Abstract

瓷缝钉是为了人们在厨房和卫生间的瓷砖墙面,在无须打孔的情况下,利用瓷砖拼接缝安装挂钩、置物架等设施的一种特殊钉子,其由针体(1)贯穿圆柱体(2),圆柱体(2)的一端有螺纹(3),并配有对应的螺帽(4),针体(1)可"一"字型排列,这种钉子能适用各种不同的瓷缝方向;圆柱体(2)上紧邻螺纹有纵向凸起(5)或纵槽(6);再或者圆柱体(2)上有开孔(7),上述这些实施例能适应横向和纵向的瓷砖拼接缝,其中部分实施例能实现单颗钉子固定物体;瓷缝钉的第四实施例由针体(1)贯穿方柱体(9),方柱体(9)上有开孔(7)或横槽(8),该实施例同样打破了必须2颗钉子固定物体的现有家装模式。

Description

瓷缝钉 技术领域
本实用新型涉及在厨房、卫生间的瓷砖墙面,在不打孔,不伤害瓷砖表面的情况下,利用瓷砖拼接缝的特点,安装挂钩、置物架等的方案。
背景技术
现阶段,在厨房、卫生间的瓷砖墙面上安装挂钩、置物架等需要专业人员使用专门工具打孔安装,给普通家庭带来诸多不便;也有一些挂钩、置物架等采用粘贴或吸盘方案,两者都不是百分百理想。
瓷砖拼接缝一般有0.7毫米及以上的宽度,厨房和卫生间墙面的不少瓷砖拼接缝都经过人体取件舒适区。这给本实用新型提供了可行性。本实用新型为便利人们的日常生活提供了更多的选择空间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型,为适应瓷砖拼接缝的宽度和走向以及瓷砖非常坚固等特点,发明了用于安装挂钩、置物架等的一种钉子。
本实用新型第一实施例由四部分构成:针体(1),圆柱体(2),螺纹(3),以及螺帽(4),如图1所示。针体由纤细坚硬的钢材料制作,缝衣针给人们提供了很好的应用体验。
针体(1)数量不限,根据需要排列,其中包含“一”字型排列;针体(1)可以跟圆柱体(2)成为一个整体,也可以跟圆柱体(2)分离为两部分,通过贯穿圆柱体(2)的方式与圆柱体(2)发生关系,如图5所示。这种分离的模式,有利于更好的实施本实用新型,比如锤击时,不容易把针体(1)砸歪,不容易锤到手指等。该方法同样适用于下列发明中。
第二实施例:包含了上述的全部特征外,第二实施例的圆柱体(2)上发明了纵向凸起(5)或纵槽(6),如图2的(5)和(6)所示。该结构,便于使用单颗瓷缝钉固定小型置物架(比如,肥皂架,吹风机架等),能有效阻止置物架围绕圆柱体(2)转动,并同时兼顾瓷砖拼接缝和置物架的朝向。以针体(1)为轴对称的十字形纵向凸起(5)或纵槽(6)结构是实现该目标的最优方案。
由于瓷缝钉与置物架之间的安装方法不同,遂发明了第三实施例和第四实施例。
第三实施例:由针体(1)和圆柱体(2)构成,如图3所示。圆柱体(2)上开孔(7),用来固定置物架,开孔数量不限。多开孔是为了能同时兼顾瓷砖拼接缝和置物架的朝向,增加灵活性。比如,以针体(1)为轴对称在圆柱体(2)上沿4个方向开4个小孔。
第四实施例:由针体(1)和方柱体(9)构成,如图4所示。方柱体(9)上可以开孔,开孔方法同上例;也可以横向开槽,即横槽(8),以便安装时有效固定置物架。横槽(8)也是为了同时有效兼顾瓷砖拼接缝和置物架的朝向,并进一步增加灵活性。
现有家装使用的各种钉子都无法实现单颗钉子固定物体(物体会沿钉子转动)。第二实施例,第三实施例,第四实施例,打破了现有的必须2颗钉子固定物体的模式,且安装简洁美观。

具体实施方式
将本实用新型的针体(1)对准瓷砖墙面的拼接缝,借用锤打外力,使针体插入瓷砖拼接缝中。
本实用新型中,第一实施例和第二实施例安装置物架的方法是:将有相应穿孔的置物架,穿过圆柱体(2),然后通过螺纹(3),拧上螺帽(4),固定置物架。
本实用新型第一实施例能适应任何方向的瓷砖拼接缝:横向,纵向,和其他拼花方向。
第二实施例主要适用于横向和纵向的瓷砖拼接缝,并能实现单颗瓷缝钉安装置物架。
第三实施例和第四实施例,安装置物架的方法是:将有相应穿孔的置物架,套在圆柱体(2)或方柱体(9)上,通过普通螺钉利用圆柱体(2)上的孔(7)或方柱体(9)上的横槽(8)固定置物架。这类安装方法在厨卫产品的应用中,十分常见。在这种安装方法 下,第三实施例和第四实施例为实现单颗瓷缝钉安装置物架时,提供了更多选择。
第四实施例主要适用于横向和纵向的瓷砖拼接缝。
本实用新型也可用在普通墙面和衣柜等家具上,因瓷砖比普通墙面坚固的多,本实用新型应用在瓷砖墙面上,瓷缝钉能承载的重量,能达到瓷缝钉的极限承载重量,而不用担心墙体豁了(家装应用中,通常发生的情况是:墙体豁了,很少见钉子损坏的情况)。

  1. 一种瓷缝钉,由针体(1)贯穿圆柱体(2),其特征是:所述圆柱体外壁有开孔(7),开孔数量不限。
  2. 一种瓷缝钉,由针体(1)贯穿圆柱体(2),其特征是:所述圆柱体外壁的一端有螺纹(3),并配有对应的螺帽(4)。
  3. 一种瓷缝钉,由针体(1)贯穿圆柱体(2),其特征是:所述圆柱体外壁的一端有螺纹(3),并配有对应的螺帽(4),紧邻螺纹(3)至另一端有纵向凸起(5)。
  4. 一种瓷缝钉,由针体(1)贯穿圆柱体(2),其特征是:所述圆柱体外壁的一端有螺纹(3),并配有对应的螺帽(4),紧邻螺纹(3)至另一端有纵槽(6)。
  5. 一种瓷缝钉,由针体(1)贯穿方柱体(9),其特征是:所述方柱体外壁有开孔,开孔数量不限。
  6. 一种瓷缝钉,由针体(1)贯穿方柱体(9),其特征是:所述方柱体上有横槽(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一所述的瓷缝钉,其特征是:所述针体有多根,呈“一”字型排列。
