在本实施例中,所述支撑架200上设置有至少两个卡槽230,对应的,所述转动架上设置有用于放置到所述卡槽内的卡扣,所述卡扣可在至少两个所述卡槽内活动卡接。设置卡扣扣合到卡槽内,并且卡扣可以活动的卡接到各个卡槽内起到进一步的限位作用,减小螺钉的作用力,增加支撑架和转动架的紧固强度。这是本实施例一种限位方式,当然,还可以有其他限位方式,比如:所述支撑架上设置卡扣,对应的,所述转动架上设置有至少两个卡槽,所述卡扣可在至少两个所述卡槽内活动卡接。设置卡扣扣 合到卡槽内,并且卡扣可以活动的卡接到各个卡槽内起到进一步的限位作用,减小螺钉的作用力,增加支撑架和转动架的紧固强度。
其中,所述螺钉包括位于其一端端部的螺帽,所述支撑架200设置有用于放置所述螺帽的螺帽槽240。防止螺帽凸出在外。
其中,所述螺钉扣410外端设置有至少两个均布的手控板411。方便用户用手控制手控板,进而控制螺钉和螺钉扣之间的紧固程度。
具体的,手控板411的个数为三个,均布在螺钉扣外表面的边沿。其中,手控板为矩形的板状结构,方便用户控制。
其中,所述台灯还包括与所述电源电性连接的充电接口800。设置充电接口800方便为电池充电。
其中,所述灯座和转动架卡接固定。卡接固定牢固,方便安装和拆卸。当然,灯座和转动架之间也可以采用其他方式固定连接,比如直接相互螺接固定。
其中,所述灯座120通过所述透光孔套接到所述转动部上。套接方便实现。具体的,所述灯座120设置沿所述透光孔向外延伸有环形的凸环121。设置凸环121增加灯座和转动架的连接面积,从而增加转动架和灯座之间的连接强度。
其中,所述灯座120沿所述透光孔内表面设置有多个均匀布置的条形凸起122。条形凸起122起到限位作用,使得灯座120和转动架300之间固定连接更加牢固。
在本实施例中,所述壳体还包括灯罩130,所述灯罩130套设在所述灯座120上,并覆盖所述透光孔。本实施例设置灯罩,通过灯罩透光,这样使得透光效果更佳。
具体的,所述灯罩130为正多面体结构,其包括一开口,所述灯罩130通过所述开口位置套设到所述灯座120上。这是设置灯罩的一种具体结构,这样设置使得灯罩透出的光效果更好。
其中,所述灯座120设置有用于紧贴到所述灯罩外表面的卡块123。卡块123起到限位作用。
其中,所述灯座120的大小从其顶部向下逐渐减小,终止于所述卡块123,所述灯罩的开口部分具有伸缩性。这样设置当灯罩通过其开口部分的伸缩性套设到灯座上,并限位于卡块位置,从而实现灯罩和灯座的固定连 接。而且这样设置方便拆卸下灯罩,进而方便携带。
在本实施例中,所述壳体还包括限位片140,所述底座110底部设置有用于所述电池的电池仓111,所述限位片140通过销钉固定在所述底座110底部,所述限位片140可依所述销钉为轴进行转动,所述销钉固定在所述电池仓的一侧,当所述限位片140通过所述销钉固定在所述底座110上时,所述限位片140的长度大于所述电池仓111的宽度,所述限位片140的宽度小于所述电池仓111的长度;当所述限位片140转动至所述电池仓111位置时与放置于所述电池仓111内的电池500紧贴。
本实施例通过限位片在电池仓周围转动来限位放置于电池仓内的电池,其限位效果好,方便活动,这样就方便更换电池或进行检修。另外,限位片转动至电池仓上方对电池进行限位时仅仅覆盖一部分电池仓,这样就使得部分电池及电池仓未受到限位片的覆盖,从而就便于电池散热
其中,所述底座在其另一侧设置有一限位柱112,所述限位片设置有用于卡到所述限位柱上的卡钩141。卡钩141卡位到限位柱112位置,防止限位片随意转动,限位电池效果更好。
其中,所述限位柱112设置有用于放置所述卡钩141的限位槽。限位槽和卡钩卡配,这样不仅在水平方向对限位片实现了限位,而且对垂直方向也实现了限位,防止限位片倾斜或弯折,这样就使得限位片对电池的限位效果更佳。
其中,所述限位柱设置有加强筋113。增加限位柱的强度。
在本实施例中,底座设置有与开关700配合的开关孔,在开关孔位置设置有一按键710,从而方便用户控制开关。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种台灯,包括壳体、设置在所述壳体上的电池、灯泡及开关,其特征在于,所述壳体包括底座和灯座,所述底座和灯座通过转动机构连接,所述灯座通过所述转动机构可相对于底座转动,所述灯座设置有用于透光的透光孔;所述转动机构包括支撑架、螺钉、与所述螺钉螺接的螺钉扣以及转动架,所述支撑架安装固定在所述底座上,所述支撑架设置有与所述螺钉穿过螺接的支撑架螺孔,所述转动架设置有与所述螺钉穿过螺接的转动架螺孔,所述支撑架设置有供所述转动架转动的空间,当所述转动架放置到所述支撑架的空间位置时螺钉分别穿过所述支撑架螺孔及转动架螺孔螺接固定;所述灯泡安装固定在所述转动架上,并通过导线与所述电池电连接,所述转动架和灯座固定连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架上设置有至少两个卡槽,对应的,所述转动架上设置有用于放置到所述卡槽内的卡扣,所述卡扣可在至少两个所述卡槽内活动卡接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架上设置卡扣,对应的,所述转动架上设置有至少两个卡槽,所述卡扣可在至少两个所述卡槽内活动卡接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述螺钉包括位于其一端端部的螺帽,所述支撑架设置有用于放置所述螺帽的螺帽槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述螺钉扣外端设置有至少两个均布的手控板。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述台灯还包括与所述电源电性连接的充电接口。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述灯座和转动架卡接固定。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述灯座通过所述透光孔套接到所述转动架上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述灯座沿所述透光孔内表面设置有多个均匀布置的条形凸起。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的台灯,其特征在于,所述灯座设置沿所述透光孔向外延伸有环形的凸环。
