Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'emballage de sacs comprenant essentiellement un module de support et de transport de sacs et un module d'ouverture d'emballage qui sont disposés sur une base d'appareil. Pendant le procédé d'emballage de sacs, un ensemble de sacs sont empilés sur la plaque de réception inférieure du module de support et de transport de sacs et une pression leur est appliquée par la plaque de pression supérieure dudit module. D'autre part, le module d'ouverture d'emballage est placé avec un sac plus grand ou un emballage, l'ouverture de l'emballage étant placée entre la plaque d'ouverture d'emballage supérieure et la plaque d'ouverture d'emballage inférieure du module d'ouverture d'emballage. L'ouverture de l'emballage est soulevée par la plaque d'ouverture d'emballage supérieure, les sacs pressés étant alors déplacés vers l'emballage ouvert et introduits dans celui-ci. L'appareil d'emballage de sacs selon la présente invention peut en outre comprendre des modules automatisés supplémentaires tels qu'un module de saisie d'emballage, un module de saisie d'emballage fini et un module de fermeture et de scellement pour sacs emballés afin de faciliter le procédé d'emballage de sacs.
