随着人们对地下空间的利用越来越广泛,城市地铁、水利工程等隧道建设日益增多,盾构机作为隧道开挖专用机械,以其安全、高效等诸多优势而逐渐普及。对于穿江跨海隧道等复杂地质条件下的盾构掘进,刀具磨损和异常损坏严重,刀具更换往往不可避免。常规的带压换刀过程中,为了保证掌子面稳定、防止喷涌,工作人员要在高压环境下作业,风险极高,对身体健康威胁很大,且换刀过程耗时长影响工程进度。为保证超大埋深穿江越海隧道修建过程安全换刀,设计一种可在常压环境下换刀的常压换刀刀盘是实现隧道安全高效施工的重要保障。
现有技术中的常压换刀刀盘磨损严重,不能对刀盘的工作过程进行监控,结构需要进一步改进和完善。
发明内容
本发明提出一种常压换刀刀盘,解决了现有技术中高水压条件下更换刀具、刀盘磨损、工作监控的问题。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种常压换刀刀盘,其特征在于:所述的常压更换刀具和常压更换刮刀(2)通过焊接座固定在主刀梁(1)上,常压更换刀具为常压更换滚刀(5)或可更换撕裂刀;所述的常压更换滚刀(5)的两侧沿圆形刀盘转动切线方向设有导渣板(11),常压更换滚刀(5)包括两个闸门,两闸门连接处配有密封条;所述常压更换滚刀(5)的尺寸随着圆形刀盘直径增大而增大。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种常压换刀刀盘,其特征在于:所述的常压更换刀具设在主刀梁(1)正面,常压更换刮刀(2)设在主刀梁(1)两侧,副刀梁(3)上设有带压更换刮刀(15),常压更换刮刀(2)中间布置有带压更换刮刀(15),副刀梁(3)与大圆环(4)交接处设有可更换弧形刮刀(9),圆形刀盘边缘布置有常压可更换单刃滚刀(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种常压换刀刀盘,其特征在于:所述的圆形刀盘上设有条形面板磨损检测装置(7),其中至少两条面板磨损检测装置(7)从圆形刀盘正面延伸至圆形刀盘背部;面板磨损检测装置(7)设在高、中、低三层。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种常压换刀刀盘,其特征在于:所述的圆形刀盘上设有滚刀磨损检测装置,滚刀磨损检测装置安装在滚刀刀座中间位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种常压换刀刀盘,其特征在于:所述的圆形刀盘上设有实时冲刷装置,实时冲刷装置包括冲刷喷口(6),圆形刀盘中心区域布置有若干冲刷喷口(6),每个主刀梁(1)的中间及主刀梁(1)的侧面均布 有冲刷喷口(6)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种常压换刀刀盘,其特征在于:所述的圆形刀盘上设有滚刀实时旋转检测装置,滚刀实时旋转检测装置包括传感器和接收装置,传感器安装在圆形刀盘上,接收装置安装在刀座上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种常压换刀刀盘,其特征在于:所述的主刀梁(1)箱体内安装有爬梯(16),爬梯(16)由钢筋折弯焊接在主刀梁(1)的内侧钢板上,爬梯(16)两侧焊接环形的加强筋板。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种常压换刀刀盘,其特征在于:所述的圆形刀盘的边缘设有弧形区,弧形区和大圆环(4)焊有耐磨合金块(13),主刀梁(1)的正面安装有耐磨复合钢板(10)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种常压换刀刀盘,其特征在于:所述的主刀梁(1)和副刀梁(3)之间装有进渣口尺寸限制格栅(8),圆形刀盘中心向外布置有若干连接主刀梁(1)和副刀梁(3)的环筋(14)。
