Description

一种电池的固持组件、无人机及充电器
【技术领域】
本申请涉及一种电池的固持组件、无人机及充电器。
【背景技术】
近年来,随着科学技术的发展,无人机从军事领域拓展到民用领域,尤其是被广泛应用于民用领域的农业、林业、电力、安防等方面。
无人机一般需要设置电池来进行供电,目前,通常需要双手来操作,以实现电池的取放。
【发明内容】
为了至少部分解决以上问题,本申请提供一种电池的固持组件,该方法包括:包括电池仓,用于收容电池并为电池充电,所述电池仓的一端设有电气接口,所述电池仓的另一端设有第一卡合部;操作件和弹性件,其设置于所述电池仓上并与所述第一卡合部配合;其中,在所述电池置于所述电池仓时,所述电气接口与所述电池的电气接口连接,所述弹性件弹性驱动所述第一卡合部和/或所述电池,使所述电池与所述第一卡合部卡扣配合,进而将所述电池固定于所述电池仓;在作动所述操作件时,所述操作件带动所述第一卡合部,使所述第一卡合部与所述电池相对分离,进而从所述电池仓中解锁所述电池。
为了至少部分解决以上问题,本申请提供一种无人机,包括:包括机身、容置于所述机身中的电池,包括上述任一所述的电池的固持组件,所述电池的固持组件为所述机身的一部分或安装于所述机身。
为了至少部分解决以上问题,本申请提供一种充电器,包括上述电池的固持组件。
本申请的有益效果是:提供一种电池的固持组件、无人机及充电器,通过弹性件与第一卡合部的联动关系,单手即可将电池固定于电池仓;而通过操作件与第一卡合部的联动关系,单手即可从电池仓解锁电池,方便电池的取放。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
将理解的是,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”、“第三”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
请参阅图1至图3,图1是本申请实施例的一种电池的固持组件的立体结构示意图,图2是本申请实施例的操作件和弹性件的立体分解示意图,图3是本申请实施例的一种电池及固持组件的立体分解示意图。如图所示,本实施例中的固持组件包括电池仓12,具体的,该电池仓12包括本体122及形成于本体122的容置槽124,所述容置槽124具体用于收容电池20。
请同时参阅图2、图3及图5,其中,图5是图4中组装完成后的示意图。在本实施例中,电池仓12的一端设有第一卡合部128,电池仓12的另一端设有电气接口126及第二卡合部123。其中,第一卡合部128为锁舌,且锁舌的自由端为楔形面,楔形面背向电池仓12的底面设置。具体地,电池仓12包括两相对侧面,第一卡合部128设置于其中一侧面,电气接口126及第二卡合部123设置于另一侧面。且对应第一卡合部128的一侧设有操作腔125,操作腔125收纳第一卡合部128。
进一步地,该固持组件还包括设置于电池仓12上并与第一卡合部128配合的操作件14a和弹性件16。
进一步地,电池20包括电气接口22、第三卡合部26、第四卡合部24,且所述第三卡合部26与第一卡合部128对应设置,第四卡合部24与第二卡合部123对应设置。
请参阅图4、图6、图7及图8,其中,图4是图3中电池及固持组件组装过程的示意图,图7是沿图5中线III-III的截面示意图,图7中A区域的放大示意图,图8是本申请实施例的电气接口的立体结构示意图。在本实施例中,在电池20置于电池仓12时,电气接口126可作为卡合部与电池20的电气接口22卡扣配合,且电池仓12的电气接口126与电池20的电气接口22卡扣配合的方向平行于Pin脚。在本申请的一个应用场景中,电池20的电气接口22上可以开设L形孔。可选地,在其它实施例中可以开设尺寸较大的条形孔,从而避免当电池仓12上的电气接口126的端子插入到倾斜的电池20中时,发生碰撞或者弯折。
进一步地,在电池20置于电池仓12的过程中,电气接口126和电池20的电气接口22至少在电池20完全旋入电池仓12时电连接,并至少在电池20完全旋出电池仓12时电绝缘。
此外,在电池仓12上靠近电气接口126的一侧设有一辅助标识121,具体地,在电池20置于电池仓12过程中时,电池20带有电气接口22的一端先插入电池仓12,然后电池20围绕该辅助标识121的边线旋转。
上述实施例中,将电池仓12上的电气接口126作为卡合部与电池20上的电气接口22进行卡扣配合,利用电气接口126、22之间接插的摩擦力将电池20一端固定于电池仓12中,可以无需在电池20的该端额外再设置其他卡合结构,方便电池20的固定。
同时参阅图3至图7,与前述实施例中利用电气接口126、22之间接插的摩擦力将电池20一端固定于电池仓12不同的是,在其它实施例中,利用所述第四卡合部24、第二卡合部123将电池20一端固定于电池仓12。具体地,所述第四卡合部24是电池20的一端端面的第一凸缘,相应地,第二卡合部123是设置于电池仓12对应第一凸缘的一侧的第二凸缘。同时,第一凸缘24离底面的距离小于第二凸缘123离底面的距离。
实际操作时,在电池20置于电池仓12的过程中,电池20具有第一凸缘24的一端先置于电池仓12内,第一凸缘24嵌于第二凸缘123之下,电池20以第二凸缘123或第一凸缘24为轴旋转,另一端旋入所述电池仓12。
上述实施例中,将电池仓12上的第二凸缘123或电池20上的第一凸缘24作为卡合部,方便电池20的卡合固定。
此外,在所述电池仓12的底面或电池20的底面邻近第一卡合部128的位置设有弹片18,可选地,也可以设置为弹性垫。弹片18一端抵顶电池20,另外一端抵顶电池仓12,以在解锁电池20后将电池20至少部分顶出电池仓12。比如,电池在弹片18提供的弹力作用下尾部弹出。而在电池20完全置于电池仓时,即第一卡合部128在弹性件16抵持下卡合锁定电池20于电池仓12,弹片18处于压缩状态。与此同时,电池20暴露于空气中的一面与电池仓12侧边顶面互补且圆滑相接。
请参阅图2、图3、图5、图6及图9,在具体实施例中,操作件14a包括按钮142a及滑杆144a。其中,按钮142a设置于本体122的顶面。具体地,在本体122的顶面上设置滑槽127,用于收容按钮142a。可选地,按钮142a也可以设置在本体122的侧面,即在本体122的侧面设置滑槽127收容按钮142a。
进一步地,滑杆144a背向锁舌128的一侧设有柱体1444a,且锁舌自滑杆144a朝向电池20方向延伸设置。
请继续参阅图2及图9,弹性件16是弹簧,其一端套设于柱体1444a,另外一端抵顶于电池仓12内。
具体地,弹性件16收容于操作腔125,弹性件16位于第一卡合部128背对电池20一侧,一端抵顶于滑杆144a,进而间接抵顶第一卡合部128,另外一端直接抵顶于操作腔125的腔壁。
在未作动按钮142a时,弹性件16在自由状态下通过滑杆144a弹性驱动第一卡合部128也即锁舌朝向电池20运动,使锁舌伸出操作腔125与电池20卡合;并且,锁舌在弹性件16的继续抵持下持续卡合锁定电池20于电池仓12。
当然,反过来,弹性件16也可以弹性驱动电池20以与第一卡合部128卡扣配合,进而将电池20固定于电池仓12。
在作动按钮142a时,按钮142a带动第一卡合部128也即锁舌,使锁舌与电池20相对分离,进而从电池仓中12解锁电池20。锁舌脱离电池20后,缩入操作腔125。
本申请实施例中,按钮142a与滑杆144a存在多种可选配合类型,以使得作动按钮142a时,按钮142a能够带动第一卡合部128:
1)第一类型
在作动按钮142a时,按钮142a带动滑杆144a同向移动,即朝远离电池20的方向移动而使锁舌与电池20分离,进而从电池仓12中解锁电池20。
比如如图2所示,按钮142朝向滑杆144a的一面设置有凸柱1422a,可选地,在其它实施例中,按钮142a朝向滑杆144a的一面也可以设置为凹陷。相应地,滑杆144a朝向按钮142a的一面设有与凸柱1422a配合的凹陷1442a。当然,当按钮142a朝向滑杆144a的一面设置为凹陷时,滑杆144a朝向按钮142a的一面相应的设为凸柱与其配合,进而使所述凸柱1422a嵌入所述凹陷1442a,从而使按钮142a连接于滑杆144a。
对应上述实施例,作动按钮142a具体指:沿本体122的顶面或侧面推动或拨动按钮142a。
上述实施例中,提供一种操作件和弹性件,在电池固定于电池仓时,操作件带动滑杆同向移动,使电池从电池仓中解锁,并通过弹片将电池弹出,单手即可实现电池取放,解决了现有技术中电池取放费力的问题。
可选地,在其它实施例中,按钮与滑杆的配合关系还可以为如图10所示。图10是本申请实施例的一种操作件的立体结构示意图。具体地,按钮142b朝向滑杆144b的一面设置有第一凸柱1422b,滑杆144b朝向按钮142b的一面设有第二凸柱1442b,第一凸柱1422b位于电池与第二凸柱1442b之间。因第一凸柱1422b位于电池与第二凸柱1442b之间,因此,作动按钮142b使其远离电池方向时,第一凸柱1422b推动第二凸柱1442b同向移动,进而带动滑杆144b、锁舌128同向移动。
进一步地,第一凸柱1422b朝向第二凸柱1442b的一面设有第一斜面(未标识),第二凸柱1442朝向第一凸柱1422b的一面设有第二斜面(未标识),在按钮142b带动滑杆144b同向移动过程中第一斜面与第二斜面贴合且保持相对固定。因第一凸柱1422b与第二凸柱1442b采用斜面贴合方式,因此在第一凸柱1422b推动第二凸柱1442b同向移动过程中,稳定性更高。
可选地,在其它实施例中,按钮与滑杆的配合关系还可以为如图11所示。请一并参阅图11,图11是本申请实施例的另一种操作件的立体结构示意图,与图10不同之处在于,按钮142c朝向滑杆144c的一面的第一凸柱1422c未设置有第一斜面,相应的,滑杆144c朝向按钮142c的一面的第二凸柱1442c未设置有第二斜面。
上述实施例中,提供一种操作件,在电池固定于电池仓时,单手即可作动操作件,进而带动滑杆同向移动,使电池从电池仓中解锁,并通过弹片将电池弹出,解决了现有技术中电池取放费力的问题。
2)第二类型
在作动按钮142d时,按钮142d带动滑杆144d异向移动,即朝远离电池的方向移动而使锁舌与电池分离,进而从电池仓中解锁电池。
比如,按钮与滑杆的配合关系可以为如图12所示,图12是本申请实施例的又一种操作件的立体结构示意图。具体地,按钮142d朝向滑杆144d的一面设置有第一凸柱1422d,滑杆144d朝向按钮142d的一面设有第二凸柱1442d,第一凸柱1422d朝向第二凸柱1442d的一面设有第一斜面(未标识),第二凸柱1442d朝向第一凸柱1422d的一面设有第二斜面(未标识),第一斜面位于电池与第二斜面之间。
以图12视图方向为参考,向下按下按钮142d时,第一凸柱1422d与电池之间距离保持不变,此时,第一斜面与第二斜面贴合,第一斜面对第二斜面产生水平方向的推力分量,两者相对滑动,进而使得滑杆144d带动锁舌128朝远离电池的方向移动。
可选地,在其它实施例中,按钮与滑杆的配合关系还可以为如图13所示。请一并参阅图13,与图12不同之处在于,第一斜面并不位于电池与第二斜面之间,而是两者与电池之间距离相当;另外,按钮142e的作动方式并非是向下按压,而是在保持与电池20之间的距离不变的前提下水平滑动。在这种配合关系下,滑动按钮142e时第一斜面对第二斜面产生水平方向的推力分量,两者相对滑动,进而使得滑杆144e带动锁舌128朝远离电池的方向移动。
上述实施例,提供一种操作件,在电池固定于电池仓时,操作件带动滑杆异向移动,单手操作即可使电池从电池仓中解锁,并通过弹片将电池弹出,解决了现有技术中电池取放费力的问题。
当然,按钮与滑杆的配合关系不限于上述两种类型,比如按钮为旋钮,请参阅图14,图14是本申请实施例的再一种操作件的立体结构示意图。如图,所述旋钮142f外周设有第一齿牙1422f,滑杆144f朝向按钮142f的一面设有第二齿牙1442f,第一齿牙1422f和1442f咬合。旋动按钮142f时,按钮142f保持与电池之间的距离不变,通过齿牙带动滑杆144f,进而使得滑杆144f带动锁舌128朝远离电池的方向移动。
参阅图15,图15为本申请实施例的一种无人机的立体结构示意图。该无人机30包括机身32、容置于机身中32的电池,还包括电池的固持组件,且所述固持组件为机身32的一部分或安装于机身32,其中电池的固持组件的结构参见上文所述,此处不再重复赘述。
请一并参阅图2、图3、图6及图7,电池仓12进一步设置有第二卡合部123,电池20上设置有电气接口22、第三卡合部26、第四卡合部24。其中,第三卡合部26与第一卡合部128对应设置,第四卡合部24与第二卡合部123对应设置。
其中,第四卡合部24是电池20一端端面的第一凸缘,第二卡合部123是设置于电池仓12对应第一凸缘24的一侧的第二凸缘,第一凸缘离24底面的距离小于第二凸缘123离底面的距离。
进一步地,第三卡合部26是电池20一端端面的凹坑,第一卡合部128进入凹坑26进而将电池20固定于电池仓12,第一卡合部128离开凹坑26进而从电池仓中12解锁电池20。
在具体实施例中,在电池20置于电池仓12时,第四卡合部24与第二卡合部123卡扣配合,弹性件16弹性驱动第一卡合部128与第三卡合部26卡扣配合,进而将电池20固定于电池仓12。
进一步地,在作动操作件14a时,具体为沿本体122的顶面或侧面推动或拨动按钮142a,使所述按钮142a带动第一卡合部128与电池20相对分离,进而从电池仓12中解锁电池20。
上述实施例中,提供一种电池的固持组件,通过将卡合部和弹性件布局到电池仓的两端,能够改善电池在取放过程中费力且需双手同时操作的问题。
参阅图16,图16为本申请实施例的一种充电器的结构示意图。如图所示,该充电器40包括电池的固持组件及充电插头42。其中,所述电池的固持组件的结构参见上文所述,此处不再重复赘述。
本申请提供一种电池的固持组件、无人机及充电器,能够改善电池在取放过程中费力且需双手同时操作的问题。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种电池的固持组件,其特征在于,包括:
    电池仓,用于收容电池,所述电池仓的一端设有电气接口,所述电池仓的另一端设有第一卡合部;
    操作件和弹性件,其设置于所述电池仓上并与所述第一卡合部配合;
    其中,在所述电池置于所述电池仓时,所述电气接口与所述电池的电气接口连接,所述弹性件弹性驱动所述第一卡合部和/或所述电池,使所述电池与所述第一卡合部卡扣配合,进而将所述电池固定于所述电池仓;
    在作动所述操作件时,所述操作件带动所述第一卡合部,使所述第一卡合部与所述电池相对分离,进而从所述电池仓中解锁所述电池。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述操作件包括按钮,所述第一卡合部是锁舌;
    在未作动所述按钮时,所述锁舌在所述弹性件抵持下卡合锁定所述电池于所述电池仓,在作动所述按钮时,所述按钮带动所述锁舌朝远离所述电池的方向移动而使所述锁舌与所述电池分离,进而从所述电池仓中解锁所述电池。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述操作件包括连接所述锁舌的滑杆;
    作动所述按钮时,所述按钮带动所述滑杆同向移动,从而使所述滑杆带动所述锁舌朝远离所述电池的方向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的固持组件,其特征在于,所述按钮朝向所述滑杆的一面设置有凸柱/凹陷,所述滑杆朝向所述按钮的一面设有与凸柱/凹陷配合的凹陷/凸柱,所述凸柱嵌入所述凹陷,从而使所述按钮连接于所述滑杆。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的固持组件,其特征在于,所述按钮朝向所述滑杆的一面设置有第一凸柱,所述滑杆朝向所述按钮的一面设有第二凸柱,所述第一凸柱位于所述电池与所述第二凸柱之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的固持组件,其特征在于,所述第一凸柱朝向所述第二凸柱的一面设有第一斜面,所述第二凸柱朝向所述第一凸柱的一面设有第二斜面,在所述按钮带动所述滑杆同向移动过程中所述第一斜面与所述第二斜面贴合且保持相对固定。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的固持组件,其特征在于,所述电池仓包括本体及形成于所述本体的容置槽,所述容置槽用于收容所述电池,所述按钮设置于所述本体的顶面或侧面,作动所述按钮指沿所述顶面或侧面推动或拨动所述按钮。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的固持组件,其特征在于,所述滑杆背向所述锁舌的一侧设有柱体,所述弹性件是弹簧,所述弹簧一端套设于所述柱体,另外一端抵顶于所述电池仓内。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述操作件包括连接所述锁舌的滑杆;
    作动所述按钮时,所述按钮带动所述滑杆异向移动,从而使所述滑杆带动所述锁舌朝远离所述电池的方向移动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述按钮朝向所述滑杆的一面设置有第一凸柱,所述滑杆朝向所述按钮的一面设有第二凸柱,所述第一凸柱朝向所述第二凸柱的一面设有第一斜面,所述第二凸柱朝向所述第一凸柱的一面设有第二斜面,所述第一斜面位于所述电池与所述第二斜面之间;
    在所述按钮带动所述滑杆异向移动过程中,所述第一凸柱与所述电池之间距离保持不变,所述第一斜面与所述第二斜面贴合且相对滑动,进而使得所述滑杆带动所述锁舌朝远离所述电池的方向移动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述电池仓包括本体及形成于所述本体的容置槽,所述容置槽用于收容所述电池,所述按钮设置于所述本体的顶面或侧面;
    作动所述按钮指沿所述顶面或侧面推动或拨动所述按钮;或
    垂直于所述顶面或侧面按压所述按钮。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述按钮为旋钮,所述旋钮外周设有第一齿牙,所述滑杆朝向所述按钮的一面设有第二齿牙,所述第一齿牙和第二齿牙咬合。
  13. 根据权利要求2至12任一项所述的固持组件,其特征在于,所述锁舌自所述滑杆朝向所述电池延伸设置。
  14. 根据权利要求2至12任一项所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述锁舌的自由端为楔形面,所述楔形面背向所述电池仓的底面设置。
  15. 根据权利要求2至12任一项所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述电池仓包括本体及形成于所述本体的容置槽,所述容置槽用于收容所述电池;
    所述本体设有用于收容所述按钮的滑槽。
  16. 根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述电池仓包括两相对侧面,所述电气接口设置于所述其中一侧面,所述第一卡合部设置于另一所述侧面。
  17. 根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述电池仓包括本体及形成于所述本体的容置槽,所述容置槽用于收容所述电池;
    所述本体对应所述第一卡合部的一侧设有操作腔,所述操作腔收纳所述第一卡合部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的固持组件,
    所述弹性件收容于所述操作腔,所述弹性件位于所述第一卡合部背对所述电池一侧,一端直接或间接抵顶于所述第一卡合部,另外一端直接或间接抵顶于所述操作腔的腔壁;
    其中,所述弹性件在自由状态下弹性驱动所述第一卡合部朝向所述电池运动,使所述第一卡合部伸出所述操作腔与所述电池卡合;作动所述操作件时,所述第一卡合部脱离所述电池,并缩入所述操作腔。
  19. 根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述电池仓的所述底面或所述电池的底面邻近所述第一卡合部的位置设有弹片或弹性垫,所述弹片一端抵顶所述电池,另外一端抵顶所述电池仓,以在解锁所述电池后将所述电池至少部分顶出所述电池仓。
  20. 根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的固持组件,其特征在于,
    所述电池完全置于所述电池仓时,所述电池暴露于空气中的一面与所述电池仓侧边顶面互补且圆滑相接。
  21. 一种无人机,包括机身、容置于所述机身中的电池,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~12所述的电池的固持组件,所述电池的固持组件为所述机身的一部分或安装于所述机身。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的无人机,其特征在于,
    所述电池仓进一步设置有第二卡合部;
    所述电池设置有电气接口、第三卡合部、第四卡合部;
    其中,所述第三卡合部与所述第一卡合部对应设置,所述第四卡合部与所述第二卡合部对应设置;
    在所述电池置于所述电池仓时,所述第四卡合部与所述第二卡合部卡扣配合,所述弹性件弹性驱动所述第一卡合部与所述第三卡合部卡扣配合,进而将所述电池固定于所述电池仓;
    在作动所述操作件时,所述操作件带动所述第一卡合部,使所述第一卡合部与所述第三卡合部相对分离,进而从所述电池仓中解锁所述电池。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的无人机,其特征在于,
    所述第三卡合部是所述电池一端端面的凹坑,所述第一卡合部进入所述凹坑进而将所述电池固定于所述电池仓,所述第一卡合部离开所述凹坑进而从所述电池仓中解锁所述电池。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的无人机,其特征在于,
