Description

发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种整体散热冷却效果好的带半封闭冷却水槽的同步切割机用组合开槽片。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带半封闭冷却水槽的同步切割机用组合开槽片, 其特征在于:所述外侧金刚石开槽片(1)、所述内部夹板(2)及所述中心金刚石开槽片(3)上开设有中心孔和位于所述中心孔旁的定位孔,所述外侧金刚石开槽片(1)、所述内部夹板(2)及所述中心金刚石开槽片(3)上的中心孔和定位孔的大小和位置相对应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带半封闭冷却水槽的同步切割机用组合开槽片,其特征在于:所述二片外侧金刚石开槽片(1)、所述二片内部夹板(2)及所述一片中心金刚石开槽片(3)用沿同一圆周均匀分布的紧固件(7)固定成整体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带半封闭冷却水槽的同步切割机用组合开槽片,其特征在于:所述二片外侧金刚石开槽片(1)、所述二片内部夹板(2)及所述一片中心金刚石开槽片(3)用三组沿同一圆周均匀分布的所述紧固件(7)固定成整体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的带半封闭冷却水槽的同步切割机用组合开槽片,其特征在于:所述外侧金刚石开槽片(1)与所述中心金刚石开槽片(3)的外径相同,所述内部夹板(2)的外径小于所述外侧金刚石开槽片(1)的外径。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的带半封闭冷却水槽的同步切割机用组合开槽片,其特征在于:所述外侧金刚石开槽片(1)与所述中心金刚石开槽片(3)的外圆上焊接多个相同的金刚石节块(4)。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的带半封闭冷却水槽的同步切割机用组合开槽片,其特征在于:所述组合开槽片的直径大于600mm。
