背景技术
LED灯串是圣诞节等节日、文化活动、公共场所夜景亮化的不可缺少的装饰产品,其应用较为广泛,传统的LED灯串的结构为:复数颗直立式LED通过电线焊连在一起,通电后实现点缀的效果。
现有技术中,LED贴片灯带的结构为将数颗贴片式LED灯通过贴片机焊接于柔性线路板上以形成带状LED光源。在带状LED光源外围通过挤出成型工艺挤出透明绝缘包覆层,当挤出透明绝缘包覆层时带状LED光源容易受损。
为避免LED光源受损,采取先挤出带有通孔的透明绝缘芯线,芯线带有切缝,带状LED光源由切缝置入透明绝缘芯线的通孔内,然后在芯线外围包覆绝缘包覆层,其发光效率不高。
为提高LED的发光效率,对应于每颗LED的位置在芯线上设置贯穿芯线通孔与芯线外部的窗口,因为每条LED贴片灯带包含多个LED,将每一个LED设在窗口内需要很多时间,导致效率低下,且透明芯线会对LED进行导光和散光,使LED贴片灯带发出的光为线状光,无法达到传统LED灯串点缀的光效。

根据本实用新型的一种横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,多个防水灯可串联形成LED防水灯串,防水灯内设有线路板,线路板上设置有LED贴片和贴片电阻,贴片电阻与LED贴片电连接,LED贴片的一端连接有输入导线,另一端连接有输出导线,如图1所示,LED贴片、贴片电阻23、输入导线、输出导线和线路板均通过封装体4注塑包覆在一起,且输入导线和输出导线延伸到封装体4的外部。
根据本实用新型的一种横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,该防水灯串由多个LED灯串联而成,每个LED等都设有发光的LED贴片和线路板21,通过注塑的方式将LED贴片和线路板21等通过封装体4全部注塑包覆在一起,从而达到防水的效果。
LED贴片包括单色贴片35和三色贴片48,单色贴片35可发散一种颜色的光,包括两个引脚;三色贴片48可发散3种颜色的光,包括六个引脚。
封装体4的材质环氧树脂材料,该材料形式多样,固化方便,粘附力强,收缩性低,优良的力学性能,和优良的绝缘性能,该材料可透光,使LED贴片的发光效果较好。
如图2所示,为三色贴片LED电路板的电路结构示意图,其中该防水灯串的通电电压可为48V/110V/230V,LED贴片设有LED贴片正面25和LED贴片反面24,该电路板的上部连接的导线为导线正极27,下部连接的导线为导线负极26,贴片电阻23串联在三色贴片48与导线负极26之间。
如图3所示,为单色贴片LED电路板的电路结构示意图,该防水灯串的通电电压可为24V/110V/230V,该线路板21上设有单色贴片35、正极33、负极34和贴片电阻23,贴片电阻23串联在单色贴片35与负极34之间。
LED贴片的一端为正极,另一端为负极,LED贴片的负极与相邻的LED贴片的正极连接,多个LED贴片串联形成通电电路。

如图4所示,为LED贴片注塑防水灯串的三色贴片的连接电路图,线路板21上设有三色贴片48、第一电阻45、第二电阻46和第三电阻47,三色贴片48引出三色贴片第一导线42、三色贴片第二导线43和三色贴片第三导线44,三色贴片第一导线42、三色贴片第二导线43和三色贴片第三导线44与线路板21的负极相连,线路板21的正极连接有主线41,从而形成通电电路。
如图5所示,为LED贴片注塑防水灯串的单色贴片的连接电路图,线路板21上设有单色贴片35,单色贴片35引出的导线端部一端为正极33,另一端为负极34。
如图6所示,防水灯串还包括有电源线,该电源线包括插头、母端子67和控制器69,插头与控制器69之间的连接线为控制输入端,控制器69与母端子67的连接线为控制输出端。
如图6所示,为连接LED贴片注塑防水灯串的IP44电源线,电压为110V或230V,该电源线一端为IP44插头,IP44插头包括插针61和注塑外皮62,IP44插头与控制器69之间的输入连接线63为控制输入端,控制器69与母端子67之间的输出连接线64为控制输出端。
如图7所示,防水灯串还包括有电源线,该电源线包括插头、母端子67、变压器73和控制器69,插头与控制器69之间的连接线为控制输入端,控制器与母端子67的连接线为控制输出端,变压器73连接在控制器69和插头之间。
母端子67设有螺帽66、尾塞68和拉径65,尾塞68通过螺帽66连接在母端子67上,拉径65跨接在尾塞68和控制输出端上。
线路板21为PCB板,PCB板装配密度高,体积小,质量清,可减少个组件间的连接线,具有较高的可靠性。
如图8所示,为三色贴片LED注塑防水灯串的产品结构示意图,由注塑成型的封装体4包裹,连接线路板的导线为第二主线81,与三色贴片48连接有三条导线,该三条导线分别连接在三色贴片48的贴片G端82,贴片R端83,贴片B端84。第二主线形成该防水灯串的负极,三条导线形成该防水灯串的贴片正极89,灯串的正负极四条导线一端注塑成该防水灯串的公端子88,该防水灯串通过公端子88与如图7中的48V的电源线的母端子67相连接。
根据本实用新型的一种横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其使用方法如下:
根据灯串中LED贴片的规格(单色贴片35或三色贴片48),选择好电源线的电压,将本实用新型防水灯串的第一公端子6与该电源线上的母端子67相连,将电源线插在电源上,接通电源后,灯串通电发光。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,多个所述防水灯可串联形成LED防水灯串,其特征在于,所述防水灯内设有线路板,所述线路板上设置有LED贴片和贴片电阻,所述贴片电阻与所述LED贴片电连接,所述LED贴片的一端连接有输入导线,另一端连接有输出导线,所述LED贴片、所述贴片电阻、所述输入导线、所述输出导线和所述线路板均通过封装体注塑包覆在一起,且所述输入导线和所述输出导线延伸到所述封装体的外部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述LED贴片包括单色贴片和三色贴片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述封装体的材质环氧树脂材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述LED贴片的一端为正极,另一端为负极,所述LED贴片的负极与相邻的所述LED贴片的正极连接,多个所述LED贴片串联形成通电电路。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其特征在于,还包括主线,所述LED贴片与主线并联,所述主线的负极与所述LED贴片的负极连接,所述主线的正极与所述LED贴片的正极连接,该灯串的起端的正极、末端的负极分别用注塑机注塑成公接头和母接头。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述输入导线和所述输出导线均为橡胶包裹的铜线。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述防水灯串还包括有电源线,该电源线包括插头、母端子和控制器,所述插头与所述控制器之间的连接线为控制输入端,所述控制器与所述母端子的连接线为控制输出端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述防水灯串还包括有电源线,该电源线包括插头、母端子、变压器和控制器,所述插头与所述控制器之间的连接线为控制输入端,所述控制器与所述母端子的连接线为控制输出端,所述变压器连接在所述控制器和所述插头之间。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述母端子设有螺帽、尾塞和拉径,所述尾塞通过螺帽连接在所述母端子上,所述拉径跨接在所述尾塞和所述控制输出端上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED贴片注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述线路板为PCB板。
