发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供RGB-LED智能灯串,实现了RGB灯串的全彩配色,多种功能等,同时后续连接的多套灯可维持同步性。以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

RGB-LED智能灯串,包括RGB-LED灯泡(1),其特征在于:所述RGB-LED灯泡(1)内置在PC壳(13)中,所述RGB-LED灯泡(1)的底端连接两个支架(14),且单个支架(14)均与电线(15)连接,电线(15)的下端位于PC壳(13)内部,所述PC壳(13)的内部填充有环氧树脂胶(16),所述电线(15)的上端贯穿环氧树脂封(16)并延伸至PC壳(13)外侧,所述电线(15)包括正极脚和负极脚,相邻两个LED灯泡(1)的正极脚与负极脚电性连接并组合成灯串,所述灯串一端的正极脚电性连接灯串主线(5)的负极,灯串一端的负极脚电性连接灯串主线(5)的正极并构成RGB-LED灯泡(1)的通电回路,所述灯串主线(5)包括两根导线,两根导线的一端固定连接凸型铜端子并注塑成公接头(6),且两根导线的另一端注塑成母接头(4),所述灯串连接在控制电源上,所述控制电源包括电源线母端子(7)、DC控制盒、变压器、和插头(12),所述DC控制盒分别设置有DC控制盒第一连接线(8)和DC控制盒第二连接线(9),变压器分别设置有变压器第一连接线(10)和变压器第二连接线(11),所述变压器第一连接线(10)连接在插头(12)的接电端口上,所述变压器第二连接线(11)电性连接DC控制盒第一连接线(8),且66V-DC控制盒第二连接线(9)电性连接电源线母端子(7),一端设置的灯串公接头(6)与电源线母端子(7)连接,且相邻灯串公接头(6)与母接头(4)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的RGB-LED智能灯串,其特征在于:所述RGB-LED灯泡(1)单颗为5MM-LED,且RGB-LED灯泡(1)为红色/ 蓝色/绿色时电流为10MA,RGB灯泡为白色时电流为30MA,电压3.0-3.2V,芯片尺寸:8*15mil。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的RGB-LED智能灯串,其特征在于:所述电线(15)包括橡胶和铜丝,铜丝与支架(14)电性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的RGB-LED智能灯串,其特征在于:所述公接头(6)与电源线母端子(7)的连接处设置防水胶圈,公接头(6)与母接头(4)的连接处也设置防水胶圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的RGB-LED智能灯串,其特征在于:RGB-LED芯片内置地址。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的RGB-LED智能灯串,其特征在于:所述铜丝与支架(14)的连接处无压降电阻。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的RGB-LED智能灯串,其特征在于:所述公接头(6)与电源线母端子(7)的连接处外侧套接PE热缩套管,且公接头(6)与母接头(4)的连接处的外侧也套接PE热缩套管。
