Description

一种包装容器及其坯料 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于液体灌装设备的,由多层包装材料制成的包装容器及用于制作该包装容器的坯料。
背景技术
用于盛放牛奶、饮料等液态食品的包装容器一般是由多层包装材料制成,该包装材料上设有一些折线或折纹,可以通过简单的折叠、压合工作,即制成一个液体包装容器,在液体灌装设备上灌装后,密封即可。
目前,市面上占据主导地位的由多层包装材料制成的液体包装容器多为截面为四边形的长方体结构,如图1所示。这种包装容器结构规整,包装和运输都较为方便。但是从相对包含容积所消耗的材料量角度来说,其并非最佳的结构。从严格几何意义来讲,圆柱形结构可能是较为理想的选择,但是圆柱形结构存在如下缺点:1、摩擦力小,不便于消费者手握,同时在生产和装箱时,不便于机器人或机器装夹;2、运输包装时,相邻容器间接触面小,不便于彼此支撑,因此包装稳定性较差。
后来,出现了一种顶和底截面为四边形、主体截面为八边形的包装结构,如图2所示。相对图1所示的长方体结构,该包装结构在同样容积如1000ml的情况下,可以减少8%的材料消耗。但是其有八条线条分明的棱,手握时棱感较重,握持舒适度较差;同时,其是由多个单一的几何平面构成,在消费者握持时,会有滑落的危险感。另外,该结构在销售货架上放时间长以后会容易变形,八个棱面会变得模糊,外形棱角不分明,使货架形象受到影响。
此外,上述四边形或八边形的包装容器只能通过印刷画面以及色彩搭配来形成一个新颖和具有视觉效果冲击的外形,不便于与同类包装容器明显区分。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何在进一步减小相对包含容积所消耗的材料量的同时,提高包装容器的握持舒适度和安全性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是提供一种包装容器,包括上、 下底和容器侧面,其特征在于:所述容器侧面的全部或者局部由一列或者多列首尾相连、左右共边的几何面按序排列构成,形成主体截面大于8边的立体侧面;
所述容器侧面由4个主体侧面和4个多面形拐角构成,相邻主体侧面之间通过多面形拐角连接;多面形拐角由一列或者多列首尾相连、左右共边的几何面按序排列构成。
优选地,所述几何面为橄榄形、菱形、蜂巢形中的一种或几种的结合。
优选地,所述单个所述几何面为一半橄榄形、一半菱形。
优选地,所述上底为平面结构或屋顶状结构。
优选地,所述主体是指构成包装容器的比如罐身、盒身,用于呈现货架造型,以及饮用者手把持、抓握的主体部分。
本发明还提供了一种包装容器的坯料,用于制作上述的包装容器,其特征在于:包括包装层材料,包装层材料上设有用于限定包装容器上、下底的上、下水平折线,上、下水平折线之间竖直方向形成一列或者多列首尾相连、左右共边的几何面折线。
优选地,所述折线包括压痕线和/或半穿透的点划线。
更优选地,所述上、下水平折线之间竖直方向等距形成4组所述几何面压痕线和/或半穿透的点划线。
优选地,所述几何面为橄榄形、菱形、蜂巢形中的一种或几种的结合。
优选地,所述包装层材料为连续卷材的一部分,或独立单张片材。
更优选地,所述多层包装材料包括:纸、铝、PE复合膜的组合;多层纸、PE复合膜的组合;或纸、GL、PE复合膜的组合。但不局限于上述三种组合方式。
优选地,所述坯料是指做成这些容器的原材料,可以是卷材或者片材。
本发明在包装容器的主体面坯料上预制波浪形的曲线或折线,但也不局限于以上两种线条,利用这些曲线或折线形成诸如橄榄形、菱形、蜂巢形等,但不局限于以上几种图形,这些图形可是单列或者多列分布于包装容器坯料主体上,当容器坯料在弯曲或折叠成型时,在容器主体上形成诸如橄榄形、菱形、蜂巢形等多个立体面,实现容器的截面是由相对于传统的四边形或者八边形更多的多边形构成,从而使本发明的容器截面积增大,达到同等耗材下容积增大的目的。
相比现有技术,本发明提供的包装容器具有如下有益效果:
1、包装容器主体截面能获得大于8边的多边形,相对于传统的主体形状是四边形或者八边形包装容器,本发明在同等周长的坯料的条件下,所获得容器的容量进一步增多,即进一步降低了耗材量和生产成本;以容量1000ml为例,相对传统四边形长方体结构的包装容器,本发明在同样容积的情况下,可以减少9%~13%的材料消耗;相对传统顶和底截面为四边形、主体截面为八边形的包装容器,本发明在同样容积的情况下,可以减少1.2%~1.6%的材料消耗。
2、构成本发明包装容器主体的多个侧面,是由多个几何图形组合而成,从而使这些多个几何图形构成的容器主体侧面,在支撑上强度、刚性更好,有利于容器的装箱,堆栈码垛,有利于在销售货架上长期保持整个完美的外形,突破了传统容器存放时间长以后容易变形的缺陷;
3、通过构成容器主体侧面上的多个几何面,增加容器表面的摩擦力和与人手的贴合度,从而让消费者在抓握时更加容易、舒适、安全。

实施例2
图5为本实施例提供的具有多个橄榄形几何面构成的多边形包装容器示意图,所述的具有多个橄榄形几何面构成的多边形包装容器由上下底、4个主体侧面1和4个多面形拐角构成,相邻主体侧面1之间通过多面形拐角连接,主体侧面1的上、下方分别连接上下底。
多面形拐角由多列首尾相连、左右共边的棱形几何面7构成。
包装容器在成型时,容器主体外观纵向上(从上至下)形成多个侧面,并且这些侧面由多个棱形几何面7组合,从而形成一个立体侧面。
上述包装容器的坯料,可以是连续卷材的一部分,也可以是独立单张片材。结合图6,在坯料形成包装容器主体侧面1的部分对应顶、底四条折痕线4、5位置,刻有形成棱形压痕线3和半穿透的点划线8。这些压痕线3和半穿透的点划线8在包装坯料沿着四条折痕线4、5折出一个容器主体时,形成多个三维立体菱形表面,从而在包装容器主体的对角线上形成了四处多个三维立体的表面。这些菱形表面的数量以及形状大小可以根据包装容器的外形尺寸来决定。
实施例3
图7为本实施例提供的具有多个蜂巢形几何面构成的多边形包装容器示意图,所述的具有多个蜂巢形几何面构成的多边形包装容器由上下底、4个主体侧面1和4个多面形拐角构成,相邻主体侧面1之间通过多面形拐角连接,主体侧面1的上、下方分别连接上下底。
多面形拐角由多列首尾相连、左右共边的蜂巢形几何面9构成。
包装容器在成型时,容器主体外观纵向上(从上至下)形成多个侧面,并且这些侧面由多个蜂巢形几何面9组合,从而形成一个立体侧面。
上述包装容器的坯料,可以是连续卷材的一部分,也可以是独立单张片材。结合图8,在坯料形成包装容器主体侧面1的部分对应顶、底四条折痕线4、5位置,刻有橄榄形压痕线3和半穿透的点划线10。这些压痕线3和半穿透的点划线10在包装坯料沿着四条折痕线4、5折出一个容器主体时,形成多个三维立体蜂巢形表面,从而在包装容器主体对角线上形成了四处多个三维立体的表面。这些蜂巢形表面的数量以及形状大小可以根据包装容器的外形尺寸来决定。

该实施例与实施例1基本相同,其区别在于:将上底做成屋顶状。
图9所示为具有多个橄榄形几何面构成的屋顶形包装容器示意图,通过在屋顶形包装容器的主体侧面1表面对应四角处制作半穿透的橄榄形点划刻线6,这些半穿透棱形点划刻线6在坯料制成一个容器主体时,形成多个三维立体橄榄形表面2,从而在包装容器主体的对角线上形成了四处多个三维立体的表面。这些 橄榄形表面2的数量以及形状大小可以根据包装容器的外形尺寸来决定。
实施例5
该实施例与实施例2基本相同,其区别在于:将上底做成屋顶状。
图10所示为具有多个菱形几何面构成的屋顶形包装容器示意图,通过在屋顶形包装容器的主体侧面1表面对应四角处制作半穿透的棱形点划刻线8,这些半穿透棱形点划刻线8在坯料制成一个容器主体时,形成多个三维立体棱形表面7,从而在包装容器主体的对角线上形成了四处多个三维立体的表面。这些棱形表7的数量以及形状大小可以根据包装容器的外形尺寸来决定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种包装容器,包括上、下底和容器侧面,其特征在于:所述容器侧面的全部或者局部由一列或者多列首尾相连、左右共边的几何面按序排列构成,形成主体截面大于8边的立体侧面;
    所述容器侧面由4个主体侧面和4个多面形拐角构成,相邻主体侧面之间通过多面形拐角连接;多面形拐角由一列或者多列首尾相连、左右共边的几何面按序排列构成。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种包装容器,其特征在于:所述几何面为橄榄形、菱形、蜂巢形中的一种或几种的结合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种包装容器,其特征在于:单个所述几何面为一半橄榄形、一半菱形。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种包装容器,其特征在于:所述上底为平面结构或屋顶状结构。
  5. 一种包装容器的坯料,用于制作如权利要求1~4任一项所述的包装容器,其特征在于:包括包装层材料,包装层材料上设有用于限定包装容器上、下底的上、下水平折线,上、下水平折线之间竖直方向形成一列或者多列首尾相连、左右共边的几何面折线。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种包装容器的坯料,其特征在于:所述折线包括压痕线和/或半穿透的点划线。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的一种包装容器的坯料,其特征在于:所述几何面为橄榄形、菱形、蜂巢形中的一种或几种的结合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种包装容器的坯料,其特征在于:所述包装层材料为连续卷材的一部分,或独立单张片材。
  9. 如权利要求5或8所述的一种包装容器的坯料,其特征在于:所述多层包装材料包括:纸、铝、PE复合膜的组合;多层纸、PE复合膜的组合;或纸、GL、PE复合膜的组合。
