背景技术
在电动烹饪器具中,例如炒菜机,大多带有具搅拌功能的搅拌组件(如搅拌棒),其伸入锅中。在电机带动下,搅拌组件不断翻搅锅中的食物,以加热均匀。
通常,这种搅拌组件是上置式的,即连接在上盖内并向下伸出,电机也是安装在内盖上。但这种搅拌组件的安装结构较为复杂、繁琐,尤其是不易拆卸和组装,这样就给零部件的清洁带来不小的麻烦。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足或缺陷,本发明提出一种带搅拌功能的上盖及具有该上盖的电动烹饪器具,其搅拌器组件的安装结构简单、实用,易于操作,且方便清洗。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种带搅拌功能的上盖,上盖包括盖体总成和搅拌器组件,盖体总成内设有旋转电机,所述上盖还包括设置在所述搅拌器组件的旋转轴与所述旋转电机的输出轴之间的磁体组件,所述旋转轴通过所述磁体组件与所述输出轴形成可拆卸的磁吸连接并能够由所述输出轴 驱动旋转。

在本实施方式的带搅拌功能的上盖中,盖体总成包括内盖200和罩盖在该内盖200上方的外壳部100。图1中的外壳部100为用于安装电连接部分的把手壳体。旋转电机1和上磁铁组件2可设置在外壳部100与内盖200之间的 空腔内。同时,内盖200的中心部位可设有贯通孔,贯通孔上密封安装轴承座4,轴承座4的上卡槽设置为磁铁托盘卡槽,用于安放上磁铁组件2,轴承座4的底面可形成有向下开口的轴承卡槽41,上磁铁组件2和下磁铁组件3彼此磁吸连接时,被向上吸附的轴承5则至少部分地向上嵌入至轴承卡槽41中,实现对轴承5的限位,尤其是图1中的顶端部61下方还设有外径更大的凸缘,该凸缘将轴承5顶入轴承卡槽41中并轴向定位。这样,轴承5相对于轴承座4和内盖200的位置完全固定。
特别地,旋转轴6的顶端部61向上卡入轴承卡槽41中时,顶端部61的顶端面与轴承卡槽41的槽面之间形成有竖向间隔的安装间隙J。这样,在旋转轴6跟随输出轴11旋转时,顶端部61的顶端面不会与轴承座4产生任何旋转摩擦,减少旋转摩擦阻力。
在上述的带搅拌功能的上盖中,通过旋转轴6与输出轴11之间便于拆装的磁吸连接,使得前者既能够跟随后者旋转运动,又能够在需要时使二者结合或拆分,方便零部件保存、维护和运输,也易于组装操作,拆分后的搅拌器组件更便于清洗。
在此基础上,图1所示的包括锅具300的电动烹饪器具采用了上述带搅拌功能的上盖,上盖的搅拌器组件伸入锅具300内以翻搅加工食物。这种电动烹饪器具可以是自动烹饪机,例如IH加热(或热管加热)的炒菜机等。当然,上述带搅拌功能的上盖也不限于应用在炒菜机等自动烹饪机中,可以拓展应用于需要搅拌功能的上盖的任何其它电器中,例如搅拌机或豆浆机中等。
在图1中,IH加热的炒菜机包括IH加热盘400和设置在锅具300外周围的机壳500,IH加热盘400设置在锅具300的底部以对锅具300电磁加热。其中,锅具300的材质可以为弱导磁性的材料,能应用在电磁加热场合。因 此,锅具300可以为不锈钢锅具,例如304不锈钢等。同样地,搅拌器组件和磁体组件等可以为电磁不加热材料,从而在IH加热盘400工作时不对搅拌器组件和磁体组件等部件进行加热。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,例如上磁铁组件2和下磁铁组件3中各自的磁铁个数不限于图2、图3所示的四个,也可以是更多的六个、八个等等,也不限于图示的圆形磁铁,磁体也可以是永磁铁或电磁铁等,诸如此类改动均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种带搅拌功能的上盖,包括盖体总成和搅拌器组件,所述盖体总成内设有旋转电机,其中,所述上盖还包括设置在所述搅拌器组件的旋转轴与所述旋转电机的输出轴之间的磁体组件,所述旋转轴通过所述磁体组件与所述输出轴形成可拆卸的磁吸连接并能够由所述输出轴驱动旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带搅拌功能的上盖,其中,所述磁体组件包括结构相同的上磁铁组件和下磁铁组件,所述上磁铁组件安装在所述输出轴的底端,所述下磁铁组件安装在所述旋转轴的顶端,所述上磁铁组件和下磁铁组件分别包括沿圆周方向依次间隔排列的偶数个磁铁,在所述上磁铁组件的底面和所述下磁铁组件的顶面上,所述偶数个磁铁的磁极沿圆周方向依次错开。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带搅拌功能的上盖,其中,所述上磁铁组件还包括磁铁托盘,所述磁铁托盘套装于所述旋转电机的输出轴上以跟随旋转,所述磁铁托盘上设有沿圆周方向依次间隔排列的多个磁铁腔,所述上磁铁组件的上磁铁嵌装于所述磁铁腔中并通过盖板封盖。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的带搅拌功能的上盖,其中,所述下磁铁组件的偶数个下磁铁设置于所述搅拌器组件的所述旋转轴的顶端部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带搅拌功能的上盖,其中,所述搅拌器组件包括轴承,所述旋转轴的顶端部套设在所述轴承内并能够相对于该轴承自旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带搅拌功能的上盖,其中,所述盖体总成包括内盖和罩盖在该内盖上方的外壳部,所述旋转电机和所述上磁铁组件设置在所述外壳部与内盖之间的空腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带搅拌功能的上盖,其中,所述内盖上设有轴承座,所述轴承座的底面形成有向下开口的轴承卡槽,所述上磁铁组件和下磁铁组件磁吸连接时,所述轴承至少部分地向上嵌入所述轴承卡槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带搅拌功能的上盖,其中,所述旋转轴的顶端部的顶端面与所述轴承卡槽的槽面之间形成有安装间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的带搅拌功能的上盖,其中,所述轴承为陶瓷轴承。
  10. 一种电动烹饪器具,包括锅具和根据权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的带搅拌功能的上盖,所述上盖的所述搅拌器组件伸入所述锅具内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电动烹饪器具,其中,所述电动烹饪器具为IH加热的炒菜机,该炒菜机还包括IH加热盘和设置在所述锅具外周围的机 壳,所述IH加热盘设置在所述锅具的底部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电动烹饪器具,其中,所述锅具为不锈钢锅具,所述搅拌器组件和所述磁体组件为电磁不加热材料。
