Abstract

複数の生理用品を収容可能なポケットを備え、着用中に生理用品がポケットから外に出るのを抑制することのできる生理用パンティの提供。　前身頃（１１）の一部は、少なくとも横方向（Ｘ）へ縮性を有し、ポケット（３０）は、前身頃（１１）において、パンティ本体（２０）の肌対向面又は非肌対向面に配置されたポケット形成シート（３１）と、前身頃（１１）の前胴回り開口縁部（１１Ａ）側であって、ポケット形成シート（３１）とパンティ本体（２０）とを互いに固定する両側固定部（３７）間に位置するポケット開口（３２）とを有し、ポケット開口（３２）の横方向の寸法（Ｗ２）が、ポケット（３０）の横方向の寸法（Ｗ４）よりも小さくなっている。

Description

生理用パンティ
　本発明は、生理用パンティに関する。
　従来、生理用ナプキンを収容可能な生理用パンティは、公知である。例えば、特許文献１及び２においては、前後身頃と、股下域とを有し、前身頃に生理用ナプキン等の生理用品を収容可能なポケットが配置された生理用パンティが開示されている。

　特許文献１に開示された生理用パンティにおいては、前身頃のほぼ全域にポケットが形成されており、複数の生理用品を容易に収容することができる。また、特許文献２に開示された生理用パンティにおいては、ポケットが前身頃の中央部にのみ位置することからポケットの収容空間及びポケット開口が比較的に小さく、着用中等において、内部に収容された生理用品が不意に外に飛び出るのを抑制することができる。
　しかしながら、特許文献１に開示の生理用パンティにおいては、ポケット開口が前身頃の幅寸法とほぼ同じであって比較的に大きいことから、例えば、生理用品の使用時において、着用者が屈んだり収容した生理用品がポケット内で移動したり、トイレにおいて膝下までパンティを下してパンティ全体が収縮した状態となるとき等に、ポケット開口が開いて内部に収容された生理用品が外部に飛び出すおそれがある。一方、特許文献２に開示の生理用パンティにおいては、ポケット開口が比較的に小さいことから、複数の生理用品を収容することができない。通常、月経期において女性は１日に平均的に２．５－３．５枚の生理用品を使用するので、このように、複数の生理用品を収容することができない場合には、ポケットに収容するのに加えて手提げ袋等に収容して持ち運ぶことになるので、不便である。
　本発明は、従来の生理用パンティの改良であって、複数の生理用品を収容可能なポケットを備え、着用中に生理用品がポケットから外に出るのを抑制することのできる生理用パンティを提供することにある。
　前記課題を解決するために、本発明は、縦方向及び横方向を有し、肌対向面及びその反対側に位置する非肌対向面と、前身頃と、後身頃と、前後身頃間に位置する股下域とを有するパンティ本体と、生理用品を収容するためのポケットとを備えた生理用パンティに向けられる。
　本発明に係る生理用パンティは、前記前身頃の一部は、少なくとも前記横方向へ伸縮性を有し、前記ポケットは、前記前身頃において、前記パンティ本体の前記肌対向面又は前記非肌対向面に配置されたポケット形成シートと、前記前身頃の前胴回り開口縁部側であって、前記ポケット形成シートと前記パンティ本体とを互いに固定する両側固定部間に位置するポケット開口とを有し、前記ポケット開口の前記横方向の寸法が、前記ポケットの前記横方向の寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とする。
　本発明に係る生理用パンティの実施態様の一つにおいて、前記ポケット形成シートは、前記前胴回り開口縁部に沿って前記パンティ本体に接合された一対の接合域と、前記接合域間に位置し、前記前胴回り開口縁部とともに前記ポケット開口を画成する非接合域とを有し、前記非接合域が、前記股下域側へ凹となる切欠部を有する。
　かかる生理用パンティでは、ポケット形成シートが切欠部を有することによって、切欠部が前胴回り開口縁部と重ならずに摘持しやすく、生理用品を収容、取り出すときに、ポケット開口を容易に拡げることができる。
　本発明に係る生理用パンティの他の実施態様の一つにおいて、前記切欠部及びそれと対向する前記パンティ本体の前記前胴回り開口縁部の一部のうちの少なくとも一方が、伸縮性を有する。
　かかる生理用パンティでは、ポケット開口を拡げ易くなり、切欠部にポケット弾性体が配置された伸縮性を有する場合には、ポケット開口縁部の形状を視認しやすくなる。
　本発明に係る生理用パンティのさらに他の実施態様の一つにおいて、着用状態又は非着用状態において、前記ポケット開口の前記横方向の寸法が、前記股下域の中央部の前記横方向の寸法よりも小さくなっている。
　かかる生理用パンティでは、股下域の中央部の横方向の寸法とほぼ同じ又はそれよりも小さい横方向の寸法を有する生理用品がポケット開口から飛び出そうとしてもその一部が引っ掛かって、かかる飛び出しを抑制することができる。

　本発明に係る生理用パンティのさらに他の実施態様の一つにおいて、前記ポケットの面積は１６０－３００ｃｍ２であって、複数の前記生理用品が互いに重なり合うことなく収容可能である。
　かかる生理用パンティでは、着用者の下腹部に違和感を与えたり、ポケットが膨らんで着用者に違和感を与えたり、衣服や下着にその外形が現れることはない。
　本発明に係る生理用パンティのさらに他の実施態様の一つにおいて、前記前身頃の両側縁と前記ポケット形成シートの両側縁との間には、ポケットが配置された部分に比べて伸縮性の高い高伸縮域が位置する。
　かかる生理用パンティでは、着用したときに、高伸縮域が先に伸長されて、その後にそれに追従するようにポケットの位置する部分が伸長されることになるので、急にウエスト回り方向へ引っ張られることによるポケット開口縁部の変形やよれを抑制することができる。
　本発明に係る生理用パンティのさらに他の実施態様の一つにおいて、前記ポケット形成シートの内面には、すべり止め手段が設けられている。
　かかる生理用パンティでは、着用者の動き等によってポケットに収容された生理用品又はその個包装体がポケット開口側へ向かって移動して、外部に飛び出すのを抑制することができる。
　本発明に係る生理用パンティのさらに他の実施態様の一つにおいて、前記後身頃の前記横方向における中央部において、前記縦方向へ延びる縦断弾性体が配置される。
　かかる生理用パンティでは、着用状態において弾性体が伸長されて前身頃が身体へより押し当てられて、ポケット開口が閉じた態様を維持し、生理用品の個包装体が外部に飛び出すのを防止することができる。縦断弾性体は、装着中の生理用品の股下部のフィット性を向上して、前身頃が身体へより押し当てられるようにするために、股下部の前端から後方へ延びていることが好ましい。
　本発明に係る生理用パンティのさらに他の実施態様の一つにおいて、前記後身頃全体が伸縮性を有し、前記前身頃又は後身頃において前記横方向の中央部に他の領域に比べて伸縮性の低い領域が位置する。
　かかる生理用パンティでは、前身頃の低伸縮域に位置する、または、後身頃の低伸縮域と前後方向において対向して位置するポケットが身体へ押し当てられて、ポケット開口が閉じた態様を維持して生理用品が外部に飛び出すのを防止することができる。
　本発明に係る生理用パンティは、前身頃の前胴回り開口縁部側に位置するポケット開口の横方向の寸法が、ポケットの横方向の寸法よりも小さいことから、ポケット内の生理用品の飛び出しを抑制することができるとともに、ポケットが比較的に大きな収容面積を有するので、複数の生理用品を収容することができる。

　下記の実施の形態は、図１－５に示す生理用パンティに関し、発明の不可欠な構成ばかりではなく、選択的及び好ましい構成を含む。
　図１－図４を参照すると、本発明の生理用パンティの一例として示す、パンティ１０は、縦方向Ｙ及び横方向Ｘと、着用状態における前後方向Ｚとを有し、肌対向面及びそれに対向する非肌対向面と、パンティ本体２０と、パンティ本体２０に取り付けられたポケット３０とを備える。パンティ本体２０は、前身頃１１と、後身頃１２と、前後身頃１１，１２間に位置する股下域１３とを有し、縦方向Ｙの寸法を２等分する横断中心線Ｑと、横方向Ｘの寸法を２等分する縦断中心線Ｐとに関してほぼ対称である。図４を参照すると、着用状態において、ポケット３０には、複数の生理用品８０が収容されている。生理用品８０は、折り畳まれた状態であったり、包装袋に折り畳まれた状態で包被された個包装体であって、展開した状態よりもその長さ寸法が小さくなるようにコンパクトにされた形態で収容されている。
　パンティ本体２０は、横方向Ｘへ直線状に延びる前後端縁２１，２２と、前後端縁２１，２２間において縦方向Ｙへ延び、かつ、横断中心線Ｑへ向かって次第に幅狭となる凹曲状の両側縁とを有する。パンティ本体２０の両側縁は、前端縁２１から股下域１３側へ、縦断中心線Ｐに関して僅かに斜めに延びる前側縁２３ａ，２４ａと、後端縁２２から股下域１３側へ、縦断中心線Ｐに関して僅かに斜めに延びる後側縁２３ｂ，２４ｂと、前後側縁２３ａ，２３ｂ，２４ａ，２４ｂ間において、前身頃１１側へ深く抉るように凹曲した凹曲縁２３ｃ，２４ｃとをさらに有する。
　前身頃１１は、前端縁２１と前側縁２３ａ，２４ａとの間、後身頃１２は、後端縁２２と後側縁２３ｂ，２４ｂとの間、股下域１３は、凹曲縁２３ｃ，２４ｃ間にそれぞれ画成されている。前後身頃１１，１２の前後側縁２３ａ，２３ｂ，２４ａ，２４ｂが、断続的に延びるシームライン１７に沿って連結されることによって、胴回り開口１８と一対の脚回り開口１９とが画成される（図１参照）。本実施形態においては、前後身頃１１，１２のうちの前後側縁２３ａ，２３ｂ，２４ａ，２４ｂが位置する両側縁部の内面どうしが互いに重ね合わせた状態で連結されており、互いに重ねられた前後側縁２３ａ，２３ｂ，２４ａ，２４ｂの縁部はパンティ１０の内面側に位置しており、パンティ１０の外面には、前後見頃１１，１２の両側縁部における重なり部１５が縦方向Ｙへ延びている。図１を参照すると、重なり部１５は着用者の腹部と対向するように前側に位置しており、前後身頃１１，１２の内面どうしを互いに重ね合わせることによって形成される折曲縁部１０ａ，１０ｂが着用状態におけるパンティ１０の両側縁部となる。
　パンティ本体２０は、また、前身頃１１と股下域１３の一部とを形成する前方パネル４１と、後身頃１２と股下域１３の一部とを形成する後方パネル４２と、前後方パネル４１，４２との間に位置する中間パネル４３とを有する。中間パネル４３の前端部と前方パネル４１の後端部とは互いに重なり合って横断接合ライン５１において接合されており、中間パネル４３の後端部と後方パネル４２の前端部とは互いに重なり合って横断接合ライン５２において接合されている。横断接合ライン５１，５２は、股下域１３の中央部において、縦方向へ互いに対向して位置している。横断接合ライン５１，５２においては、各パネル４１－４３どうしが、接着又は縫着によって互いに接合されており、図示例では、縫着によって接合されている。
　パンティ本体２０の非肌対向面は、前後端縁２１，２２及び両側縁から形成される外周縁に沿って外周弾性域６０が設けられている。外周弾性域６０は、各パネル４１－４３に取り付けられた、それらを形成する生地とは別体の生地から形成される、オプションとして用いられるカバーシートと、カバーシートに被覆されたテープ状（紐状）のゴムやウレタン、伸縮性繊維不織布等の弾性体とから形成されている。パンティ本体２０の外周縁部は、カバーシートと弾性体とによって形成された外周弾性域６０が位置することによって伸縮性を有する。外周弾性域６０は、前後端縁２１，２２に沿って横方向Ｘへ延びる胴回り弾性域６１，６２と、股下域１３において凹曲線２３ｃ，２４ｃに沿って湾曲して延びる脚回り弾性域６３とを有する。このように、パンティ本体２０の外周縁部が伸縮性を有することによって、パンティ１０の着用状態において、胴回り開口縁部がウエスト回り方向（横方向Ｘ）へ伸縮可能であって、脚回り開口縁部は着用者の大腿部の形状に沿うように伸長された状態でフィットする。図示していないが、パンティ１０の意匠性を向上させるために、パンティ本体２０の外周縁部の全体又は一部をレースで縁取りしてもよい。なお、本明細書において、伸縮性を有するとは、弾性糸やゴム等の弾性材料によって弾性的に伸縮することを意味し、例えば、ポケット形成シート３１を形成する弾性材料を含まない生地（編地）を任意の方向へ引っ張ることによって、網目が拡がって僅かに伸縮をする場合であっても、弾性的な伸縮性を有しないので、非伸縮とする。
　また、パンティ本体２０には、横断接合ライン５１（股下域１３の前端）から後端縁２２まで縦断中心線Ｐに沿って縦方向Ｙへ直線状に延びる縦断弾性体７０が伸長状態で収縮可能に配置されている。縦断弾性体７０は、テープ状（又は帯状）の弾性体であって、ゴムやウレタン等の弾性材料や伸縮性繊維不織布から形成することができる。後身頃１２を身体に接触する限りにおいて、後身頃１２の横方向Ｘの中央部において配置されていればよいが、本実施形態のように、股下部の前端から後方へ延びていることによって、縦断弾性体７０は、装着中の生理用品の股下部のフィット性を向上して、前身頃が身体へより押し当てることができる。本実施形態において、縦断弾性体７０は、後方パネル４２の内面において縫合又は接着によって取り付けられているが、後方パネル４２の外面に取り付けられていてもよいし、後方パネル４２が複数のシートが積層してなるラミネートシートから形成されている場合には、それらのシート間に介在された状態で配置されていてもよい。
　図２及び図３を参照すると、ポケット３０は、前身頃１１の肌対向面側に位置するポケット形成シート３１と、前身頃１１の横方向Ｘの中央部であって、前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａ側に位置するポケット開口３２とを有する。ポケット形成シート３１は、伸縮性又は非伸縮性であって、パンティ本体２０の各パネル４１－４３を形成する生地と同様のものを使用することができる。本実施形態においては、ポケット形成シート３１は、弾性糸を含まない非伸縮性の生地から形成されている。ポケット開口３２は、前身頃１１の前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａ側であれば、横方向Ｘの中央部又は両側部に配置されていてもよいが、大腿部の動きによる影響を受けてポケット開口縁部が変形しないように、中央部に配置されていることが好ましい。ポケット３０は、図示例においては、略台形状であるが、円形、楕円形、三角形、矩形等の各種公知の形状であってもよい。
　ポケット形成シート３１は、前方パネル４１と同形かつそれよりも一回り小さな外形をなし、その外形に沿って位置するポケット接合域を介してパンティ本体（前方パネル４１）２０に固定されている。ポケット接合域は、接着又は縫着によって形成されており、ポケット開口３２を介して横方向Ｘにおいて離間対向して位置する一対の上端固定部３５と、下端固定部３６と、上下端固定部３５，３６間に位置する両側固定部３７とを有する。両側固定部３７は、前側縁２３ａ，２４ａと並行して延びる直状部位３７ａと、直状部位３７ａと下端固定部３６とをつなぐ曲状部位３７ｂとを有する。上端固定部３５は、前端縁２１に沿って横方向Ｘへ延びる胴回り弾性域６１と重なって位置し、両側固定部３７の曲状部位３７ｂは脚回り弾性域６３、下端固定部３６は横断接合ライン５１とそれぞれ重なって位置している。なお、本実施形態においては、両側固定部３７はポケット形成シート３１の両側縁３１ａに沿って位置しているが、両側縁３１ａよりも横方向Ｘの内側に位置していてもよい。また、上下端固定部３５，３６についても、ポケット形成シート３１の上下端縁に沿って位置しているが、それらよりも縦方向Ｙの内側に位置していてもよい。
　ポケット開口３２は、パンティ本体２０とポケット形成シート３１とが互いに接合されていない非接合域から形成されており、具体的には、パンティ本体２０の前端縁２１と重なるポケット形成シート３１の上端縁から股下域１３側へ凹曲状に延びる切欠部３８と、切欠部３８と前後方向Ｚにおいて対向する前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａの一部とによって画成される。ポケット開口３２は、その横方向Ｘの幅寸法が底面へ向かって次第に小さくなっており、前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａ側における幅寸法（横方向Ｘにおける最大寸法）Ｗ２を有する。
　パンティ本体２０は、着用状態においてウエスト回り方向へ伸長されるので、それに固定されたポケット形成シート３１自体も伸長され、ポケット開口３２が横方向Ｘへ拡がったような状態となる。したがって、ポケット開口３２は、パンティ１０の伸長された着用状態と収縮した非着用状態とによってその幅寸法が異なり、具体的には、図３を参照すると、パンティ１０の着用状態における前身頃の幅寸法Ｗ１、すなわち、折曲縁部１０ａ，１０ｂ間のウエスト回り方向における離間寸法が３００－４５０ｍｍの場合（ウエスト寸法が５８－７０ｃｍの女性を着用者として想定した場合）において、パンティ１０の着用状態におけるポケット開口３２の幅寸法Ｗ２は６０－９０ｍｍ、また、パンティ１０の非着用状態（着用前の状態）におけるポケット開口３２の幅寸法Ｗ２は、３０－５０ｍｍである。通常、携帯用の生理用ナプキンや陰唇間パッド等の生理用品８０は、その幅寸法Ｗ３は、７０－１３０ｍｍであってポケット開口３２の幅寸法Ｗ２よりも大きいことから、僅かに折り曲げながらポケット開口３２を通過してポケット３０に収容させることができる（図４参照）。ここで、パンティ１０の着用状態とは、非着用状態に比べてその横方向の寸法が１．４－１．６倍に伸長された状態を意味する。

　ポケット３０の収容面積は、すなわち、ポケット接合域に囲まれた領域の面積は、１６０－３００ｃｍ２である。生理用品の大きさは８０－１５０ｃｍ２であるから、ポケット３０には少なくとも２つの生理用品８０を収容することができる。
　ポケット開口３２の切欠部３８（ポケット開口縁部の一部）には、その形状に沿うように、糸状、テープ状のゴムや伸縮性繊維不織布から形成されたポケット弾性体３９が配置されている。切欠部３８にポケット弾性体３９が配置されることによって、ポケット開口縁部は、前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａに位置する胴回り弾性域６１の一部とポケット弾性体３９とによって全体的に伸縮性を有する。切欠部３８が伸縮性を有することによって、切欠部３８を引っ張ってポケット開口３２を拡げることができるので、生理用品８０の収容、取出しが容易になるとともに、平面視や着用状態において上方からパンティ１０の内面を覗き込んだときに、ポケット開口３２の位置を容易に視認することができる。
　なお、ポケット開口３２の形状は、図示した態様のほかに、円形、楕円形、三角状、四角状であってもよい。さらに、下記の本発明の効果を奏する限りにおいて、ポケット形成シート３１は切欠部３８を有さずに、前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａの一部と、それと並行するように横方向Ｘへ延びる、前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａに非接合のポケット形成シート３１の一部とから形成してもよい。
　図示したように、ポケット開口縁部の一部が切欠状である場合には、ポケット形成シート３１の非接合域が前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａと並行して延びる部分から形成される場合に比べて、切欠部３８近傍を摘持して前方へ引っ張ることによってポケット開口３２を拡げやすく、スムーズに生理用品８０をポケット３０に収容することができる。特に、ポケット開口縁部の一部が切欠状でない場合には、パンティ１０の着用状態において、パンティ本体２０全体が胴回り方向へ伸長されてポケット形成シート３１がパンティ本体２０の内面に接触した状態となるので、ポケット形成シート３１のポケット開口縁部を形成する非接合域を摘持し難くなるところ、ポケット開口縁部の一部が切欠状の場合には、ポケット開口縁部が、胴回り方向へ伸長される前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａと位置ずれしていることから、切欠部３８を容易に摘持してポケット開口３２を開くことができる。
　各パネル４１－４３及びポケット形成シート３１は、弾性的に伸縮性又は非伸縮性の生地から形成されている。伸縮性の生地には、例えば、ポリウレタン糸、ゴム糸等を使用することができ、伸縮性の生地の一部及び非伸縮性の生地の素材としては、レーヨン糸、ナイロン糸、ポリエステル糸、綿糸、綿糸又は綿を含む混紡糸を好適に使用することができる。ポケット形成シート３１の生地として、例えば、ポリウレタンラミネート加工を施すことによって防水性に優れ、経血がパンティ１０に浸みても、ポケット形成シート３１によって経血が下着に滲出するのを抑制することができる。また、経血の漏れを防止するために、ポケット形成シート３１に防水布を貼付してもよい。また、本実施形態において、各パネル４１－４３及びポケット形成シート３１は、一枚の生地（編地）からなる単層構造を有しているが、複数の生地を重ね合わせて形成された複層構造を有していてもよい。
　図４を参照すると、パンティ１０の着用状態において、ポケット３０には、複数の生理用品８０が収容されている。このように、複数の生理用品８０をパンティ１０内に収容することによって、着用者は生理用品を衣類のポケットや手提袋に入れて持ち歩く必要がなく、携帯性に優れる。特に、女子中高生等の１０代の女性の場合には、生理用品を所持していることを他人に知られたくないという心理があるので、生理用品又はそれを入れた袋を外部に視認される状態で持ち歩かないことによって、生理用品を所持していることが他人に知られていないという安心感を得ることができる。
　また、パンティ１０の着用状態において、前方パネル４１が胴回り方向へ伸長されることによってそれに固定されたポケット形成シート３１も引っ張られた状態となり、ポケット開口縁部を形成する切欠部３８は前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａに近接又は接触して、ポケット開口３２が閉じた状態となる。このように、ポケット開口３２が閉じた状態になることによって、ポケット開口３２からポケット３０内の生理用品８０が外に出てしまうおそれはない。しかしながら、例えば、着用者が屈んだ状態になったり、着用している生理用品８０を交換するために、便器に座してパンティ１０を膝下まで下したとき等には、パンティ１０が収縮した状態となるので、切欠部３８が前胴回り開口縁部１１Ａから離間してポケット開口３２が開いたような状態となる。かかる状態においては、ポケット３０自体も変形された状態となることから、生理用品８０が上方へ持ち上げられるようにしてポケット開口３２から外へ出てしまうおそれがある。
　本実施形態に係るパンティ１０においては、ポケット３０の幅寸法（横方向Ｘにおける最大寸法）Ｗ４が、ポケット開口３２の幅寸法（横方向Ｘの寸法）Ｗ２よりも大きくなっている。具体的には、パンティ１０の着用状態において、ポケット開口３２の幅寸法Ｗ２が６０－９０ｍｍであり、ポケット３０の幅寸法Ｗ４は、２３０－２７０ｍｍである。そのために、ポケット３０自体は複数の生理用品８０を収容できる程度に比較的に大きな収容空間を確保する一方、ポケット開口３２が比較的に小さいことから、パンティ本体２０が変形してポケット開口３２が開いた状態となっても、ポケット開口３２から生理用品８０が外へ出てしまうことを抑制することができる。なお、ポケット開口３２及びポケット３０は、図示した形状のほかに、他の公知の形状を採用することも可能であって、他の形状においても最も横幅のある部分について測定した横方向Ｘの寸法をそれらの幅寸法Ｗ２，Ｗ４とする。
　また、ポケット開口３２の幅寸法Ｗ２が生理用品８０の幅寸法Ｗ３よりも小さくなっている。したがって、着用者が屈んだり、パンティ１０を膝下まで下した状態において、ポケット３０内の生理用品８０がポケット開口３２へ向かって移動しても、その一部がポケット開口縁部に引っ掛かって、全体がポケット３０の外部に飛び出してしまうことはない。

　図１，４を参照すると、ポケット３０内には、２つの生理用品８０が、それらの一部が前後方向Ｚにおいて互いに重なり合うことなく、収容されている。ポケット３０の収容面積は、１６０－３００ｃｍ２であって、比較的に大きな収容力を有することから、その内部に複数の生理用品８０が互いに重なり合うことなく収容することができ、生理用品８０の一部が前後方向において互いに重なり合うことによってポケット３０が膨らんで、着用者の下腹部に違和感を与えたり、下着や衣類の外観においてその外形が現れて、パンティ１０内に生理用品８０が収容されていることを他人に知られたりするおそれはない。
　再び、図３を参照すると、前身頃１１の側縁２３ａ，２４ａとポケット形成シート３１の両側縁３１ａとの間には、ポケット３０の位置する部分に比べて伸縮性の高い高伸縮域７３が位置している。高伸縮域７３は、前方パネル４１を形成する１枚の伸縮性生地のみからなる領域であって、ポケット３０が位置する部分は、伸縮性又は非伸縮性のポケット形成シート３１が配置されていることによって、前方パネル４１が伸縮性を有するとしても、高伸縮域７３に比べて伸縮性が低くなっている。このように、ポケット３０の位置する部分の横方向Ｘの両側に高伸縮域７３が配置されていることによって、ポケット３０内部に複数の生理用品８０が収容されて前身頃１１全体の伸縮性が低下するとしても、着用者の胴回りに沿って伸長してフィットさせることができる。また、着用時においてパンティ１０が胴回り方向へ伸長された場合に、ポケット３０の位置する部分が急に伸長されたときにはポケット形成シート３１が変形してポケット開口３２が開いてしまうおそれあるが、先にその両側に位置する高伸縮域７３が伸長され、その後でそれに追従するようにポケット３０の位置する中央部分が伸長されることになるので、ポケット開口３２が開くのを抑制することができる。
　また、後身頃１２の中央部において縦方向Ｙへ延びる縦断弾性体７０が位置することによって、パンティ１０の着用状態において、前身頃１１側が着用者の身体に押し当てられて、着用者の身体とパンティ１０との間に、ポケット３０が開口するような隙間が形成されるのを抑制することができる。また、図示していないが、例えば、前身頃１１の中央部分を他の部分に比して伸縮性に低い低伸縮域とすることによって、ポケット３０内の生理用品８０を安定的に収容してポケット開口３２からの生理用品８０の飛び出しを防止してもよい。さらに、後身頃１２全体が伸縮性を有し、かつ、その横方向Ｘの中央部分に縦断弾性体７０が配置されておらず、横方向Ｘの中央部において他の部分に比べて伸縮性の低い領域が位置することによって、後身頃１２の中央部に位置する低伸縮域がそれよりも伸縮性の高い他の伸縮域の伸縮性によって身体へ向かって押し当てることができる。かかる場合には、前後方向Ｚにおいて対向する前身頃１１のポケット３０の位置する部分も身体へ押し当てられることになるので、着用中にポケット開口３２が開くのを抑制することができる。
　図示していないが、ポケット形成シート３１の内面の全体又はその一部に、すべり止め手段を設けていてもよい。ポケット形成シート３１の内面にすべり止め手段が設けられていることによってポケット３０に生理用品８０が安定的に収容されてその移動が規制されるので、着用中にポケット開口３２側へ向かって移動して、ポケット開口３２から外に出るのを抑制することができる。すべり止め手段としては、ドットや格子状等の各種公知の装飾パターンによって印刷されたインク部分、天然又は合成のゴム、塩化ビニル、シリコン等の摩擦抵抗の高い部材を配置することによって形成することができる。
　図２及び図５を参照すると、ポケット３０から取り出した生理用品８０は、それを（個包装袋から開封後）展開してパンティ本体２０の股下域１３の中央部に配置される。生理用品は、吸収性の芯材８１と、その外面に位置する止着域（図示せず）とを有し、止着域を介してパンティ本体２０の股下域１３の肌対向面に剥離可能に貼付される。生理用品８０は、その幅寸法（横方向Ｘの寸法）Ｗ３がパンティ本体２０の股下域１３の中央部における幅寸法（横方向Ｘの寸法）Ｗ５よりも大きい場合には、一部が股下域１３の側縁からはみ出てしまい体液の横漏れの原因となるおそれがあるので、その幅寸法Ｗ５とほぼ同じであるかそれよりも小さいことが好ましい。既述したとおり、着用中にポケット開口３２から生理用品８０が飛び出すのを抑制するために、ポケット開口３２の横方向Ｘの寸法Ｗ２は生理用品８０の横方向Ｘの寸法Ｗ３よりも小さくなっていることから、各寸法Ｗ２，Ｗ３，Ｗ５の大きさの相関関係は、Ｗ５≧Ｗ３≧Ｗ２であって、ポケット開口３２の横方向の寸法Ｗ２は、股下域１３の中央部の横方向Ｘの寸法Ｗ５よりも小さくなっている。
　本実施形態においてポケット３０は、パンティ本体２０の肌対向面（内面）側に位置しているが、非肌対向面側、すなわち、パンティ本体２０の外面に配置されていてもよい。ただし、ポケット３０がパンティ本体２０の内面に配置されている場合には、パンティ本体２０によってポケット３０が身体に押し当てられた状態となるので、パンティ１０が収縮した状態になってもポケット開口３２が開き難くなり、生理用品８０の飛び出しを抑制することができる。また、パンティ本体２０の内面側にポケット３０を配置することで、外観においてポケット３０が視認されることはなく、外面側に配置する場合に比して生理用品８０による膨らみを低減することができるので、外観においても好ましい。さらに、ポケット３０は後身頃１２にも配置することが可能であるが、後身頃１２は臀部によって凹凸のある状態となるので、比較的にフラットな腹側と対向する前身頃１１に配置することが好ましい。
　パンティ１０を構成する部材には、特に明記されていない限りにおいて、本明細書に記載されている材料のほかに、この種の分野において通常用いられている公知の材料を制限なく用いることができる。また、本明細書において使用されている「第１」及び「第２」等の用語は、同様の要素、位置等を単に区別するために用いてある。

Claims (9)

  1. 　縦方向及び横方向を有し、肌対向面及びその反対側に位置する非肌対向面と、前身頃と、後身頃と、前後身頃間に位置する股下域とを有するパンティ本体と、生理用品を収容するためのポケットとを備えた生理用パンティにおいて、
    　前記前身頃の一部は、少なくとも前記横方向へ伸縮性を有し、
    　前記ポケットは、前記前身頃において、前記パンティ本体の前記肌対向面又は前記非肌対向面に配置されたポケット形成シートと、前記前身頃の前胴回り開口縁部側であって、前記ポケット形成シートと前記パンティ本体とを互いに固定する両側固定部間に位置するポケット開口とを有し、
    　前記ポケット開口の前記横方向の寸法が、前記ポケットの前記横方向の寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とする生理用パンティ。
  2. 　前記ポケット形成シートは、前記前胴回り開口縁部に沿って前記パンティ本体に接合された一対の接合域と、前記接合域間に位置し、前記前胴回り開口縁部とともに前記ポケット開口を画成する非接合域とを有し、
    　前記非接合域が、前記股下域側へ凹となる切欠部を有する請求項１に記載の生理用パンティ。
  3. 　前記切欠部及びそれと対向する前記パンティ本体の前記前胴回り開口縁部の一部のうちの少なくとも一方が、伸縮性を有する請求項１又は２に記載の生理用パンティ。
  4. 　着用状態又は非着用状態において、前記ポケット開口の前記横方向の寸法が、前記股下域の中央部の前記横方向の寸法よりも小さい請求項１－３のいずれかに記載の生理用パンティ。
  5. [規則91に基づく訂正 23.10.2017]　
    　前記ポケットの面積は１６０－３００ｃｍ２であって、複数の前記生理用品が互いに重なり合うことなく収容可能である請求項１－４のいずれかに記載の生理用パンティ。
  6. 　前記前身頃の両側縁と前記ポケット形成シートの両側縁との間には、前記ポケットの位置する部分に比べて高い伸縮性を有する高伸縮域が位置する請求項１－５のいずれかに記載の生理用パンティ。
  7. 　前記ポケット形成シートの内面には、すべり止め手段が設けられている請求項１－６のいずれかに記載の生理用パンティ。
  8. 　前記後身頃の前記横方向における中央部において、前記縦方向へ延びる縦断弾性体が配置される請求項１－７のいずれかに記載の生理用パンティ。
  9. 　前記後身頃全体が伸縮性を有し、前記前身頃又は後身頃において前記横方向の中央部に他の領域に比べて伸縮性の低い領域が位置する請求項１－８のいずれかに記載の生理用パンティ。
