上述各个实施例中,锁定部402的自由端设有朝向按压部401开口的锁定槽,锁定部402的自由端指的是锁定部402上远离连接部403的一端;配合件为用于与锁定槽配合的第一限位柱10,第一限位柱10设置在挂钩4折叠时的转动轨迹上,以便连接管1转动至设定位置时锁定槽钩住第一限位柱10,此种设置方式便于锁定槽在锁定部402上的定位与加工。当然,锁定槽也可以设置在锁定部402的中部或者其他位置。
具体地,第一限位柱10可以转动连接于连接管1上且位于连接管1的内部,从而减小锁定槽与第一限位柱10之间的摩擦,延长第一限位柱10的使用寿命。又或者,第一限位柱10可以固定连接于连接管1,具体可以为螺纹连接、焊接或者其他方式连接,锁定时稳定性较好。当然,配合件的设置方式不限于此,例如,配合件也可以为凸出于连接管1内壁的柱形凸起,且该柱形凸起设置在挂钩4折叠时的转动轨迹上。
上述各个实施例中,复位件8可以为设置于车体折叠轴3的人字簧,人字簧的开口方向与挂钩4的开口方向相同,以便减轻人字簧的变形程度,延长复位件8的使用寿命,将人字簧设置在车体折叠轴3上,且人字簧设于连接管1的内部,可以减少折叠装置中的零件设置。当然,复位件8也可以为压缩弹簧、电磁铁或者其他复位件8。
上述各个实施例中,支撑件具体可以包括设于连接管1的两侧的两个支撑 板5,一个支撑板5的一侧还设有用于夹紧支撑板5与连接管1的锁紧扳手组件6,设置方便,且能够保证夹紧连接管1和支撑板5,消除连接管1与支撑板5之间的间隙,使连接管1得到稳定支撑。当然,支撑件的设置方式不限于此。
具体地,锁紧扳手组件6中连接支撑板5处的表面可以设置弹性耐磨层,例如聚酯胺层,在消除间隙的同时保证锁紧扳手组件6的使用寿命较长。
上述各个实施例中,限位件可以为可拆卸连接于两个支撑板5之间的第二限位柱2,便于安装与维修。当然,限位件也可以为设于支撑件一侧的单独的限位装置,或者进行其他设置。
具体地,支撑板5上连接第二限位柱2的孔可以为槽型孔,第二限位柱2通过紧钉螺钉锁紧,则在第二限位柱2使用一段时间发生了磨损时,可以通过调节机构微调紧钉螺钉以消除间隙。
上述各个实施例中,按压部401的轴向长度与连接管1的轴向长度的比值范围可以为0.5至1,轴向指的是连接管1与支撑件之间铰接轴的指向,以保证按压部401对连接管1具有较大的覆盖面积,按压操作较为舒适。具体地,按压部401可以设置在连接管1的轴向的中部。当然,按压部401相对于连接管1的尺寸以及位置关系的设置不限于此。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
以上对本申请所提供的折叠装置进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以对本申请进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本申请权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠装置,包括连接管(1)、挂钩(4)、支撑件、用于对所述连接管(1)的展开限位的限位件和复位件(8),所述连接管(1)铰接于所述支撑件,其特征在于,所述挂钩(4)包括:
    用于在所述连接管(1)折叠至设定位置时与所述连接管(1)中的配合件相配合锁定的锁定部(402),设于所述连接管(1)内部;
    用于解锁的按压部(401),设于所述连接管(1)外侧,所述限位件与所述按压部(401)分设于所述连接管(1)的两侧,所述复位件(8)向所述锁定部(402)施加朝向所述按压部(401)的力;
    用于连接所述锁定部(402)与所述按压部(401)的连接部(403),铰接于所述支撑件;
    用于在所述连接管(1)展开至所述限位件时固定所述连接管(1)的固定部(404)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述挂钩(4)为V字形挂钩,所述固定部(404)与所述锁定部设于所述挂钩(4)的一端,且所述固定部(404)为与所述连接管(1)伸入所述挂钩(4)中的端部卡接配合的台阶,所述按压部(401)设于所述挂钩(4)的另一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述连接管(1)通过车体折叠轴(3)铰接于所述支撑件,所述连接部(403)通过挂钩折叠轴(9)铰接于所述支撑件,所述挂钩折叠轴(9)与所述车体折叠轴(3)相平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述锁定部(402)的自由端设有所述朝向所述按压部(401)开口的锁定槽,所述配合件为用于与所述锁定槽配合的第一限位柱(10),所述第一限位柱(10)设于所述挂钩(4)折叠时的转动轨迹上,以便所述连接管(1)转动至设定位置时所述锁定槽钩住所述第一限位柱(10)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述复位件(8)为设置于所述车体折叠轴(3)的人字簧,所述人字簧的开口方向与所述挂钩(4)的开口方向相同,所述人字簧设于所述连接管(1)的内部。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述支 撑件包括设于所述连接管(1)的两侧的两个支撑板(5),一个所述支撑板(5)的一侧还设有用于夹紧所述支撑板(5)与所述连接管(1)的锁紧扳手组件(6)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述锁紧扳手组件(6)中连接所述支撑板(5)处的表面设有弹性耐磨层。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述限位件为可拆卸连接于两个所述支撑板(5)之间的第二限位柱(2)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述支撑板(5)上连接所述第二限位柱(2)的孔为槽型孔,所述第二限位柱(2)通过紧钉螺钉锁紧。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠装置,其特征在于,所述按压部(401)的轴向长度与所述连接管(1)的轴向长度的比值范围为0.5至1。
