有利地,支架11的一部分可以压扁形成扁位结构,绝缘套2的内周面可以呈与扁位结构适配的形状,且绝缘套2套在扁位结构上。由此,可以方便绝缘套2安装在支架11上,提高绝缘套2的安装效率,同时保证绝缘套2和支架11之间连接的可靠性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,绝缘结构可以包括绝缘套2,绝缘套2可以套在金属烤架1的周缘并凸出金属烤架1的侧沿,由此,可以将金属烤架1与内胆间隔开,从而实现金属烤架1与内胆之间的电隔离。
在一些实施例中,参照图8,绝缘套2可以呈直筒形状,且绝缘套2垂直于其轴线的截面可以呈优弧形状。由此,可以增大绝缘套2覆盖的支架11的沿支架11周壁周向方向的面积,进一步提高金属烤架1与内胆之间电隔离的可靠性。
在一些实施例中,内胆的左侧壁和右侧壁上形成有沿前后方向延伸的滑轨,金属烤架1沿滑轨可滑动,绝缘结构将位于内胆内的金属烤架1与滑轨、内胆的内周面隔开。以避免金属烤架1与滑轨或内胆的内周壁之间接触,从而保证金属烤架1与内胆之间有效电隔离。
在一些实施例中,参照图1,搁置架12包括纵向杆122和横向杆121,纵向杆122沿前后方向延伸,横向杆121沿左右方向延伸,具体地,结合图1,横向杆121可以包括一个或沿前后方向间隔布置的多个,纵向杆122可以包括沿左右方向间隔布置的多个,且每个纵向杆122的一端与横向杆121相连,且另一端与横向杆121或支架11的前侧支杆111或后侧支杆112相连,且横向杆121的左端或右端中的至少一个端部水平延伸、向上倾斜延伸或向下倾斜延伸。
在另一些实施例中,纵向杆122可以包括沿左右方向间隔布置的两个,横向杆121可以包括沿前后方向间隔布置的多个,且每个横向杆121的左端和右端分别于两个纵向杆122相连,且纵向杆122的前端和后端中的至少一端水平延伸、向上倾斜延伸或向下倾斜延伸。
下面将参考图1-图8描述根据本发明一个具体实施例的微波加热电器100。
参照图1,微波加热电器100包括内胆、金属烤架1和绝缘结构,内胆的前面敞开,内胆的左侧壁和右侧壁上形成有沿前后方向延伸的滑轨,金属烤架1沿滑轨可滑动,且可取出地设在内胆内;绝缘结构包括多个绝缘套2,多个绝缘套2将位于内胆内的金属烤架1与滑轨、内胆的内周面隔开。
具体地,如图1所示,金属烤架1支架11和搁置架12,支架11呈包括前侧支杆111、后侧支杆112、左侧支杆113以及右侧支杆114的矩形环状。且前侧支杆111、后侧支杆112、左侧支杆113以及右侧支杆114上均布置有两个绝缘套2。
支架11的一部分压扁形成扁位结构,绝缘套2的内周面呈与扁位结构适配的形状,且绝缘套2套在扁位结构上。
绝缘套2呈直筒形状,且绝缘套2垂直于轴线的截面呈优弧形状。位于左侧支杆113上的两个绝缘套2覆盖左侧支杆113的左侧、上侧以及下侧,且配合限定出位于左侧支杆113外侧的第一绝缘面,位于右侧支杆114上的两个绝缘套2覆盖右侧支杆114的右侧、上侧和下侧,且配合限定出位于右侧支杆114外侧的第二绝缘面。位于后侧支杆112上的绝缘套2覆盖后侧支杆112的后侧,位于前侧支杆111上的绝缘套2覆盖前侧支杆111的前侧。
根据本发明实施例的微波加热电器100,同在在金属烤架1的支架11上套设多个绝缘套2,可以将支架11与内胆、滑轨以及微波加热电器100的门体间隔开,实现金属烤架1与内胆之间的电隔离,从而保证微波加热电器100在微波加热过程中的安全性,有效避免金属烤架1和内胆之间产生电火花。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种微波加热电器,其特征在于,包括:
    内胆,所述内胆的前面敞开;
    金属烤架,所述金属烤架可取出地设在所述内胆内;
    绝缘结构,所述绝缘结构设在所述金属烤架上,且所述绝缘结构电隔离所述内胆和位于所述内胆内的金属烤架。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,所述金属烤架包括支架和搁置架,所述支架呈环形杆状,所述搁置架与所述支架相连并位于所述支架的内侧,所述绝缘结构设置于所述支架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,所述绝缘结构包括多个绝缘套,所述绝缘套套在所述支架的外表面上,且多个所述绝缘套沿所述支架的周向间隔布置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,所述支架呈矩形环状,且所述支架的前侧支杆、后侧支杆、左侧支杆以及右侧支杆上均间隔布置有至少两个所述绝缘套。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,位于所述左侧支杆上的绝缘套覆盖所述左侧支杆的左侧、上侧以及下侧,位于所述右侧支杆上的绝缘套覆盖所述右侧支杆的右侧、上侧和下侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,设置在所述左侧支杆上至少两个所述绝缘套配合限定出位于所述左侧支杆外侧的第一绝缘面,设置在所述右侧支杆上至少两个所述绝缘套配合限定出位于所述右侧支杆外侧的第二绝缘面。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,位于所述后侧支杆上的绝缘套覆盖所述后侧支杆的后侧,位于所述前侧支杆上的绝缘套覆盖所述前侧支杆的前侧。
  8. 根据权利要求3-7中任一项所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,所述支架的一部分压扁形成扁位结构,所述绝缘套的内周面呈与所述扁位结构适配的形状,且所述绝缘套套在所述扁位结构上。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,所述绝缘结构包括绝缘套,所述绝缘套套在所述金属烤架的周缘并凸出所述金属烤架的侧沿。
  10. 根据权利要求2-9中任一项所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,所述绝缘套呈直筒形状,且所述绝缘套垂直于轴线的截面呈优弧形状。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的微波加热电器,其特征在于,所述内胆的左侧壁和右侧壁上形成有沿前后方向延伸的滑轨,所述金属烤架沿所述滑轨可滑动,所述绝缘结构将位于所述内胆内的金属烤架与所述滑轨、所述内胆的内周面隔开。
