- the symbol 6g (see FIG. 4) on the storage portion 6c of the pre-filter 6 moves downward and is visually recognized through the suction port 3.
- the user can easily recognize that the cleaning device 30 is being driven. For this reason, it can prevent that a user misidentifies that the air blower 10 stopped by failure.
- the blower 10 may be operated at a low speed when the cleaning device 30 is driven.
- the drive motor 100 When the rotation amount of the drive motor 100 reaches a predetermined value, the drive motor 100 is reversed. Thereby, the bevel gear 61 rotates in a direction opposite to that at the time of winding (clockwise direction in the present embodiment). At this time, the winding roll 50 and the brush body 80 rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the right side.
- the urging force of the mainspring 75 is larger than that before winding. For this reason, when the drive motor 100 is reversed, the rotating body 71 rotates counterclockwise as viewed from the right side surface by the restoring force of the mainspring 75. Thereby, the prefilter 6 is wound around the supply roll 40.
- a sensor that detects the outer diameter of the take-up roll 50 may be provided. Accordingly, it is possible to reverse the drive motor 100 by detecting that the outer diameter of the winding roll 50 in the state where the prefilter 6 is wound is larger than a predetermined outer diameter. Further, it is possible to stop the drive motor 100 by detecting that the outer diameter of the winding roll 50 has become smaller than a predetermined outer diameter.
- the user can remove the dust collecting unit 90 from the cover unit 21 and discard the dust accumulated in the container 92.

- the rotating bodies 71 and 72 rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the right side. To do.
- the pre-filter 6 is wound up by the supply roll 40, and the slack of the pre-filter 6 can be eliminated. Therefore, the air sucked from the suction port 3 when the blower 10 is driven can surely pass through the prefilter 6.
- the brush body 80 is connected to the drive motor 100 that rotationally drives the take-up roll 50, rotates when the take-up roll 50 rotates, and slides on the pre-filter 6 (filter) on the take-up roll 50. To do.
- the rotation direction of the winding roll 50 and the rotation direction of the brush body 80 are the same direction. Therefore, the brush body 80 slides on the prefilter 6 from the direction opposite to the traveling direction of the prefilter 6. Therefore, the brush body 80 can reliably remove dust on the pre-filter 6.
- the peripheral speed of the brush body 80 is larger than the peripheral speed of the winding roll 50.
- the contact length in the circumferential direction of the bristle bundle 82 on the prefilter 6 can be made longer than the period in which the bristle bundle 82 contacts, and the bristle bundle 82 can be brought into contact with the prefilter 6 without any gap. . Therefore, the dust on the prefilter 6 can be removed more reliably.
- the drive motor 100 is disposed on the main body portion 20 of the housing 2, and the supply roll 40 and the take-up roll 50 are disposed on the cover portion 21.

- the urging unit 70 of the cleaning device 30 includes a spring 75 that urges the rotating shaft of the supply roll 40 in the direction opposite to the winding direction when the prefilter 6 of the winding roll 50 is wound. Accordingly, when the drive motor 100 is reversed after the winding of the winding roll 50 is completed, the prefilter 6 is wound around the supply roll 40 by the restoring force of the mainspring 75. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a motor for rotating the supply roll 40 in the direction opposite to the winding direction W of the winding roll 50 separately from the drive motor 100. As a result, the manufacturing cost of the air cleaner 1 can be further reduced. Moreover, since the mainspring 75 is used, the prefilter 6 can be wound around the winding roll 50 at a long distance while being biased. Thereby, the freedom degree of the design of the magnitude
- the urging portion 70 engages the shaft portion of the supply roll 40 and attaches the rotary body 71 (first rotary body) to which one end of the mainspring 75 is attached, and the other end of the mainspring 75 to which the mainspring 75 is attached. It has a rotating body 72 (second rotating body) whose rotation in the direction of decreasing the force is restricted, and a handle 73 that rotates the rotating body 72. Accordingly, when the supply roll 40 is mounted on the cover portion 21 and the handle 73 is operated, the prefilter 6 is wound in the direction opposite to the winding direction W. Therefore, the slack of the pre-filter 6 can be reduced, and the dust-containing air can surely pass through the pre-filter 6.
- the urging unit 70 includes a connecting member 74 that is disposed between the handle 73 and the rotating body 72 and restricts the rotation of the handle 73 in a direction that reduces the urging force of the mainspring 75, and the connecting member 74 rotates. It rotates integrally with the body 72. Thereby, the rotation of the rotating body 72 in the direction to reduce the urging force of the mainspring 75 can be reliably prevented.
- the shaft 41 of the supply roll 40 includes a core member 41a having a groove portion 41b, and a sleeve 41d made of an elastic body having a C-shaped cross section that is fitted around the core member 41a.
- the prefilter 6 is formed by the sleeve 41d and the groove portion 41b.
- the bar material 6a is elastically clamped. Accordingly, when the opening 41e of the sleeve 41d is widened, the bar material 6a can be easily detached from the shaft 41. Further, the sleeve 41d can prevent the bar material 6a from falling off the shaft 41. The same applies to the winding roll 50.
- the core material 41a of the supply roll 40 is made of metal, and the sleeve 41d is made of a resin molded product. The same applies to the winding roll 50. Thereby, the bar member 6a can be easily attached to and detached from the shafts 41 and 51 while ensuring the strength of the shafts 41 and 51 sufficiently.
