一种免放过滤网的低压铸造升液管,升液管(1)的底部设有进液孔(2),进液孔与升液管内部连通,进液孔的入口面积为升液管流通面积的10-60%。该升液管使低压铸造生产中免放过滤网,降低了全自动化的低压铸造生产线的成本和故障率,处理浇口料头方便,使回炉料增铁更少。

Description

一种免放过滤网的低压铸造升液管 技术领域
本发明属于轻合金低压铸造技术领域。
背景技术
在低压铸造生产中一般在进水浇口处放置过滤网,对小批量生产不算大问题,对大批量连续生产尤其是想实现全自动化时问题就严重了,需要增加自动调整过滤网在空间的方位系统、把过滤网准确连续的推送到固定位置、把过滤网拿起来并安放到进水口处的机械手,这为全自动生产线安排、布置、调试带来很多麻烦,如若能将它取消会大大降低全自动生产线的故障率及成本。有鉴于此,有必要发明一种解决上述问题的用于免放过滤网的低压铸造升液管。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种免放过滤网的低压铸造升液管,在该升液管的底部设有进液孔,所述进液孔与升液管内部连通,所述进液孔的入口面积为升液管流通面积的10~60%。
进一步的,所述进液孔的开口朝向下方。
进一步的,所述进液孔设于升液管的侧壁上,其开口设于升液管侧壁与底部连接的位置上,并且该开口朝向侧面。
进一步的,所述进液孔的壁厚为3-40mm。
本发明使低压铸造生产中免放过滤网,处理浇口料头方便,使回炉料增铁更少。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和2,是免放过滤网的低压铸造升液管1,在该升液管1的底部设有进液孔2,所述进液孔2与升液管1内部连通,所述进液孔2的入口面积为升液管1流通面积的10-60%。
如图1,所述进液孔2的开口朝向下方。如图2,所述进液孔2设于升液管1的侧壁上,其开口设于升液管1侧壁与底部连接的位置上,并且该开口朝向侧面。所述进液孔2的壁厚为3-40mm。本发明使低压铸造生产中免放过滤网,大大降低全自动化的低压铸造生产线的成本和故障率,处理浇口料头方便,使回炉料增铁更少。

工业实用性
本发明提供一种免放过滤网的低压铸造升液管 ,在工业大批量生产的过程中能够降低成本以及故障率,方便操作,经济效益高。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种免放过滤网的低压铸造升液管,其特征在于,在该升液管的底部设有进液孔,所述进液孔与升液管内部连通,所述进液孔的入口面积为升液管流通面积的10-60%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的低压铸造升液管,其特征在于,所述进液孔的开口朝向下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的低压铸造升液管,其特征在于,所述进液孔设于升液管的侧壁上,其开口设于升液管侧壁与底部连接的位置上,并且该开口朝向侧面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的低压铸造升液管,其特征在于,所述进液孔的壁厚为3-40mm。
