背景技术
减速机在原动机和工作机或执行机构之间起匹配转速和传递转矩的作用,减速机是一种相对精密的机械,使用它的目的是降低转速,增加转矩。按照传动级数不同可分为单级和多级减速机;按照齿厂轮形状可分为圆柱齿轮减速机、圆锥齿轮减速机和圆锥-圆柱齿引轮减速机;按照传动的布置形式又可分为展开式、分流式和同进轴式减速机。减速器是一种由封闭在刚性壳体内的齿轮传动、蜗杆传动、齿轮-蜗杆传动所组成的独立部件,常用作原动件与工作机之间的减速传动装置。在原动机和工作机或执行机构之间起匹配转速和传递转矩的作用,在现代机械中应用极为广泛。
减速机一般用于低转速大扭矩的传动设备,把电动机、内燃机或其它高速运转的动力通过减速机的输入轴上的齿数少的齿轮啮合输出轴上的大齿轮来达到减速的目的,普通的减速机也会有几对相同原理齿轮达到理想的减速效果,大小齿轮的齿数之比,就是传动比。
电梯在一定程度上存在一定的安全隐患,出现意外故障的情况,急速下降,导致轿厢内部人员伤亡。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种在轿厢的侧面装上卷收器,在电梯遇到故障,出现轿厢急速下坠的时候,当下降速度达到0.5m/s的时候,卷收器将自动夹住钢绳,使下坠的轿厢立即减速,起到很好地安全保护措施的一种防止电梯 轿厢急速坠落的减速装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种防止电梯轿厢急速坠落的减速装置,包括轿厢本体、卷收器,所述轿厢本体的正面设有电梯门,所述轿厢本体的顶部两边设有轿厢加固架,轿厢加固架焊接在轿厢本体的顶部,所述轿厢本体的顶部设有起吊滑轮,起吊滑轮安装在轿厢顶部的中间,所述起吊滑轮上连接起吊绳,所述轿厢本体的两侧设有升降定位圈,所述轿厢本体两侧的四个角上安装卷收器。
优选的,所述卷收器的中间设有固定板,所述固定板的一侧设有惯性盘,惯性盘上设有钢绳,所述惯性盘的一侧设有控制机构,控制机构设置在惯性盘的内侧,惯性盘安装在固定板上,所述惯性盘的下方设有敏感爪,所述敏感爪的下方设有敏感球,敏感球的一侧设有敏感座,敏感球设置在敏感座的上方内部。

固定板17的另一侧设有棘轮9,棘轮9的一侧设有卷绳筒10,卷绳筒10的一端与棘轮9连接,钢绳11的下方设有棘爪8,棘爪8直接焊接在固定板17的侧面。
在轿厢本体7的侧面装上卷收器,在电梯遇到故障,出现轿厢本体7急速下坠的时候,当下降速度达到0.5m/s的时候,卷收器将自动夹住钢绳11,使下坠的轿厢本体7立即减速,起到很好地安全保护措施。
