洗衣筒的清洗控制方法及洗衣机 技术领域

背景技术
洗衣机尤其滚筒洗衣机在应用数月之后,其筒壁上会附着大量污垢,主要由油污、皮脂、蛋白质以及线屑等杂质组成,附着力极强而且很容易滋生细菌。再次处理衣服时,这些细菌会进入到衣物内,接触到人体后会造成感染,危害用户的健康,因此需要对筒壁进行必要的清洁。
滚筒洗衣机筒壁的自清洁功能通常需要设置单独的自清洗程序,该自清洗程序独立于衣物本身的洗涤过程,隔一段时间才能由用户操作进行一次筒壁清洗,清洗手段也仅限于通过空筒洗涤、喷头洗涤、毛刷清洁或超声波清洗等方式来清洗内筒和外筒。这些筒壁清洗方法存在如下缺陷:第一,独立于衣物本身的洗涤过程,需要另外单独进水,严重浪费水资源;第二,隔一段时间才能进行筒壁清洗,不能及时去除筒壁的污垢,仍然不能完全避免对衣物的二次污染;第三、清洗方式复杂,需要添加额外的洗涤剂或者专门设置筒壁清洁用的部件,导致洗衣机结构更复杂,成本更高。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种洗衣机筒的清洗控制方法,可及时对筒壁进行清洗,有效避免对衣物的二次污染,并具有更好的自动检测、自动调节控制功能。

在筒壁清洗前,检测水位是否满足要求,克服了洗涤筒内存在衣服的情况下电机的负荷较大,水位过高会影响筒的转速的缺陷;
在筒壁清洗前,检测筒内带水衣物的偏心量和负载,可根据该偏心量和负载确定第一速度的大小,有效避免了能源浪费或清洗力度不够的情况发生。

洗衣机对衣物进行一次或多次清洗,清洗处理过程包括洗涤或漂洗阶段和排水阶段,在其中至少一次清洗的洗涤或漂洗阶段和排水阶段之间还包括筒的清洗阶段,该洗衣筒的清洗阶段的控制流程如下:在衣物洗涤或漂洗结束后,洗衣机的控制系统对洗衣筒内水的浊度值进行检测。如果浊度值高于预设值,则不启动筒壁清洗程序,直接进入排水阶段;如果浊度值低于预设值,则进一步检测洗衣筒内的水位是否低于预设值。如果水位值高于预设值,则打开排水阀进行排水,直到水位值低于预设值,则进入洗衣筒洗涤步骤,以高于正常洗涤或漂洗的速度V1的速度V高速旋转,形成激荡水流,利用水与内筒表面间的摩擦力以及内筒击打水面后飞溅的水滴对内筒外表面和外筒内表面进行清洗,对洗衣机内筒施加了水流冲击的机械力,可有效去除内筒外表面和外筒内表面附着的污垢。高速旋转至洗衣筒洗涤步骤结束,停止旋转,然后将洗涤水排出。
