따라서, 역구매 제공 서버(100)는 구매자 단말(200)과 판매자 단말(300) 간에 복수의 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스를 제공하여, 역구매 환경을 제공할 수 있다.

다시 도 3을 참조하면, 매매 관리부(130)는 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스를 통하여 결정된 역구매 계약에 따라, 매매를 수행하도록 할 수 있다. 이를 위하여, 매매 관리부(130)는 구매자 또는 판매자로부터 역구매 계약 정보를 입력받을 수 있다.

매매 관리부(130)는 권한 관리 모듈(131) 및 매매 관리 모듈(132)을 포함할 수 있다. 실시예에 따라, 매매 관리부(130)는 후순위 매매 모듈(133)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
권한 관리 모듈(131)은 구매자가 복수의 판매자 중 어느 하나의 판매자(제1 판매자)를 판매자로서 결정하면, 제1 판매자에게 매매 인터페이스의 접근 권한을 설정할 수 있다. 일 예로, 구매자는 제1 판매자 정보 및 판매 가격 정보를 포함하는 판매자 결정 정보를 송신하고, 권한 관리 모듈(131)은 판매자 결정 정보를 수신하면 상기 제1 판매자를 판매자로서 결정하고, 상기 제1 판매자에게 상기 구매 상품에 대한 매매 인터페이스의 접근 권한을 설정할 수 있다.
매매 관리 모듈(132)은 매매 인터페이스를 관리할 수 있다.
매매 인터페이스는 계약 체결된 역구매 계약을 기초로 매매 절차를 수행하는 인터페이스이다. 예컨대, 구매 물품, 구매 가격, 배송(서비스) 기간, 지불 금액 등 다양한 매매와 관련된 정보를 저장할 수 있다.
당사자는 매매 인터페이스를 통하여 매매 정보의 공유나 확정을 할 수 있고, 매매 진행을 관리할 수 있다. 매매 인터페이스는 계약의 당사자들 간에만 접근 가능할 수 있으며, 계약 당사자들에 의해서만 계약 내용이 설정 또는 변경될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 매매 관리 모듈(132)은 구매자의 지불 행위를 구매 결정으로 갈음하여 판단할 수 있다. 예컨대, 매매 관리 모듈(132)은 구매자가 매매 인터페이스를 통해 구매 상품의 판매 가격을 지불하면, 구매자가 구매 상품에 대한 구매를 결정한 것으로 설정할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 제1 판매자에 대하여 구매자가 구매 상품에 대한 구매를 결정하면, 매매 관리 모듈(132)은 제1 판매자에게 구매 상품의 배송을 요청할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 매매 관리 모듈(132)은 판매자의 입력 정보와 구매자의 입력 정보를 기초로 역구매 계약을 검증할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 구매자의 입력 정보 중 적어도 일부와, 판매자의 입력 정보 중 적어도 일부를 추출하여 상호 비교함으로써, 역구매 계약을 검증할 수 있다.
예컨대, 구매자가 구매 물품 및 구매 가격을 입력하고, 판매자가 구매 가격을 입력한 경우, 매매 관리부(130)는 구매자가 입력한 구매 가격과 판매자가 입력한 구매 가격을 비교하여 역구매 계약을 검증할 수 있다. 만약 올바르게 검증되지 않으면, 매매 관리부(130)는 이를 구매자에게 알리고 판매자에게는 판매 중단의 통지를 제공할 수 있다.
후순위 매매 모듈(133)은 최초 계약된 매매가 파기된 경우, 최초 선정된 판매자 외의 다른 판매자들에게 매매에 대한 정보를 제공하여 후순위 매매를 용이하게 설정하도록 할 수 있다. 즉, 후순위 매매 모듈(133)은 구매자와 최초 선정된 제1 판매자 간의 매매 계약이 취소되면, 후순위의 제2 판매자에게 상기 매매 계약에 따라 매매를 수행할지 확인을 요청할 수 있다. 만일 제2 판매자로부터 매매 수행이 확인되면, 후순위 매매 모듈(133)은 상기 구매자에게 상기 제2 판매자와 상기 매매 계약에 따라 계약할 것을 추천할 수 있다.
이를 위하여, 후순위 매매 모듈(133)은 복수의 판매자의 판매 요건 정보-예컨대, 판매 가격 등-을 저장할 수 있으며, 이러한 판매 요건 정보에 따라 후순위 판매자를 결정-예컨대, 판매 가격이 그 다음으로 저렴한 판매자 등-할 수 있다.
다시 도 3을 참조하면, 결제 관리부(140)는 매매 계약에 따른 결제를 관리할 수 있다. 결제 관리부(140)는 상기 매매 인터페이스에 연동된 결제 수단을 이용하여 결제를 관리할 수 있다.

역구매 제공 서버(100)는 구매자가 상기 복수의 판매자 중 제1 판매자를 판매자로서 결정하면(S830), 매매 정보를 생성하고 제1 판매자에게 매매 인터페이스의 접근 권한을 설정할 수 있다(S840).
역구매 제공 서버(100)는 구매자(201)가 상기 매매 인터페이스를 통해 제1 판매자가 등록한 구매 상품에 대한 구매를 결정하면(S850), 제1 판매자(300)에게 구매 결정을 알릴 수 있다(S860).
제1 판매자(300)가 구매자(201)에게 구매 상품이나 서비스를 제공하면(S870), 역구매 제공 서버(100)는 제1 판매자에 대한 지급 결제를 수행할 수 있다(S880).
역구매 제공 서버(100)는 제1 판매자에게 대한 상기 구매자의 평가 정보를 저장하고(S890), 판매자 평가 정보 인터페이스를 통하여 타 구매자에게 상기 제1 판매자에 대한 상기 평가 정보를 제공할 수 있다(S891).
단계 S840에 대한 일 실시예에서, 역구매 제공 서버(100)는, 구매자(210)로부터 제1 판매자 정보 및 판매 가격 정보를 포함하는 판매자 결정 정보를 수신하면(830), 제1 판매자를 판매자로서 결정할 수 있다. 이후, 역구매 제공 서버(100)는 제1 판매자에게, 구매 상품에 대한 매매 인터페이스의 접근 권한을 설정할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 역구매 제공 서버(100)는, 상기 구매자가 상기 매매 인터페이스를 통해 상기 구매 상품의 판매 가격을 지불하면, 상기 구매자가 상기 구매 상품에 대한 구매를 결정한 것으로 설정할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 역구매 제공 서버(100)는, 상기 구매 상품에 대한 구매가 결정되면 상기 제1 판매자에게 상기 구매 상품의 배송을 요청하고, 상기 판매자에게 상기 구매 상품에 대한 지급을 결제할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 역구매 제공 서버(100)는, 상기 구매자와 상기 제1 판매자 간의 매매 계약이 취소되면, 후순위의 제2 판매자에게 상기 매매 계약에 따라 매매를 수행할지 확인 요청하고, 만약 확인되면 상기 구매자에게 상기 제2 판매자와 상기 매매 계약에 따라 계약할 것을 추천할 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 본 발명은 전술한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의해 한정되는 것이 아니고 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의해 한정되며, 본 발명의 구성은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 그 구성을 다양하게 변경 및 개조할 수 있다는 것을 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 쉽게 알 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 구매자로부터 구매 상품에 대한 구매 요청 정보를 수신하면, 상기 구매 상품과 연관된 복수의 판매자를 선택하는 단계;
    상기 구매자와 상기 복수의 판매자들 간에, 제1 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스 및 상기 제1 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스와 상이한 제2 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스를 제공하는 단계;
    구매자가 상기 복수의 판매자 중 제1 판매자를 판매자로서 결정하면, 상기 제1 판매자에게 매매 인터페이스의 접근 권한을 설정하는 단계; 및
    상기 구매자가 상기 매매 인터페이스를 통해 상기 제1 판매자가 등록한 구매 상품에 대한 구매를 결정하면, 상기 제1 판매자에 대한 지급 결제를 수행하는 단계;
    를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스는 상기 구매자와 상기 복수의 판매자 사이에 각각 형성되는 복수의 커뮤니케이션 채널을 포함하고,
    상기 제2 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스는 상기 구매자 및 상기 복수의 판매자들에게 통합 형성된 역구매 제공 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스에서 상기 복수의 커뮤니케이션 채널은 상기 복수의 판매자 간 서로 비공개로 설정되고,
    상기 제2 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스는 상기 복수의 판매자들 모두에게 공개로 설정되는 역구매 제공 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 판매자에게 매매 인터페이스의 접근 권한을 설정하는 단계는
    상기 구매자로부터 제1 판매자 정보 및 판매 가격 정보를 포함하는 판매자 결정 정보를 수신하면, 상기 제1 판매자를 판매자로서 결정하는 단계; 및
    상기 제1 판매자에게, 상기 구매 상품에 대한 매매 인터페이스의 접근 권한을 설정하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 역구매 제공 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 판매자에 대한 지급 결제를 수행하는 단계는
    상기 구매자가 상기 매매 인터페이스를 통해 상기 구매 상품의 판매 가격을 지불하면, 상기 구매자가 상기 구매 상품에 대한 구매를 결정한 것으로 설정하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 역구매 제공 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 판매자에 대한 지급 결제를 수행하는 단계는
    상기 구매 상품에 대한 구매가 결정되면, 상기 제1 판매자에게 상기 구매 상품의 배송을 요청하는 단계; 및
    상기 제1 판매자에게 상기 구매 상품에 대한 지급을 결제하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 역구매 제공 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 역구매 제공 방법은
    상기 제1 판매자에게 대한 상기 구매자의 평가 정보를 저장하고, 판매자 평가 정보 인터페이스를 통하여 타 구매자에게 상기 제1 판매자에 대한 상기 평가 정보를 제공하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 역구매 제공 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 역구매 제공 방법은
    상기 구매자와 상기 제1 판매자 간의 매매 계약이 취소되면, 후순위의 제2 판매자에게 상기 매매 계약에 따라 매매를 수행할지 확인 요청하고, 만약 확인되면 상기 구매자에게 상기 제2 판매자와 상기 매매 계약에 따라 계약할 것을 추천하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는 역구매 제공 방법.
  8. 구매자 단말과 복수의 판매자 단말과 연동하여 역구매를 제공하는 역구매 제공 서버로서,
    구매자로부터 구매 상품에 대한 구매 요청 정보를 수신하는 구매 요청 관리부;
    상기 구매 상품과 연관된 복수의 판매자를 선택하고, 상기 구매자와 상기 복수의 판매자들 간에, 제1 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스 및 상기 제1 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스와 상이한 제2 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스를 제공하는 커뮤니케이션 관리부; 및
    구매자가 상기 복수의 판매자 중 제1 판매자를 판매자로서 결정하면, 상기 제1 판매자에게 매매 인터페이스의 접근 권한을 설정하는 매매 관리부;
    를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스는 상기 구매자와 상기 복수의 판매자 사이에 각각 형성되는 복수의 커뮤니케이션 채널을 포함하고,
    상기 제2 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스는 상기 구매자 및 상기 복수의 판매자들에게 통합 형성된 역구매 제공 서버.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스에서 상기 복수의 커뮤니케이션 채널은 상기 복수의 판매자 간 서로 비공개로 설정되고,
    상기 제2 커뮤니케이션 인터페이스는 상기 복수의 판매자들 모두에게 공개로 설정되는 역구매 제공 서버.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 매매 관리부는
    상기 구매자로부터 제1 판매자 정보 및 판매 가격 정보를 포함하는 판매자 결정 정보를 수신하면 상기 제1 판매자를 판매자로서 결정하고, 상기 제1 판매자에게 상기 구매 상품에 대한 매매 인터페이스의 접근 권한을 설정하는 역구매 제공 서버.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 역구매 제공 서버는
    상기 제1 판매자에게 대한 상기 구매자의 평가 정보를 저장하고, 판매자 평가 정보 인터페이스를 통하여 타 구매자에게 상기 제1 판매자에 대한 상기 평가 정보를 제공하는 평가 정보 관리부;
    를 더 포함하는 역구매 제공 서버.
