如图1-10所示,根据本实用新型的实施例的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,包括多个LED灯头10、分别与多个LED灯头10连接的导线20以及用于将LED灯头10和导线20封装成一体的第一封装体30,LED灯头10包括第二封装体40和被封装在第二封装体40内的电路板组件,电路板组件包括电路板51以及安装在电路板51上的、依次串联的第一引出线52、LED(标号为53)、电阻54和第二引出线55,第一引出线52和第二引出线55与导线20连接。
根据本实用新型的实施例的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,由于上述LED灯头10无电线外露,防水性能好。并且,采用此种结构的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串在加工过程中操作简单方便,注塑方便简单,避免了生产过程中,对LED的损害,有效延长了LED的使用寿命,大大降低了生产过程中的不良比例。
如图1-10所示,根据本实用新型的一个实施例,LED的高度可以方向与 电路板51的板面垂直。由此,便于使多个LED的排布。进一步地,为了提高灯光效果,导光件70大体成半球形。进一步地,导光件70的表面形成有沿上下方向延伸的筋条71。
如图1-10所示,根据本实用新型的一个实施例,LED的端部伸出第一封装体30,在第一封装体30上设有与LED匹配的导光件70。
根据本实用新型的实施例,LED的外径为5mm或8mm。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例,导线20可以为两根,一根与多个LED灯头10的第一引出线52焊接,另一根与多个LED灯头10的第二引出线55焊接,并在两个导线20的两端分别形成注塑的公接头61和母接头62。公接头61和所述母接头62上设有PE热缩套管。
根据本实用新型的实施例,多个LED灯头10通过第一引出线51和第二引出线55串联。
如图1所示,根据本实用新型的一个实施例,竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串可设置通电电压为12V/24V/230V。LED发光二极管53由正极和负极组成,分别与导线20的正极和负极相连接。电阻54为压降电阻并串联在LED发光二极管的正极和导线20正极之间。
如图2所示,根据本实用新型的一个实施例,LED灯头10注塑防水灯串(竖泡)电压230V的电路示意图。导线20包括与与多个LED灯头10的正极连接的导线21和与多个LED灯头10的负极连接的导线22。
如图3所示,根据本实用新型的一个实施例,竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串的第二次注塑结构示意图,由LED发光二极管53、电路板51、导线20第二封装体40组成。两次注塑充分保证了电路板组件50的防水性能。
如图4所示,根据本实用新型的一个实施例,竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水 灯串的第一次注塑结构示意图。电路板组件的电路板51、第一引出线52、LED(标号为53)、电阻54和第二引出线55被封装在第二封装体40内,以在进行二次封装时,避免两条引出线发生位移。
如图5所示,竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串可为工作电压为230V的产品,由注塑成型的LED灯头10、通过导线20连接,其中导线21连接为正极,导线22连接负极,灯头的第一引出端52与导线22连接,第二引出端与导线21连接,形成通电电路。防水灯串两根导线的一端,注塑成公接头61,防水灯串两根导线的另外一端,注塑成母接头62。
如图6所示,为连接防水灯串的IP44电源线,IP44插头的插针81,IP44插头的注塑外皮82,IP44插头与整流器之间连接线83为交流AC,整流器84与母端子62连接线为直流DC,母端子62处加装螺帽85、尾塞86、拉径87。图6的母接头62与图5防水灯串的公接头(端子)61连接,形成通电电路。
如图7所示,为连接防水灯串的IP44电源线的整理器电路图。
AC输入端接入电线两根,AC输入端接入电线处加装保险丝89,AC输入端接入电线与整流器四个二极管串联在一起,二极管与DC输出端电线连接。(AC输入端接入电线两根)
如图8所示,描述LED灯头注塑防水灯串电压12V-24V的电路示意图。注塑防水灯串由灯头10、导线20组成。
如图9所示,描述LED灯头注塑防水灯串(竖泡)电压12V-24V的产品结构示意图,由注塑成型的LED灯头10、分别连接负极和正极的导向21和导线22连接成通电电路。
防水灯串两根导线的一端,注塑成公接头61,防水灯串两根导线的另外一端,注塑成母接头62。与图10电源线母接头62连接。连接好拧上螺帽85。
如图10所示,描述LED灯头注塑防水灯串(竖泡)电压12V-24V的IP44电源线,IP44插头的插针81,IP44插头的注塑外皮82,IP44插头与12-24V整流器84之间连接线83为交流AC,12-24V整流器84与母端子62的连接线为直流DC,母端子62处加装螺帽85、尾塞86、拉径87、图10的母接头62与图9防水灯串的公端子61连接,形成通电电路。
根据本实用新型的实施例,110V/230V的产品连接方式可选为:电路板组件引出的第一引出线52和第二引出线55,两根导线分别构成正极和负极。各个电路板51的正极,与相邻的LED负极连接。从而将多颗LED依次串联形成一串,然后与灯串主线并联在一起。灯串主线:为两根导线20,两根导线20的一端打上凸型铜端子。并且经过注塑机注塑形成公接头61。两根电线的另外一端用注塑的方式注塑成母接头62。(灯串主线的公母接头61与灯串的正负极并联在一起)每个电路板上串联降压电阻54。LED灯头注塑防水灯串(竖泡)公接头与一根带IP44插头的橡胶电线相连接。连接方式为公母接头连接。公端子处加装防水胶圈。拧好螺母,再公母接头上加一个PE热缩套管。充分达到防水效果。
根据本实用新型的实施例,举例说明,本实用新型的实施例采用的是8MM-LED灯头注塑防水灯串(竖泡),电压为230V,40L注塑灯串-串联68R-,1/2W。1串可以加25个电阻。电压为110V,20L注塑灯串-串联68R-,1/2W。1串可以加10个电阻。电压为24V,40L注塑灯串-5个LED并联成1串,加1个68R-,1/2W电阻,1串可以加8个电阻。
根据本实用新型的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串使用方便。单颗8MM-LED采用电流100MA,电压3.0-3.2V,芯片尺寸:12*31mil。从而达到高亮度效果。另外单颗LED可采用电流20MA,30MA,60MA供选择。单颗5MM-LED 采用电流100MA电压3.0-3.2V,芯片尺寸:9*11mil。另外单颗LED可采用电流20MA,30MA,60MA供选择。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,包括多个LED灯头、分别与多个所述LED灯头连接的导线以及用于将所述LED灯头和导线封装成一体的第一封装体,所述LED灯头包括第二封装体和被封装在所述第二封装体内的电路板组件,所述电路板组件包括电路板以及安装在所述电路板上的、依次串联的第一引出线、LED、电阻和第二引出线,所述第一引出线和所述第二引出线与所述导线连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述LED的端部伸出所述第一封装体,在所述第一封装体上设有与所述LED匹配的导光件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述LED的外径为8mm或5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述导线为两根,一根与多个所述灯头的所述第一引出线焊接,另一根与多个所述LED灯头的所述第二引出线焊接,并在两个所述导线的两端分别形成注塑的公接头和母接头。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述公接头和所述母接头上设有PE热缩套管。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,多个所述LED灯头通过所述第一引出线和所述第二引出线串联。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述导光件大体成半球形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述导光件的表面形成有沿上下方向延伸的筋条。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的竖泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,LED的高度可以方向与电路板的板面垂直。
