根据本实用新型的实施例的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,由于上述LED灯组上的所有接线端子被第二封装体31封装无主导线20外露,在通过第一封装体10进行第二次封装时,连接各个部分的电线不会发生移位,在保证整个横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串的可靠性的前提下,提高了整体的防水性能好。并且,采用此种结构的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串在加工过程中操作简单方便,注塑方便简单,避免了生产过程中,对LED的损害,有效延长了LED的使用寿命,大大降低了生产过程中的不良比例。
如图2所示,根据本实用新型的一个实施例,主导线20可以包括第一导 线21和第二导线22,多个LED灯组30串联成第一引出线32与第二引出线35连接,已将多个LED灯组30串联在一起,串联在一起后,再与第一导线21和第二导线22并联。
需要说明的是,这种连接方式适用于,连接在电压为110V/230V的电路中,换言之,单颗LED引出的第一引出线32和第二引出线35分别构成正极和负极。单个LED灯组30的正极,与相邻的LED灯组30的负极相连接。从而将多颗LED依次串联形成一串,然后与灯串主导线20中的第一导线21及第二导线22并联在一起,形成一个通电电路。
如图3所示,根据本实用新型的一个实施例,主导线20可以包括第一导线21和第二导线22,每个LED灯组30的第一引出线32与第一导线21连接,每个LED灯组30的第二引出线35与第二导线22连接。
换句话说,在连接到电压为12V/24V的电路中时,第一导线21和第二导线22可以直接与LED正极和负极焊接在一起或者通过第一引出线32和第二引出线35焊接在一起。具体地,主导线20中的一根与LED正极连接,另外一根与LED负极连接在一起。这样多个LED便通过同样焊接方式并联在一起。连接后在,通过注塑成型第一封装体10完成最后的生产。
参见图4-7,根据本实用新型的实施例,第一封装体10在横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串的延伸方向上构造成多个中部的径向尺寸大于两端的径向尺寸的灯罩部11。由此,可以便于LED的布置,且可以使横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串100更加美观。进一步地,灯罩部11的横截面可以大体为圆形。并且,为了提高导光效果,灯罩部11上可以上设有筋条。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例,为了便于加工和配套,LED的外径可以为8mm。进一步地,所述导线的两端分别形成注塑的公接头41和母接头42,公 接头41和母接头42上设有PE热缩套管。
如图4示,本实用新型的实施例的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串可以为,LED灯头注塑防水灯串(横泡),其工作电压可以为12V/24V/110V/230V,其产品结构图如图4所示,由注塑成型的横泡LED、主导线20为LED的连接线,第一引出线32和第二引出线35为LED的引出线。单个LED的负极,与相邻的LED正极连接。多个LED通过上述方式串联形成通电电路。LED灯串的负极与主导线20极连接形成LED注塑防水灯串的负极,两根主导线一端注塑成灯串的公接头41,LED灯串的正极与主线正极连接形成LED注塑防水灯串的正极,两根主导线另外一端注塑成灯串的母接头42。LED注塑防水灯串可以与110V/230V电源相连接。LED注塑防水灯串也可以与12V/24V电源线相连接。
如图5所示,为连接防水灯串的IP44电源线,IP44插头的插针61,IP44插头的注塑外皮62,IP44插头与整流器63之间连接线64为交流AC,整流器63与母端子42连接线为直流DC,母端子42处加装螺帽65、尾塞66、拉径67、图7的母接头42与图5防水灯串的公端子41连接,形成通电电路。
如图6所示,为连接防水灯串的IP44电源线的整理器电路图,其中,AC输入端接入电线两根,AC输入端接入电线处加装保险丝68,AC输入端接入电线与整流器四个二极管串联在一起,二极管与DC输出端电线连接。
如图7所示,为连接防水灯串的IP44电源线,IP44插头的插针61,IP44插头的注塑外皮62,IP44插头与变压器69之间连接线,变压器(12-24V),母端子42处加装螺帽65、尾塞66、拉径67。图7的母接头42与图5防水灯串的公端子41连接,形成通电电路。
根据本实用新型的实施例,举例说明,本实用新型的实施例采用的是8MM-LED灯头注塑防水灯串(横泡),电压为230V,40L注塑灯串-串联68R-,1/2W。 1串可以加25个电阻。电压为110V,20L注塑灯串-串联68R-,1/2W。1串可以加10个电阻。电压为24V,40L注塑灯串一5个LED并联成1串,加1个68R-,1/2W电阻,1串可以加8个电阻。
根据本实用新型的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串使用方便。单颗8MM-LED采用电流100MA,电压3.0-3.2V,芯片尺寸:12*31mil。从而达到高亮度效果。另外单颗LED可采用电流20MA,30MA,60MA供选择。单颗5MM-LED采用电流100MA电压3.0-3.2V,芯片尺寸:9*11mil。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,包括:第一封装体和多个通过主导线连接且被封装在所述第一封装体内的多个LED灯组,每个LED灯组包括第二封装体、第一引出线、正极与所述第一引出线焊接的LED、与LED的负极焊接的降压电阻以及与所述降压电阻焊接的第二引出线,所述第一引出线的一部分、所述LED、所述降压电阻以及所述第二引出线的一部分被封装在所述第二封装体内,所述LED的长度方向与所述主导线的延伸方向相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述主导线包括第一导线和第二导线,多个所述LED灯组串联成所述第一引出线与所述第二引出线连接,再与所述第一导线和所述第二导线并联。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述主导线包括第一导线和第二导线,每个所述LED灯组的第一引出线与所述第一导线连接,每个所述LED灯组的所述第二引出线与第二导线连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述第一封装体在所述横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串的延伸方向上构造成多个中部的径向尺寸大于两端的径向尺寸的灯罩部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述灯罩部的横截面大体为圆形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述灯罩部上设有筋条。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于, 所述LED的外径为8mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的横泡式LED灯头注塑式防水灯串,其特征在于,所述主导线的两端分别形成注塑的公接头和母接头,所述公接头和所述母接头上设有PE热缩套管。
