本发明公开的照明灯具中,灯体上开设有条形调节孔,支撑件与灯体沿条形调节孔的延伸方向滑动配合,此时,可沿着条形调节孔的延伸方向对灯体的位置进行调节,当灯体的安装位置调节水平后,再用锁紧件锁紧灯体和支撑件,从而固定灯体和支撑件的相对位置。此方案可以调节灯体与吊线的连接位置,以对灯体的重心进行调节,进而使得灯体的安装位置保持水平,从而提高照明灯具的使用性能。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本发明各个实施例公开的技术方案。
如图1~图11所示,本发明实施例公开一种照明灯具,该照明灯具可以包括固定部100、吊线200、灯体300和调节组件400。
固定部100用于安装灯体300和吊线200,固定部100通常安装于房屋的顶板上。固定部100中可以设置有驱动器,该驱动器用于驱动灯体300中的光源模组工作,驱动器通过导线与灯体300中的光源模组电连接。该光源模组可以为LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)光源模组也可以为气体发光模组,本文对此不作限制。上述吊线200可以为钢丝吊线,也可以为导线,吊线200的具体种类本文不作限制。
灯体300开设有条形调节孔301,条形调节孔301的延伸方向垂直于吊线200的延伸方向,调节组件400包括支撑件410和锁紧件420,支撑件410与灯体300连接,用于支撑悬挂灯体300。支撑件410的第一端与灯体300沿条形调节孔301的延伸方向滑动配合,支撑件410的第二端穿过条形调节孔301,并与锁紧件420活动连接,支撑件410的第一端与锁紧件420之间可形成灯体夹持空间,该灯体夹持空间用于固定支撑件410与灯体300的相对位置。吊线200的一端与固定部100相连接,吊线200的另一端与支撑件 410相连接。
此时,当支撑件410与锁紧件420均与灯体300接触时,灯体300的至少一部分位于支撑件410的第一端与锁紧件420形成的灯体夹持空间内,支撑件410与锁紧件420将灯体300夹紧,从而使得灯体300与支撑件410无法相对移动,进而固定灯体300的位置;当锁紧件420与灯体300分开时,支撑件410与灯体300可以沿着条形调节孔301的延伸方向相对移动,从而调节灯体300的位置。可选的,支撑件410与锁紧件420可以采用卡接或者螺纹连接等方式连接。
本发明实施例中,支撑件410与灯体300沿条形调节孔301的延伸方向滑动配合,此时,可沿着条形调节孔301的延伸方向对灯体300的位置进行调节,当灯体300的安装位置调节水平后,再用锁紧件420锁紧灯体300和支撑件410,从而固定灯体300和支撑件410的相对位置。此方案可以调节灯体300与吊线200的连接位置,以对灯体300的重心进行调节,进而使得灯体300的安装位置保持水平,从而提高了照明灯具的使用性能。
可选的,该照明灯具可以是单线吊灯,也可以是双线吊灯,还可以是多线吊灯,对于照明灯具的具体类型本文不作限制。
可选的,条形调节孔301的延伸方向可以平行于灯体300的长度方向,也可以垂直于灯体300的长度方向。
一种可选的实施例中,支撑件410可以设置有第一限位凸缘411,此时,第一限位凸缘411与条形调节孔301的内壁在吊线200的延伸方向限位配合,支撑件410不容易从条形调节孔301内滑出,进而提高了照明灯具的安全性。进一步地,锁紧件420可以设置有第二限位凸缘421,第一限位凸缘411和第二限位凸缘421在吊线200的延伸方向上排布,且两者之间可形成灯体夹持空间。此时,第一限位凸缘411和第二限位凸缘421相互配合,能够夹紧灯体300,从而使得灯体300能够更加稳定的保持在安装位置。另外,此种配合方式简单、可靠,易于实现。
一种可选的实施例中,锁紧件420可以设置有第一卡接部,支撑件410可以设置有第二卡接部,第一卡接部与第二卡接部卡接。此时,锁紧件420和支撑件410之间的卡接配合即可将灯体300夹紧固定。此方案中,锁紧件420和支撑件410的连接方式简单方便,易于操作,且第一卡接部和第二卡接部加工制造简单,使得照明灯具的成本较低。
为了提升照明灯具的安全性和可靠性,一种可选的实施例中,锁紧件420可以套装于支撑件410外,锁紧件420与支撑件410螺纹连接。此时,锁紧件420和支撑件410在旋拧的过程中受力较小,因此锁紧件420和支撑件410不容易被破坏,从而延长调节组件400的使用寿命,进而提高了照明灯具的安全性和可靠性。可选的,锁紧件420可以设置有螺纹孔412,支撑件410的外周面上可以设置有外螺纹,支撑件410的外螺纹与锁紧件420的螺纹孔412螺纹连接。
为了提高支撑件410的调节精度,另一种实施例中,支撑件410的外周面可以包括依次首尾相连的第一螺纹段414、第一平面段416、第二螺纹段415和第二平面段417,第一螺纹段414与第二螺纹段415相背设置,在垂直于条形调节孔301的延伸方向的方向上,第一平面段416与第二平面段417相背设置,第一螺纹段414和第二螺纹段415均与锁紧件420螺纹配合。此时,第一平面段416和第二平面段417与条形调节孔301的侧壁的接触面的面积较大,从而使得支撑件410不容易划伤条形调节孔301的侧壁,进而提高了支撑件410的调节精度。同时,第一平面段416和第二平面段417还具有导向作用,从而使得支撑件410能够更精确地沿着条形调节孔301的延伸方向移动,使得支撑件410在移动时不容易发生偏斜的情况。
上述实施例中,为了使灯体300在自身长度方向上的安装位置水平,可以通过调节吊线200的长短,从而调整灯体300其中一端的高度,促使灯体300的两端保持水平(吊线长度的调节方向如图9中的Y所示的方向)。然而,灯体300在自身宽度方向上的安装位置水平,很难通过调节吊线200的长度 来实现。该灯体300的宽度方向垂直于该灯体300的长度方向,且垂直于吊线200的延伸方向。一种可选的实施例中,条形调节孔301的延伸方向可以垂直于灯体300的长度方向,且垂直于吊线200的延伸方向(如图5至图8中的X所示的方向)。此时,条形调节孔301的延伸方向为灯体300的宽度方向,因此可以在宽度方向上对灯体300进行调节,进而使得灯体300在宽度方向上安装位置水平。
本文提供一种调节吊线200长短的具体结构,当然还可以采用其他结构形式,本文对此不作限制。具体地,照明灯具还可以包括锁线器500,吊线200与固定部100通过锁线器500相连接。此时,当用户需要吊线200较短时,用户可以握持吊线200,朝向锁线器500的方向推动吊线200,从而使得吊线200进入锁线器500,锁线器500内设置有抱紧装置,从而固定住吊线200,防止吊线200移动;当用户需要吊线200较长时,用户可以握持吊线200,朝向灯体300的方向拉动吊线200,从而将吊线200从锁线器500内抽出。此时,可以对灯体300的安装高度进行调节,同时也可以在灯体300的长度方向上,使得照明灯具的安装位置保持水平。此种方式简单、可靠,且易于操作。该锁线器500为公知技术,本文在此不作赘述。
上述实施例中,由于吊线200的横截面的面积较小,因此吊线200与支撑件410连接时,容易偏离重心位置,导致吊线200与连接件的连接位置出现偏差,从而使得照明灯具在安装时出现倾斜。另一种实施例中,本发明公开的照明灯具还可以包括平衡杆600,平衡杆600套装于吊线200,平衡杆600的一端与支撑件410相连接。此时,平衡杆600的横截面的面积较大,使得平衡杆600与吊线200的连接处的接触面的面积较大,从而使得吊线200与支撑件410不容易偏离重心位置,进而防止照明灯具装配时出现偏斜。同时,平衡杆600与支撑件410连接处的刚性较大,从而不容易造成灯体300晃动。
另外,可以对平衡杆600的外表面进行装饰,从而能够提高照明灯具的 观赏性,进而改善用户体验。
可选的,支撑件410的外周面可以设置有螺纹,平衡杆600的端部可以开设有螺纹孔,平衡杆600的端部需要加工螺纹孔,因此平衡杆600的横截面的面积较大,从而造成平衡杆600的体积较大,使得照明灯具的外观质感降低。为此,支撑件410可以开设有螺纹孔412,平衡杆600的一端具有外螺纹,平衡杆600的一端与螺纹孔412螺纹连接。此时,平衡杆600的外周面上加工外螺纹,从而使得平衡杆600的横截面的面积较小,促使平衡杆600的体积较小,使得照明灯具的外观质感较好,进而改善了用户体验。
一种可选的实施例中,灯体300可以包括第一发光单元310和第二发光单元320,第一发光单元310和第二发光单元320均具有出光面,在吊线200的延伸方向上,第一发光单元310和第二发光单元320依次叠置,第一发光单元310的出光面朝向第二发光单元320,第一发光单元310开设有条形调节孔301。此时,照明灯具有两个用于发光的发光单元,从而使得照明灯具的出光面的面积增大,照明灯具的亮度增大,照明灯具的照射范围增大,进而增加了照明灯具的使用场景。另外,此种设计能够使得照明灯具的观赏性更好。该第一发光单元310和第二发光单元320的类型可以是平板灯,还可以是筒灯,对于第一发光单元310和第二发光单元320的具体类型,本文不作限制。
为了进一步增加照明灯具的应用场景,另一种实施例中,第二发光单元320与第一发光单元310滑动连接。此时,可以通过调节第二发光单元320与第一发光单元310之间的相对位置,从而调节照明灯具的照射范围,使得照明灯具可以应用于多种照明场景。
第一发光单元310和第二发光单元320可以沿着灯体300的长度方向交错分布,也可以沿着灯体300的宽度方向交错分布,或者还可以在灯体300的长度方向和宽度方向均交错分布。第二发光单元320可以沿着灯体300的长度方向滑动,第二发光单元320也可以沿着灯体300的宽度方向滑动。第 二发光单元320在滑动的过程中,可以通过遮挡第一灯体300的至少部分出光面,从而调节照明灯具的亮度,当第一发光单元310的出光面的外露面积较大时,照明灯具可以用于照明条件要求较高的模式;当第一发光单元310的出光面的外露面积较小时,照明灯具可以用于照明条件要求较低的模式(例如夜灯模式),因此增加了照明灯具的使用场景。
可选的,第一发光单元310和第二发光单元320中,一者设置有滑动轨道,另一者设置有滑动凸起,滑动轨道与滑动凸起滑动配合。滑动轨道可以为外设的导轨,也可以是第一发光单元310或者第二发光单元320的壳体上开设的滑槽。
第二发光单元320相对于第一发光单元310移动,当第二发光单元320超出移动的行程时,第二发光单元320与第一发光单元310可能会分离,进而降低了照明灯具的安全性和可靠性。为此,另一种实施例中,第一发光单元310可以设置有第一限位部,第二发光单元320可以设置有第二限位部,在第二发光单元320的滑动方向上,第一限位部与第二限位部限位配合。此时,第一限位部和第二限位部能够防止第二发光单元320的行程超出可调节的范围,进而提高了灯具的安全性和可靠性。可选的,当第一发光单元310和第二发光单元320中,一者设置有滑动轨道,另一者设置有滑动凸起时,滑动轨道的两端设置有第一限位部,滑动凸起的两端设置有第二限位部,第一限位部可以为凸起,第二限位部可以为凹槽,或者第一限位部和第二限位部均为凸起。
可选的,吊线200的一端可以设置有第一螺纹连接件,支撑件410可以设置有第二螺纹连接件,第一螺纹连接件和第二螺纹连接件螺纹连接,从而实现吊线200与支撑件410之间的连接。然而,当灯体300的一端倾斜时,第一螺纹连接件和第二螺纹连接件之间受到较大的力,从而容易造成第一螺纹连接件和第二螺纹连接件的牙型崩裂,进而使得照明灯具的安全性和可靠性降低。
为了解决上述问题,另一种实施例中,吊线200的一端可以设置有限位凸起210,支撑件410可以设置有限位凹槽413,在吊线200的延伸方向上,限位凸起210与限位凹槽413限位配合。此时,通过限位凸起210和限位凹槽413之间的尺寸干涉,实现吊线200与支撑件410之间的连接,限位凸起210和限位凹槽413之间的自由度较大,当灯体300的一端倾斜时,限位凸起210与限位凹槽413相对运动,从而调节限位凸起210与限位凹槽413之间的相对位置,使得限位凸起210和限位凹槽413受力较小,因此吊线200和支撑件410的连接可靠性较高,从而使得照明灯具的安全性和可靠性较高。
可选的,限位凸起210可以是球形结构,球形结构的自由度更大,从而使得限位凸起210与限位凹槽413之间的相对位置可以更灵活地变化,以适应照明灯具的安装过程。当然,限位凸起210还可以是圆盘形结构,该限位凹槽413的形状与限位凸起210的形状相匹配即可。对于限位凹槽413和限位凸起210的具体形状本文不作限制。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种照明灯具,其中,包括固定部(100)、吊线(200)、灯体(300)和调节组件(400);其中:
    所述灯体(300)开设有条形调节孔(301),所述条形调节孔(301)的延伸方向垂直于所述吊线(200)的延伸方向,所述调节组件(400)包括支撑件(410)和锁紧件(420),所述支撑件(410)的第一端与所述灯体(300)沿所述条形调节孔(301)的延伸方向滑动配合,所述支撑件(410)的第二端穿过所述条形调节孔(301),并与所述锁紧件(420)活动连接,所述支撑件(410)的第一端与所述锁紧件(420)之间可形成灯体夹持空间,所述吊线(200)的一端与所述固定部(100)相连接,所述吊线(200)的另一端与所述支撑件(410)相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述支撑件(410)设置有第一限位凸缘(411),所述锁紧件(420)设置有第二限位凸缘(421),所述第一限位凸缘(411)和所述第二限位凸缘(421)在所述吊线(200)的延伸方向上排布,且两者之间可形成所述灯体夹持空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的照明灯具,其中,所述锁紧件(420)套装于所述支撑件(410)外,所述锁紧件(420)与所述支撑件(410)螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的照明灯具,其中,所述支撑件(410)的外周面包括依次首尾相连的第一螺纹段(414)、第一平面段(416)、第二螺纹段(415)和第二平面段(417),所述第一螺纹段(414)与所述第二螺纹段(415)相背设置,在垂直于所述条形调节孔(301)的延伸方向的方向上,所述第一平面段(416)与所述第二平面段(417)相背设置,所述第一螺纹段(414)和所述第二螺纹段(415)均与所述锁紧件(420)螺纹配合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的照明灯具,其中,所述锁紧件(420)设置有第一卡接部,所述支撑件(410)设置有第二卡接部,所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述条形调节孔(301)的延伸方向垂直于所述灯体(300)的长度方向,且垂直于所述吊线(200)的延伸方向。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述照明灯具还包括锁线器(500),所述吊线(200)与所述固定部(100)通过所述锁线器(500)相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述照明灯具还包括平衡杆(600),所述平衡杆(600)套装于所述吊线(200),所述平衡杆(600)的一端与所述支撑件(410)相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的照明灯具,其中,所述支撑件(410)开设有螺纹孔(412),所述平衡杆(600)的一端具有外螺纹,所述平衡杆(600)的一端与所述螺纹孔(412)螺纹连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述灯体(300)包括第一发光单元(310)和第二发光单元(320),所述第一发光单元(310)和所述第二发光单元(320)均具有出光面,在所述吊线(200)的延伸方向上,所述第一发光单元(310)和所述第二发光单元(320)依次叠置,所述第一发光单元(310)的出光面朝向所述第二发光单元(320),所述第一发光单元(310)开设有所述条形调节孔(301)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的照明灯具,其中,所述第二发光单元(320)与所述第一发光单元(310)滑动连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的照明灯具,其中,所述第一发光单元(310)设置有第一限位部,所述第二发光单元(320)设置有第二限位部,在所述第二发光单元(320)的滑动方向上,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部限位配合。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯具,其中,所述吊线(200)的一端设置有限位凸起(210),所述支撑件(410)设置有限位凹槽(413),在所述吊线(200)的延伸方向上,所述限位凸起(210)与所述限位凹槽(413)限位配合。
