对的平面,灯架的一端的外侧周面包括二相对的平面,环体套设于灯架上时环体的二平面分别与灯架的二平面抵接。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的照明装置,其特征在于,主体还包括连接凸柱及环体的凸环,凸肋的末端终止于凸环。
  11. 如权利要求6至10任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述凸肋沿着所述凸柱轴向凸设于所述凸柱外侧周面。
  12. 如权利要求4至10任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述支架包括收容所述套筒的第一管,套筒被第一管所包围。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述第一管的内侧周面设有卡槽,所述套筒的外侧周面上相对所述卡槽设有卡勾,卡勾卡设于卡槽内。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述套筒内设有内盖,所述接头装于所述套筒内并从内盖的端面伸出。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述套筒内设有定位柱,接头及内盖均设有定位孔,定位柱穿设于接头及内盖的定位孔内而将接头及内盖定位于套筒内。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述第一管设有第一端壁,所述套筒设有第二端壁,所述第二端壁、所述第一端壁及所述内盖通过锁持体锁持。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的照明装置,其特征在于,接头完全收容于套筒内。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的照明装置,其特征在于,内盖被套筒所套设,套筒被第一管所套设。
  19. 如权利要求8至10任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述灯源包括设有LED灯的第一电路板,所述电池连接有第二电路板并且电池电连接所述第一电路板,所述灯架上依次间隔设有光源槽、电池槽及收容槽,所述光源槽收容所述带有LED灯的第一电路板,所述电池槽收容所述电池,所述收容槽收容所述第二电路板。
  20. 如权利要求1至10任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述灯杆活动连接于底座,所述第一灯头活动连接于灯杆,所述灯杆用于相对于底座在水平面内活动,所述第一灯头用于相对于灯杆在竖直面内活动。
