Abstract

一种LED防水圣诞灯,包括有灯串,该灯串由多个两两相邻的LED灯泡(5)串联而成,每个LED灯泡(5)外侧套设有壳体(1)。壳体(1)内的LED灯泡(5)的支架(2)分别与正、负极电线(3)相连接,正、负极电线(3)伸出于壳体(1)底部。壳体(1)内还注满封装体(4)。灯泡(5)、支架(2)和电线(3)之间通过环氧树脂等封装体进行封装。具有橡胶线主线和用注塑机注塑的公母接头(13、15)和电源线(24)。该LED防水圣诞灯暴露在空气中,不易氧化、生锈、具有防水效果。

Description

LED防水圣诞灯 技术领域
本发明涉及装饰照明灯具,具体涉及户外安全使用的防水灯串。
背景技术
LED灯串是圣诞节的主要装饰产品,也是广大消费者节日、文化交流、文化活动、公共场所夜景亮化的不可缺少的装饰产品。具有广阔的市场。
一般使用的圣诞灯串亮度过低、功率偏小、防水效果不好,无法满足市场需求。一般防水灯串LED芯片偏小、电流过小,导致灯串亮度不高。传统LED灯串主要将LED两个引脚接到电线上形成一串。这种LED引脚暴露在空气中,易氧化、生锈、达不到很好的防水效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED防水圣诞灯,具有防水不易生锈的效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种LED防水圣诞灯,其包括有灯串,该灯串由多个两两相邻的LED灯泡串联而成,在每个所述LED灯泡外侧套设有壳体,该壳体内所述的LED灯泡的支架分别与正、负极电线相连接,所述正、负极电线伸出于所述壳体底部,所述PC壳体内还注满封装体。
进一步,所述的支架与正、负极电线之间还串联有压降电阻。
进一步,所述的封装体的材质为环氧树脂材料。
进一步,其还设有橡胶线主线,两两相邻的所述LED灯泡正、负极串接为一灯串,该灯串与该橡胶线主线并联为一体,该灯串的起端正极、末端的负极分别用注塑机注塑成公接头和母接头。
进一步,所述橡胶为橡胶包裹的铜线。
进一步,所述第一公接头的凹槽处加设有防水胶圈。
进一步,所述圣诞灯还包括有电源线,该电源线包括插头、母接头和整流器,该电源线的一端为插头,另一端为母接头,该插头和整流器之间通过交流AC连接线相连,该整流器与母接头的一端之间通过直流DC连接线相连。
进一步,该电源线还包括螺帽、尾塞和拉径,该尾塞通过螺帽螺接于该母接头上,该拉径跨接在该尾塞和所述直流DC连接线上。
进一步,所述壳体的材质为PC/PVC/AS。
进一步,所述插头还设有整流器,整流器包括AC输入端、DC输出端和四个串联的二极管,该AC输入端连接有保险丝。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明的LED防水圣诞灯的灯泡、芯片支架和电线之间通过环氧树脂等封装体进行封装,橡胶线主线和用注塑机注塑的公母接头和电源线。另外,为了进一步增加防水效果,在公母接头的外部加装PE热缩套管。本发明LED防水圣诞灯暴露在空气中,不易氧化、生锈、达到很好的防水效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1所示,LED灯泡5为8MM大功率灯泡,LED灯泡5底部为两根为芯片支架2,支架2底部分别与正、负极电线3相连,电线3为橡胶包裹的铜线,电线3顶部为将胶皮剥除的铜丝,电线3的铜丝与支架2焊接在一起,中 间串接压降电阻6。LED灯泡5和PC壳体1内部全部用环氧树脂4封装在一起,从而达到防水功能。所述PC壳体1内部环氧树脂封4包裹住电线3的下端,两根电线3从PC壳体内部,环氧树脂封4底部延伸出来,露出的电线3与LED灯泡5封装结构的接触引脚作用相同,分别构成了LED的正极和负极,用于连接到相应的电路中。LED灯泡5采用电流100MA,电压3.0-3.2V,芯片尺寸:12*31mi,而达到最佳高亮度效果。另外单颗LED灯泡5的电流可采用20MA、30MA或60MA。
如图2所示,LED防水大功率圣诞灯串,包含多个LED灯泡5,以及电线12和公接头15、母接头13。公接头15处配有公母连接后锁紧的螺帽16,公接头15凹槽内加转防水胶圈8。各个LED灯泡5的正极,分别与相邻的LED灯泡5的负极相连接,从而将各个LED灯泡5依次串联成一串,灯串起点端的LED灯泡5的正极,与末端的LED灯泡5的负极与公接头主线连接在一起。公接头15、母接头13用注塑机注塑而成。
如图3所示,为连接防水灯串的IP44电源线,IP44插头的插针21,IP44插头的注塑22,IP44插头与整流器23之间连接线为交流AC连接线29,整流器23与母接头27连接线24为直流DC连接线,母接头27处加装螺帽26、尾塞28、拉径25。电源线的螺帽26,是防止母接头27受到挤压变形的,连接好灯串就挂在电源线上,下次使用方便。图3的母接头27与图2中的公接头15连接,拧紧螺母,再在公母接头外加设有PE热缩套管,充分达到防水效果。
如图4所示,为连接防水灯串的IP44电源线的整理器电路图。AC输入端32接入电线为两根,AC输入端32连接保险丝31,AC输入端接入32与整流器四个二极管34串联在一起,二极管34与DC输出端33电线连接。AC输入端接入32电线为两根。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED防水圣诞灯,其包括有灯串,该灯串由多个两两相邻的LED灯泡串联而成,其特征在于,在每个所述LED灯泡外侧套设有壳体,该壳体内所述的LED灯泡的支架分别与正、负极电线相连接,所述正、负极电线伸出于所述壳体底部,所述壳体内还注满封装体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED防水圣诞灯,其特征在于,所述的支架与正、负极电线之间还串联有压降电阻。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED防水圣诞灯,其特征在于,所述的封装体的材质为环氧树脂材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED防水圣诞灯,其特征在于,其还设有橡胶线主线,两两相邻的所述LED灯泡正、负极串接为一灯串,该灯串与该橡胶线主线并联为一体,该灯串的起端正极、末端的负极分别用注塑机注塑成公接头和母接头。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LED防水圣诞灯,其特征在于,所述橡胶为橡胶包裹的铜线。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的LED防水圣诞灯,其特征在于,所述第一公接头的凹槽处加设有防水胶圈。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的LED防水圣诞灯,其特征在于,所述圣诞灯还包括有电源线,该电源线包括插头、母接头和整流器,该电源线的一端为插头,另一端为母接头,该插头和整流器之间通过交流AC连接线相连,该整流器与母接头的一端之间通过直流DC连接线相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的LED防水圣诞灯,其特征在于,该电源线还包括螺帽、尾塞和拉径,该尾塞通过螺帽螺接于该母接头上,该拉径跨接在该尾塞和所述直流DC连接线上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的LED防水圣诞灯,其特征在于,所述壳体的材质为PC/PVC/AS。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的LED防水圣诞灯,其特征在于,所述插头还设有整流器,整流器包括AC输入端、DC输出端和四个串联的二极管,该AC输 入端连接有保险丝。
