储液管11的内部空间形成用于存储烟液的储液腔111,储液管11下部开设有分别连通储液腔111以及容置腔101的出液口112。
雾化组件12包括收容于容置腔101内的密封件121、收容于密封件121下部的雾化头122、收容于密封件121上部的支架123、以及可拆卸地连接于雾化头122下端的底座124。
密封件121呈两端具有开口的中空筒状结构,密封件121的外壁与容置腔101的腔壁紧密贴合,密封件121下部的侧壁上对应出液口112开设有第一进液口1211。请参阅图1,当密封件121安装到位,即该电子烟100处于正常使用状态时,密封件121的第一进液口1211与储液管11的出液口112对位连通。
本实施方式中,密封件121由橡胶材料制成。可以理解地,密封件121还可以由硅胶材料制成,以提高密封件121与容置腔101之间的密封性,防止烟液泄漏。
雾化头122设置于密封件121内,雾化头122的外壁与密封件121的内壁紧密贴合,雾化头122的内腔形成用于雾化烟液的雾化腔1221,雾化头122的侧壁上对应第一进液口1211开设有连通雾化腔1221的第二进液口1222,通过转动和滑动雾化头122,能够使得第二进液口1222与密封件121上的第一进液口1211对位连通。
本实施方式中,雾化头122与密封件121之间的摩擦力大于容置腔101与密封件121之间摩擦力。当转动雾化头122时,密封件121能够跟着雾化头122同时转动,而密封件121相对于雾化头122位置保持固定。
支架123大致呈筒状结构,支架123固定设置在密封件121内,支架123的上端开口设置,支架123的下端面开设有第一出气孔1231。当雾化头122滑动插入密封件121内至雾化头122的顶端抵持支架123下端面时,雾化头122的轴向运动被限制而停止移动,此时,第一出气孔1231与雾化头122的雾化腔1221相连通。
本实施方式中,由于密封件121的材质较软,支架123设于密封件121内能够支撑密封件121,防止密封件121发生变形,对密封件121滑动插入容置腔101起到导向作用。
底座124大致呈中空的箱式结构,底座124的上端与雾化头122的下端通过螺纹可拆卸地连接,底座124上开设有至少一个与雾化头122的雾化腔1221连通的进气孔1241。
当雾化头122安装到位后,设置在雾化头122内的发热元件(图未标出) 的一端与支架123电性连接,发热元件的另一端于底座124电性连接。
出气管14大致呈中空的管状结构,且固定设置在外壳10的一侧且设置于容置腔101的上方,出气管14的下端抵持密封件121的上端。出气管14的内部空间形成出气通道141,出气管14的下端开设有连通出气通道141以及容置腔101的第二出气孔142,出气管14的上端沿出气管14的轴向向上延伸形成连通出气通道141的烟嘴143。使用时,用户口含烟嘴143吸食烟雾。当雾化组件12滑动插入容置腔101内至密封件121的上端抵持在出气管14的下端时,雾化组件12的轴向运动被限制而停止移动,可以理解地,所述烟嘴143与出气管14也可以为分体设计,烟嘴143与出气管14采用螺纹连接、卡接等可拆卸方式连接。
控制组件15包括固定设于外壳10外侧下端的电控盒151、固定收容于电控盒151内的控制板152以及安装在外壳10上的电源开关153。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,可以省略电控盒151,将控制板152、电源开关153直接设置在外壳10内即可。底座124先电性连接控制板152,控制板152再与电池13电性连接,或者底座124先电性连接电池13,电池13再电性连接控制板152。电源开关153同样与控制板152电性连接,通过控制电源开关153闭合或打开的状态来控制电池13向发热元件供电或停止供电的状况。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,支架123还可以省略,密封件121安装到位时,密封件121的上端抵持出气管14。此时,电池13与出气管14电性连接,雾化头122安装到位时,雾化头122的上端抵持出气管14,发热元件与出气管14电性连接。
下面结合附图说明本发明的电子烟100的正常使用以及更换雾化头122的过程。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明的电子烟100正常使用时,电源开关153闭合,雾化头122安装到位,此时,储液管11上的出液口112、密封件121上的第一进液口1211以及雾化头122上的第二进液口1222三者对位连通,使得储液腔111内的烟液依次经由出液口112、第一进液口1211和第二进液口1222进入至雾化头122的雾化腔1221内,烟液在发热元件的加热作用下雾化成烟雾。用户抽吸时,外部空气经由底座124的进气孔1241进入至雾化腔122内与烟雾混合,带有烟雾的空气依次经由支架123的第一出气孔1231、出气管14的第二出气孔142、出气通道141,最终由烟嘴143进入至用户口中。
请参阅图3,拆卸雾化头122时,先转动底座124,底座124带动雾化组件12在容置腔101内转动,使得出液口112与第一进液口1211逐渐错开,直至出液口112与第一进液口1211完全错开,即出液口112完全被密封件121的外壁封闭。请参阅图4,然后沿容置腔101的轴向向外拉动底座124,使得雾化组件12整体向下移动。最后,请参阅图5,按住密封件121,将雾化头122滑动拉出至密封件121的外部,完成雾化头122的拆卸。其中,在密封件121和雾化头122的移动过程中,密封件121的侧壁始终密封出液口112,防止了烟液的泄漏。安装新的雾化头122的过程与上述过程相反,即先将雾化头122安装在密封件121内,使得第二进液口1222与第一进液口1211对位连通,然后将雾化组件12整体向上移动安装到位,转动雾化组件12,使得密封件121的第一进液口1211与出液口112对位连通,此时电子烟能够正常抽吸使用。
本发明的电子烟100包括烟液瓶16且通过插装烟液瓶16进行注液,具体的,请参阅图6。装有烟液的烟液瓶16的上端结构与密封件121的内腔结构相适应,且能够在密封件121内滑动,烟液瓶16的侧壁上对应密封件121的第一进液口1211开设有注液口161,同样,烟液瓶16与密封件121之间的摩擦力大于容置 腔101与密封件121之间的摩擦力。注液时,将烟液瓶16插入密封件121中,且使注液口161与第一进液口1211对位连通,向上推动烟液瓶16,从而带动密封件121向上移动,直至密封件121的上端抵持在出气管14的下端,烟液瓶16无法继续向上移动,转动烟液瓶16,烟液瓶16带动密封件121转动,使第一进液口1211与出液口112对位连通,此时,便能够向储液管11内注入烟液。本发明的电子烟100,加注烟液时,烟液瓶16内的烟液只需依次通过注液口161、第一进液口1211以及出液口112便可实现注液,不需要在储液管11上开设额外的连通外界的其他注液口,易于加工,结构简单,且操作方便。
本发明的电子烟100,只需转动密封件121,使得密封件121的侧壁封闭储液腔111,从而阻断雾化头122与储液腔111的连通关系,便于雾化头122的更换,与传统电子烟结构相比,降低了更换雾化头122的难度,减少了拆解步骤,而且有效避免了烟液泄漏,结构简单,操作方便。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟(100)包括储液管(11)、可活动地设于所述储液管(11)一侧的雾化组件(12),所述储液管(11)的内部空间形成储液腔(111),所述储液管(11)的侧壁上开设有连通所述储液腔(111)的出液口(112),所述雾化组件(12)包括密封件(121)以及可滑动地收容于所述密封件(121)内的雾化头(122),所述密封件(121)的侧壁上对应所述出液口(112)开设有第一进液口(1211),转动所述雾化组件(12),能够使得所述密封件(121)密封所述出液口(112),以便于将所述雾化头(122)从所述密封件(121)上拆卸下来。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头(122)的内部空间形成雾化腔(1221),所述雾化头(122)的侧壁上对应所述第一进液口(1211)开设有连通所述雾化腔(1221)的第二进液口(1222)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(12)还包括可拆卸地连接于所述雾化头(122)下端的底座(124)以及固定收容于所述密封件(121)内的支架(123),所述底座(124)上开设有与所述雾化腔(1221)连通的进气孔(1241),所述支架(123)的下端开设有连通所述雾化腔(1221)的第一出气孔(1231)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头(122)可滑动地收容于所述密封件(121)的下部,所述支架(123)固定收容于所述密封件(121)的上部,所述雾化头(122)安装到位后,所述雾化头(122)抵持所述支架(123)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟(100)还包括外壳(10),所述储液管(11)固定收容于所述外壳(10)内,所述外壳(10)的下端沿所述外壳(10)的轴向设置有容置腔(101),所述出液口(112)与所 述容置腔(101)相连通,所述密封件(121)可活动地设于所述容置腔(101)内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化头(122)与所述密封件(121)之间的摩擦力大于所述容置腔(101)与所述密封件(121)之间的摩擦力。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟(100)还包括出气管(14),所述出气管(14)与所述外壳(10)固定连接,且所述出气管(14)设置于所述容置腔(101)的上方,所述出气管(14)的内部空间形成出气通道(141),所述出气管(141)的下端开设有分别连通所述出气通道(141)以及所述容置腔(101)的第二出气孔(142)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述出气管(14)的上端沿所述出气管(14)的轴向向上延伸形成连通所述出气通道(141)的烟嘴(143),或所述烟嘴(143)与所述出气管(14)分体设计,所述烟嘴(143)与所述出气管(14)可拆卸连接。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟(100)包括烟液瓶(16)且通过烟液瓶(16)注液,烟液瓶(16)的侧壁与所述密封件(121)之间的摩擦力大于所述容置腔(101)与所述密封件(121)的摩擦力,注液时,将烟液瓶(16)插装于所述容置腔(101)内,烟液瓶(16)上的注液口(161)与所述第一进液口(1211)对应连通。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟(100)还包括收容于所述外壳(10)内的电池(13),以及与所述电池(13)电性连接的控制组件(15),所述控制组件(15)包括控制板(152)和与所述控制板(152)电性连接的电源开关(153),所述支架(123)和底座(124)电性连接所述控制 板(152)后,所述控制板(152)与所述电池(13)电性连接。
