技术领域
本发明涉及机械工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种非机动车的折叠把手。本发明还涉及一种包括上述折叠把手的非机动车。
背景技术
随着中国机械工业的发展,越来越多的机械设备已得到广泛使用。
传统的机械工业往往可划分为重工业和轻工业两种,其中,重工业指为国民经济各部门提供物质技术基础的主要生产资料的工业,包括钢铁工业、冶金工业、机械、能源、化学、建筑材料等。而轻工业指以提供生活消费品为主的工业,包括食品、纺织、皮革、造纸、日用化工、文教艺术体育用品工业等。
以非机动车制造业为例,非机动车的种类很多,比如自行车、滑板车以及部分电动车等,这些类型的车辆的行使方向改变往往需要人手控制把手来实现。目前,非机动车上的把手的外形一般都成T字形,即由左把手、右把手和把手杆组成。为了节省非机动车的存在空间,常常需要为把手设置折叠功能,以便减小非机动车的横向尺寸。
在现有技术中,非机动车的把手实现折叠的方法往往是通过伸缩杆的方式,即类似多级液压缸的伸缩方式,将把手往中间压缩,使其横向尺寸减小。然而,此种折叠方式,由于结构限制和制造成本的制约,压缩不完全,伸展也不完全,横向尺寸的缩减量往往较小,折叠效果不太明显;同时,当把手伸长或压缩到一定程度时,其伸长量或压缩量无法固定,把手位置无法锁紧,造成把手的位置随意变动的安全隐患。
因此,如何尽量提高折叠把手的横向尺寸缩减量,同时能够将把手固定在 所需位置,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种非机动车的折叠把手,能够提高折叠把手的横向尺寸缩减量,同时能够将把手固定在所需位置。本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述折叠把手的非机动车。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种非机动车的折叠把手,包括侧壁具有弹性的套管、可移动地设置于所述套管内的把手,以及设置于所述套管上、用于使所述套管的侧壁夹紧所述把手的锁紧机构,且所述套管的端部侧壁上设置有用于使所述把手在折叠时通过的镂空孔。
优选地,所述锁紧机构设置于所述套管的中间位置。如此,通过该实施例,能够方便使用者对锁紧机构的操作。

在本发明所提供的一种具体实施方式中,非机动车的折叠把手主要包括套管1、把手2和锁紧机构。
其中,套管1为折叠把手的主体结构,一般呈空心圆柱状,其侧壁具有弹性,即可产生径向形变。
把手2可移动地设置在套管1内,即可沿着套管1的轴向进行移动,比如向套管1内滑动或向套管1外滑动。一般在需要停放非机动车时,将把手折叠,此时可将把手2从套管1内拉出并折叠;反之,在需要行驶抓握把手2时,可将把手2往套管1内伸入一端距离后通过锁紧机构固定。

如此,本发明所提供的折叠把手,由于锁紧机构的作用,在需要将把手2固定在当前位置时,即可通过锁紧机构对套管1施力,从而使套管1产生径向形变,将把手2夹紧(一般在行驶过程中使用);反之,在需要将把手2折叠时,首先可对锁紧机构进行解锁,然后拉动把手2,使其在套管1内移动,并在达到镂空孔101位置时,翻转把手2,使得把手2朝向从水平横向迅速变为斜向或竖直纵向,如此使得非机动车的横向尺寸骤减,并且该横向尺寸的最大减小值为把手的长度。
在关于镂空孔101的一种优选实施方式中,该镂空孔101的宽度与把手2的横截面直径相等。当然,镂空孔101的宽度若大于把手2的横截面直径也是可行的,比如差值在5mm之内等。
进一步的,本实施例还在镂空孔101的内端端部设置了圆弧槽——此处以套管1的中轴线为标准,远离套管1中轴线中点的部分即为外端,而靠近套管1中轴线中点的部分即为内端。圆弧槽设置在镂空孔101的内端端部位置后,把手2在折叠时,其外壁将与圆弧槽的表面相紧贴。由于圆弧槽的曲率半径与把手2的横截面直径相等,因此能够降低与把手2紧贴时的磨损。当然,若圆弧槽的曲率半径大于把手2的横截面直径也是可行的。
而为了方便地实现把手2在套管1内的轴向移动,本实施例在把手2上沿其横向方向设置了第一滑动轴,即可认为该第一滑动轴横向贯穿了把手2。同时,本实施例还在套管1的侧壁上设置了第一滑动轨道4,以对把手2上的第一滑动轴进行导向,并且该第一滑动轨道4一般沿着套管1的长度方向延伸。如此,通过第一滑动轴在第一滑动轨道4内的滑动,即可顺利实现把手2在套管1内的内外往复移动。
同时,把手2在套管1内的轴向移动,并不仅限于上述结构形式,在另一种优选实施例中,在套管1内沿其横向设置有第二滑动轴,即第一滑动轴的两端 连接在套管1内壁上的相对两端,并且一般的,第一滑动轴的长度方向为套管1的径向。同时,本实施例在把手2的侧壁上设置了第二滑动轨道11,该第二滑动轨道11沿着把手2的长度方向延伸,可与第二滑动轴配合滑动,如此,同样可以方便地实现把手2在套管1内的内外往复移动。
考虑到把手2在需要翻转折叠时,往往需要在套管1内运动到极限位置,如此才能在折叠后获得最大限度地横向尺寸缩减。本实施例中的第一滑动轨道4的外端端部位置,亦即把手2在其上滑动的极限位置,该位置在套管1的中轴线上的投影,与镂空孔101上的圆弧槽的圆心在套管1的中轴向上的投影相重合。如此设置,当把手2在套管1内往外运动到极限位置时,翻转折叠后即可刚好形成90°垂直折叠,并安装到镂空孔101中。如此设置,即可使得把手2在折叠后达到最大横向尺寸缩减,即把手2的长度。
进一步的,考虑到把手2在折叠到镂空孔101中后,可能会因为颠簸、振动等原因而导致周向前后摆动。针对此,本实施例在套管1上与镂空孔101的边界位置处沿着竖直方向设置了固定卡扣5。如此,把手2在折叠后,即可受到前后两片固定卡扣5的夹紧,无法周向摆动。
如图4所示,图4为锁紧机构的左视图。为方便使用者对锁紧机构的操作,本实施例中,可将锁紧机构设置在套管1的中间位置。当然,锁紧机构在套管1上的设置位置并不固定,具体可根据个人习惯或车型调整安装位置。
在关于锁紧机构的一种优选实施方式中,该锁紧机构主要包括凸轮7、凸轮盖板8和转轴9,同时,为与锁紧机构相配合,本实施例在套管1的侧壁上沿其长度方向设置了一条开口,并在该开口的上下两侧上分别设置了向开口外延伸的安装板6。具体的,锁紧机构中的凸轮7设置在靠上方的一块安装板6上,并且由于凸轮7大体呈圆形,因此安装板6也可呈对应的圆弧板状,如此使得凸轮7的外表面能够更加紧密地与安装板6的圆弧表面相贴合。凸轮7内沿其长度方向设置有转轴9(或者叫凸轮轴),如此,凸轮7即可在安装板6上围绕转轴9做周向转动运动。同时,本实施例通过紧固件10将两块安装板6从底部贯穿拉紧,并且在紧固件10的末端与凸轮7中的转轴9相连,如此将转轴9固定在安装板6上。另外,凸轮7上还设置有凸轮盖板8,该凸轮盖板8可与凸轮7的外缘平顺过渡连接,主要用于方便人手施力,带动凸轮7进行周向往复转动。
如此,由于凸轮7的外轮廓具有高低过渡特性,同时套管1的侧壁上开设开口,并具有弹性,因此,在通过凸轮盖板8对其施力时,凸轮盖板8能够带动凸轮7进行周向转动,从而使得凸轮7在转动过程中,其外轮廓紧压住安装板6,当凸轮7的外轮廓的高度变化时,凸轮7对安装板6的压紧力度不同,从而导致套管1的外壁对其内部的把手2的压紧力度不同。在凸轮7的外轮廓的高度(或直径)的最大值压紧安装板6时,套管1的侧壁的夹紧力最大,能够将把手2锁紧;而在凸轮7的外轮廓的高度(或直径)的最小值压紧安装板6时(或称解锁时),套管1的侧壁的夹紧力最小,此时把手2能够在其内顺利移动。
如图5所示,图5为锁紧机构解锁后的状态示意图。
在锁紧机构解锁后,即可顺利拉出把手2。
如图6所示,图6为折叠把手完全折叠后的状态示意图。
本发明还提供一种非机动车,包括把手杆3和与把手杆3相连的折叠把手,其中,该折叠把手与上述内容相同,此处不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种非机动车的折叠把手,其特征在于,包括侧壁具有弹性的套管(1)、可移动地设置于所述套管(1)内的把手(2),以及设置于所述套管(1)上、用于使所述套管(1)的侧壁夹紧所述把手(2)的锁紧机构,且所述套管(1)的端部侧壁上设置有用于使所述把手(2)在折叠时通过的镂空孔(101)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠把手,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构设置于所述套管(1)的中间位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠把手,其特征在于,所述套管(1)的侧壁沿其长度方向设有开口,且所述开口的上下两侧均设置有向外延伸的安装板(6);所述锁紧机构包括设置在所述安装板(6)上的凸轮(7)和与所述凸轮(7)相连、便于人手施力的凸轮盖板(8);所述凸轮(7)内设置有转轴(9),且所述转轴(9)与从底部垂向贯穿两块所述安装板(6)的紧固件(10)相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠把手,其特征在于,所述安装板(6)为用于与所述凸轮(7)的外表面相贴合的弧形板。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠把手,其特征在于,所述把手(2)上沿其横向设置有第一滑动轴,且所述套管(1)的侧壁上设置有沿其长度方向延伸的、用于与所述第一滑动轴相配合的第一滑动轨道(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠把手,其特征在于,所述镂空孔(101)的内端端部设置有曲率半径大于或等于所述把手(2)的横截面直径的、用于减轻对所述把手(2)表面磨损的圆弧槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠把手,其特征在于,所述第一滑动轨道(4)的外端端部位置在所述套管(1)的中轴线上的投影与所述镂空孔(101)上的圆弧槽的圆心在所述套管(1)的中轴线上的投影重合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠把手,其特征在于,所述套管(1)内沿其横向设置有第二滑动轴,且所述把手(2)的侧壁上设置有沿其长度方向延伸的、用于与所述第二滑动轴相配合的第二滑动轨道(11)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的折叠把手,其特征在于,所述套管(1)在所述镂空孔(101)的边界处沿竖直方向设置有用于防止所述把手(2)在折叠状态下周向摆动的固定卡扣(5)。
  10. 一种非机动车,包括把手杆(3)和与所述把手杆(3)相连的折叠把手,其特征在于,所述折叠把手为权利要求1-9任一项所述的折叠把手。
