一种粘合剂及其制备方法,粘合剂由以下质量分数配方成分组成:非稀解淀粉30-40份、硫酸锆溶液3-5份、柠檬烯6-8份、香芹酮5-7份、脱硫石膏10-12份、乳胶粉25-35份、钢渣微粉15-25份、桉树脑10-20份、桉叶油素10-12份、古马隆树脂15-25份。粘合剂的制备工艺简单,而且原料无毒无污染,达到绿色环保的要求。

一种粘合剂及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种交联用品领域,具体而言涉及一种粘合剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有用于制备木模板用的粘合剂原料大都含有甲醛、尿醛树脂等有毒物质,而且原料价格昂贵,且制备复杂。使产品无法达到绿色环保要求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种粘合剂及其制备方法,本发明工艺简单,造价低廉,不含甲醛、尿醛树脂的绿色环保粘合剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种粘合剂,由以下质量分数配方成分组成:非稀解淀粉30-40份、硫酸锆溶液3-5份、柠檬烯6-8份、香芹酮5-7份、脱硫石膏10-12份、乳胶粉25-35份、钢渣微粉15-25份、桉树脑10-20份、桉叶油素10-12份、古马隆树脂15-25份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:非稀解淀粉30份、硫酸锆溶液3份、柠檬烯6份、香芹酮5份、脱硫石膏10份、乳胶粉25份、钢渣微粉15份、桉树脑10份、桉叶油素10份、古马隆树脂15份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:非稀解淀粉35份、硫酸锆溶液4份、柠檬烯7份、香芹酮6份、脱硫石膏11份、乳胶粉30份、钢渣微粉 20份、桉树脑15份、桉叶油素11份、古马隆树脂20份。
进一步:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:非稀解淀粉40份、硫酸锆溶液5份、柠檬烯8份、香芹酮7份、脱硫石膏12份、乳胶粉35份、钢渣微粉25份、桉树脑20份、桉叶油素12份、古马隆树脂25份。
进一步:一种粘合剂的制备方法具有以下几个步骤:
步骤一:将非稀解淀粉、硫酸锆溶液、脱硫石膏、乳胶粉、钢渣微粉、桉树脑、古马隆树脂在20-35摄氏度下以70-80转/min的搅拌速度搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将混合物一与硫酸锆溶液、柠檬烯、香芹酮和桉叶油素,在
20-35摄氏度下以70-80转/min的搅拌速度搅拌,使其充分混合既得一种粘合剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明明提供的粘合剂及其制备粘合剂的方法,制备工艺简单;
2、原料无毒无污染,使本发明达到绿色环保的要求。

实施例一:
一种粘合剂由以下质量分数配方成分组成:非稀解淀粉30-40份、硫酸锆溶液3-5份、柠檬烯6-8份、香芹酮5-7份、脱硫石膏10-12份、乳胶粉25-35份、钢渣微粉15-25份、桉树脑10-20份、桉叶油素10-12份、古马隆树脂15-25份。
实施例二:
一种粘合剂由以下质量分数配方成分组成:非稀解淀粉30份、硫酸锆溶液3份、柠檬烯6份、香芹酮5份、脱硫石膏10份、乳胶粉25份、钢渣微粉15份、桉树脑10份、桉叶油素10份、古马隆树脂15份。
实施例三:
一种粘合剂由以下质量分数配方成分组成:非稀解淀粉35份、硫酸锆溶液4份、柠檬烯7份、香芹酮6份、脱硫石膏11份、乳胶粉30份、钢渣微粉20份、桉树脑15份、桉叶油素11份、古马隆树脂20份。
实施例四:
一种粘合剂由以下质量分数配方成分组成:非稀解淀粉40份、硫酸锆溶液5份、柠檬烯8份、香芹酮7份、脱硫石膏12份、乳胶粉35份、钢渣微粉25份、桉树脑20份、桉叶油素12份、古马隆树脂25份。
实施例五:
一种粘合剂的制备方法具有以下几个步骤:
步骤一:将非稀解淀粉、硫酸锆溶液、脱硫石膏、乳胶粉、钢渣微粉、桉树脑、古马隆树脂在20-35摄氏度下以70-80转/min的搅拌速度搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将混合物一与硫酸锆溶液、柠檬烯、香芹酮和桉叶油素,在
20-35摄氏度下以70-80转/min的搅拌速度搅拌,使其充分混合既得一种粘合剂。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

    非稀解淀粉30-40份、硫酸锆溶液3-5份、柠檬烯6-8份、香芹酮5-7份、脱硫石膏10-12份、乳胶粉25-35份、钢渣微粉15-25份、桉树脑10-20份、桉叶油素10-12份、古马隆树脂15-25份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种粘合剂,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
    非稀解淀粉30份、硫酸锆溶液3份、柠檬烯6份、香芹酮5份、脱硫石膏10份、乳胶粉25份、钢渣微粉15份、桉树脑10份、桉叶油素10份、古马隆树脂15份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种粘合剂,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
    非稀解淀粉35份、硫酸锆溶液4份、柠檬烯7份、香芹酮6份、脱硫石膏11份、乳胶粉30份、钢渣微粉20份、桉树脑15份、桉叶油素11份、古马隆树脂20份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种粘合剂,其特征在于:由以下质量分数配方成分组成:
    非稀解淀粉40份、硫酸锆溶液5份、柠檬烯8份、香芹酮7份、脱硫石膏12份、乳胶粉35份、钢渣微粉25份、桉树脑20份、桉叶油素12份、古 马隆树脂25份。
  5. 一种根据权利要求1所述的一种粘合剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具有以下几个步骤:
    步骤一:将非稀解淀粉、硫酸锆溶液、脱硫石膏、乳胶粉、钢渣微粉、桉树脑、古马隆树脂在20-35摄氏度下以70-80转/min的搅拌速度搅拌均匀;
    步骤二:将混合物一与硫酸锆溶液、柠檬烯、香芹酮和桉叶油素,在
    20-35摄氏度下以70-80转/min的搅拌速度搅拌,使其充分混合既得一种粘合剂。
