下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。本发明的手机APP贷款系统(本系统),设置在由手机、服务器、第三方服务服务器、银行服务器利用移动通信网络和英特网联接构成的网络设备上。安装了飞贷手机系统APP的手机与服务器联网,服务器与第三方服务服务器、银行服务器联网。第三方服务服务器、银行服务器分别联接有一台以上的计算机终端(计算机)。本实施例中,所称飞贷手机系统APP是指装载在手机上的应用工具。
如图1所示,本发明的手机APP贷款系统采用的设备有:手机1、服务器、第三 方服务服务器7和银行服务器8。服务器由内容分发网络服务器2、负载均衡服务器3、主服务器(飞贷金融科技服务器)4、短信服务服务器5和刷脸服务服务器6组成。手机1设有N部,N为注册成为本系统用户的数量,手机1经内容分发网络服务器2、负载均衡服务器3连接主服务器4。主服务器4连接短信服务服务器5、刷脸服务服务器6、第三方服务服务器7和银行服务器8。第三方服务服务器7设有M个,M的数量为与本系统连接的为本系统提供信用、犯罪记录、征信查询信息的服务器的数量。银行服务器8设置有L个,L的数量为与本系统连接的提供贷款的银行服务器的数量。
本实施例中,手机1采用安装有IOS系统(是由苹果公司开发的移动操作系统)或Android系统(是一种基于Linux的自由及开放源代码的操作系统)的智能手机,且手机1必须配置可用于拍照的200万以上像素的前置摄像头;内容分发网络服务器2采用四核CPU,8192MB的内存,40G的硬盘空间,负载均衡服务器3采用四核CPU,8192MB的内存,40G的硬盘空间,主服务器4采用四核CPU,8192MB的内存,40G的硬盘空间,短信服务服务器5采用四核CPU,8192MB的内存,40G的硬盘空间,刷脸服务服务器6采用四核CPU,8192MB的内存,40G的硬盘空间,第三方服务服务器7采用四核CPU,8192MB的内存,40G的硬盘空间,银行服务器8采用四核CPU,8192MB的内存,40G的硬盘空间。手机1与内容分发网络服务器2和短信服务服务器5采用移动通信网络联接。内容分发网络服务器2与负载均衡服务器3、主服务器4与负载均衡服务器3、短信服务服务器5、刷脸服务服务器6采用因特网联接。主服务器4与第三方服务服务器7和银行服务器8采用因特网联接。
如图2所示,本发明的手机APP贷款系统,设有飞贷手机系统APP11、内容分发模块21、负载均衡模块31、短信服务模块51、刷脸模块61、第三方服务模块71、银行终端模块81、手机业务模块41、统一接口模块42、神算模块43、核算模块44、清算服务模块45、银行接口模块46、贷后模块47。第三方服务模块71设有网盾模块、汇法模块、定位模块、信用评分FICO模块、K780数据模块。
客户通过飞贷手机系统APP11填写贷款的申请信息,加密,将加密后的申请信息发送到内容分发模块21。
申请信息为:用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、身份证信息、银行卡信息、脸部信息、签名信息、用户同意授权条款信息、贷款额度。身份证信息为手机拍摄的身份证正反面照片,脸部信息为手机拍摄的人脸正面照片。用户同意授权条款信息为用户同意授权第三方服务的条款信息。
客户为注册成为本系统的用户,在主服务器4的数据库中存储有客户的手机号码和密码。客户注册成为本系统的用户后,填写正确的手机号码和密码,可登录本系统。
客户在注册的时候,短信服务模块51会发送短信验证码到正在注册的客户手机上,飞贷手机系统APP11上需填写短信验证码,用来确定客户填写的手机号码的真实性,客户在提现的时候,也需要填写短信服务模块51发送的借款验证码,用来确定具体操作的是客户本人,使用短信服务模块51提供的验证码服务能保护客户的账户安全。
飞贷手机系统APP11接收统一接口模块42发送的借款合同和贷款额度,客户进行提现操作,在飞贷手机系统APP11填写借款合同和借款验证码,设置提现密码,并进行提现操作,生成提现金额,提现操作中可操作提现的金额在贷款额度的范围内,然后将借款合同、借款验证码、提现金额和提现密码发送到神算模块43。
飞贷手机系统APP11接收神算模块43发送的验证合格后的借款合同,由客户进行确认操作,然后在将借款合同发送给神算模块43。
内容分发模块21接收到飞贷手机系统APP11发送的加密后的申请信息,得到客户申请信息,通过英特网进行数据传输处理,发送到负载均衡模块31。内容分发模块21用于传输大量的数据。
负载均衡模块31对内容分发模块21发送来的客户的申请信息,基于IP负载均衡判断和内容请求分发方法进行分发,既对手机业务模块41的访问量和并发访问量的负载进行判断,然后分发客户的申请信息到手机业务模块41。
IP负载均衡是通过IPVS(IPVS称之为IP虚拟服务器,是IP Virtual Server的简写 。是运行在LVS下的提供负载平衡功能的一种方式)模块来实现的,IPVS是集群系统的核心系统,它的作用是:安装在Director Server(调度器)上,同时在Director Server上虚拟出一个IP地址,用户通过这个虚拟的IP地址访问服务。这个虚拟IP一般称为LVS(LVS是Linux Virtual Server的简写,意即Linux虚拟服务器,是一个虚拟的服务器集群系统)的VIP(即Virtual IP,虚拟的IP)。访问的请求首先经过VIP到达负载的调度器,然后由负载调度器从Real Server(真实服务器)列表中选取一个合适的服务节点响应用户的请求,合适的服务节点为不繁忙或地理位置最近的服务节点。
手机业务模块41接收到负载均衡模块31发送的客户申请信息后,生成短信验证码,发送到短信服务模块51。
手机业务模块41对负载均衡模块31发送的客户申请信息,进行资料拆解,得到拆解后的客户的申请信息:用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、身份证信息、银行卡信息、脸部信息、签名信息、用户同意授权条款信息。
手机业务模块41将脸部信息发送到刷脸模块61。
手机业务模块41将拆解后的客户的其余申请信息发送到统一接口模块42。
手机业务模块41接收刷脸模块61发送的照片比对的分数,然后确认后保存。用来防止非客户本人进行申请。
手机业务模块41接收银行终端模块81发送的放款结果信息,生成放款短信,发送到短信服务模块51。
短信服务模块51接收手机业务模块41发来的短信验证码,然后生成符合移动通信网络传输的短信通知,以短信的方式发送到客户手机上,同时在飞贷手机系统APP11上限定输入短信验证码的时限为1小时。短信验证码的内容举例为:“您的验证码为:906513,请在一小时内输入。为保障您的账号安全,请勿将短信验证码转发给他人。”
客户在飞贷手机系统APP11上进行提现操作时,点击屏幕上的发送短信按钮, 短信服务模块51发送借款验证码到客户手机上。
短信服务模块51接收手机业务模块41发送的放款短信,生成符合移动通信网络传输的短信通知,以短信的方式发送到客户注册时填写的手机号码上。
刷脸模块61接收手机业务模块41发送的脸部信息,接收第三方服务模块71发送的客户的照片进行比对,根据两张照片中客户的脸部特征相似度进行计算,得到照片比对的分数,然后将该照片比对的分数发送到手机业务模块41。
统一接口模块42接收手机业务模块41发送的拆解后的客户的申请信息,将用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、身份证信息、银行卡信息、脸部信息、签名信息发送到核算模块44。

神算模块43接收统一接口模块42发送的银行卡信息、刷脸信息,接收飞贷手机系统APP11发送的借款合同、提现金额和借款验证码和提现密码,并保存提现密码,接收第三方服务模块71发送的客户的照片和客户的银行信息。然后:1、先 对客户的提现金额进行检查,是否在贷款额度范围。2、将刷脸信息与第三方服务模块71提供的客户的照片进行比对,检查是否是客户本人进行操作;银行卡信息与第三方服务模块71提供的客户的银行信息进行比对,检查银行卡是否属于客户本人的。3、验证输入的提现密码和借款验证码是否准确。全部正确无误后会再次发送验证合格的借款合同到飞贷手机系统APP11上请客户确认。
神算模块43接收飞贷手机系统APP11发回的确认的借款合同,进行放款处理,得到客户的放款通知,发送到清算服务模块45。
神算模块43接收核算模块44发送的逾期客户信息,逾期客户信息包括逾期金额、逾期天数,然后发送到贷后服务模块47。
神算模块43接收统一接口模块42发送的信用评分进行保存核算模块44接收统一接口模块42发送的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、身份证信息、银行卡信息、脸部信息、签名信息,计算得到客户的贷款额度和还款日期,将贷款额度发回到统一接口模块42。
核算模块44根据还款日期计算得到逾期客户信息,发送到神算模块43。如果在还款日当日客户没有进行还款,则客户状况改成逾期。
清算服务模块45接收统一接口模块42发送的借款合同、银行卡信息、贷款额度和神算模块43发来的客户的放款通知,验证提现金额是否在贷款额度范围内,检查是否是客户本人进行操作(刷脸信息),检查银行卡是否属于客户本人,是否正确输入提现密码和短讯验证码,签署放款合同,验证检查合格进行放款通知处理,清算服务模块45生成放款报文,发送到银行接口模块46。
清算服务模块45接收贷后模块47发送来的报盘金额,生成报盘文件,发送到银行接口模块46。报盘金额是指客户应还金额,报盘文件包括银行卡信息和报盘金额,报盘文件用于发送到银行系统进行扣款,扣款扣掉的是客户到期应还的金额。
银行接口模块46接收清算服务模块45发送来的放款报文,作放款报文的处理,得到客户的放款信息,发送到银行终端模块81。客户的放款信息为客户的提现 金额和客户的银行卡信息。
银行接口模块46接收清算服务模块45发送来的报盘文件,进行扣款处理,得到扣款是否成功的回盘文件,然后发送到银行终端模块81。
贷后模块47接收统一接口模块42发送的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、银行卡信息,进行报盘处理,或接收统一接口模块42发送的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、银行卡信息和神算模块43发送的逾期金额、逾期天数后,进行报盘处理,得到报盘金额,发送报盘金额到清算服务模块45。报盘金额指的是客户应还金额。
报盘处理为:人工通过PC计算机计算得到客户的报盘金额,也可以查看客户的申请信息后联系客户,与客户沟通还款事项。
银行终端81银行终端模块81接收银行接口模块46发送的客户的放款信息,将客户的放款信息中的提现金额汇兑到客户的银行卡中,并得到放款结果信息发送到手机业务模块41。放款结果信息内容为放款成功或放款失败。客户申请贷款完成。
银行终端81银行终端模块81接收银行接口模块46发送的回盘文件,验证是否扣款成功,扣款成功完成还款。如扣款未成功银行接口模块46会在一天内会持续发起扣款。如当日扣款未成功会重新计算客户逾期时间。
所述银行终端模块81设有L个。L的数量为与本系统连接的提供贷款的银行服务器的数量。
第三方服务模块71发送客户的照片到刷脸模块61。
第三方服务模块71发送客户的照片和客户的银行信息到神算模块43。
第三方服务模块71接收统一接口模块42发送的用户名称、身份证信息、签名信息、用户同意授权条款信息。
第三方服务模块71设置有协同工作的网盾模块、汇法模块、定位模块、个人信 用评级FICO模块和K780模块。综合得到客户的信用评估分数,发送到统一接口模块42,用来评估客户的信用是否良好。
网盾模块用于了解客户是否是欺诈分子,例如客户是否有异常借款、失信风险、借款策略,借款策略为例如:客户的欺诈数据、被什么金融机构列为黑名单、所在的地理位置。
汇法模块了解客户是否是在法院有金融类的案件在处理。
定位模块用于对手机定位,确定客户活动范围,判断客户是否有失信风险。
个人信用评级FICO模块将网盾模块和汇法模块了解到的结果进行整合,给出信用评分,将该信用评分发送到统一接口模块42,统一接口模块42将信用评分发送给神算模块43进行保存。
K780模块用于采集客户提供的手机号码、身份识别IP地址、身份证号码、短网址,然后进行查询服务,和提供短网址缩短、二维码生成服务。
本发明的系统的工作过程为:

神算模块43接收统一接口模块42发送的客户申请信息中的银行卡信息、刷脸信息,接收飞贷手机系统APP11发送的借款合同、提现金额和借款验证码和提现密码,并保存提现密码,接收第三方服务模块71发送的客户的照片和客户的银行信息。然后:1、先对客户的提现金额进行检查是否在贷款额度范围。2、将刷脸信息与第三方服务模块71提供的客户的照片进行比对,检查是否是客户本人进行操作;银行卡信息与第三方服务模块71提供的客户的银行信息进行比对,检查银行卡是否属于客户本人的。3、验证输入的提现密码和借款验证码是否准确。全部正确无误后会再次发送验证合格的借款合同到飞贷手机系统APP11上请客户确认,发送飞贷手机系统APP11客户确认后的借款合同给神算模块43,神算模块43接收飞贷手机系统APP11发回的确认的借款合同,行放款处理,得到客户的放款通知,将对客户的放款通知发送给清算服务模块45。
清算服务模块45接收统一接口模块42发送的借款合同、银行卡信息、贷款额度和神算模块43发来的对客户的放款通知,验证提现金额是否在贷款额度范围内,检查是否是客户本人进行操作(刷脸信息),检查银行卡是否是客户本人,是否正确输入提现密码及短讯验证码,签署放款合同,验证检查合格就进行放款通知处理,清算服务模块45生成放款报文,发送到银行接口模块46。
银行接口模块46接收到清算服务模块45发送来的放款报文,作放款报文的处理,得到客户的放款信息,客户的放款信息为客户的提现金额和客户的银行卡信息,发送到银行终端模块81。
银行终端81银行终端模块81将客户的放款信息中的提现金额汇兑到客户的银行卡中,并得到放款结果信息发送到手机业务模块41,放款结果信息内容为放款成功或放款失败,由手机业务模块41生成放款短信,发送到短信服务模块51,短信服务模块51生成符合移动通信网络传输的短信通知,以短信的方式发送到客户注册时填写的手机号码上。客户申请贷款完成。
还款
由客户在飞贷手机APP11上操作还款,或到期自动启动还款。所述统一接口模块42将申请信息中的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质 、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、银行卡信息发送到贷后模块47。
贷后模块47接收统一接口模块42发送的客户申请信息中的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、银行卡信息,进行报盘处理,得到报盘金额,发送报盘金额到清算服务模块45,报盘金额是客户应还金额;报盘处理为:人工通过PC计算机计算得到客户的报盘金额,也可以查看客户的申请信息后联系客户,与客户沟通还款事项。
清算服务模块45接收贷后模块47发送来的报盘金额,生成报盘文件,发送到银行接口模块46。报盘金额指的是客户应还金额,报盘文件包括银行卡信息和报盘金额。报盘文件用于发送到银行系统进行扣款,扣款扣掉的是客户到期应还的金额。
银行接口模块46接收清算服务模块45发送来的报盘文件,进行扣款处理,得到扣款是否成功的回盘文件,然后发送到银行终端模块81。
银行终端81银行终端模块81接收银行接口模块46发送的回盘文件,验证是否扣款成功,扣款成功完成还款。如扣款未成功银行接口模块46会在一天内会持续发起扣款。
当客户逾期还款
当核算模块44确认客户逾期时,统一接口模块42将申请信息中的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、银行卡信息发送到贷后模块47。
所述核算模块44接收统一接口模块42发送的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、身份证信息、银行卡信息、脸部信息、签名信息,计算得到客户的还款日期,根据还款日期计算得到逾期客户信息,发送到神算模块4 3,神算模块43接收核算模块44发送来的逾期客户信息,得到逾期客户信息中的逾期金额、逾期天数,发送到贷后服务模块47。
贷后模块47接收统一接口模块42发送的客户申请信息中的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、银行卡信息,和神算模块43发送的逾期金额、逾期天数信息后,贷后模块47进行报盘处理,得到报盘金额,发送报盘金额到清算服务模块45。
清算服务模块45接收贷后模块47发送来的报盘金额,生成报盘文件,发送到银行接口模块46。
银行接口模块46接收清算服务模块45发送来报盘文件,进行扣款处理,得到扣款是否成功的回盘文件,然后发送到银行终端模块81。
银行终端模块81接收银行接口模块46发送的回盘文件,验证是否扣款成功,扣款成功完成还款。如扣款未成功银行接口模块46会在一天内会持续发起扣款。如当日扣款未成功会重新计算客户逾期时间。
本实施例中,飞贷手机系统APP11设置在手机1中,内容分发模块21设置在内容分发网络服务器2内,负载均衡模块31设置在负载均衡服务器3内,手机业务模块41、统一接口模块42、神算模块43、核算模块44、清算服务模块45、银行接口模块46、贷后模块47设置在主服务器4中,短信服务模块51设置于短信服务服务器5内,刷脸模块61设置于刷脸服务器6内,第三方服务模块71设置在第三方服务服务器7中,银行终端模块81设置在银行服务器8中。
神算模块43接收统一接口模块42发送的客户申请信息中的银行卡信息、刷脸信息,接收飞贷手机系统APP11发送的借款合同、提现金额和借款验证码,接收第三方服务模块71发送的客户的照片和客户的银行信息。然后:1、先对客户的提现金额进行检查是否在贷款额度范围。2、将刷脸信息与第三方服务模块71提供的照片进行比对,检查是否是客户本人进行操作;银行卡信息与第三方服务模块71提供客户的银行信息进行比对,检查银行卡是否是客户本人的。3、验证输入的提现密码和借款验证码是否准确。
核算模块44接收统一接口模块42将发送的的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、身份证信息、银行卡信息、脸部信息、签名信息,计算得到客户的贷款额度,然后发回到统一接口模块42。
依据上述实施例公开的手机APP贷款系统,与现有技术相比,客户通过用于手机贷款的服务器,可以在手机上操作借款,操作方便,无需去营业网点排队等待,借款速度快。
此外,可以在手机上操作还款,操作方便,无需去营业网点排队等待,无限制还款时限,随贷随还。

Claims (10)

1.一种手机APP贷款系统,其特征在于,所述手机APP贷款系统设置在由手机、服务器、第三方服务服务器、银行服务器利用移动通信网络和英特网联接构成的网络设备上;所述手机APP贷款系统包括飞贷手机系统APP(11)、负载均衡模块(31)、手机业务模块(41)、短信服务模块(51)、刷脸模块(61)、统一接口模块(42)、神算模块(43)、核算模块(44)、清算服务模块(45)、银行接口模块(46)、第三方服务模块(71)、银行终端模块(81);
所述飞贷手机系统APP(11)用于客户在上注册时,填写短信服务模块(51)发送到客户手机上的短信验证码,客户在提现时填写短信服务模块(51)发送到客户手机上的借款验证码;客户通过飞贷手机系统APP(11)填写贷款的申请信息,然后进行加密,得到加密后的申请信息,发送到内容分发模块(21);飞贷手机系统APP(11)接收统一接口模块(42)发送的借款合同和贷款额度,客户进行提现操作,在飞贷手机系统APP(11)上填写借款合同和借款验证码,设置提现密码,生成提现金额,提现操作中可操作提现的金额在贷款额度的范围内,然后将借款合同、借款验证码、提现金额和提现密码发送到神算模块(43);飞贷手机系统APP(11)接收神算模块(43)发送的验证合格后的借款合同,由客户进行确认操作,然后将确认的借款合同发送给神算模块(43);
所述内容分发模块(21)接收到飞贷手机系统APP(11)发送的加密后的申请信息,通过英特网进行数据传输处理,得到客户申请信息,发送到负载均衡模块(31);
所述负载均衡模块(31)对内容分发模块(21)发送的客户申请信息,基于IP负载均衡判断和内容请求分发方法进行分发,分发客户申请信息到手机业务模块(41);
所述手机业务模块(41)接收到负载均衡模块(31)发送的客户申请信息后,生成短信验证码,发送到短信服务模块(51);手机业务模块(41)对负载均衡模块(31)发送的客户申请信息,进行资料拆解,得到拆解后的客户的申请信息:用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、身份证信息、银行卡信息、脸部信息、签名信息、用户同意授权条款信息;手机业务模块(41)将脸部信息发送到刷脸模块(61);手机业务模块(41)将拆解后的客户的申请信息发送到统一接口模块(42);手机业务模块(41)接收刷脸模块(61)发送的照片比对的分数,然后确认后保存;手机业务模块(41)接收银行终端模块(81)发送的放款结果信息,生成放款短信,发送到短信服务模块(51);
所述短信服务模块(51)接收手机业务模块(41)发来的短信验证码,然后生成符合移动通信网络传输的短信通知,以短信的方式发送到客户手机上,同时飞贷手机系统APP(11)显示限定输入短信验证码的时限为1小时;客户在飞贷手机系统APP(11)上进行提现操作时,点击屏幕上的发送短信按钮,短信服务模块(51)发送借款验证码到客户手机上;短信服务模块(51)接收手机业务模块(41)发送的放款短信,生成符合移动通信网络传输的短信通知,以短信的方式发送到客户注册时填写的手机号码上;
所述刷脸模块(61)接收手机业务模块(41)发送的脸部信息,和接收第三方服务模块(71)发送的客户的照片进行比对,根据两张照片中客户的脸部特征相似度进行计算,得到照片比对的分数,然后将该照片比对的分数发送到手机业务模块(41);
所述统一接口模块(42)接收手机业务模块(41)发送的拆解 后的客户的申请信息,将用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、身份证信息、银行卡信息、脸部信息、签名信息发送到核算模块(44);将银行卡信息和刷脸信息发送到神算模块(43);统一接口模块(42)接收核算模块(44)发送的客户的贷款额度;统一接口模块(42)将从主服务器4下载的借款合同和核算模块(44)发回的贷款额度发送到飞贷手机系统APP(11)上;统一接口模块(42)将借款合同、银行卡信息和贷款额度发送到清算服务模块(45)上;统一接口模块(42)将用户名称、身份证信息、签名信息、用户同意授权条款信息发送到第三方服务模块(71);统一接口模块(42)接收第三方服务模块(71)发送的客户的信用评分;统一接口模块(42)发送信用评分到神算模块(43);
所述神算模块(43)接收统一接口模块(42)发送的银行卡信息、刷脸信息,接收飞贷手机系统APP(11)发送的借款合同、提现金额、借款验证码和提现密码,并保存提现密码,接收第三方服务模块(71)发送的客户的照片和客户的银行信息,进行验证,全部正确无误后再次发送验证合格后的借款合同到飞贷手机系统APP(11);神算模块(43)接收飞贷手机系统APP(11)发回的确认的借款合同,进行放款处理,得到客户的放款通知,发送到清算服务模块(45);神算模块(43)接收统一接口模块(42)发送的信用评分进行保存;
所述核算模块(44)接收统一接口模块(42)发送的用户名称、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、身份证信息、银行卡信息、脸部信息、签名信息,计 算得到客户的贷款额度,然后发回到统一接口模块(42);
所述清算服务模块(45)接收统一接口模块(42)发送的借款合同、银行卡信息、贷款额度和神算模块(43)发来的客户的放款通知,验证提现金额是否在贷款额度范围内,验证合格就进行放款通知处理,清算服务模块(45)生成放款报文,发送到银行接口模块(46);
所述银行接口模块(46)接收清算服务模块(45)发送来的放款报文,作放款报文的处理,得到客户的放款信息,发送到银行终端模块(81),客户的放款信息为客户的提现金额和客户的银行卡信息;
所述银行终端模块(81)接收银行接口模块(46)发送的客户的放款信息,将客户的放款信息中的提现金额汇兑到客户的银行卡中,并得到放款结果信息发送到手机业务模块(41),放款结果信息内容为放款成功或放款失败;
所述第三方服务模块(71)发送客户的照片到刷脸模块(61);第三方服务模块(71)发送客户的照片和客户的银行信息到神算模块(43);第三方服务模块(71)接收统一接口模块(42)发送的用户名称、身份证信息、签名信息、用户同意授权条款信息;第三方服务模块(71)综合得到客户的信用评估分数,发送到统一接口模块(42)。

所述贷后模块(47)接收统一接口模块(42)发送的用户名称 、经常活动城市、单张信用卡额度、职位、民族、子女个数、婚姻状况、最近工作时间、开始工作时间、公司名称、单位性质、担任职务、月收入、手机号码、教育水平、邮箱、房产信息、现居住地址、银行卡信息,进行报盘处理,得到报盘金额,发送报盘金额到清算服务模块(45),报盘金额是客户应还金额;

根据权利要求4所述的手机APP贷款系统,其特征在于:所述第三方服务模块(71)设置有协同工作的网盾模块、汇法模块、定位模块、个人信用评级FICO模块和K780模块;所述网盾模块用于了解客户过去的借款信息;所述汇法模块用于了解客户是否是在法院有金融类的案件在处理;所述定位模块用于了解客户的活动范围;所述个人信用评级FICO模块将网盾模块和汇法模块了解到的结果进行整合,给出信用评分;所述K780模块用于采集客户提供的手机号码、身份识别IP地址、身份证号码、短网址,然后进行查询服务,和提供短网址缩短、二维码生成服务。
根据权利要求5所述的手机APP贷款系统,其特征在于:所述手机与服务器联网,服务器与第三方服务服务器、银行服务器联网,第三方服务服务器、银行服务器分别联接有至少一台的计算机终端。
根据权利要求6所述的手机APP贷款系统,其特征在于:所述服务器由内容分发网络服务器(2)、负载均衡服务器(3)、主服务器(4)、短信服务服务器(5)和刷脸服务服务器(6)组成,手机(1)经内容分发网络服务器(2)、负载均衡服务器(3)连接主服务器(4),主服务器(4)连接短信服务服务器(5)、刷脸服务服务器(6)、第三方服务服务器(7)和银行服务器(8)。
根据权利要求7所述的手机APP贷款系统,其特征在于:所述手机(1)设有N部,N为注册成为本系统用户的数量,第三方服务服务器(7)设有M个,M的数量为与本系统连接的为本系统提供信用、犯罪记录、征信查询信息的服务器的数量,银行服务器 (8)设置有L个,L的数量为与本系统连接的提供贷款的银行服务器的数量。
