有鉴于此,有必要提供一种避免上述问题的锁合装置、无人机及电子设备。
一种锁合装置,其包括固定件、按压件、锁合件以及传动件,所述按压件与所述固定件滑动相接,所述锁合件能够将一物体相对于所述固定件锁合,所述按压件相对于所述固定件滑动时能够带动所述锁合件运动以解除对所述物体的锁定,所述传动件设置于所述固定件上并与所述按压件的两端相连,在所述按压件的任一部分相对于所述固定件滑动时,所述传动件将所述运动传递至所述按压件其余部分进而带动所述按压件整体作同步运动。
进一步地,所述传动件包括基体及由所述基体的两端均向垂直所述基体的方向延伸弯折形成的延伸部,所述基体与所述固定件转动连接,每一延伸部对应与所述按压件的一端连接。
进一步地,所述固定件的一侧形成至少一凸片,所述基体穿设于所述至少一凸片进而与所述固定件转动连接。
进一步地,所述按压件的两个端部均形成安装部,每一延伸部伸入一安装部并与所述安装部连接。
进一步地,所述固定件上贯通其两相背侧面形成滑槽,所述按压件能够滑动地穿设于所述滑槽内。
进一步地,所述固定件包括第一连接部及与所述第一连接部连接的第二连接部,所述按压件与所述第一连接部滑动连接,所述传动件与所述第一连接部转动连接,所述滑槽形成于所述第一连接部。
进一步地,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部的连接处还形成一定位部,所述锁合件上形成有与所述定位部抵持配合的定位面。
进一步地,所述定位部具有弧形面,所述定位面为匹配所述定位部的弧形面。
进一步地,所述按压件包括按压体及与所述按压体连接的安装体,所述滑槽的长度方向的长度大于所述按压体沿所述滑槽的长度方向的长度且小于所述安装体沿所述滑槽的长度方向的长度,所述按压体与所述滑槽滑动连接,所述安装体能够与所述第一连接部抵接。
进一步地,所述安装体容纳于所述第一连接部内。
进一步地,所述锁合件包括枢接部及由所述枢接部两端延伸形成的锁合部及抵持部,所述枢接部与所述固定件转动连接,所述锁合部用以与所述物体相抵,所述抵持部邻近所述按压件设置,按压所述按压件时,所述按压件能够推抵所述抵持部以带动所述锁合件转动。
进一步地,所述锁合件呈L状,所述锁合部垂直于所述枢接部及所述抵持部。
进一步地,所述传动件绕平行于第一方向的轴线转动,所述锁合件绕平行于第二方向的轴线转动。
进一步地,所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直。
进一步地,所述锁合装置还包括复位件,所述复位件与所述按压件连接,以帮助所述按压件回复初始位置。
一种无人机,其包括机体,所述机体内设有电池仓,所述电池仓包括仓体及装设于所述仓体上的锁合装置,所述仓体用于容纳电池,所述锁合装置包括固定件、按压件、锁合件以及传动件,所述按压件与所述固定件滑动相接,所述锁合件能够将所述电池相对于所述固定件锁合,所述按压件相对于所述固定件滑动时能够带动所述锁合件运动以解除对所述物体的锁定,所述传动件设置于所述固定件上并与所述按压件的两端相连,在所述按压件的任一部分相对于所述固定件滑动时,所述传动件将所述运动传递至所述按压件其余部分进而带动所述按压件整体作同步运动。
进一步地,所述仓体包括至少一个支撑件、弹性件及电气接口件,所述至少一个支撑件连接围成用以容纳所述电池的容纳空间,所述弹性件固定于一支撑件的一端并位于所述容纳空间,用于与所述电池抵持,所述电气接口件用于与所述电池电气相接。
进一步地,所述至少一个支撑件上形成卡块,所述电池上形成卡持槽,所述卡块与所述卡持槽卡持连接。
一种电子设备,其设有电池仓,所述电池仓包括仓体及装设于所述仓体上的锁合装置,所述仓体用于容纳电池,所述锁合装置包括固定件、按压件、锁合件以及传动件,所述按压件与所述固定件滑动相接,所述锁合件能够将所述电池相对于所述固定件锁合,所述按压件相对于所述固定件滑动时能够带动所述锁合件运动以解除对所述物体的锁定,所述传动件设置于所述固定件上并与所述按压件的两端相连,在所述按压件的任一部分相对于所述固定件滑动时,所述传动件将所述运动传递至所述按压件其余部分进而带动所述按压件整体作同步运动。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的锁合装置、电子设备、无人机,解锁时,在所述按压件的任一部分相对于所述固定件滑动时,所述传动件将所述运动传递至所述按压件的其余部分,并带动所述按压件的整体作同步运动,方便了电池的取出。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,当组件被称为“固定于”另一个组件,它可以直接在另一个组件上或者也可以存在居中的组件。当一个组件被认为是“连接”另一个组件,它可以是直接连接到另一个组件或者可能同时存在居中组件。当一个组件被认为是“设置于”另一个组件,它可以是直接设置在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。

请参阅图1所示,本发明较佳实施例提供一种电池仓100,用于安装电池101。请结合参阅图2所示,所述电池仓100包括仓体10及锁合装置30。所述锁合装置30安装于所述仓体10上并能够与所述电池101相抵以将所述电池101锁合于所述仓体10。
所述仓体10包括第一支撑件13、第二支撑件15、弹性件16及电气接口件17。所述第一支撑件13与所述第二支撑件15固定连接,所述弹性件16固定于所述第一支撑件13的一端,用于与所述电池101相抵以在需取出所述电池101时弹出所述电池101。所述电气接口件17与所述第一支撑件13的另一端连接,用于与所述电池101电气相接。可以理解,所述仓体10还可以包括其它支撑件,以与所述第一支撑件13、所述第二支撑件15围成一容纳所述电池101的容纳空间(图未示)。所述弹性件16位于所述容纳空间内。进一步地,所述第二支撑件15邻近所述电气接口件17的一端为弯折片体并部分位于所述电气接口件17的上方,所述第二支撑件15邻近所述电气接口件17的一端形成卡块153,所述电池101对应所述卡块153形成卡持槽1011。所述卡块153与所述卡持槽1011卡持相接。
请一并参阅图3所示,所述锁合装置30固定于所述第二支撑件15上。所述锁合装置30包括固定件31、按压件33、传动件35、锁合件37及复位件39。
所述固定件31固定于所述第二支撑件15上。所述固定件31与所述电池101之间形成活动空间103(如图1所示)。所述固定件31包括第一连接部311及与所述第一连接部311连接的第二连接部312。所述第一连接部311固定于所述第二支撑件15上。所述第一连接部311形成有贯通其两相背侧面的滑槽313。所述第一连接部311的一侧形成至少一个凸片314。所述第二连接部312上形成转动孔316(如图2所示)。所述第一连接部311与所述第二连接部312的连接处还形成一定位部318。
所述按压件33大致呈长条状,其能够活动地穿设于所述滑槽313。所述按压件33包括按压体331及与所述按压体331连接的安装体333。所述按压体331能够活动地穿设于所述滑槽313。所述安装体333能够与所述第一连接部311相抵。所述按压体331沿平行所述电池101长度方向上的长度小于所述安装体333沿大致平行所述电池101长度方向上的长度。所述滑槽313沿大致平行所述电池101长度方向上的长度大于所述按压体331沿大致平行所述电池101长度方向上的长度但小于所述安装体333沿大致平行所述电池101长度方向上的长度,以使所述按压体331能够穿过所述滑槽313但防止所述安装体333从所述滑槽313脱离。换句话说,所述滑槽313的长度方向的长度大于所述按压体331沿所述滑槽313的长度方向的长度且小于所述安装体333沿所述滑槽313的长度方向的长度,所述按压体331与所述滑槽313滑动连接,所述安装体333能够与所述第一连接部311抵接。
所述安装体333远离所述按压体331的一侧间隔形成两个安装部335。两个所述安装部335分别位于所述安装体33的两端,每一安装部335上设有卡接孔336。本实施方式中,所述安装部335为凸台状;所述安装体333容纳于所述第一连接部311内,以减小所述锁合装置30的安装空间。所述安装部335与所述凸片314沿所述按压件33的宽度方向间隔设置。可以理解,所述按压件33的形状不限于长条状,其也可以为圆形等形状;所述安装部335可以为凹设于所述安装体333上的孔等其它结构。
所述传动件35能够转动地穿设于至少一个所述凸片314并与所述安装部335连接。所述传动件35大致呈U形杆状。所述传动件35包括基体351及由所述基体351的两端均向垂直所述基体351的方向向下延伸弯折形成的延伸部353。所述基体351能够转动地穿设于至少一个所述凸片314,进而使所述传动件35与所述固定件31能够转动地连接。每一延伸部353伸入对应的安装部335的卡接孔336并与所述卡接孔336的侧壁相抵,进而与所述安装部335卡持连接。所述传动件35与所述安装部335卡持连接方便组装及拆卸。本实施方式中,所述传动件35能够绕大致平行于X轴的轴线转动。可以理解,所述延伸部353可以与所述安装部335以其它方式连接,如枢接、紧固连接等。
所述锁合件37与所述固定件31转动连接并与所述安装体333相抵。按压所述按压体331时,所述锁合件37能够被所述安装体333带动转动。所述锁合件37大致呈L形杆状。所述锁合件37包括枢接部371、锁合部373及抵持部375。所述枢接部371的两端延伸分别形成所述锁合部373与所述抵持部375。所述枢接部371连接于所述转动孔316处并与所述固定件31枢接,进而使所述锁合件37与所述固定件31转动连接。所述锁合部373大致垂直于所述枢接部371及所述抵持部375。本实施方式中,所述枢接部371通过一枢轴38枢接于所述固定件31的所述转动孔316处,所述锁合件37能够绕所述枢接部371的轴线转动。本实施方式中,所述枢接部373的轴线与所述Y轴平行。所述抵持部375向所述安装体333延伸并与所述安装体333相抵,当按压所述按压件33时,所述安装体333推动所述抵持部375,使所述锁合件37绕所述枢接部371的轴线转动。所述抵持部375对应所述定位部318上形成定位面377。所述锁合部373与所述电池101相抵。
本实施方式中,所述定位部318具有弧形面,所述定位面377为匹配所述定位部318的弧形面。可以理解,不限定所述定位部318具有弧形面,所述定位面377不限定为弧形面,所述定位部318、所述定位面377可以为其他形状,如所述定位部318及所述定位面377斜面;所述定位部318的形状与所述定位面377的形状可以不相互匹配,其仅需满足定位的功能即可。
所述复位件39连接于所述安装体333并位于所述活动空间103内。所述复位件39位于所述电池101及所述第一连接部311之间,以帮助所述按压件33回复初始位置。
请结合参阅图4所示,本实施方式中,所述电池101上设有与所述锁合件37的锁合部373相配合的卡槽105,所述电池101能够与所述电气接口件17电气相接。所述锁合部373能够伸入所述卡槽105以将所述电池101与所述锁合装置30相对固定。可以理解,所述电池101上可省略卡槽105,所述锁合件37仅需与所述电池101相对抵持锁合即可。
组装时,将所述第一支撑件13与所述第二支撑件15连接,所述弹性件16安装于所述第一支撑件13的一端,所述电气接口件17与所述第一支撑件13的另一端连接,进而完成所述仓体10的组装;将所述固定件31固定于所述第二支撑件15,将所述传动件35的基体351穿设于所述第一连接部311的至少一个所述凸片314,将所述按压件33的按压体331穿设于所述滑槽313,所述安装体333容纳于所述第一连接部311内;将所述传动件35的每一延伸部353插设于一安装部335,将所述锁合件37与所述转动孔316枢接。
请一并参阅图5所示,所述电池仓100应用于一电子设备200。所述电池仓100设于所述电子设备200内。所述第一支撑件13、所述第二支撑件15可以为述电子设备200的部分壳体,并与电子设备200的其它的结构(相当于支撑件)围成一容纳所述电池101的容纳空间。将所述电池101从电池仓100的入口(图未示)推入并与所述弹性件16相抵,所述锁合件37的锁合部373卡入卡槽105,所述电气接口件17与所述电池101电气相接,所述卡块153与所述卡持槽1011卡持相接。所述复位件39位于所述电池101与所述安装体333之间。可以理解,所述电子设备200可以为能够应用电池的设备,如充电式的吸尘器、手电筒、电脑等。可以理解,所述电子设备200还包括电路结构等必要或非必要结构,在此不做赘述。
当需取出所述电池101时,按压所述按压体331,所述按压体331于所述滑槽313内运动。所述传动件35由于与所述固定件31连接,所述传动件35被所述安装部335推动绕平行于所述X轴方向的轴线转动。由于所述传动件35绕平行于所述X轴方向的轴线转动,使得不管在按压体331的哪个位置进行按压,所述传动件35的转动能够带动整个所述按压件33运动,例如仅按压在所述按压体331的一端,所述传动件35同步转动,其能够带动所述按压体331的另一端同步滑动。所述按压件33的运动推动抵持部375,使得所述锁合件37绕所述枢接部371的轴线转动,所述锁合件37的锁合部375松开所述电池101。施力使所述卡块153脱离所述卡持槽1011。
请参阅图6所示,所述电池仓100还能够应用于一无人机300中。所述无人机300可以为无人飞行器、无人船。所述无人机300包括机体301及设于所述机体301的电池仓100。所述第一支撑件13、所述第二支撑件15可以用作所述电子设备200的部分壳体,并与所述无人机300的其它的结构(相当于支撑件)围成一容纳所述电池101的容纳空间。可以理解,所述无人机300还包括云台、摄像模组、电路结构等必要或非必要结构,在此不做赘述。
本发明提供的锁合装置30、电池仓100、电子设备200、无人机300,由于锁合装置30中设有固定件31、按压件33、锁合件37、传动件35,所述按压件33与所述固定件31滑动相接,所述锁合件37能够将一电池101相对于所述固定件31锁合,所述按压件33相对于所述固定件31滑动时能够带动所述锁合件37运动以解除对所述电池的锁定,所述传动件35设置于所述固定件31上并与所述按压件33的两端相连,在所述按压件33的任一部分相对于所述固定件31滑动时,所述传动件35将所述运动传递至所述按压件33的其余部分,并带动所述按压件33的整体作同步运动,进而不会因为按压件33受力不均的问题,造成解锁困难的问题,方便了所述电池101的取出。
可以理解,所述锁合装置30不限于应用于具电池的装置或设备,其也可以应用于锁合一部件的装置或设备。所述锁合装置30包括固定件31、按压件33、锁合件37以及传动件35,所述按压件与所述固定件31滑动相接,所述锁合件37能够将一物体相对于所述固定件31锁合,所述按压件33相对于所述固定件31滑动时能够带动所述锁合件37运动以解除对所述物体的锁定,所述传动件35设置于所述固定件31上并与所述按压件33的两端相连,在所述按压件33的任一端相对于所述固定件31滑动时,所述传动件35将所述运动传递至所述按压件33的另一端,并带动所述另一端作同步运动。
可以理解,在所述锁合件37的锁合部373与所述电池101相抵时,所述抵持部375可以仅邻近所述按压件33设置,解锁时,所述按压件33推抵所述抵持部375运动即可。
可以理解,所述锁合件37可以为两个,两个所述锁合件37可以分别设置于所述固定件31的相背的两端,由此,可以自两个不同的位置/侧面锁合所述电池101,可以更为稳定的将所述电池101锁合于所述仓体10上。
可以理解,所述锁合装置30可以省略复位件39,能够通过手动或借助其他工具拨动所述按压件33回复初始位置。
可以理解,所述传动件35绕大致平行于第一方向的轴线转动,所述锁合件37绕大致平行于第二方向的轴线转动,所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直。
可以理解,所述按压件33与所述固定件31能够相对滑动即可,即所述固定件31的滑槽313可省略。
可以理解,所述按压件33的按压体331的长度可以不小于所述安装体333的长度,可将所述安装体333的外表面设置凸缘等结构,所述按压件33不脱离所述固定件31即可。
可以理解,所述安装体333可以不容纳于所述第一连接部311内,而直接叠设于所述第一连接部311。
可以理解的是,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化等用在本发明的设计,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

  1. 一种锁合装置,其特征在于:所述锁合装置包括固定件、按压件、锁合件以及传动件,所述按压件与所述固定件滑动相接,所述锁合件能够将一物体相对于所述固定件锁合,所述按压件相对于所述固定件滑动时能够带动所述锁合件运动以解除对所述物体的锁定,所述传动件设置于所述固定件上并与所述按压件的两端相连,在所述按压件的任一部分相对于所述固定件滑动时,所述传动件将所述运动传递至所述按压件其余部分并带动所述按压件整体作同步运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的锁合装置,其特征在于:所述传动件包括基体及由所述基体的两端均向垂直所述基体的方向延伸弯折形成的延伸部,所述基体与所述固定件转动连接,每一延伸部对应与所述按压件的一端连接。

  7. 如权利要求6所述的锁合装置,其特征在于:所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部的连接处还形成一定位部,所述锁合件上形成有与所述定位部抵持配合的定位面。

  9. 如权利要求6所述的锁合装置,其特征在于:所述按压件包括按压体及与所述按压体连接的安装体,所述滑槽的长度方向的长度大于所述按压体沿所述滑槽的长度方向的长度且小于所述安装体沿所述滑槽的长度方向的长度,所述按压体与所述滑槽滑动连接,所述安装体能够与所述第一连接部抵接。

  16. 一种无人机,其包括机体,所述机体内设有电池仓,所述电池仓包括仓体及装设于所述仓体上的锁合装置,所述仓体用于容纳电池,其特征在于:所述锁合装置包括固定件、按压件、锁合件以及传动件,所述按压件与所述固定件滑动相接,所述锁合件能够将所述电池相对于所述固定件锁合,所述按压件相对于所述固定件滑动时能够带动所述锁合件运动以解除对所述物体的锁定,所述传动件设置于所述固定件上并与所述按压件的两端相连,在所述按压件的任一部分相对于所述固定件滑动时,所述传动件将所述运动传递至所述按压件其余部分并带动所述按压件整体作同步运动。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于:所述仓体包括至少一个支撑件、弹性件及电气接口件,所述至少一个支撑件连接围成用以容纳所述电池的容纳空间,所述弹性件固定于一支撑件的一端并位于所述容纳空间,用于与所述电池抵持,所述电气接口件用于与所述电池电气相接。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的无人机,其特征在于:所述至少一个支撑件上形成卡块,所述电池上形成卡持槽,所述卡块与所述卡持槽卡持连接。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于:所述传动件包括基体及由所述基体的两端均向垂直所述基体的方向延伸弯折形成的延伸部,所述基体与所述固定件转动连接,每一延伸部对应与所述按压件的一端连接。

  29. 如权利要求28所述的无人机,其特征在于:所述锁合件呈L状,所述锁合部垂直于所述枢接部及所述抵持部。
  30. 如权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于:所述传动件绕平行于第一方向的轴线转动,所述锁合件绕平行于第二方向的轴线转动。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的无人机,其特征在于:所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直。
  32. 如权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于:所述锁合装置还包括复位件,所述复位件与所述按压件连接并位于所述电池与所述按压件之间,以帮助所述按压件回复初始位置。
  33. 如权利要求16所述的无人机,其特征在于:所述无人机为无人船、无人飞行器的一种。
  34. 一种电子设备,其设有电池仓,所述电池仓包括仓体及装设于所述仓体上的锁合装置,所述仓体用于容纳电池,其特征在于:所述锁合装置包括固定件、按压件、锁合件以及传动件,所述按压件与所述固定件滑动相接,所述锁合件能够将所述电池相对于所述固定件锁合,所述按压件相对于所述固定件滑动时能够带动所述锁合件运动以解除对所述物体的锁定,所述传动件设置于所述固定件上并与所述按压件的两端相连,在所述按压件的任一部分相对于所述固定件滑动时,所述传动件将所述运动传递至所述按压件其余部分并带动所述按压件整体作同步运动。
  35. 如权利要求34所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述仓体包括至少一个支撑件、弹性件及电气接口件,所述至少一个支撑件连接围成用以容纳所述电池的容纳空间,所述弹性件固定于一支撑件的一端并位于所述容纳空间,用于与所述电池抵持,所述电气接口件用于与所述电池电气相接。
  36. 如权利要求35所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述至少一个支撑件上形成卡块,所述电池上形成卡持槽,所述卡块与所述卡持槽卡持连接。
  37. 如权利要求34所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述传动件包括基体及由所述基体的两端均向垂直所述基体的方向延伸弯折形成的延伸部,所述基体与所述固定件转动连接,每一延伸部对应与所述按压件的一端连接。
  38. 如权利要求37所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述固定件的一侧形成至少一凸片,所述基体穿设于所述至少一凸片进而与所述固定件转动连接。
  39. 如权利要求37所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述按压件的两个端部均形成安装部,每一延伸部伸入一安装部并与所述安装部连接。
  40. 如权利要求34所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述固定件上贯通其两相背侧面形成滑槽,所述按压件能够滑动地穿设于所述滑槽内。
  41. 如权利要求40所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述固定件包括第一连接部及与所述第一连接部连接的第二连接部,所述按压件与所述第一连接部滑动连接,所述传动件与所述第一连接部转动连接,所述滑槽形成于所述第一连接部。
  42. 如权利要求41所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部的连接处还形成一定位部,所述锁合件上形成有与所述定位部抵持配合的定位面。
  43. 如权利要求42所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述定位部具有弧形面,所述定位面为匹配所述定位部的弧形面。
  44. 如权利要求41所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述按压件包括按压体及与所述按压体连接的安装体,所述滑槽的长度方向的长度大于所述按压体沿所述滑槽的长度方向的长度且小于所述安装体沿所述滑槽的长度方向的长度,所述按压体与所述滑槽滑动连接,所述安装体能够与所述第一连接部抵接。
  45. 如权利要求44所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述安装体容纳于所述第一连接部内。
  46. 如权利要求34所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述锁合件包括枢接部及由所述枢接部两端延伸形成的锁合部及抵持部,所述枢接部与所述固定件转动连接,所述锁合部用以与所述电池相抵,所述抵持部邻近所述按压件设置,按压所述按压件时,所述按压件能够推抵所述抵持部以带动所述锁合件转动。
  47. 如权利要求46所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述锁合件呈L状,所述锁合部垂直于所述枢接部及所述抵持部。
  48. 如权利要求34所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述传动件绕平行于第一方向的轴线转动,所述锁合件绕平行于第二方向的轴线转动。
  49. 如权利要求48所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述第一方向与所述第二方向垂直。
  50. 如权利要求34所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述锁合装置还包括复位件,所述复位件与所述按压件连接并位于所述电池与所述按压件之间,以帮助所述按压件回复初始位置。
