Gebiet der Erfindung
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Federbeinlager, welches zur Anwendung in Federbeinen vorgesehen ist.
Hintergrund der Erfindung
Federbeinlager sind Teil der Radaufhängung bei Einzelradaufhängungen. Die Radaufhängung unterstützt eine angestrebte Fahrsicherheit und den Fahrkomfort, sowie ein leichtes und präzises Lenken der Räder. Die Radaufhängung soll Fahrbahngeräusche vom Aufbau fernhalten und möglichst leicht sein. Je nach Ausführung führt das Federbeinlager die Stoßdämpfer-Feder und bildet eine Stützfläche für den Stoßdämpfer-Endanschlag. Das Federbeinlager nimmt die über die Stoßdämpfer-Feder bzw. dem Stoßdämpfer übertragenen Radial- und Axialkräfte auf und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Stoßdämpfer-Feder beim Lenken und Einfedern reibungsarm und verspannungsfrei verdreht und so ohne Rückstellmoment arbeitet. Federbeinlager sind oftmals Teil der sogenannten McPherson-Federbeine. Das Federbein besteht im Wesentlichen aus Feder, Stoßdämpfer und Achsschenkel. Das Federbeinlager ist mit einer Kappe versehen, die an dem chassisseiti- gen Federbeindom befestigt ist, sowie mit einem Führungsring, an dem die Stoßdämpfer-Feder abgestützt ist und durch diesen geführt wird. Der Führungs- ring ist gegenüber der Kappe drehbar gelagert. Das Lager ermöglicht beim Lenken ein Drehen der Feder gegenüber der Karosserie, da sich bei Lenkbewegungen das gesamte Federbein dreht. Aus der DE 10 2010 015 712 A1 ist ein Federbeinlager bekannt, das eine Kappe aufweist und einen gegenüber der Kappe drehbaren Führungsring. Zwischen Kappe und Führungsring ist ein Gleitlager angeordnet. Das Gleitlager ist aus einem Gleitelement ausgebildet, welches zwischen dem Führungsring und der Kappe angeordnet ist.
Die EP 2 317 167 A1 offenbart ein Federbeinlager mit einer Kappe, einem Führungsring und einem dazwischen angeordneten Gleitlager. Das Gleitlager ist in einer Ausnehmung des Führungsrings eingesetzt und bildet eine Gleitfläche für die Kappe aus.
Die DE 10 2008 057 590 A1 beschreibt ein Federbeinlager, welches eine Kappe und einen Führungsring aufweist. Die Kappe und der Führungsring bestehen aus Metall. Zwischen der Kappe und dem Führungsring ist ein Gleitlager angeordnet, welches aus einem Kunstharz ausgebildet ist.
Zusammenfassung der Erfindung
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Federbeinlager zur Verfügung zustellen, welches einfach aufgebaut und kostengünstig herstellbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst durch ein Federbeinlager mit einer Kappe und mit einem gegenüber der Kappe um eine Drehachse drehbar gelagerten Führungsring und mit wenigstens einer Dichtung, wobei zwischen der Kappe und dem Führungsring ein Gleitlager angeordnet ist, wobei das Gleitla- ger auf die Kappe und/oder den Führungsring gespritzt ist, wobei das Gleitlager eine axiale Gleitfläche und eine radiale Gleitfläche aufweist, wobei die axiale Gleitfläche partiell mit der radialen Gleitfläche verbunden ist. Federbeinlager weisen eine Kappe und einen mittels einer Schnappverbindung verliersicher mit der Kappe verbundenen Führungsring auf. Zwischen der Kappe und dem Führungsring ist ein Lager vorgesehen. Dieses Lager ist als Gleit- lager ausgebildet.
Mittels der Kappe werden die Federbeinlager an dem chassisseitigen Federbeindom bzw. dem Topmount befestigt. An dem Führungsring ist eine Stoßdämpfer-Feder abgestützt, welche durch den Führungsring geführt wird. Die Abstützung der Stoßdämpfer-Feder kann dabei direkt an dem Führungsring o- der indirekt über ein weiteres Bauteil geschehen.
Das erfindungsgemäße Federbeinlager weist ein Gleitlager auf, welches eine axiale Gleitfläche und eine radiale Gleitfläche aufweisen. In Umfangsrichtung gesehen sind die beiden Gleitflächen partiell miteinander verbunden. Eine derartige Ausbildung des Gleitlagers ist vor allem für den Herstellungsprozess vorteilhaft. Wird das Gleitlager mit der partiellen Verbindung der beiden Gleitflächen auf die Kappe und/ oder den Führungsring gespritzt, wird im Gegensatz zu einer durchgehenden Verbindung der Gleitflächen, verhindert, dass beim Abkühlvorgang die axiale Gleitfläche die radiale Gleitfläche nach oben ziehen kann und folglich die radiale Fläche von der Kappe und/oder dem Führungsring getrennt wird. Gemäß der Erfindung werden Verformungen an den Gleitflächen vermieden, wodurch Ausfälle des Federbeinlagers reduziert werden können. Die partielle Verbindung der axialen Gleitfläche mit der radialen Gleitfläche kann beispielsweise mittels Stegen realisiert sein. Die partielle Verbindung ist dabei aus dem gleichen Material ausgebildet, wie die Gleitflächen.
Gemäß einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Kappe und/ oder der Führungsring aus einem glasfaserverstärkten Kunststoff ausgebildet. Der glasfa- serverstärkte Kunststoff gewährleistet die notwendige Stabilität und Steifigkeit der Kappe bzw. des Führungsrings. Als glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff kann ein Polyamid, beispielsweise ein PA66-GF, vorgesehen sein. Es ist auch die Ver- wendung eines anderen Kunststoffs oder Metalls möglich, welcher gleiche Eigenschaften aufweist.
Bevorzugterweise ist die Kappe und/ oder der Führungsring aus einem nicht verstärktem Material ausgebildet.
In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Gleitlager aus einem unverstärkten Kunststoff ausgebildet. Als unverstärkter Kunststoff kann beispielsweise ein Po- lyoxymethylen oder ein Polyethylen verwendet werden. Demzufolge lassen sich Mischreibungen und Stickslip-Effekte vermindern bzw. verhindern.
In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Dichtung als Labyrinthdichtung ausgebildet. Bevorzugt ist die Labyrinthdichtung als Merfachlabyrinthdichtung ausgeführt. Die Kappe ist derart gestaltet, dass diese mindestens einen hervor- stehenden Bord aufweist. Analog zur Kappe ist der Führungsring derart gestaltet, dass dieser einen hervorstehenden Bord aufweist. Die Kappe und der Führungsring können mittels der ausgebildeten Borde ineinander greifen, wodurch eine labyrinthartige Struktur ausgebildet ist. Dadurch wird verhindert, dass Schmutz in das Federbeinlager eintreten kann, wodurch die radiale Beweglich- keit des Federbeinlagers ermöglicht wird. Alternativ ist es auch möglich anstelle einer Labyrinthdichtung eine schleifende Dichtung vorzusehen, bei der eine Dichtlippe an dem Führungsring schleifend anliegt. Ferner ist auch eine Kombination aus einer Labyrinthdichtung und einer schleifenden Dichtung denkbar, hierbei kann die schleifenden Dichtung am Außenumfang oder im Bereich des Labyrinthes ausgebildet sein.
Gemäß einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung bildet das Gleitlager einen Teil der Labyrinthdichtung aus. Dazu sind die beiden Gleitelemente derart gestaltet, dass diese jeweils mindestens einen hervorstehenden Bord aufweisem. Die bei- den Gleitelemente können mittels der ausgebildeten Borde ineinander greifen, wodurch eine labyrinthartige Struktur ausgebildet ist. Bevorzugterweise kann der Führungsring eine Armierung aufweisen. Diese Armierung kann als Blechteil ausgeführt sein, welches beispielsweise in den Führungsring eingespritzt oder direkt an der Anlagefläche der Stoßdämpferfeder montiert wird. Vorteilhaft daran ist, dass dadurch die Federkräfte ohne Beschädigung vom Führungsring aufgenommen werden können. Weiterhin ist es möglich einen Blechflansch beispielsweise am Innenumfang des Führungsrings zu montieren oder anzuspritzen, welcher entstehende Bumpstopkräfte aufnehmen kann.
Alternativ ist in dem Federbeinlager ein Schmierstoff vorgesehen. Der Schmierstoff kann dabei als Schmierfett, Schmieröl oder ähnlichem ausgebildet sein. Der Schmierstoff dient dazu, die Reibung zwischen dem Gleitlager und der Kappe/ dem Führungsring weiter zu reduzieren. Hierdurch wird eine gleichmä- ßige Schwenkbewegung des Lagers unter aufgebrachter Last ermöglicht und gleichzeitig der Verschleiß reduziert.
Gemäß einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist die axiale Gleitfläche und/ oder die radiale Gleitfläche mindestens eine Vertiefung auf. Diese Vertiefung kann beispielsweise als Auskerbung/en, Riefe/n, Sicke/n, Tasche/n, Rille/n, Einker- bung/en, Nut/en oder lochartig in den jeweiligen Gleitflächen ausgebildet sein. Die Vertiefung kann u.a. schraubenförmig, umlaufend, partiell, mehrreihig oder spiralförmig in mindestens einer der Gleitfläche ausgebildet sein. Ferner kann auch eine Änderung des Durchflussquerschnitts der Vertiefung möglich sein. Ebenso ist eine Kombination der verschiedenen Vertiefungen denkbar. Die Vertiefung ermöglicht einen Transport des Schmiermittels entlang der gesamten Gleitfläche/n. Zudem wird hierdurch eine kontinuierliche Schmierung ermöglicht, wodurch der Verschleiß an dem Gleitlager und der Kappe/ Führungsring reduziert werden kann. Kurze Beschreibung der Zeich
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand von drei Figu- ren dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Federbeinlager gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform, Fig. 2 einen Teillängsschnitt durch einen Führungsring des erfindungsgemäßen Federbeinlagers gemäß der ersten Ausführungsform, und
Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Federbeinlager gemäß einer zweiten Ausführungsform.
Detaillierte Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
Figur 1 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Federbeinlager 1 gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform. Das Federbeinlager 1 weist eine Kap- pe 2 auf, sowie einen Führungsring 3, der gegenüber der Kappe 2 um eine Drehachse D herum drehbar gelagert ist. Die Kappe 2 ist mit dem Führungsring 3 mittels einer Schnappverbindung 3a verbunden. Die Kappe 2 ist an einem nicht abgebildeten Domlager eines Chassis eines Kraftfahrzeugs befestigt. Der Führungsring 3 nimmt ein axiales Ende einer nicht dargestellten Stoßdämpfer- Feder auf. Federkräfte der Stoßdämpfer-Feder werden über den Führungsring 3 in die Kappe 2 und von dort in das Domlager geleitet.
Zwischen dem Führungsring 3 und der Kappe 2 ist eine Labyrinthdichtung 5 vorgesehen, welche vorzugsweise als Doppellabyrinthdichtung 6 ausgebildet ist. Dazu ist die Kappe 2 an ihrem Außenumfang mit den zwei koaxial zur Drehachse D angeordneten, ringförmig geschlossenen Borden 7, 8 versehen, die eine umlaufende Ringnut 9 begrenzen. Die beiden einstückig an die Kappe 2 angeformten Borde 7, 8 erstrecken sich mit ihren freien Enden in Richtung auf den Führungsring 3.
Der Führungsring 3 ist an am Außenumfang mit zwei koaxial zur Drehachse D angeordneten, ringförmig geschlossenen Borden 10, 1 1 versehen, die eine umlaufende Ringnut 12 begrenzen. Die beiden einstückig an dem Führungsring 3 angeformten Borde 10, 1 1 erstrecken sich mit ihren freien Enden in Richtung auf Kappe 2.
Die Borde 7 und 8 sind gegenüber den Borden 10 und 10 radial versetzt angeordnet. Der Bord 10 greift in die Ringnut 9 ein. Der Bord 8 der Kappe 2 greift in die Ringnut 12 ein.
Des Weiteren ist aus der Figur 1 zu erkennen, dass der Führungsring 3 über ein Gleitlager 4 an der Kappe 2 axial in Richtung der Drehachse D gelagert ist. Das Gleitlager 4 dient der Übertragung von entlang der Drehachse D wirkenden Kräften von dem Führungsring 3 auf die Kappe 2.
Aus der Figur 2 ist der Führungsring 3 mit dem Gleitlager 4 näher dargestellt. Das Gleitlager 4 weist eine axiale Gleitfläche 13 und eine radiale Gleitfläche 14 auf. Wie ferner zu erkennen ist, ist die axiale Gleitfläche 13 durch eine Ausspa- rung 15 getrennt von der radialen Gleitfläche 14. Das bedeutet, dass die beiden Gleitflächen nur partiell miteinander verbunden sind. Diese Verbindung kann beispielsweise über nicht näher dargestellte Stege in Umfangsrichtung ermöglicht werden. Die Figur 3 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform der Erfindung. Zur Vereinfachung der Beschreibung werden gleiche Teile mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen gekennzeichnet, wie in den vorangegangen Figuren. Die Beschreibung be- schränkt sich lediglich auf die Unterscheidungsmerkmale zu der Figur 1 und Figur 2.
Im Unterschied zu der Figur 1 und der Figur 2 weißt der Führungsring 3 der Fi- gur eine Armierung 16 auf. Diese Armierung 16 ist als Metalleinleger ausgebildet und wird mit dem Material des Führungsrings 3 umspritzt.

Claims

Patentansprüche . Federbeinlager mit einer Kappe (2) und mit einem gegenüber der Kappe (2) um eine Drehachse (D) drehbar gelagerten Führungsring (3) und mit wenigstens einer Dichtung, wobei zwischen der Kappe (2) und dem Führungsring (3) ein Gleitlager (4) angeordnet ist, wobei das Gleitlager (4) auf die Kappe (2) und/oder den Führungsring (3) gespritzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitlager (4) eine axiale Gleitfläche (13) und eine radiale Gleitfläche (14) aufweist, wobei die axiale Gleitfläche (13) partiell mit der radialen Gleitfläche (14) verbunden ist.
2. Federbeinlager nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die Kappe (2) und/ oder der Führungsring (3) aus einem verstärkten Kunststoff ausgebildet ist.
3. Federbeinlager nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die Kappe (2) und/ oder der Führungsring (3) aus einem nicht verstärkten Material ausgebildet ist.
4. Federbeinlager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Gleitlager (4) aus einem unverstärkten Kunststoff ausgebildet ist.
5. Federbeinlager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Dichtung als Labyrinthdichtung (5) ausgebildet ist.
6. Federbeinlager nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Gleitlager (4) einen Teil der Labyrinthdichtung (5) ausbildet.
7. Federbeinlager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Führungsring (3) eine Armierung (16) aufweist.
8. Federbeinlager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Federbeinlager (1) einen Schmierstoff aufweist. Federbeinlager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die axiale Gleitfläche (13) und/ oder die radiale Gleitfläche (14) mindestens eine Ausnehmung aufweisen.
