Description

LED注塑防水灯 技术领域
本发明涉及装饰照明灯具领域,具体而言,特别涉及LED注塑防水灯。
背景技术
LED灯可以用来作为圣诞灯、照明产品等,LED灯也可以发出五颜六色的光芒对周围环境起到衬托和装饰效果,收到很多生产厂家的青睐。
目前来看,现有的灯的灯头有组合式和啤注式(注塑)两种基本结构,组合式灯头结构采用直接与导线焊接或者先将导线与一座体焊接,使用时将灯泡插置在座体上,采用这种结构,它的生产工艺比较麻烦,生产成本高,灯泡容易脱落,防水性能差和容易出现短路;啤注式灯头是将灯泡与导线连接后放置在透光罩内,在透光罩的尾部通过注塑工艺将透光罩的尾端密封形成啤注式的灯座,采用这种结构,导致透光罩不能随意更换,一旦加工生产中确定了透光罩的形状后就不能更换。因此,提供一种防水效果好、灯泡不易脱落、方便更换的注塑式防水灯头结构至关重要。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种LED注塑防水灯,防水效果好,灯泡不易脱落,方便更换,注塑方便简单,无电线外露,延长使用寿命,大大降低了不良 比例。
根据本发明实施例的LED注塑防水灯,其包括有灯串,该灯串由多个两两相邻的LED发光二极管串联而成,每个所述LED发光二极管固定连接在灯座上,所述灯座上的所述LED发光二极管的支架分别与正、负极电线相连接,所述LED发光二极管的支架包裹封装体。
进一步,所述灯串还包括整流器,所述整流器与所述灯串并联成一体。
进一步,其还设有主线,所述主线与所述灯串并联为一体,所述主线的一端固定连接凹型铜管,且经过注塑机注塑成母接头,所述主线的另一端固定连接凸型铜管,且经过注塑机注塑成公接头。
进一步,所述LED发光二极管正、负极电线之间还串联有压降电阻。
进一步,所述LED发光二极管上套设一套管。
进一步,所述套管的材质为PC或PVC。
进一步,两两相邻的所述LED发光二极管之间设置有隔离柱。
进一步,所述主线为UL PVC线或UL橡胶线。
本发明的技术效果在于:根据本发明的LED注塑防水灯,实现了无电线外露,灯泡不易脱落,灯座注塑完全包裹所述LED发光二极管的底部、所述LED发光二极管和导线的连接处,有利于提高其防水性能,同时,大大提高了生产效率,方便更换,延长使用寿命,大大降低了不良比例。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
根据本发明的实施例,该LED注塑防水灯的电压为110V,还可以为220V。本发明采用的LED发光二级管的电流为100MA,电压为3.0V-3.2V,芯片尺寸:12*31mil。从而达到高亮度的效果。另外LED发光二级管还可以采用的电流为20MA、30MA和60MA。
如图1、图5所示,LED发光二极管21的注塑灯座8,LED发光二极管两端线4和7。LED注塑防水灯由其主线2和6、整流器3、公接头5和母接头1组成。
LED发光二极管21注塑灯座8引出的两根导线分别构成正极4和负极7。与相邻的LED发光二极管21注塑灯座相连接,从而将多个LED发光二极管21依次串联形成一串,然后与整流器3并联在一起,形成单独一串。N个单独灯串相互并联在两根灯串主线2和6上形成通电电路。形成的单独电路,N个单独电路并联在UL主线上,形成通电电路。
UL灯串主线:为两根UL导线,两根电线的一端打上凸型铜管,并且经过注塑机注塑形成公接头;两个电线的另一端打上凹型铜管,并且经过注塑机注 塑形成母接头。
如图2所示,LED发光二极管21为8MM大功率,LED发光二极管引脚22与导线26连接,LED发光二极管引脚23与导线25连接,电阻24焊接在LED发光二极管引脚23与导线25之间。
如图3所示,灯座结构由LED发光二极管21、与连接LED发光二极管的连接线33和连接线34组成。在LED发光二极管21的引脚和LED发光二极管连接处注塑一层灯座32,灯座32包裹住LED发光二极管的连接线33、连接线34以及LED发光二极管的底部。
如图4所示,整流器电路板的电路结构图:
线路板41,由整流器连接线45为电路的负极、整流器连接线46为电路的正极以及整流二极管40组成。整流二极管40的一端是正极43,整流二极管另一端是负极44。
线路板42,由整流器连接线47为电路的负极、整流器连接线48为电路的正极以及整流二极管49组成。整流二极管49的一端是正极43,整流二级管的另一端是负极44。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述灯串还包括整流器,所述整流器与所述灯串并联成一体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED注塑防水灯,其特征在于,其还设有主线,所述主线与所述灯串并联为一体,所述主线的一端固定连接凹型铜管,且经过注塑机注塑成母接头,所述主线的另一端固定连接凸型铜管,且经过注塑机注塑成公接头。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述LED发光二极管正、负极电线之间还串联有压降电阻。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的LED注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述LED发光二极管上套设一套管。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的LED注塑防水灯,其特征在于,所述套管的材质为PC或PVC。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的LED注塑防水灯,其特征在于,两两相邻的所述LED发光二极管之间设置有隔离柱。
