滤器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种心血管医疗器械,尤其涉及一种腔静脉滤器。
【背景技术】
肺栓塞病死率高,其病因来源于体循环的各种栓子例如血栓脱落。腔静脉滤器(以下简称滤器)在临床上被证实为预防肺栓塞安全有效的手段,可降低肺栓塞的发生率。滤器植入下腔静脉一定时间后,会不同程度地被内皮细胞爬覆、包裹,造成难于取出;滤器长期与血液和血管内皮接触,可能发生蛋白质吸附、血小板粘附,最终形成血栓导致静脉血管堵塞,或导致肺栓塞再次发生;甚至造成滤器变形、倾斜、移位、断裂,甚至穿透血管的危险。
因此,如何避免滤器在血管中被内皮细胞爬覆、包裹,使滤器容易被取出是一个亟待解决的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可避免被内皮细胞爬覆且容易取出的滤器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种滤器,其包括远心端滤网、近心端滤网、连接所述远心端滤网和所述近心端滤网的连接杆,和至少一根与所述连接杆相连并位于所述连接杆外侧的支撑杆,所述远心端滤网包括多根远心端滤网杆,所有所述远心端滤网杆的另一端汇聚于所述远心端;所述连接杆至少有部分的刚度小于所述连接杆其余部分的刚度,当所述支撑杆受朝向所述滤器径向的压力时,所述连接杆朝向所述滤器的内部凹陷。
依本发明的一实施例中,所述连接杆有部分的径向截面积小于所述连接杆其他部分的径向截面积。
依本发明的一实施例中,所述连接杆上设有去料形成的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述连接杆之间为平滑过渡。

【具体实施方式】
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
第一实施例:
如图1所示,一种滤器10包括远心端11、近心端12以及连接于远心端11和近心端12之间的滤器主体。远心端11设有连接螺母19和回收钩18。回收钩18用于与抓捕装置配合使用,其包括多个沿远心端11的周向均匀间隔分布的钩体181,各钩体181朝向滤器主体的方向辐射延伸。在远心端11的周向设置多个钩体181有利于滤器的回收取出,即使由于滤器倾斜使得管腔壁遮挡住其中一个钩体181,仍然有其它钩体181暴露于管腔中,从而增加了滤器被抓捕的几率。可以理解的,也可以在近心端12上设置回收钩,从而使得滤器能够在两个方向被抓捕回收。
滤器主体包括远心端滤网13、近心端滤网14以及用于连接远心端滤网13和近心端滤网14的连接杆15。连接杆15有多个,多个连接杆15环绕远心端11和近心端12之间的连线周向间隔设置。远心端滤网13和近心端滤网14整体呈锥形网状结构。远心端滤网13包括多个远心端滤网杆131,远心端滤网杆131自连接杆一端向远心端11延伸,相邻两个远心端滤网杆131在近远心端11的位置汇集后与远心端11相连。近心端滤网14包括多个Y形近心端滤网杆141,任意一个Y形近心端滤网杆141均包括一根第一网杆142和自第一网杆142末端分叉延伸形成并与连接杆15相连的第二网杆143,多根第一网杆142汇集于近心端12。
如图2a所示,该滤器还进一步包括与连接杆15连接的支撑杆,支撑杆用于与管腔内壁抵触从而使连接杆15远离管腔内壁而不接触管腔内壁,降低了连接杆15被血管内皮细胞爬覆的风险,且支撑杆能够保证整个滤器在轴向和周向受力均衡,确保整个滤器不会在血流及外力的影响下倾斜或移位。支撑杆包括靠近远心端11设置的远心端支撑杆16和靠近近心端12设置的近心端支撑杆17。其中远心端支撑杆16包括自连接杆15向远离远心端11方向延伸的引导段161、自引导段161弯折延伸的支撑段162以及自引导段161和支撑段162的连接处延伸的固定锚163。近心端支撑杆17的结构与远心端支撑杆16的结构大体相同,只是没有固定锚。在本发明其他实施例中,近心端支撑杆17的结构可与远心端支撑杆16的结构相同。

在该实施例中,凹槽151的形状呈U形,且与连接杆15之间为平滑过渡,具体为采用倒角过渡,可以理解的,也可以采用圆角过渡,从而减小了这部分的应力,使连接杆15不会因为该部分径向截面积的突然改变而容易被折断。
第二实施例:
如图3a和3b所示,本实施例中滤器的结构与上一实施例基本相同,不同的是,在本实施例中,凹槽152被设置在连接杆15的内侧。由此可见,凹槽152既可以被设置在连接杆15的内侧也可以被设置在连接杆15的外侧,其效果是一样的。当支撑杆受到径向压力时,连接杆15的中间部分仍然会向滤器内部发生弯曲,产生凹陷,从而更加远离管腔壁。
第三实施例:

如图6a和6b所示,本实施例中滤器的结构与上两个实施例基本相同,不同的是,该实施例中,连接杆15上设有线状的割痕155。割痕155由在连接杆15的表面去料形成,因此有割痕的部分的径向截面积必然小于连接杆15其余部分的径向截面积,前者相对后者刚度低。与上几个实施例相比,只是这种去料的程度较小,对连接杆15的径向截面积改变不太大,但是即便是如此,当支撑杆处于完全释放状态且受到径向压力时,割痕155的存在会在一定程度上增大连接杆15的挠度,引导连接杆15的中间部分向滤器内部弯曲,从而远离管腔内壁。割痕155的好处是在最大限度地不影响连接杆15本身强度的前提下,达到增加连接杆15挠度的目的。
割痕155可以是连续状的割痕,也可以是非连续状的割痕,且在此基础上还可以设置多条间隔设置的割痕,进一步增加连接杆155的挠度。
第六实施例:
如图7a和图7b所示,本实施例中滤器的结构与上两个实施例基本相同,不同的是,该实施例中,连接杆15的径向截面积沿近端指向远端的方向逐渐减小。在其它实施例中,连接杆15的径向截面积也可沿着由远端指向近端的方向逐渐减小,只要是轴向方向即可,这并不影响本专利的实施。
连接杆15径向截面积的逐步变小可以在增大连接杆15挠度的同时,最大限度地保留连接杆15的强度。
以上,只是本发明给出的几个具体实施例,这几个具体实施例不应当局限本发明的实施。例如,本发明的凹槽还可以是其他形状,例如弧形凹槽等等,只要有减小连接杆部分径向截面积的作用即可;更进一步地,不限于凹槽和割痕,只要能达成降低连接杆其中一部分的刚度,在支撑杆受到径向压力时连接杆的中间部分能朝向滤器内部凹陷,相对远端部分和近端部分更靠近滤器中心轴即可。这种措施包括在连接杆的某部分采用更加柔软的材料,用其他机加工的方法增加连接杆的挠度等。
本发明的滤器的连接杆至少有部分的刚度小于其他部分的刚度,从而起到增大连接杆挠度的效果,当滤器受到来自管腔壁径向压力的情况下,连接杆发生朝向滤器内部的弯曲,从而使连接杆远离血管壁,降低了连接杆被表皮细胞爬覆的风险,使滤器更容易被取出。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种滤器,包括远心端滤网、近心端滤网、连接所述远心端滤网和所述近心端滤网的连接杆,和至少一根与所述连接杆相连并位于所述连接杆外侧的支撑杆,所述远心端滤网包括多根远心端滤网杆,所有所述远心端滤网杆的另一端汇聚于远心端;特征在于,所述连接杆至少有部分的刚度小于所述连接杆其余部分的刚度,当所述支撑杆受朝向所述滤器径向的压力时,所述连接杆的朝向所述滤器的内部凹陷。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述连接杆有部分的径向截面积小于连接杆其它部分的径向截面积。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述连接杆设有去料形成的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述连接杆之间为平滑过渡。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述凹槽位于所述连接杆外侧和/或连接杆内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述凹槽为U形凹槽、V形凹槽或弧形凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述接杆设有线状割痕。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述线状割痕包括连续或非连续状的割痕。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述连接杆的径向截面积沿其轴向方向逐渐减小。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述支撑杆包括靠近所述远心端设置的远心端支撑杆和靠近所述近心端设置的近心端支撑杆。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述远心端支撑杆和所述近心端支撑杆均包括自所述连接杆向血管壁延伸的引导段以及自所述引导段弯折延伸并与血管壁抵触的支撑段。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的滤器,其特征在于,所述远心端支撑杆还包括自所述引导段与所述支撑段的连接处向血管壁延伸的固定锚。
