Description

一种多色彩PU中底结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种中底结构,尤其是一种多色彩PU中底结构。
背景技术
近段时间,随着鞋材淡季的持续延长,价格战在本土鞋材行业里越打越响。而价格战的打响,也进一步催化了整个鞋材行业竞争的白热化。如此背景下,为应对价格战,不少鞋材企业开始从内部“减压”,对内进行自我规范。与此同时,对外则是向中高端品类转型,以求获得更多的发展空间。
聚氨酯弹性体在鞋材领域已经普遍应用,由于其具有缓冲性能好、质轻、耐磨、防滑等优点,现已成为制鞋工业中一种重要的配套材料,高尔夫球鞋、棒球鞋、足球鞋、滑雪鞋、旅游鞋、安全鞋等许多鞋的鞋底、鞋跟、鞋头、鞋垫等重要配件都是用聚氯酯弹性体制成的,不仅美观大方,而且舒适耐用,还能提高运动成绩。聚氨酯弹性体在制备鞋中底时往往只采用单一结构,即为一种色彩,一种密度以及一种硬度的聚氨酯发泡体。现有技术中,为实现多色彩(多层)聚氨酯中底结构,往往采用后续贴合的方法来实现,即先单独制备不同性能的聚氨酯中底片材后使用胶粘剂将其粘合并用裁制的办法压制成型。这样的工艺复杂,需要多个工序,成本难以降低,而且穿着体验难以提升。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的为提供一种新型复合聚氨酯中底结构,该结构无需进行后续粘合工序,采用一步成型法,给聚氨酯中底制品提供多样化的颜色以及上下层不一样的穿着触感体验。
本发明的技术方案为:一种多色彩PU中底结构,包括下材料层、上材料层,其特征在于:所述的下材料层的鞋跟部横向设置有弹性椭圆柱,下材料层的上方贴合有上材料层,下材料层的上部设置有四个凹槽,凹槽之间通过多个带状浅槽连接,上材料层完全覆盖凹槽和带状浅槽,上材料层与下材料层为一次成型。
进一步,上材料层与下材料层为不同密度的材料层。
进一步,上材料层与下材料层为不同颜色的材料层。
本发明的有益效果为:本方案通过一次成型的方法将两种或两种以上的聚氨酯发泡弹性体直接自粘结成一种具有多种色浆及触感的聚氨酯中底制品,以解决单一聚氨酯中底产 品单调的色彩外观以及单一的触感,更好的满足鞋材行业灵活的设计要求以及更舒适的穿着体验;同时该技术为一步成型法,无需对产品进行后续粘合工艺,大大节省了生产成本,缩短生产周期的同时对环境更友好;下材料层通过设置凹槽和带状浅槽,增加了上材料层与下材料层之间的粘接力;带状浅槽的设置,可以均衡上下不同材料层之间在侧向作用力,椭圆柱的设置,增加鞋跟的缓冲效果,增加穿着着的舒适感。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
如图1、2所示,一种多色彩PU中底结构,包括下材料层2、上材料层1,所述的下材料层2的鞋跟部横向设置有弹性椭圆柱3,下材料层2的上方贴合有上材料层1,下材料层2的上部设置有四个凹槽4,凹槽4之间通过多个带状浅槽5连接,上材料层1完全覆盖凹槽4和带状浅槽5,下材料层2通过设置凹槽4和带状浅槽5,增加了上材料层1与下材料层2之间的粘接力;带状浅槽5的设置,可以均衡上下不同材料层之间在侧向作用力,椭圆柱3的设置,增加鞋跟的缓冲效果,增加穿着着的舒适感。
上材料层1与下材料层2为一次成型。在本实施例中,上材料层1与下材料层2为不同密度的材料层,上材料层1与下材料层2为不同颜色的材料层。本方案通过一次成型的方法将两种或两种以上的聚氨酯发泡弹性体直接自粘结成一种具有多种色浆及触感的聚氨酯中底制品,以解决单一聚氨酯中底产品单调的色彩外观以及单一的触感,更好的满足鞋材行业灵活的设计要求以及更舒适的穿着体验;同时该技术为一步成型法,无需对产品进行后续粘合工艺,大大节省了生产成本,缩短生产周期的同时对环境更友好。

  1. 一种多色彩PU中底结构,包括下材料层、上材料层,其特征在于:所述的下材料层的鞋跟部横向设置有弹性椭圆柱,下材料层的上方贴合有上材料层,下材料层的上部设置有四个凹槽,凹槽之间通过多个带状浅槽连接,上材料层完全覆盖凹槽和带状浅槽,上材料层与下材料层为一次成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多色彩PU中底结构,其特征在于:上材料层与下材料层为不同密度的材料层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多色彩PU中底结构,其特征在于:上材料层与下材料层为不同颜色的材料层。
