Abstract

一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱,膜包机包括热缩箱(4),吹风机构包括设于热缩箱外部的风机(1)、设于热缩箱内部的至少两个吹风装置(6,7),至少两个吹风装置围合形成用于为物料吹风的腔体,吹风机构还包括用于一一对应的连通风机和至少两个吹风装置的风管(9,10)。该膜包机热缩箱能够在膜包时将热空气输送到物料具体需要热空气的地方,满足不同包型膜包时的吹风要求,提升膜包的成形质量,降低了风机的能耗。

Description

一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱。
背景技术
膜包成形质量取决于热收缩膜在热缩箱中的收缩效果,其中热缩箱内热空气的流动对收缩效果有很大的影响。同时,不同包型要达到良好的外观质量,其收缩条件也不相同,所以要求热缩箱内的热空气流动可以控制。
参见附图1所示,传统的膜包机中:风机1产生风压,使热空气在固定侧板2和内胆3形成的空气通道内流动,通过内胆3上的吹风口进入热缩箱内,由于固定侧板2和内胆3是依托箱体结构安装的,无法调节,热空气只是单纯地被注入热缩箱内而没有任何流向控制,无法满足不同包型的收缩条件,部分包型的成形质量较差,同时由于上述的无差别吹风,导致整机能耗较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱,提高不同包型的膜包成形质量并降低风机能耗。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱,吹风机构包括风机、设于所述热缩箱内的分别通过风管与风机相连通的至少两个吹风装置,至少两个所述吹风装置用于围合形成用于为物料吹风的腔体。
优选地,所述吹风装置包括第一吹风装置、第二吹风装置和第三吹风装置,所述风管包括用于连通所述风机和所述第一吹风装置的第一风管、用于连通所述风机和所述第二吹风装置的第二风管、用于连通所述风机和所述第三吹风装置的第三风管。
优选地,所述第一吹风装置和所述第二吹风装置左右对称的设于所述热缩箱中,形成所述的腔体的左右侧壁,所述第三吹风装置设于所述第一吹风装置和所述第二吹风装置的底部,形成所述的腔体的底壁。
优选地,所述吹风机构还包括设于所述热缩箱中的用于调节所述第一吹风装置和所述第二吹风装置位置的调节装置。
优选地,所述调节装置包括沿水平方向设置在所述热缩箱中的固定板,沿水平方向滑动地设置在所述的固定板上的第一滑块和第二滑块,所述的第一滑块和第二滑块分别与所述的第一吹风装置和第二吹风装置直接或间接的相连接。
优选地,所述调节装置还包括相对所述的第一滑块上下滑动设置的第一吊板及相对所述的第二滑块上下滑动设置的第二吊板,所述的第一滑块通过所述的第一吊板与所述的第一吹风装置相连接,所述的第二滑块通过所述的第二吊板与所述的第二吹风装置相连接。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明一种用于膜包机热缩箱的吹风机构,通过设置多个吹风装置,并使其与风机一一对应的连通,能够在膜包时将热空气输送到物料具体需要热空气的地方,满足不同包型膜包时的吹风要求,提升膜包的成形质量,降低了风机的能耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
参见图2-3所示,为上述一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱。
膜包机包括热缩箱4,吹风机构包括设于热缩箱4顶部的风机1、设于热缩箱4内部的至少两个吹风装置,至少两个吹风装置在热缩箱4中围合形成用于为物料5吹风的腔体。该吹风机1构还包括用于一一对应的连通风机1和至少两个吹风装置的风管。
在本实施例中,该吹风装置有三个,该吹风装置包括第一吹风装置6、第二吹风装置7和第三吹风装置8。其中第一吹风装置6位于热缩箱4的左方形成腔体的左侧壁(参见图2所示,图2中的左侧即为这里的左方),第二吹风装置7位于热缩箱4的右方形成腔体的右侧壁,第三吹风装置8则位于第一吹风装置6和第二吹风装置7的底部,形成腔体的底壁。通过设置第一吹风装置6的形状及出风口的分布,使热风能够从左侧的任意方向吹向物料5;通过设置第二吹风装置7的形状及出风口的分布,使热风能够从右侧的任意方向吹向物料5;通过设置位于底部的第三吹风装置8,使热风能够从底部吹向物料5。
同样的,该风管也有三条,该风管包括用于连通风机1和第一吹风装置6的第一风管9、用于连通风机1和第二吹风装置7的第二风管10、用于连通风机1和第三吹风装置8的第三风管11。
通过设置多个吹风装置,并使其与风机1一一对应的连通,能够在膜包时将热空气输送到物料5具体需要热空气的地方,满足不同包型膜包时的吹风要求,提升膜包的成形质量,降低了风机1的能耗。
第一吹风装置6和第二吹风装置7左右对称的设于热缩箱4中,该吹风机1构还包括设于热缩箱4中的用于调节第一吹风装置6和第二吹风装置7位置的调节装置。
该调节装置包括沿水平方向设置在热缩箱4中的固定板12,沿该固定板12的长度延伸方向滑动的设于固定板12上的第一滑块13和第二滑块14,该固定板12位于第一吹风装置6和第二吹风装置7的上方,第一滑块13与第一吹风装置6的上端固定连接、第二滑块14与第二吹风装置7的上端固定连接。
在本实施例中,该调节装置还包括上下滑动的设于第一滑块13上的第一吊板15,该第一吹风装置6的上端固定连接在该第一吊板15上;该调节装置还包括上下滑动的设于该第二滑块14上的第二吊板16,该第二吹风装置7的上端固定连接在该第二吊板16上。
通过设置第一滑块13和第一吊板15,能够从水平和竖直两个方向上调节第一吹风装置6的位置;通过设置第二滑块14和第二吊板16,能够从水平和竖直两个方向上调节第二吹风装置7的位置。
以下具体阐述下本实施例的工作过程:
工作时,首先根据物料5的宽度调节第一滑块13和第二滑块14之间的距离,然后再根据物料5的高度调节第一吊板15和第二吊板16的高度,最后根据物料5在膜包热缩时需要供给热空气的部位分布来控制第一风管9、第二风管10、第三风管11相应的通断及风量大小。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱,其特征在于:吹风机构包括风机、设于所述热缩箱内的分别通过风管与风机相连通的至少两个吹风装置,至少两个所述吹风装置用于围合形成用于为物料吹风的腔体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱,其特征在于:所述吹风装置包括第一吹风装置、第二吹风装置和第三吹风装置,所述风管包括用于连通所述风机和所述第一吹风装置的第一风管、用于连通所述风机和所述第二吹风装置的第二风管、用于连通所述风机和所述第三吹风装置的第三风管。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱,其特征在于:所述第一吹风装置和所述第二吹风装置左右对称的设于所述热缩箱中,形成所述的腔体的左右侧壁,所述第三吹风装置设于所述第一吹风装置和所述第二吹风装置的底部,形成所述的腔体的底壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱,其特征在于:所述吹风机构还包括设于所述热缩箱中的用于调节所述第一吹风装置和所述第二吹风装置位置的调节装置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱,其特征在于:所述调节装置包括沿水平方向设置在所述热缩箱中的固定板,沿水平方向滑动地设置在所述的固定板上的第一滑块和第二滑块,所述的第一滑块和第二滑块分别与所述的第一吹风装置和第二吹风装置直接或间接的相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有吹风机构的膜包机热缩箱,其特征在于:所述调节装置还包括相对所述的第一滑块上下滑动设置的第一吊板及相对所述的第二滑块上下滑动设置的第二吊板,所述的第一滑块通过所述的第一吊板与所述的第一吹风装置相连接,所述的第二滑块通过所述的第二吊板与所述的第二吹风装置相连接。
