Description

一种塑料中空格子板封边机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料中空板材挤出生产设备的辅机,特别是一种用于对塑料中空格子板封角封边的自动封角封边机。
背景技术
在塑料加工过程中,需要对塑料制品例如塑料格子板定型。塑料中空格子板的材质一般为聚乙烯或聚丙烯,成型后的中空格子板,主要用于工业产品包装周转,箱包手袋托板,玻璃瓶厂垫板等,例如电子元器件包装周转箱,箱包垫板,罐装产品隔板,罐托,垫板,机器缓冲垫板以及家居装潢天花板,卫生间隔板等。一般的塑料中空格子板的定型装置操作比较烦琐,不能一次成型,需要多人多台设备同时操作,对人员操作要求高,人为干预对成品效果影响大。定型温度、时间无法精确,不能很好的达到定型效果,供料也不是很方便,完全依靠人力来进行单步操作,尤其是不能快速连续对制品进行封边和封角,人力成本过高,影响生产效率以及定型效果。
中国专利文献CN 103753823A公开了一种中空板封边成型系统(专利申请号201410032289.5),包括用于将中空板的侧边部加热至软化的加热单元,用以切断软化后的中空板侧边部内的加强筋的热切割单元,用以将经切割后的中空板侧边部收口的热收口单元,用以将收口的中空板侧边部加工成设定密封形态的热成型单元,以及用以将具有设定形态的中空板侧边部冷却定型的冷却成型单元能够对中空格子板切割定位精确,封边效果佳,有效的降低成本,提高产品质量和产量。但该技术方案无法对中空格子板封边时,同时进行封角操作,导致产品四角没有得到加热封闭,影响效果,需要额外人工进行操作,并且对于如何处理塑料中空格子板被加热时与加热封边部件的塑料粘结问题,没有提出解决方案。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提出了一种塑料中空格子板封边机,包括底座(10),用于输送中空格子板到指定工位的输送单元,用于在封角和封边时固定中空格子板的压紧单元,用于对中空格子板的边角进行热成型封角的成型单元,用于调节中空格子板支撑件宽度与长度的调节单元,以及电气控制单元,其特征是,所述成型单元包括圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)、直线定型块(13),所述圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)和直线定型块(13)之间有能够对中空格子板边缘加热的热气加热装置(14),圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)和直线定型块(13)均有能够对中空格子板边缘进行封边封角的截面为U型的凹槽(15)。所述凹槽能够对中空格子板进行封边和封角操作。
为了解决塑料中空格子板被加热时与加热封边部件的塑料粘结问题,本发明的凹槽(15)的表面喷涂聚四氟乙烯,即特氟龙,防止塑料与金属的粘结。
作为一种优选,本发明的热气加热装置(14)为吹灯(16),所述吹灯(16)包括空气导流管(161)以及内置于空气导流管(161)的电热灯管(162),吹灯(16)由风机送风。进一步的,所述吹灯(16)的加热气体温度为300℃最为适宜,能够起到更好的封边效果,尤其是对于常用的聚乙烯材料的中空格子板,聚乙烯的熔化温度在150℃左右,选择吹灯的加热气体温度在260℃,考虑到气体在吹送过程中尤其是吹灯出口的热损失,既不至于温度过高导致塑料中空格子板过度的热熔化,也不至于因温度过低而无法热熔封边,发明人在实际实验过程中,也证实了吹灯(16)的加热气体温度为260℃最为适宜。
进一步的,本发明所述的圆角定型块(11)包括固定座(111),固定座(111)与底座(10)固定,固定座(111)一端有螺母(112)、另一端通过水平滑轨限制滑动块(113)仅在水平方向滑动,滑动块(113)上固定有竖直转轴(114),水平推杆(115)通过其外螺纹旋入螺母(112),水平推杆(115)的一端有旋钮(116)另一端插入滑动块(113),水平推杆(115)插入滑动块(113)的一端有卡槽(1151),滑动块(113)上有卡孔(1131),水平推杆(115)与滑动块(113)通过插入卡槽(1151)和卡孔(1131)内的插销实现联动,套在水平推杆(115)上的压力弹簧(117)向滑动块(113)施加扩张性的弹性力,竖直转轴(114)上套有压杆(118),压杆(118)的端部有加热半圆(119),加热半圆(119)有能够对中空格子板边缘进行封边封角的截面为U型的凹槽(151),压杆(118)通过套在竖直转轴(114)上的扭力弹簧(1141)的作用下压向被加工的中空格子板;加热半圆的作用是对中空格子板进行封角,压力弹簧(117)的作用是使加热半圆压在中空格子板上进行封角的加工操作,并且弹簧的弹力能够在加工操作时适应中空格子板边缘较小的尺寸不规则变化,不至于因中空格子板边缘尺寸变化而导致中空格子板的折断,增强了本发明的塑料中空格子板封边机对被加工产品的尺寸不规则的适应能力。

所述直线定型块(13)包括,固定座(131),固定座(131)与底座(10)固定,固定座(131)一端有螺母(132)、另一端通过水平滑轨限制滑动块(133)仅在水平方向滑动,滑动块(133)上固定有竖直转轴(134),水平推杆(135)通过其外螺纹旋入螺母(132),水平推杆(135)的一端有旋钮(136)另一端插入滑动块(133),水平推杆(135)插入滑动块(133)的一端有卡槽(1351),滑动块(133)上有卡孔(1331),水平推杆(135)与滑动块(133)通过插入卡槽(1351)和卡孔(1331)内的插销实现联动,套在水平推杆(135)上的压力弹簧(137)向滑动块(133)施加扩张性的弹性力,竖直转轴(134)上套有滚动轴承(138),滚动轴承(138)的外缘套有长方形加热部(139),长方形加热部(139)有能够对中空格子板边缘进行封边的截面为U型的凹槽(153),长方形加热部(139)通过套在水平推杆(135)上的压力弹簧(137)的作用下压向被加工的中空格子板,长方形加热部(139)的四角为圆角。圆角有利于中空格子板顺利进入凹槽。压力弹簧(127)和压力弹簧(137)的作用是使加热环(129)或长方形加热部(139)压在中空格子板上进行封边的加工操作,并且弹簧的弹力能够在加工操作时适应中空格子板边缘较小的尺寸不规则变化,不至于因中空格子板边缘尺寸变化而导致中空格子板的折断,增强了本发明的塑料中空格子板封边机对被加工产品的尺寸不规则的适应能力。
为了进一步加强对加热过程中加热温度的控制,作为一种改进,本发明在长方形加热部(139)内还有电加热管(1391),经过测试,所述电加热管(1391)的工作温度为180~200℃最为适宜,能够起到更好的封边效果,既不至于温度过高导致塑料中空格子板过度的热熔化,也不至于因温度过低而无法热熔封边。
为了更好的起到封边封角的效果,作为一种改进,本发明所述的滚动定型块(12)的数量为6块,分别为第一滚动定型块(1201)、第二滚动定型块(1202)、第三滚动定型块(1203),所述圆角定型块(11)的数量为4块,中空格子板两边各2块,第1块的作用是作用分别为对中空格子板的四角进行预热、第2块的作用是热封定型。直线定型块(13)的数量为2块,圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)、直线定型块(13)分别平均置于被加工的中空格子板两侧,按照对中空格子板的加工先后顺序排列依次为圆角定型块(11)、第一滚动定型块(1201)、第二滚动定型块(1202)、直线定型块(13)、第三滚动定型块(1203),所述第一滚动定型块(1201)的凹槽(1521)还包括能够切割中空格子板内部筋条的切割片(1501),切割片(1501)的作用是将中空格子板内部的靠近边缘部分的筋条切开,有利于封边,第一滚动定型块(1201)的凹槽(1522)、直线定型块(13)的凹槽(153)、第三滚动定型块(1203) 的凹槽(1523)的开口尺寸均相同,第二滚动定型块(1202)的凹槽(1522)的开口尺寸大于第一滚动定型块(1201)的凹槽(1521)的开口尺寸,这是因为,当第一滚动块内的切割片将中空格子板边缘内部筋条切开后,会造成中空格子板边缘的扩张,这时就需要更大开口尺寸的凹槽来将中空格子板边缘收敛后进行热封闭。直线定型块(13)的凹槽(153)作用是第一次成型、第三滚动定型块(1203)的凹槽(1523)的作用是再次成型以保证更好的效果。
进一步的,本发明所述的塑料中空格子板封边机,输送单元包括长方形输送带架(24),输送带架(24)固定在底座(10)上方水平放置,其一侧固定有主动胶辊(25)、另一侧固定有从动胶辊(26),从动胶辊(26)的轴线与输送胶辊(23)的轴线在同一个竖直平面内,主动胶辊(25)与从动胶辊(26)通过输送带(27)连接,主动胶辊(25)与输送电机(28)连接并通过输送带(27)带动从动胶辊(26)同步转动;压紧单元包括固定在底座(10)中央上方的悬挂支架(31),悬挂支架(31)包括悬挂横梁(311)和悬挂立柱(312),气缸(30)与悬挂横梁(311)刚性连接,气缸(30)的活塞能够在竖直方向移动并与压杆(32)的一端固定连接,压杆(32)的另一端固定有压紧横梁(33),压紧横梁(33)为水平方向,压紧横梁(33)安装有5根压紧胶辊(35);5根压紧胶辊的作用是使压紧时对中空格子板的作用力在平面上均匀分布,减轻或避免仅有1~2根压紧胶辊情况下导致的中空格子板受力集中而产生的翘曲。调节单元包括丝杆滑台,丝杆滑台的丝杆(41)由蜗轮蜗杆减速电机(43)驱动,丝杆滑台的滑板(42)上固定有圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)和直线定型块(13)。
发明人在实际中发现,本发明的塑料中空格子板封边机,其凹槽(15)的截面U型的开口的口径与被加工的中空格子板厚度相同时,能够起到最佳的加工效果。例如在加工4mm厚的中空格子板时,取凹槽开口的口径为4mm,如果大于4mm则不易触及被加工的中空格子板,造成烫角或烫边加工时热量难以快速传递到中空格子板,如果小于4mm,则由于U型开口的口径尺寸过小,被加工的中空格子板难以快速进入U型凹槽内。
为更好地调节在加工中空格子板过程中的定型块的高度和水平位置,达到更好的加工效果,作为本发明的一种改进,本发明的滚动定型块(12)、直线定型块(13)还包括高度微调装置和水平微调装置,所述高度微调装置包括套在竖直转轴上缘的高度微调螺母(51),以及套在竖直转轴上的高度微调弹簧(52),竖直转轴上缘有能够与高度微调螺母(51)相配合的螺纹,高度微调螺母(51)和高度微调弹簧(52)之间为定型块,高度微调弹簧(52)一端对定型块施加向上的弹力,另一端抵压在水平推杆上;所述水平微调装置包括水平推杆,套在水平推杆上的水平微调螺母(53),水平推杆上有与水平微调螺母(53)相配合的螺纹,前置水平弹簧(54)和后置水平弹簧(55)套在水平推杆上且分别置于竖直转轴两侧,水平推 杆的一端插入隔挡板(56)的支撑孔(57)内,另一端插入固定板(58)的固定孔(59)内,固定板两侧各有1个固定螺母(60)套在水平推杆上,固定螺母(60)的内螺纹与水平推杆的外螺纹相配合,所述隔挡板(56)和固定板(58)均固定在固定座上,竖直转轴固定在水平滑轨的滑动块上。调节时,通过旋转高度微调螺母,可以调节滚动定型块或者直线定型块的高度,通过旋转水平微调螺母,可以调节滚动定型块或者直线定型块的水平位置,水平推杆穿过竖直转轴,穿孔内壁光滑,可以使数值转轴沿水平推杆自由滑动。固定螺母的作用是,通过将固定板两侧的固定螺母向固定板旋紧,达到固定水平推杆的作用。
为解决高度微调螺母(51)和水平微调螺母(53)因长时间运行,在弹簧弹力作用下易产生旋转导致位置变化,影响定型块的位置精度的问题,本发明的进一步改进方案是,水平微调螺母(53)的数量为2个,旋转套在水平推杆后互相紧密贴合。使用中,由于靠近弹簧一侧的螺母受弹簧作用而旋转,挤压另一螺母,另一螺母静止不产生旋转,而形成预紧力锁紧。两个一样的螺母拧在同一支螺栓上,在两个螺母之间附加一个拧紧力矩,使得螺栓连接可靠。另一种改进方案,是使用电子家电领域的热缩管。热缩管,是一种特制的聚烯烃材质热收缩套管,具有高温收缩、柔软阻燃、绝缘防蚀功能,广泛应用于各种线束、焊点、电感的绝缘保护,金属管、棒的防锈、防蚀等。热缩管在常温下是玻璃态,性能接近常温塑料,加热后变成高弹态,性能接近橡胶。热缩管在电子产品上广泛使用,成本低廉。本发明的使用热缩管,将高度微调螺母(51)以及其所在的竖直转轴、水平微调螺母(53)及其所在的水平推杆,套在热缩管内,将热缩管进行加热,使热缩管收缩,将高度微调螺母(51)以及其所在的竖直转轴紧密包裹,将水平微调螺母(53)及其所在的水平推杆紧密包裹,冷却至常温,形成较为稳固的连接。在本发明的塑料塑料中空格子板封边机工作状态下,由于高度微调螺母(51)、水平微调螺母(53)的转动,导致热缩管部分嵌入螺母与螺杆之间的螺纹咬合缝隙中,增大了螺母转动的阻力,组织螺母进一步转动,形成稳固的连接固定状态。

输送单元包括长方形输送带架(24),输送带架(24)固定在底座(10)上方水平放置,其一侧固定有主动胶辊(25)、另一侧固定有从动胶辊(26),从动胶辊(26)的轴线与输送胶辊(23)的轴线在同一个竖直平面内,主动胶辊(25)与从动胶辊(26)通过输送带(27)连接,主动胶辊(25)与输送电机(28)连接并通过输送带(27)带动从动胶辊(26)同步转动;
压紧单元包括固定在底座(10)中央上方的悬挂支架(31),悬挂支架(31)包括悬挂横梁(311)和悬挂立柱(312),气缸(30)与悬挂横梁(311)刚性连接,气缸(30)的活塞能够在竖直方向移动并与压杆(32)的一端固定连接,压杆(32)的另一端固定有压紧横梁(33),压紧横梁(33)为水平方向,压紧横梁(33)安装有5根压紧胶辊(35);
调节单元包括丝杆滑台,丝杆滑台的丝杆(41)由蜗轮蜗杆减速电机(43)驱动,丝杆滑台的滑板(42)上固定有圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)和直线定型块(13)。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种塑料中空格子板封边机,包括底座(10),用于输送中空格子板到指定工位的输送单元,用于在封角和封边时固定中空格子板的压紧单元,用于对中空格子板的边角进行热成型封角的成型单元,用于调节中空格子板支撑件宽度与长度的调节单元,以及电气控制单元,其特征是,所述成型单元包括圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)、直线定型块(13),所述圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)和直线定型块(13)之间有能够对中空格子板边缘加热的热气加热装置(14),圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)和直线定型块(13)均有能够对中空格子板边缘进行封边封角的截面为U型的凹槽(15),凹槽(15)的表面喷涂聚四氟乙烯,热气加热装置(14)为吹灯(16),所述吹灯(16)包括空气导流管以及内置于空气导流管的电热灯管,吹灯(16)由风机送风,所述吹灯(16)的加热气体温度为270℃。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料中空格子板封边机,其特征是,所述圆角定型块(11)包括固定座(111),固定座(111)与底座(10)固定,固定座(111)一端有螺母(112)、另一端通过水平滑轨限制滑动块(113)仅在水平方向滑动,滑动块(113)上固定有竖直转轴(114),水平推杆(115)通过其外螺纹旋入螺母(112),水平推杆(115)的一端有旋钮(116)另一端插入滑动块(113),水平推杆(115)插入滑动块(113)的一端有卡槽(1151),滑动块(113)上有卡孔(1131),水平推杆(115)与滑动块(113)通过插入卡槽(1151)和卡孔(1131)内的插销实现联动,套在水平推杆(115)上的压力弹簧(117)向滑动块(113)施加扩张性的弹性力,竖直转轴(114)上套有压杆(118),压杆(118)的端部有加热半圆(119),加热半圆(119)有能够对中空格子板边缘进行封边封角的截面为U型的凹槽(151),压杆(118)通过套在竖直转轴(114)上的扭力弹簧(1141)的作用下压向被加工的中空格子板;
    所述滚动定型块(12)包括固定座(121),固定座(121)与底座(10)固定,固定座(121)一端有螺母(122)、另一端通过水平滑轨限制滑动块(123)仅在水平方向滑动,滑动块(123)上固定有竖直转轴(124),水平推杆(125)通过其外螺纹旋入螺母(122),水平推杆(125)的一端有旋钮(126)另一端插入滑动块(123),水平推杆(125)插入滑动块(123)的一端有卡槽(1251),滑动块(123)上有卡孔(1231),水平推杆(125)与滑动块(123)通过插入卡槽(1251)和卡孔(1231)内的插销实现联动,套在水平推杆(125)上的压力弹簧(127)向滑动块(123)施加扩张性的弹性力,竖直转轴(124)上套有滚动轴承(128),滚动轴承(128)的外缘套有加热环(129),加热环(129)有能够对中空格子板边缘进行封边封角的截面为U型的凹槽(152),加热环(129)通过套在水平推杆(125)上的压力弹簧(127)的作用下压向被加工的中空格子板;
    所述直线定型块(13)包括,固定座(131),固定座(131)与底座(10)固定,固定座(131)一端有螺母(132)、另一端通过水平滑轨限制滑动块(133)仅在水平方向滑动,滑动块(133)上固定有竖直转轴(134),水平推杆(135)通过其外螺纹旋入螺母(132),水平推杆(135)的一端有旋钮(136)另一端插入滑动块(133),水平推杆(135)插入滑动块(133)的一端有卡槽(1351),滑动块(133)上有卡孔(1331),水平推杆(135)与滑动块(133)通过插入卡槽(1351)和卡孔(1331)内的插销实现联动,套在水平推杆(135)上的压力弹簧(137)向滑动块(133)施加扩张性的弹性力,竖直转轴(134)上套有滚动轴承(138),滚动轴承(138)的外缘套有长方形加热部(139),长方形加热部(139)有能够对中空格子板边缘进行封边的截面为U型的凹槽(153),长方形加热部(139)通过套在水平推杆(135)上的压力弹簧(137)的作用下压向被加工的中空格子板,长方形加热部(139) 的四角为圆角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的塑料中空格子板封边机,其特征是,所述长方形加热部(139)内有电加热管(1391)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的塑料中空格子板封边机,其特征是,所述电加热管(1391)的工作温度为210℃。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料中空格子板封边机,其特征是,所述滚动定型块(12)的数量为6块,分别为第一滚动定型块(1201)、第二滚动定型块(1202)、第三滚动定型块(1203),所述圆角定型块(11)的数量为4块,直线定型块(13)的数量为2块,圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)、直线定型块(13)分别平均置于被加工的中空格子板两侧,按照对中空格子板的加工先后顺序排列依次为圆角定型块(11)、第一滚动定型块(1201)、第二滚动定型块(1202)、直线定型块(13)、第三滚动定型块(1203),所述第一滚动定型块(1201)的凹槽(1521)还包括能够切割中空格子板内部筋条的切割片(1501),第一滚动定型块(1201)的凹槽(1521)、直线定型块(13)的凹槽(153)、第三滚动定型块(1203)的凹槽(1523)的开口尺寸均相同,第二滚动定型块(1202)的凹槽(1522)的开口尺寸大于第一滚动定型块(1201)的凹槽(1521)的开口尺寸。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料中空格子板封边机,其特征是,
    输送单元包括长方形输送带架(24),输送带架(24)固定在底座(10)上方水平放置,其一侧固定有主动胶辊(25)、另一侧固定有从动胶辊(26),从动胶辊(26)的轴线与输送胶辊(23)的轴线在同一个竖直平面内,主动胶辊(25)与从动胶辊(26)通过输送带(27)连接,主动胶辊(25)与输送电机(28)连接并通过输送带(27)带动从动胶辊(26)同步转动;
    压紧单元包括固定在底座(10)中央上方的悬挂支架(31),悬挂支架(31)包括悬挂横梁(311)和悬挂立柱(312),气缸(30)与悬挂横梁(311)刚性连接,气缸(30)的活塞能够在竖直方向移动并与压杆(32)的一端固定连接,压杆(32)的另一端固定有压紧横梁(33),压紧横梁(33)为水平方向,压紧横梁(33)安装有5根压紧胶辊(35);
    调节单元包括丝杆滑台,丝杆滑台的丝杆(41)由蜗轮蜗杆减速电机(43)驱动,丝杆滑台的滑板(42)上固定有圆角定型块(11)、滚动定型块(12)和直线定型块(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料中空格子板封边机,其特征是,所述滚动定型块(12)、直线定型块(13)还包括高度微调装置和水平微调装置,所述高度微调装置包括套在竖直转轴上缘的高度微调螺母(51),以及套在竖直转轴上的高度微调弹簧(52),竖直转轴上缘有能够与高度微调螺母(51)相配合的螺纹,高度微调螺母(51)和高度微调弹簧(52)之间为定型块,高度微调弹簧(52)一端对定型块施加向上的弹力,另一端抵压在水平推杆上;所述水平微调装置包括水平推杆,套在水平推杆上的水平微调螺母(53),水平推杆上有与水平微调螺母(53)相配合的螺纹,前置水平弹簧(54)和后置水平弹簧(55)套在水平推杆上且分别置于竖直转轴两侧,水平推杆的一端插入隔挡板(56)的支撑孔(57)内,另一端插入固定板(58)的固定孔(59)内,固定板两侧各有1个固定螺母(60)套在水平推杆上,固定螺母(60)的内螺纹与水平推杆的外螺纹相配合,所述隔挡板(56)和固定板(58)均固定在固定座上,水平推杆穿过竖直转轴,竖直转轴固定在水平滑轨的滑动块上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的塑料中空格子板封边机,其特征是,水平微调螺母(53)的数量为2个,旋转套在水平推杆上,2个水平微调螺母互相紧密贴合。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的塑料中空格子板封边机,其特征是,水平微调螺母(53)与其所在的水平推杆使用热缩管固定。
