Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique de blanchiment de la peau et une composition alimentaire naturelle fonctionnelle, destinées à améliorer le blanchiment de la peau, contenant des fèves de café fermentées avec une souche de Lactobacillus curvatus utilisées comme principe actif. Les fèves de café fermentées selon la présente invention présentent une excellente activité inhibitrice de la tyrosinase, et peuvent ainsi être utilisées efficacement en tant que produits cosmétiques fonctionnels et aliments naturels fonctionnels pour blanchir la peau.
