为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种LED高棚灯,包括长条形的壳体、LED光源和悬挂装置,所述悬挂装置与壳体的顶部连接;
所述壳体包括外壳和内壳,所述外壳包括顶板设置在所述顶板两侧的侧板和设置在侧板外侧的挡板,所述顶板、侧板和挡板由钢板一体弯折成型,顶板两侧的侧板之间的夹角为钝角,所述顶板与两侧的侧板围成容置空间,其中一侧板的外侧边缘设有若干T形孔,所述T形孔包括插入孔和限位孔,所述插入孔的宽度大于限位孔,另一侧的侧板外侧边缘设有第一螺孔;所述内壳设于所述容置空间内,内壳包括安装板、设置在安装板两侧的反射板和设于所述反射板外侧的连接板,所述安装板、反射板和连接板由钢板一体弯折成型,所述安装板呈V形,由第一安装板和第二安装板组成,第一安装板与第二安装板之间的夹角为钝角,第一安装板与对应的反射板之间的夹角为钝角,第二安装板与对应的反射板之间的夹角为钝角,所述第一安装板和第二安装板上分别设有用于固定LED基板的卡孔,其中一侧连接板的外侧设有若干与所述T形孔配合的T形块,所述T形块包括连接部和限位部,限位部的宽度比连接部大,限位部通过连接部与连接板连接;另一侧连接板的外侧边缘对应第一螺孔处设有第二螺孔,第一螺孔与第二螺孔通过螺栓连接;
所述LED光源包括第一发光单元、第二发光单元和灯罩,第一发光单元包括第一LED基板和设于第一LED基板上的第一LED芯片,第二发光单元包括第二LED基板和设于第二LED基板上的第二LED芯片;所述第一LED基板安装在第一安装板上,第二LED基板安装在第二安装板上,第一LED基板和第二LED基板的背面均设有与所述卡孔配合的凸起;
所述悬挂装置包括设置在外壳顶板两端的悬挂孔和与悬挂孔配合的悬挂绳组件;所述悬挂孔呈T形,其包括横向长条形孔和纵向长条形孔, 纵向长条形孔的一端连接在横向长条形孔的中间位置;所述悬挂绳组件包括吊绳、连接绳和连接器,所述吊绳通过连接器与连接绳连接,所述连接器呈圆柱形,连接器的下部设有贯穿连接器侧面的通孔,所述连接绳穿过所述通孔,所述连接绳的两端设有长条形的挂件,所述挂件的宽度大于纵向长条形孔的宽度且挂件的宽度小于横向长条形孔的长度,所述挂件的长度大于悬挂孔的长度;所述吊绳的一端连接在连接器的顶部。
本发明的壳体由外壳和内壳组成,且外壳和内壳均是有钢板一体弯折成型,组件较少,结构简单;内壳与外壳的一侧的通过T形块与T形孔的配合连接实现快速连接,另一侧通过螺栓连接,实现可靠连接,总体来说,壳体的安装更方便;LED基板的背面设有凸起,该凸起与卡孔一一对应,安装时将凸起卡入卡孔内即可实现LED光源组件的安装固定。悬挂绳组件与挂件连接,挂件通过与悬挂孔的配合实现悬挂绳组件与高棚灯的快速连接。
作为改进,所述安装板与顶板之间设有间隙形成容置腔体,所述容置腔体内设有电源,所述顶板上设有用于固定电源的安装孔。
作为改进,所述灯罩外设有防眩光罩,防眩光罩的形状与灯罩形状相似,所述防眩光罩为金属网格状机构。
作为改进,所述外壳还包括两端的端板和位于两侧挡光板,挡光板与外壳的挡板连接。
作为改进,第一安装板和第二安装板上均设有用于固定灯罩的卡扣组件。
作为改进,所述卡扣组件包括两排呈对称设置的卡扣,所述卡扣包括从安装板伸出的弯折部,该弯折部与安装板之间形成卡槽。
作为改进,两侧板之间的夹角为95~105°,第一安装板与第二安装板之间的夹角为150~170°,第一安装板与连接板之间的夹角为140~160°,第二安装板与连接板之间的夹角为140~160°。
作为改进,所述挂件的中间位置设有长条形的孔槽,所述连接绳的端部穿过所述孔槽后与堵头连接。
作为改进,所述连接器的底部设有螺孔和与螺孔配合的锁紧螺栓,所述通孔与螺孔连通;所述连接器内的上部位置设有容置槽,容置槽的一端伸出连接器的顶部形成进口,另一端从连接器的穿出形成出口。
作为改进,容置槽内设有收紧机构,吊绳的一端从进口进入容置槽并穿过收紧机构后从出口伸出;所述收紧机构包括中空的柱体,所述柱体内形成穿线孔,柱体的侧面设有钢珠槽,钢珠槽内设有钢柱,所述容置槽呈喇叭形,从连接器的顶部向下其直径逐渐增大。
本发明与现有技术相比所带来的有益效果是:
本发明的壳体由外壳和内壳组成,且外壳和内壳均是有钢板一体弯折成型,组件较少,结构简单;内壳与外壳的一侧的通过T形块与T形孔的配合连接实现快速连接,另一侧通过螺栓连接,实现可靠连接,总体来说,壳体的安装更方便;LED基板的背面设有凸起,该凸起与卡孔一一对应,安装时将凸起卡入卡孔内即可实现LED光源组件的安装固定。悬挂绳组件与挂件连接,挂件通过与悬挂孔的配合实现悬挂绳组件与高棚灯的快速连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种LED高棚灯,包括长条形的壳体、LED光源和悬挂装置,所述悬挂装置与壳体的顶部连接。
如图2、3所示,所述壳体包括外壳1和内壳2,吊绳3可将壳体悬吊。所述外壳1包括顶板设置在所述顶板11两侧的侧板12、设置在侧板12外侧的挡板13和端板17。所述顶板11、侧板12和挡板13由钢板一体弯折成型,端板与顶板11、侧板12的端部焊接连接形成一体,所以整个外壳1为一体化结构。顶板11与两侧的侧板12大致呈梯形,所述顶板11与两侧的侧板12围成容置空间,两侧的侧板12之间的夹角为钝角,两侧板12之间的夹角为95~105°。如图6所示,其中一侧板12的外侧边缘设有若干沿侧板12长度方向设置的T形孔14,所述T形孔14包括插入孔141和限位孔142,所述插入孔141的宽度大于限位孔142,另一侧的侧板12外侧边缘设有第一螺孔15。所述顶板11的两端设有悬挂孔16,可通过吊绳3将高棚灯悬吊。所述内壳2设于所述容置空间内,所述内壳2与外壳1之间设有间隙形成容置腔体4,所述容置腔体4内设有电源;所述顶板11上设有用于固定电源的安装孔18。如图2至4所述,所述内壳2呈翼形结构,其包括安装板21、设置在安装板21两侧的反射板22和设于所述反射板22外侧的连接板23,所述安装板21、反射板22和连接板23由钢板一体弯折成型。所述安装板呈V形,由第一安装板211和第二安装板212组成,第一安装板211与第二安装板212之间的夹角为钝角且为150~170°,第一安装板211与对应的反射板22之间的夹角为钝角且为140~160,第二安装板212与对应的反射板22之间的夹角 为钝角且为140~160;第一安装板211和第二安装板212实现两个不同照射角度的LED光源的安装,反射板22能够将LED光源的光线进行发射,提高出光效率。与第一安装板211连接的连接板23的外侧设有若干与所述T形孔14配合的T形块24;如图7所示,所述T形块24包括连接部241和限位部242,限位部242的宽度比连接部241大,限位部242通过连接部241与连接板23连接;如图5所示,T形块24的限位部242由内往外穿过T形孔14的插入孔141,由于内壳2具有一定重量,重力作用下连接部241自然下滑至限位孔142,由于限位部242大于限位孔142,使T形块24不能脱离T形孔14实现一侧的接连板23与一侧的侧板12快速连接;与第二安装板212连接的连接板23的外侧边缘对应第一螺孔15处设有第二螺孔25,第一螺孔15与第二螺孔25通过螺栓连接实现另一侧的连接板23与另一侧的侧板12的可靠连接。所述第一安装板211和第二安装板212上分别设有用于固定LED基板的卡孔26,卡孔26沿安装板21的长度方向排列,LED基板的背面设有凸起,该凸起与卡孔26一一对应,安装时将凸起卡入卡孔26内即可实现LED光源组件的安装固定。第一安装板211和第二安装板212上均设有用于固定灯罩的卡扣组件;如图8所示,所述卡扣组件包括两排呈对称设置的卡扣27,所述卡扣27从安装板冲压而成,其包括从安装板伸出的弯折部271,该弯折部271与安装板之间形成卡槽272。外壳的两侧设有用于防眩光的挡光板,两块挡光板呈平行设置设置,挡光板与外壳两侧数值设置的挡板连接固定。
如图3所示,所述LED光源包括第一发光单元5和第二发光单元6,第一发光单元5包括第一LED基板51、设于第一LED基板51上的第一LED芯片和第一灯罩52;第二发光单元6包括第二LED基板61、设于第二LED基板61上的第二LED芯片和第二灯罩62。所述第一LED基板51安装在第一安装板211上,第二LED基板62安装在第二安装板212 上,第一LED基板51和第二LED基板61的背面均设有与所述卡孔配合的凸起。灯罩的两侧均设有滑条,滑条与卡槽配合,选有柔韧性较好的灯罩,灯罩的两侧可以通过变形卡入两侧的卡槽272内实现快速装配。所述第一灯罩和第二灯罩外均设有防眩光罩,防眩光罩的形状与灯罩形状相似,所述防眩光罩为金属网格状机构;所述网孔的形状可以是圆形或多边形,将出光打散,起到防眩光的作用。
如图1所示,悬挂装置包括设置在外壳顶板两端的悬挂孔16和与悬挂孔16配合的悬挂绳组件3。如图9所示,所述悬挂孔16呈T形,其包括横向长条形孔161和纵向长条形孔162,纵向长条形孔162的一端连接在横向长条形孔161的中间位置。如图10所示,所述悬挂绳组件3包括吊绳31、连接绳32和连接器33,所述吊绳31通过连接器33与连接绳32连接。所述连接器33呈圆柱形,连接器33的下部设有贯穿连接器33侧面的通孔,所述连接绳32穿过所述通孔,所述连接器33的底部设有螺孔和与螺孔配合的锁紧螺栓,所述通孔与螺孔连通;连接绳32位于连接器33两侧的长度可以进行调整,当两边长度达到平衡后,拧紧锁紧螺栓,锁紧螺栓压紧连接绳32的中部,从而固定连接绳32。所述连接绳32的两端设有长条形的挂件35,所述挂件35的宽度大于纵向长条形孔162的宽度且挂件35的宽度小于横向长条形孔的长度,所述挂件35的长度大于悬挂孔36的长度;所述挂件35的中间位置设有长条形的孔槽351,所述连接绳32的端部穿过所述孔槽351后与堵头36连接,由于堵头36的作用下,使连接绳32不能脱离挂件35。所述吊绳31的一端连接在连接器33的顶部。所述连接器33内的上部位置设有容置槽,容置槽的一端伸出连接器33的顶部形成进口,另一端从连接器33的穿出形成出口;容置槽的内设有收紧机构,吊绳31的一端从进口进入容置槽并穿过收紧机构后从出口伸出。所述收紧机构包括中空的柱体34,所述柱体34内形成穿线孔,柱体34的侧面设有钢珠槽,钢珠槽内设有钢柱,所述容置槽 呈喇叭形,从连接器33的顶部向下其直径逐渐增大;当柱体34向上移动时,由于容置槽收窄,钢珠向中心移动进一步压缩柱体34内穿线孔的直径,钢珠可以压紧穿线孔内的吊绳31,从而使吊绳31与柱体34固定,当柱体34的上端伸出连接器33的进口后,由于柱体34的下端设置挡块,柱体34不能完全脱离容置槽,使得柱体34与连接器33形成连接;当需要调节吊绳31的长度时,将柱体34往下按压,柱体34向下运动,钢珠向外运动,穿线孔内的钢珠撤除,吊绳31可以自由移动,从连接器33的出口拉扯吊绳31调整吊绳31的长度够,重新通过收紧机构锁紧即可。所述横向长条形孔161的另一侧设有圆孔,所述圆孔与横向长条形孔161组成吊挂孔,可以通过挂钩连接。
本发明壳体结构中,壳体由外壳1和内壳2组成,且外壳1和内壳2均是有钢板一体弯折成型,组件较少,结构简单;内壳2与外壳1的一侧的通过T形块24与T形孔14的配合连接实现快速连接,另一侧通过螺栓连接,实现可靠连接,总体来说,壳体的安装更方便;利用外壳1与内壳2之间的间隙安装电源,结构紧凑,由于内壳2与外壳1的组装方便,装完电源后可快速安装内壳2,使得这种隐藏式的设计能够实现而不影响外壳1的组装效率和整体外形。
本发明悬挂装置中,将连接线两端的挂件35分别插入悬挂孔36内即可完成悬挂绳组件与高棚灯壳体的连接;将挂件35竖直插入横向长条形孔161内,将挂件35的中心向纵向长条形孔162方向移动,由于连接绳32的直径小于纵向长条形孔162的宽度,因此连接绳32能够穿过纵向长条形孔162进行自由移动,而由于挂件35的宽度较大,挂件35不能通过纵向长条形孔162;当连接绳32移动到纵向长条形孔162的另一端后,挂件35的另一端能够穿过悬挂孔36使挂件35完全处于悬挂孔36的下方,由于尺寸的关系,正常悬吊情况下,悬挂件35无法穿出悬挂孔36,从而形成可靠的连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED高棚灯,包括长条形的壳体、LED光源和悬挂装置,所述悬挂装置与壳体的顶部连接;其特征在于:
    所述壳体包括外壳和内壳,所述外壳包括顶板设置在所述顶板两侧的侧板和设置在侧板外侧的挡板,所述顶板、侧板和挡板由钢板一体弯折成型,顶板两侧的侧板之间的夹角为钝角,所述顶板与两侧的侧板围成容置空间,其中一侧板的外侧边缘设有若干T形孔,所述T形孔包括插入孔和限位孔,所述插入孔的宽度大于限位孔,另一侧的侧板外侧边缘设有第一螺孔;所述内壳设于所述容置空间内,内壳包括安装板、设置在安装板两侧的反射板和设于所述反射板外侧的连接板,所述安装板、反射板和连接板由钢板一体弯折成型,所述安装板呈V形,由第一安装板和第二安装板组成,第一安装板与第二安装板之间的夹角为钝角,第一安装板与对应的反射板之间的夹角为钝角,第二安装板与对应的反射板之间的夹角为钝角,所述第一安装板和第二安装板上分别设有用于固定LED基板的卡孔,其中一侧连接板的外侧设有若干与所述T形孔配合的T形块,所述T形块包括连接部和限位部,限位部的宽度比连接部大,限位部通过连接部与连接板连接;
    另一侧连接板的外侧边缘对应第一螺孔处设有第二螺孔,第一螺孔与第二螺孔通过螺栓连接;
    所述LED光源包括第一发光单元、第二发光单元和灯罩,第一发光单元包括第一LED基板和设于第一LED基板上的第一LED芯片,第二发光单元包括第二LED基板和设于第二LED基板上的第二LED 芯片;所述第一LED基板安装在第一安装板上,第二LED基板安装在第二安装板上,第一LED基板和第二LED基板的背面均设有与所述卡孔配合的凸起;
    所述悬挂装置包括设置在外壳顶板两端的悬挂孔和与悬挂孔配合的悬挂绳组件;所述悬挂孔呈T形,其包括横向长条形孔和纵向长条形孔,纵向长条形孔的一端连接在横向长条形孔的中间位置;所述悬挂绳组件包括吊绳、连接绳和连接器,所述吊绳通过连接器与连接绳连接,所述连接器呈圆柱形,连接器的下部设有贯穿连接器侧面的通孔,所述连接绳穿过所述通孔,所述连接绳的两端设有长条形的挂件,所述挂件的宽度大于纵向长条形孔的宽度且挂件的宽度小于横向长条形孔的长度,所述挂件的长度大于悬挂孔的长度;所述吊绳的一端连接在连接器的顶部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED高棚灯,其特征在于:所述安装板与顶板之间设有间隙形成容置腔体,所述容置腔体内设有电源;所述顶板上设有用于固定电源的安装孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED高棚灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩外设有防眩光罩,防眩光罩的形状与灯罩形状相似,所述防眩光罩为金属网格状机构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED高棚灯,其特征在于:所述外壳还包括两端的端板和位于两侧挡光板,挡光板与外壳的挡板连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED高棚灯,其特征在于:第一安装板和第二安装板上均设有用于固定灯罩的卡扣组件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种LED高棚灯,其特征在于:所述卡扣组件包括两排呈对称设置的卡扣,所述卡扣包括从安装板伸出的弯折部,该弯折部与安装板之间形成卡槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED高棚灯,其特征在于:两侧板之间的夹角为95~105°,第一安装板与第二安装板之间的夹角为150~170°,第一安装板与连接板之间的夹角为140~160°,第二安装板与连接板之间的夹角为140~160°。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED高棚灯,其特征在于:所述挂件的中间位置设有长条形的孔槽,所述连接绳的端部穿过所述孔槽后与堵头连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED高棚灯,其特征在于:所述连接器的底部设有螺孔和与螺孔配合的锁紧螺栓,所述通孔与螺孔连通;所述连接器内的上部位置设有容置槽,容置槽的一端伸出连接器的顶部形成进口,另一端从连接器的穿出形成出口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种LED高棚灯,其特征在于:容置槽内设有收紧机构,吊绳的一端从进口进入容置槽并穿过收紧机构后从出口伸出;所述收紧机构包括中空的柱体,所述柱体内形成穿线孔,柱体的侧面设有钢珠槽,钢珠槽内设有钢柱,所述容置槽呈喇叭形,从连接器的顶部向下其直径逐渐增大。
