Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de surveillance d'état de fonctionnement qui permet de surveiller et d'enregistrer facilement et économiquement l'état de fonctionnement d'une machine-outil à commande numérique. Une unité d'acquisition d'informations de caractère obtient sélectivement, de l'extérieur, un type parmi de multiples types prédéterminés d'informations de caractère. Une unité d'acquisition de signal de commande acquiert un signal de commande devant être sorti ou entré par un ordinateur. Une unité de commande reçoit les informations de caractère et le signal de commande et détermine l'état de fonctionnement d'une machine-outil à commande numérique au moyen d'une table de détermination lue dans une unité de stockage de table de détermination et provoque l'affichage d'un résultat de détermination dans une unité d'affichage. L'unité de commande ajoute également des informations temporelles aux informations de caractère reçues et au signal de commande et les stocke séquentiellement dans une base de données.
