背景技术
目前在液晶制造领域内,行业内通常液晶屏运输时将液晶屏存放在包装托盘结构(Tray)内。然而,在运输过程中,托盘结构内的保护垫片与液晶屏表面摩擦,易损坏液晶屏表面的电路。此外,在长时间存储和高温的环境中(50度以上,夏季集装箱中很容易达到此温度),保护垫片的材料容易渗出油污,而沾染到液晶屏表面。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于提供一种包装托盘结构及基板包装结构,其能够更好地提高包装的保护能力,也解决了保护垫片与待包装件接触而产生的问题。

如图1至图4所示,本公开所提供的包装托盘结构,包括叠放一起并相互配合的第一托盘100和第二托盘200,所述第一托盘100和所述第二托盘200之间用于放置待包装件300及保护垫片400,其中所述第一托盘100包括面向所述第二托盘200的第一面161,在所述第一面161上形成有用于放置待包装件300的凹槽110,所述保护垫片400设置在所述待包装件300与所述第一托盘100之间;所述第一托盘100和所述第二托盘200中的至少一个托盘上设置有保护垫片限位部,所述保护垫片限位部用于支撑所述保护垫片400,并使得所述保护垫片400与所述待包装件300之间保持预设间隙。
本公开所提供的包装托盘结构,待包装件300可以放置在第一托盘100的凹槽110内,保护垫片400放置于待包装件300的靠近第二托盘200的一侧,将第一托盘100和第二托盘200扣合一起,来包装待包装件300。在上述方案中,由于在第一托盘100和第二托盘200中至少一个托盘上设置有保护垫片限位部,该保护垫片限位部可以对保护垫片400进行支撑限位,使得保护垫片400与待包装件300之间保持一定的间隙,从而可以避免由于保护垫片400与待包装件300接触而产生的污染或损坏待包装件300的问题。
如图1至图3所示,在本公开所提供的一种可选实施例中,所述凹槽110内具有用于支撑所述待包装件300的第一支撑面163;所述保护垫片限位部包括:设置在所述第一托盘100的第一面161上、并位于所述凹槽110的四周的支撑凸台501,所述支撑凸台501具有用于支撑所述保护垫片400的第二支撑面165;其中所述第一支撑面在垂直于所述凹槽110的槽底167的方向上具有第一高度h1,所述第二支撑面165在垂直于所述凹槽110的槽底167的方向上具有第二高度h2,所述第二高度h2大于所述第一高度h1,且所述第二高度h2与所述第一高度h1的差值为预设值。
在上述方案中,所述保护垫片限位部通过在凹槽110的四周设置支撑凸 台501来实现,所述支撑凸台501上用于支撑保护垫片400的第二支撑面165比所述凹槽110内用于支撑待包装件300的第一支撑面163高出预设值,从而可以使得保护垫片400与待包装件300之间保持预设间隙169,结构简单,且所述支撑凸台501可以与第一托盘100的主体部分(即除了支撑凸台501以外的部分)一体成型,制造工艺简单。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,所述保护垫片限位部还可以采用其他结构来实现,例如:还可以是在第二托盘200上设置能够固定保护垫片400的固定结构等,对此并不进行具体限定。
还需要说明的是,在上述方案中,可选的,所述预设值大于等于所述待包装件300的厚度与所述预设间隙169的宽度之和,其中所述预设间隙169的宽度为1mm~2mm。此处,所述待包装件300的厚度是指所述包装托盘结构处于图3中所示位置时所述待包装件300在竖直方向上的尺寸;所述间隙169的宽度是指所述包装托盘结构处于图3中所示位置时所述间隙169在竖直方向上的尺寸。
采用上述方案,可以使得待包装件300与保护垫片400之间保持1mm~2mm的预设间隙169,如此,既避免损伤待包装件300,又仍然能对待包装件300起到很好的保护作用。
可选的,所述保护垫片400高于待包装件300的表面302约1.4mm,即,所述预设间隙169的宽度为1.4mm。当然可以理解的是,所述预设间隙169的具体数值还可以根据实际需求来进行调整,例如:所述预设间隙169还可以是1mm、1.5mm、2mm等。
此外,如图1至图4所示,在本公开所提供的实施例中,可选的,所述第一托盘100的第一面161上形成有多个所述凹槽110,所述保护垫片400为一能够覆盖所有凹槽110的一整体片状结构,在每一所述凹槽110的四周均设置有所述保护垫片限位部。
采用上述方案,一个包装托盘结构中可以同时容置包装多个待包装件300,且保护垫片400为一整张结构,可以在每一凹槽110的四周均设置保护垫片限位部,来对保护垫片400进行支撑和限位,以使得每一凹槽110内的待包装件300与保护垫片400之间保持预设间隙。
当然可以理解的是,以上仅是提供了一种可选结构,在实际应用中,对于所述凹槽110的数量、保护垫片400的数量以及所述保护垫片限位部的具体位置等可以根据实际需求来进行合理调整,对此并不进行局限。
此外,由于保护垫片400通常是采用泡棉材质,较软且有一定自重,在重力作用下,某些部位会自然下垂,而接触到待包装件300。为了解决上述问题,在本公开所提供的实施例中,可选的,在所述第一托盘100和所述第二托盘200之间还设置有用于固定所述保护垫片400,以避免所述保护垫片400由于自重发生变形的固定部。
采用上述方案,通过设置所述固定部来对保护垫片400进行局部固定,以避免由于保护垫片400自重发生变形。
所述固定部可以采用多种方式来实现,以下提供两种所述固定部的可选实施例。
图1至图3所示为本公开所提供的包装托盘结构的一实施例的结构示意图。如图1至图3所示,在本公开所提供的一实施例中,所述第二托盘200包括面向所述第一托盘100的第二面171,所述固定部包括:凸设于所述第二面171上的凸起压台210,所述凸起压台210设置在与所述凹槽110的四周相对应的位置上,能够将所述保护垫片400抵压固定于所述第一托盘100上。
采用上述方案,在所述第二托盘200的面向第一托盘100的一面(即所述第二面171)上可以进行下沉处理,而在凹槽110的四周对应位置上形成凸起压台210,该凸起压台210可以下压保护垫片400至第一托盘100上,如图3所示,由于第二托盘200上的凸起压台210压在了保护垫片400的一些部位,保护垫片400所受到的这种压力可以抵消保护垫片400由于自重而产生的下沉变形。
需要说明的是,所述凸起压台210根据实际的第二托盘200的结构设计其形状、大小和位置,对此并不作具体限定。
图4所示为本公开所提供的包装托盘结构的一实施例的结构示意图。如图4所示,在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,所述保护垫片400在与所述凹槽110的四周位置相对应的区域开设有多个开孔402(如图6所示);所述固 定部包括:能够穿设于所述开孔402内的多个固定柱120,所述固定柱120凸设于所述第一托盘100的第一面161上,位于所述凹槽110的四周,并与所述开孔402的位置相对应。
采用上述方案,在所述第一托盘100的面向第二托盘200的一面(即所述第一面161)上在凹槽110的四周设置有多个固定柱120,而在保护垫片400上开设开孔402,如图5和图6所示,固定柱120可以穿过保护垫片400上的开孔402,来对保护垫片400进行固定,保护垫片400所受到的这种固定作用力可以抵消保护垫片400由于自重而产生的下沉变形。
需要说明的是,所述固定柱120可以根据实际的第一托盘100的结构设计其形状、大小和位置,对此并不作具体限定。
可选的,如图4所示,所述固定柱120包括连接在所述第一托盘100上的第一端1201和与所述第一端1201相对的第二端1203,其中所述固定柱120的外径从所述第一端1201至所述第二端1203逐渐减小。采用上述方案,所述固定柱120的顶端(即第二端1203)细、底端(即第一端1201)粗,由于保护垫片400上的开孔402可以套设在固定柱120上,当需要调整保护垫片400与待包装件300之间的预设间隙的大小时,可以通过控制保护垫片400上的开孔402大小,来对所述预设间隙进行调整。如此,将第一托盘100可用于承载不同厚度的待包装件300并满足不同预设间隙要求,从而可提高第一托盘100的通用性,进而降低生产成本。
在本公开所提供的可选实施例中,如图4所示,所述固定柱120的横截面为圆形,即,所述固定柱120为圆锥台柱体结构。
采用上述方案,所述固定柱120为圆锥台柱体结构,一方面,便于调整待包装件300与保护垫片400之间的预设间隙,另一方面,所述固定柱120可以是通过在相应部位对第一托盘100的主体部分进行下沉处理形成,结构简单,工艺简单。
当然可以理解的是,在实际应用中,所述固定柱120还可以是横截面呈三角形的三棱台柱体结构,或者是横截面呈方形的四棱台柱体结构,还可以是其他形状,对此不再一一列举。
此外,还需要说明的是,本公开所提供的包装托盘结构,在第一托盘100 上还设置有用于与第二托盘200配合的第一凹凸结构101,在第二托盘200上还设置有与所述第一托盘100上的第一凹凸结构101配合的第二凹凸结构201,通过第一凹凸结构101和第二凹凸结构201配合,可以使得第一托盘100和第二托盘200扣合在一起。
还需要说明的是,所述第一凹凸结构101和第二凹凸结构201还可以使得任一个包装托盘结构能够与另一个包装托盘结构叠放一起,可选的,能够使得任一个包装托盘结构能够与叠放于其之上的另一个包装托盘结构反向堆叠一起,也就是说,使得任一个包装托盘的第二托盘200能够与叠放于其上的另一包装托盘结构的第一托盘100叠放,且两个包装托盘结构的放置方向相反(即,水平旋转180°)。
此外,需要说明的是,本公开所提供的包装托盘结构,其可以应用于包装显示基板。
在本公开的实施例中还提供了一种基板包装结构,例如,如图3所示,包括如上所述的包装托盘结构及保护垫片400,其中所述待包装件300为基板。
以上所述仅是本公开的可选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本公开的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种包装托盘结构,包括:
    第一托盘,包括第一面及形成在所述第一面上的用于放置待包装件的凹槽;
    叠放在所述第一面并与所述第一托盘配合的第二托盘;
    设置在所述第一托盘和所述第二托盘之间的保护垫片;及
    设置在所述第一托盘和所述第二托盘中的至少一个上的保护垫片限位部;
    其中,所述保护垫片限位部以使得所述保护垫片与所述待包装件之间保持间隙的方式支撑所述保护垫片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装托盘结构,其中,
    所述凹槽内具有用于支撑所述待包装件的第一支撑面;
    所述保护垫片限位部包括:设置在所述第一托盘的第一面上、并位于所述凹槽的四周的支撑凸台,所述支撑凸台具有用于支撑所述保护垫片的第二支撑面;
    其中,所述第一支撑面在垂直于所述凹槽的槽底的方向上具有第一高度,所述第二支撑面在垂直于所述凹槽的槽底的方向上具有第二高度,所述第二高度大于所述第一高度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装托盘结构,其中,
    所述第二高度与所述第一高度的差值大于等于所述待包装件的厚度与所述间隙的宽度之和。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的包装托盘结构,其中,所述间隙的宽度为1mm~2mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装托盘结构,还包括设置在所述第一托盘和所述第二托盘之间的固定部,所述固定部固定所述保护垫片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装托盘结构,其中,
    所述第二托盘包括面向所述第一托盘的第二面;
    所述固定部包括:凸设于所述第二面上的凸起压台,所述凸起压台设置在与所述凹槽的四周相对应的位置上,并将所述保护垫片抵压固定于所述第 一托盘上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的包装托盘结构,其中,
    所述保护垫片在与所述凹槽的四周位置相对应的区域开设有多个开孔;
    所述固定部包括:凸设于所述第一托盘的第一面上并穿设于所述开孔内的多个固定柱。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装托盘结构,其中,
    所述固定柱包括连接在所述第一托盘上的第一端和与所述第一端相对的第二端,其中所述固定柱的外径从所述第一端至所述第二端逐渐减小。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装托盘结构,其中,
    所述固定柱的横截面为圆形、三角形或方形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的包装托盘结构,其中,
    所述第一托盘的第一面上形成有多个所述凹槽,所述保护垫片为一覆盖所有凹槽的一整体片状结构,在每一所述凹槽的四周均设置有所述保护垫片限位部。
  11. 一种基板包装结构,包括:
    基板;及
    包装所述基板的包装托盘结构;
    其中,所述包装托盘结构,包括:
    第一托盘,包括第一面及形成在所述第一面上的用于放置待包装件的凹槽;所述待包装件为所述基板;
    面向所述第一面并与所述第一托盘配合的第二托盘;
    设置在所述第一托盘和所述第二托盘之间的保护垫片;及
    设置在所述第一托盘和所述第二托盘中的至少一个上的保护垫片限位部;
    其中,所述保护垫片限位部以使得所述保护垫片与所述待包装件之间保持间隙的方式支撑所述保护垫片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的基板包装结构,其中,
    所述凹槽内具有支撑所述待包装件的第一支撑面;
    所述保护垫片限位部包括:设置在所述第一托盘的第一面上、并位于所述凹槽的四周的支撑凸台,所述支撑凸台具有支撑所述保护垫片的第二支撑 面;
    其中,所述第一支撑面在垂直于所述凹槽的槽底的方向上具有第一高度,所述第二支撑面在垂直于所述凹槽的槽底的方向上具有第二高度,所述第二高度大于所述第一高度。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的基板包装结构,其中,
    所述第二高度与所述第一高度的差值大于等于所述待包装件的厚度与所述间隙的宽度之和。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的基板包装结构,其中,所述间隙的宽度为1mm~2mm。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的基板包装结构,其中,所述包装托盘结构还包括设置在所述第一托盘和所述第二托盘之间的固定部,所述固定部固定所述保护垫片。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的基板包装结构,其中,
    所述第二托盘包括面向所述第一托盘的第二面;
    所述固定部包括:凸设于所述第二面上的凸起压台,所述凸起压台设置在与所述凹槽的四周相对应的位置上,并将所述保护垫片抵压固定于所述第一托盘上。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的基板包装结构,其中,
    所述保护垫片在与所述凹槽的四周位置相对应的区域开设有多个开孔;
    所述固定部包括:凸设于所述第一托盘的第一面上并穿设于所述开孔内的多个固定柱。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的基板包装结构,其中,
    所述固定柱包括连接在所述第一托盘上的第一端和与所述第一端相对的第二端,其中所述固定柱的外径从所述第一端至所述第二端逐渐减小。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的基板包装结构,其中,
    所述固定柱的横截面为圆形、三角形或方形。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的基板包装结构,其中,
    所述第一托盘的第一面上形成有多个所述凹槽,所述保护垫片为一覆盖所有凹槽的一整体片状结构,在每一所述凹槽的四周均设置有所述保护垫片 限位部。
