Abstract
一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构及其制造方法。复合结构包括钢化玻璃层(90),钢化玻璃层(90)的四周边缘的两侧包覆有塑胶层。制造方法包括以下步骤:步骤一,在钢化玻璃层(90)与塑胶层的联接处,以印刷或喷涂于钢化玻璃层(90)表面的玻璃油漆或光油作为架桥剂,以及在架桥剂表面上,再喷涂或印刷上与注塑胶料粘合的粘合剂,粘合剂为IML工艺的粘合剂;步骤二,将钢化玻璃层(90)放入注塑模具内,进行注塑成形。采用粘接层(94)实现钢化玻璃层(90)与塑胶层的粘接,并且包覆式结构实现塑胶层与钢化玻璃层(90)的结合,实现了二者的高强度联接。其中的钢化玻璃层(90)的表面还可以进一步采用标识层,设有图案或LOGO,以实现产品的精美化设计,提高产品的实用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种产品的复合结构,更具体地说是指一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构及其制造方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,包胶套啤注塑工艺(又称为模内注塑),从注塑模具发展至今,所有的包胶产品,均为如下3种方式:1,一种二次注塑成型,产品一般包括主体(硬胶)部和外包(软胶)部分;2,产品一般包括主体(硬胶)部和外包(硬胶)部分,但需第一射(即第一次注塑)硬胶熔胶温度,高于第二射(即第二次注塑),以上2道工序,在模具制造时,先制造硬胶主体,主体硬胶模具设计按正常设计程序,外包(软胶)模具设计要以硬胶成品作为参照,不用再放缩水,后模部分同硬胶主体一致,前模不同的是有包胶形状,在生产时先生产出硬胶主体,然后把硬胶主体放入外包模具内,进外包软胶注塑生产;3,塑胶直接套啤五金件。现有的专利文献中也有一些公开技术,比如CN201510138379.7公开了一种玻璃与塑胶一体结构及制作方法。但有必要进一步完善。
并且目前针对玻璃件与塑胶件的复合结构缺少易于批量化加工,且性能良好的结构和加工方法。有必要进一步开发设计出来。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构及其制造方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构,包括钢化玻璃层,所述钢化玻璃层的四周边缘的两侧包覆有塑胶层。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的复合结构为手机保护套,包括用于保护手机前面或背面的钢化玻璃层,及用于保护手机四周侧边的塑胶框体,所述的塑胶框体设有用于嵌入钢化玻璃层的嵌槽。
其进一步技术方案为:塑胶层与钢化玻璃层的联接面设有粘接层。
其进一步技术方案为:所述粘接层包括印刷或喷涂于钢化玻璃层表面的玻璃油漆或光油,及位于玻璃油漆或光油的表面的粘合剂,所述的粘合剂为IML工艺的接着剂。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的钢化玻璃层的二个表面均设有UV油膜和防爆膜。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的钢化玻璃层的一个表面设有UV油膜和防爆膜,所述钢化玻璃的另一个表面设有透明塑胶层;所述透明塑胶层的外表面设有油墨层。
本发明一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,在钢化玻璃层与塑胶层的联接处,印刷或喷涂于钢化玻璃层表面的玻璃油漆或光油作为架桥剂,以及在架桥剂表面上,再喷涂或印刷上与注塑胶料粘合的粘合剂,所述的粘合剂为IML工艺的粘合剂;
步骤二,将钢化玻璃层放入注塑模具内,进行注塑成形;
其中,在步骤一分步完成的印刷或喷涂工艺,是在75-85度的环境下烘烤1.5-2.5小时。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的步骤一,涂上粘合剂层时,采用二次工序:第一次,在玻璃层与塑胶件的接触面先印刷或喷涂玻璃油漆或光油作为架桥剂,第二次,再印刷或喷涂所述的与塑胶结合的粘合剂。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的塑胶层为TPU、TPE、PC、PC+玻纤、PP、PU或ABS材料。
其进一步技术方案为:在所述步骤一之前,钢化玻璃层包括玻璃本体层和设有玻璃本体层一侧面的透明塑胶层,所述的玻璃本体层与透明塑胶层之间采用3M胶进行粘接,二者粘接时在60-80度的温度下进行压合;
透明塑胶层的外表面以丝印二次或三次的方式涂上油墨层;所述的油墨层在丝印之后还包括有烫金、镭雕、激光和/或防伪的加工步骤,之后进行为时50-70分钟的温度在75-85度之间的烘烤。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:本发明采用粘接层实现钢化玻璃层与塑胶层的粘接,并且包覆式结构实现塑胶层与钢化玻璃层的结合,实现了二者的高强度联接。该结构可以用于手机保护套,实现手机的透明化保护。其中的钢化玻璃层的表面还可以进一步采用标识层,设有图案或LOGO,以实现产品的精美化设计,提高产品的实用性。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步介绍和说明,但不局限于此。
本发明一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构,包括钢化玻璃层,所述钢化玻璃层的四周边缘的两侧包覆有塑胶层。如图1所示的实施例中,复合结构为手机保护套S,包括用于保护手机前面或背面的钢化玻璃层90,及用于保护手机四周侧边的塑胶框体91,塑胶框体91设有用于嵌入钢化玻璃层的嵌槽92。塑胶框91与钢化玻璃层90的联接面设有粘接层94。
粘接层94包括印刷或喷涂于钢化玻璃层表面的玻璃油漆(又或者为玻璃光油),及位于玻璃油漆的表面的粘合剂,粘合剂优选IML工艺的接着剂。
钢化玻璃层可以采用如图2和图3所示的具体结构,在玻璃本体81的一个表面设有UV油膜811和防爆膜812,钢化玻璃的另一个表面设有透明塑胶层82;透明塑胶层82的外表面设有油墨层83。油墨层83包括套色油墨831、耐高温油墨832和耐冲击油墨833(于其它实施例中,也可以采用其中一种油墨)。
于其它实施例中,可以在钢化玻璃层的任一个表面或二个表面均设有UV油膜和防爆膜。
本发明一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构,还可以做成其它的产品结构,比如产品的标签、各种标牌,装饰面板或用于车辆上的挡风面板等等。
如图4所示,本发明还公开了钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,在钢化玻璃层与塑胶层的联接处,印刷或喷涂于钢化玻璃层表面的玻璃油漆或光油作为架桥剂,以及在架桥剂表面上,再喷涂或印刷上与注塑胶料粘合的粘合剂,所述的粘合剂为IML工艺的粘合剂;
步骤二,将钢化玻璃层放入注塑模具内,进行注塑成形;
其中,在步骤一分步完成的印刷或喷涂工艺,是在75-85度的环境下烘烤1.5-2.5小时。
其中的步骤一,涂上粘合剂层时,采用二次工序:第一次,在玻璃层与塑胶件的接触面先印刷或喷涂玻璃油漆或光油作为架桥剂,第二次,再印刷或喷涂所述的与塑胶结合的粘合剂。
其中的塑胶层为TPU、TPE、PC、PC+玻纤、PP、PU或ABS材料。
于其他实施例中,在步骤一之前,钢化玻璃层包括玻璃本体层和设有玻璃本体层一侧面的透明塑胶层,所述的玻璃本体层与透明塑胶层之间采用3M胶进行粘接,二者粘接时在60-80度的温度下进行压合;透明塑胶层的外表面以丝印二次或三次的方式涂上油墨层;所述的油墨层在丝印之后还包括有烫金、镭雕、激光和/或防伪的加工步骤,之后进行为时50-70分钟的温度在75-85度之间的烘烤。这种复合结构的钢化玻璃层用在手机保护套时,可以增加自定义的图案(即在油墨层形成自己所需要的图案),提高手机保护套的装饰作用。
为了实现玻璃本体层与透明塑胶层的热压合,可以采用如图5所示的箱式压合机T,以实现快速大批量低成本地生产。具体结构说明如下:
它包括箱体10,箱体10内设有用于穿过工件并以形成60-80度的加热通道100。一条连续旋转的送料带20在驱动轮21的驱动下连续间歇式移动,在支撑轮22的支撑下,穿过加热通道100和位于箱体10下方的回送通道101,形成一个送料循环。箱体10内设有压合底座31和压合上架32,压合底座31的上方设有活动底板311,压合上架32的下方设有活动压板321。在送料带20的中间区域设有若干个具有光滑表面的支撑块,用来放置透明塑胶层和玻璃层。工作时,送料带20停止不动,活动底板311上升,活动压板321下降,对放在支撑块上的透明塑胶层和玻璃层进行恒温压合。压合之后,活动底板和活动压板复位,送料带移动,通过下料机械手或由操作人员手动将压合之后的工件从送料带上取走。在送料带的另一端则由上料机械手或由操作人员手动将透明塑胶层和玻璃层放在支撑块上。其中的活动底板和活动压板采用油缸或气缸作为动力驱动方式。
综上所述,本发明采用粘接层实现钢化玻璃层与塑胶层的粘接,并且包覆式结构实现塑胶层与钢化玻璃层的结合,实现了二者的高强度联接。该结构可以用于手机保护套,实现手机的透明化保护。其中的钢化玻璃层的表面还可以进一步采用标识层,设有图案或LOGO,以实现产品的精美化设计,提高产品的实用性。

- 一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构,包括钢化玻璃层,其特征在于所述钢化玻璃层的四周边缘的两侧包覆有塑胶层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构,其特征在于,所述的复合结构为手机保护套,包括用于保护手机前面或背面的钢化玻璃层,及用于保护手机四周侧边的塑胶框体,所述的塑胶框体设有用于嵌入钢化玻璃层的嵌槽。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构,其特征在于,塑胶层与钢化玻璃层的联接面设有粘接层。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构,其特征在于,所述粘接层包括印刷或喷涂于钢化玻璃层表面的玻璃油漆或光油,及位于玻璃油漆或光油的表面的粘合剂,所述的粘合剂为IML工艺的接着剂。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构,其特征在于,所述的钢化玻璃层的二个表面均设有UV油膜和防爆膜。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构,其特征在于,所述的钢化玻璃层的一个表面设有UV油膜和防爆膜,所述钢化玻璃的另一个表面设有透明塑胶层;所述透明塑胶层的外表面设有油墨层。
- 一种钢化玻璃与塑胶件的复合结构的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:步骤一,在钢化玻璃层与塑胶层的联接处,印刷或喷涂于钢化玻璃层表面的玻璃油漆或光油作为架桥剂,以及在架桥剂表面上,再喷涂或印刷上与注塑胶料粘合的粘合剂,所述的粘合剂为IML工艺的粘合剂;步骤二,将钢化玻璃层放入注塑模具内,进行注塑成形;其中,在步骤一分步完成的印刷或喷涂工艺,是在75-85度的环境下烘烤1.5-2.5小时。
- 根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤一,涂上粘合剂层时,采用二次工序:第一次,在玻璃层与塑胶件的接触面先印刷或喷涂玻璃油漆或光油作为架桥剂,第二次,再印刷或喷涂所述的与塑胶结合的粘合剂。
- 根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述的塑胶层为TPU、TPE、PC、PC+玻纤、PP、PU或ABS材料。
- 根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤一之前,钢化玻璃层包括玻璃本体层和设有玻璃本体层一侧面的透明塑胶层,所述的玻璃本体层与透明塑胶层之间采用3M胶进行粘接,二者粘接时在60-80度的温度下进行压合; 透明塑胶层的外表面以丝印二次或三次的方式涂上油墨层;所述的油墨层在丝印之后还包括有烫金、镭雕、激光和/或防伪的加工步骤,之后进行为时50-70分钟的温度在75-85度之间的烘烤。
