이러한 쇼핑몰 중개 서비스를 위해서는 각 입점 쇼핑몰에 등록된 상품 정보가 쇼핑몰 중개 서버에 등록되어야 하는데, 종래에는 이러한 상품 등록 절차로 (1) 상품 등록자가 입점 쇼핑몰 서버에 판매하고자 하는 상품의 상품 정보를 등록하는 과정, (2) 입점 쇼핑몰 서버에서 쇼핑몰 중개 서버로 등록된 상품 정보를 전송하는 과정, (3) 쇼핑몰 중개 서버를 관리하는 담당 부서에서 수작업을 통해 상기 입점 쇼핑몰 서버로부터 전송된 상품 정보의 상품모델 식별자와 해당 카테고리를 일일이 매칭하여 정리하는 과정, (4) 정리된 상품 정보를 쇼핑몰 중개 서버에 등록하는 과정이 반드시 수행되어야 했다.

본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 가치 임계값 및 수량 임계값 모두 만족한 경우에 후보 아이템이 등록 아이템으로 변경되는 것을 예로 설명하나, 본 발명이 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
상기 아이템 등록부(260)는 상기 후보 아이템이 등록 아이템으로 변경되는 경우, 상기 등록 아이템의 가치 및 이용 가능 수량을 확정할 수 있다(S370).
상기 아이템 등록부(260)는 산출된 통계값인 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값을 상기 등록 아이템의 가치로 확정하고, 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 총 합을 아이템의 이용 가능 수량으로 확정할 수 있다.
하지만, 대다수의 아이템의 경우는 상기와 같이 산출된 통계값을 그대로 이용하는 것이 합리적이지 않을 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 산출된 통계값을 변형하여 등록 아이템의 가치 및 이용 가능 수량을 확정할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예와 관련된 아이템의 판매 조건 중 아이템의 가치를 결정하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 아이템 등록부(260)는, 수량 임계값 및 가치 임계값 모두를 만족시키지 못하는 후보 아이템은 등록 아이템으로 변경하지 않고, 등록 아이템의 가치 및 이용 가능 수량도 확정시키지 않을 수 있다. a는 가치 임계값을 나타내고, b는 수량 임계값을 나타낸다.
이 경우, 아이템 등록부(260)는 상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 특정 기준값 이하인 경우(A 지점)는 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값을 상기 등록 아이템의 가치로 확정하고, 상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 특정 기준값을 초과하는 경우(B 지점), 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값에 특정 상수를 합한 값을 상기 등록 아이템의 가치로 확정할 수 있다.
상기와 같이, 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 특정 기준값을 초과하는 경우(B 지점), 아이템의 가치는 하기 수학식 1로 표현될 수 있다.

여기서, Y는 아이템의 가치이고, X는 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값이고, a 및 b는 0이 아닌 특정 상수를 의미한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 아이템 등록부(260)는 상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 제1영역에 있는 경우는 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값을 상기 등록 아이템의 가치로 확정하고, 상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 제2영역에 있는 경우는 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값 및 상기 희망 이용 수량의 합을 변수로 이용하여 상기 등록 아이템의 가치를 확정할 수 있다.
상기와 같이, 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 제2영역에 있는 경우, 아이템의 가치는 하기 수학식 2로 표현될 수 있다.

여기서, Y는 아이템의 가치이고, M는 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값이고, T는 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이고, a 및 b는 0이 아닌 특정 상수를 의미한다.
한편, 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 상기 후보 아이템이 등록 아이템으로 변경되는 경우, 판매 조건 결정 장치(200)는 상기 잠재 수요자 단말기(100)로 해당 사실을 전송할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예와 관련된 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법에 후보 아이템이 등록 아이템으로 변경된 경우 잠재 수요자에게 전달되는 메시지를 나타낸다.
도시된 바와 같이, 판매 조건 결정 장치(200)는 후보 아이템의 등록 아이템으로의 변경 사실을 메시지 형태(600)로 전송할 수 있다. 잠재 수요자는 상기 메시지(600)를 통해 확정된 상기 등록 아이템의 가치 및 이용 가능 수량을 포함하는 상기 등록 아이템에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이, 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법 및 장치는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 아이템의 등록 이전에 잠재 수요자로부터 수신한 해당 아이템의 희망 판매 조건에 근거하여 아이템을 등록하기에, 수요자 기반의 합리적인 아이템을 등록할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 희망 판매 조건에 기반하여 아이템의 가치를 평가하고 등록하기에, 아이템 등록 및 판매에서 발생되는 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
상술한 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법은 다양한 컴퓨터 수단을 통하여 수행될 수 있는 프로그램 명령 형태로 구현되어 컴퓨터로 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 기록될 수 있다. 이때, 컴퓨터로 판독 가능한 기록매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 파일, 데이터 구조 등을 단독으로 또는 조합하여 포함할 수 있다. 한편, 기록매체에 기록되는 프로그램 명령은 본 발명을 위하여 특별히 설계되고 구성된 것들이거나 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 당업자에게 공지된 것일 수도 있다.
컴퓨터로 판독 가능한 기록매체에는 하드 디스크, 플로피 디스크 및 자기 테이프와 같은 자기 매체(Magnetic Media), CD-ROM, DVD와 같은 광기록 매체(Optical Media), 플롭티컬 디스크(Floptical Disk)와 같은 자기-광 매체(Magneto-Optical Media), 및 롬(ROM), 램(RAM), 플래시 메모리, SSD (Solid State Drive)와 같은 메모리 저장장치 등 프로그램 명령을 저장하고 수행하도록 특별히 구성된 하드웨어 장치가 포함된다.
한편, 이러한 기록매체는 프로그램 명령, 데이터 구조 등을 지정하는 신호를 전송하는 반송파를 포함하는 광 또는 금속선, 도파관 등의 전송 매체일 수도 있다.
또한, 프로그램 명령에는 컴파일러에 의해 만들어지는 것과 같은 기계어 코드뿐만 아니라 인터프리터 등을 사용해서 컴퓨터에 의해서 실행될 수 있는 고급 언어 코드를 포함한다. 상술한 하드웨어 장치는 본 발명의 동작을 수행하기 위해 하나 이상의 소프트웨어 모듈로서 작동하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 그 역도 마찬가지이다.
상기와 같이 설명된 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법 및 장치는 상기 설명된 실시예들의 구성과 방법이 한정되게 적용될 수 있는 것이 아니라, 상기 실시예들은 다양한 변형이 이루어질 수 있도록 각 실시예들의 전부 또는 일부가 선택적으로 조합되어 구성될 수도 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 컴퓨터 네트워크와 연결되어 아이템의 판매 조건을 결정하는 판매 조건 결정 장치의 판매 조건 결정 방법에 있어서,
    아이템의 가치 및 상기 아이템의 이용 가능 수량이 확정되지 않은 후보 아이템을 선정하는 단계;
    상기 선정된 후보 아이템에 대한 수량 임계값을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 수량 임계값과 상기 후보 아이템을 연관시키는 단계;
    잠재 수요자 단말기로 판매 조건 쿼리를 제공하는 단계-상기 판매 조건 쿼리는 상기 후보 아이템의 희망 가치 및 상기 후보 아이템의 희망 이용 수량이 포함됨-;
    상기 잠재 수요자 단말기로부터 상기 판매 조건 쿼리에 대한 응답을 수신하는 단계;
    상기 수신된 판매 조건 쿼리에 대한 응답에 포함된 희망 이용 수량의 총 합이 상기 수량 임계값 이상인 경우 상기 후보 아이템을 등록 아이템으로 변경하는 단계;
    상기 수신된 판매 조건 쿼리에 대한 응답에 포함된 희망 이용 수량의 총 합이 수량 임계값 미만인 경우 상기 후보 아이템에 판매 조건 결정을 종료시키는 단계; 및
    상기 수신된 판매 조건 쿼리에 대한 응답 결과에 근거하여 상기 등록 아이템의 가치 및 상기 등록 아이템의 이용 가능 수량을 확정시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 등록 아이템의 가치 및 상기 등록 아이템의 이용 가능 수량을 확정하는 단계는
    상기 응답에 포함된 상기 등록 아이템의 희망 가치의 평균값을 산출하는 단계;
    상기 응답에 포함된 희망 이용 수량의 총 합을 산출하는 단계; 및
    상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 특정 기준값을 초과하는 경우, 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값에 특정 상수를 합한 값을 상기 등록 아이템의 가치로 확정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 등록 아이템의 가치 및 상기 등록 아이템의 이용 가능 수량을 확정하는 단계는
    상기 응답에 포함된 상기 등록 아이템의 희망 가치의 평균값을 산출하는 단계;
    상기 응답에 포함된 희망 이용 수량의 총 합을 산출하는 단계;
    상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 제1영역에 있는 경우는 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값을 상기 등록 아이템의 가치로 확정하는 단계; 및
    상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 제2영역에 있는 경우는 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값 및 상기 희망 이용 수량의 합을 변수로 이용하여 상기 등록 아이템의 가치를 확정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법은
    상기 후보 아이템이 등록 아이템으로 변경되면, 확정된 상기 등록 아이템의 가치 및 이용 가능 수량을 포함하는 상기 등록 아이템에 대한 정보를 상기 잠재 수요자 단말기로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 판매 조건 쿼리는 기한이 설정되어, 잠재 수요자의 응답이 기재되지 않은 상태로 상기 기한이 도래하면 상기 판매 조건 쿼리는 비활성화 되거나 소멸되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 판매 조건 쿼리는 기한이 설정되어 템플릿 형태로 제공되되, 기한이 가까워짐에 따라 상기 템플릿의 색상이나 모양이 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법
    상기 등록 아이템의 확정된 가치에 근거하여 상기 등록 아이템의 입찰가격 범위를 설정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 방법.
  8. 컴퓨터 네트워크와 연결되어 아이템의 판매 조건을 결정하는 판매 조건 결정 장치에 있어서,
    아이템의 가치 및 상기 아이템의 이용 가능 수량이 확정되지 않은 후보 아이템을 선정하는 아이템 선정부;
    상기 선정된 후보 아이템에 대한 수량 임계값을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 수량 임계값과 상기 후보 아이템을 연관시키는 임계값 결정부;
    잠재 수요자 단말기로 판매 조건 쿼리를 제공하는 쿼리 제공부-상기 판매 조건 쿼리는 상기 후보 아이템의 희망 가치 및 상기 후보 아이템의 희망 이용 수량이 포함됨-;
    상기 잠재 수요자 단말기로부터 상기 판매 조건 쿼리에 대한 응답을 수신하는 수신부;
    상기 수신된 판매 조건 쿼리에 대한 응답에 포함된 희망 이용 수량의 총 합이 상기 수량 임계값 이상인 경우 상기 후보 아이템을 등록 아이템으로 변경하고, 상기 수신된 판매 조건 쿼리에 대한 응답 결과에 근거하여 상기 등록 아이템의 가치 및 상기 등록 아이템의 이용 가능 수량을 확정시키는 아이템 등록부;
    상기 수신된 판매 조건 쿼리에 대한 응답에 포함된 희망 이용 수량의 총 합이 상기 수량 임계값 미만인 경우 상기 후보 아이템에 판매 조건 결정을 종료시키고, 상기 아이템 선정부, 상기 임계값 결정부, 상기 쿼리 제공부, 상기 수신부, 및 상기 아이템 등록부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 아이템 등록부는
    상기 응답에 포함된 상기 등록 아이템의 희망 가치의 평균값을 산출하고, 상기 응답에 포함된 희망 이용 수량의 총 합을 산출하고, 상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 특정 기준값을 초과하는 경우, 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값에 특정 상수를 합한 값을 상기 등록 아이템의 가치로 확정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 아이템 등록부는
    상기 응답에 포함된 상기 등록 아이템의 희망 가치의 평균값을 산출하고, 싱기 응답에 포함된 희망 이용 수량의 총 합을 산출하고, 상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 제1영역에 있는 경우는 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값을 상기 등록 아이템의 가치로 확정하고, 상기 산출된 희망 이용 수량의 합이 제2영역에 있는 경우는 상기 산출된 희망 가치의 평균값 및 상기 희망 이용 수량의 합을 변수로 이용하여 상기 등록 아이템의 가치를 확정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 장치.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 장치는
    상기 후보 아이템이 등록 아이템으로 변경되면, 확정된 상기 등록 아이템의 가치 및 이용 가능 수량을 포함하는 상기 등록 아이템에 대한 정보를 상기 잠재 수요자 단말기로 전송하는 전송부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 장치.
  12. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 판매 조건 쿼리는 기한이 설정되어, 잠재 수요자의 응답이 기재되지 않은 상태로 상기 기한이 도래하면 상기 판매 조건 쿼리는 비활성화 되거나 소멸되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이템의 판매 조건 결정 장치.
  13. 제8항에 있어서,
