根据本申请的第三方面,提出了一种事件展示方法,包括:

由以上技术方案可见,本申请通过统计与对端通讯方相关的预设事件,并将预设事件集中展示于快捷处理页面中,使得本端通讯方无需专门寻找和触发各个功能的功能入口,有助于简化用户操作、提升处理效率。同时,由于快捷处理页面关联于本端通讯方与对端通讯方的通讯页面,使得本端通讯方在与对端通讯方进行通讯的过程中,可以方便、快捷地开启和查看该快捷处理页面,并对相应的预设事件进行查看和处理,从而进一步地简化用户操作、提升处理效率。

为对本申请进行进一步说明,提供下列实施例:
图1是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种事件展示方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法应用于电子设备上,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤102,确定与对端通讯方相关的预设事件。
在本实施例中,对端通讯方基于通讯应用进行操作,以产生相应的预设事件。通讯应用可以支持通讯功能,还可以协同支持诸如审批、考勤等团体处理功能或其他功能;相应地,与对端通讯方相关的预设事件可以包括以下至少之一:与通讯行为相关的通讯事件,例如呼叫事件、即时通讯事件等;当通讯页面对应的通讯应用包含的团体处理功能时,与该团体处理功能相关的团体处理事件,例如审批事件、项目信息上报事件等。其中,本申请中的团体可以包括:企业、学校、政府机关、部队等各种类型,本申请并不对此进行限制。
其中,上述的通讯应用可以仅支持通讯功能;或者,上述的通讯应用可以同时支持通讯功能和团体处理功能,例如该通讯应用可以为团体通讯应用,比如企业即时通讯(Enterprise Instant Messaging,EIM)应用“钉钉(DING Talk)”等,当然本申请并不对此进行限制。
在本实施例中,可以通过下述方式中至少之一,确定与对端通讯方相关的预设事件:从已记录的历史事件中,自动筛选出预设类型且与对端通讯方相关的预设事件;在检测到的实时事件中,确定出预设类型且与所述对端通讯方相关的所述预设事件;根据本端通讯方在快捷处理页面中的自定义操作,创建与对端通讯方相关的预设事件,例如可以在快捷处理页面中添加相应的自定义功能按键,使得本端通讯方可以通过触发该自定义功能按键,自定义相应的预设事件,从而对无法自动生成或筛选出的预设事件进行记录。
在本实施例中,电子设备上安装有通讯应用的客户端,并可以通过该客 户端呈现出上述的通讯页面、快捷处理页面等。其中,与对端通讯方相关的预设事件可以由该客户端自主得到;或者,可以由该客户端对应的服务端得到与对端通讯方相关的预设事件后,告知该客户端;或者,还可以通过其他方式确定出上述的预设事件,本申请并不对此进行限制。
在一实施例中,与对端通讯方相关的预设事件可以仅涉及该对端通讯方自身,例如该对端通讯方的账号激活日期、团体归属信息的变更情况等。
在另一实施例中,与对端通讯方相关的预设事件可以涉及该对端通讯方和其他用户。例如,当本端通讯方查看快捷处理页面时,该预设事件可以包括:本端通讯方与对端通讯方之间的第一类事件,例如本端通讯方针对该对端通讯方的管理事件等;其他通讯方(区别于本端通讯方)与对端通讯方之间的第二类事件,例如其他通讯方针对该对端通讯方的管理事件等,其中本端通讯方具有对该第二类事件的浏览权限。
其中,本端通讯方可以通过多种方式获取对第二类事件的浏览权限。例如,当本端通讯方与其他通讯方属于同一团体,且与对端通讯方的团体归属信息不一致时,本端通讯方可以通过下述方式中至少之一获得上述的浏览权限:
本端通讯方在被配置为替代其他通讯方而与对端通讯方进行通讯时,获得对第二类事件的浏览权限。例如,假定本端通讯方与其他通讯方均为企业AA的采购人员,而对端通讯方为供应商企业BB的销售人员,原本由其他通讯方与该对端通讯方进行采购对接,并产生相应的第二类事件,那么该其他通讯方必然具有对该第二类事件的浏览权限;而假定该其他通讯方离职后,本端通讯方被配置为替代该其他通讯方而与对端通讯方进行采购对接,那么本端通讯方可以获得其他通讯方原有的浏览权限,以实现对第二类事件的展示和查看。
本端通讯方的团体管理层级高于该其他通讯方。例如,当本端通讯方为该其他通讯方的所属部门的领导时,本端通讯方可以浏览该其他通讯方与对端通讯方之间的第二类事件,以便于实现团体内的管理。
本端通讯方被该其他通讯方赋予对第二类事件的浏览权限。例如,通讯应用可以向该其他通讯方提供配置选项,使得该其他通讯方可以向诸如本端通讯方等赋予上述的浏览权限,比如当该其他通讯方与该本端通讯方为同一部门的同事时,有助于两者在工作过程中的相互协助,有助于提升工作效率。
在本实施例中,当本端通讯方与对端通讯方的团体归属信息不一致时,例如本端通讯方与对端通讯方属于不同团体,则该预设事件可以包括与该对端通讯方相关的预设类型的全部预设事件,以便于本端通讯方全面了解该对端通讯方的状况;而当本端通讯方与对端通讯方的团体归属信息一致时,则该预设事件可以包括与对端通讯方相关的预设类型的待处理预设事件,例如本端通讯方为该对端通讯方的部门领导时,该待处理预设事件可以为对端通讯方向本端通讯方发送的审批请求,从而便于本端通讯方对该审批请求进行及时、便捷地处理。
步骤104,当针对所述对端通讯方的通讯页面处于开启状态时,在与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面中,对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示。
在本实施例中,当检测到通讯页面处于开启状态时,可以对快捷处理页面进行同步显示,以对预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示。例如,当检测到本端通讯方启动该通讯页面时,可以同步启动快捷处理页面;或者,当检测到本端通讯方启动该通讯页面时,还可以进一步检测相应的预设事件,并当包含待处理预设事件时,同步启动快捷处理页面并展示相应的待处理预设事件,否则可以不对该快捷处理页面进行同步启动。
当然,当通讯页面处于开启状态时,还可以由本端通讯方主动触发该快捷处理页面的展示与否;例如,可以在检测到针对该通讯页面的预设触发操作时,将快捷处理页面由隐藏状态切换至显示状态,以对预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示。
在本实施例中,快捷处理页面可以包含多种模式,以便于实现不同的展示目的。例如,当采用详情模式显示快捷处理页面时,可以将全部预设事件 集中展示于快捷处理页面,以便于本端通讯方进行全面浏览;而当采用缩略模式显示快捷处理页面时,可以将预设事件中的待处理预设事件展示于快捷处理页面,以便于本端通讯方对该待处理预设事件进行快速查看和处理,而无需在众多预设事件中查找,有助于提升处理效率。
进一步地,当通讯页面处于开启状态时,如果检测到发生任一预设事件,那么:当快捷处理页面处于详情模式时,可以将该任一预设事件的描述信息展示于快捷处理页面;而当快捷处理页面处于隐藏状态(本端通讯方可以针对通讯页面执行触发操作,以唤出详情模式的快捷处理页面)时,可以采用缩略模式示出该快捷处理页面,并将该任一预设事件的描述信息展示于快捷处理页面,从而在尽可能降低对通讯页面的遮挡和影响的情况下,便于本端通讯方对该任一预设事件进行及时查看和处理。
在本实施例中,当检测到本端通讯方针对快捷处理页面中的任一预设事件的触发操作时,可以执行针对该任一预设事件的预设操作。例如:
在一种情况下,可以调出该任一预设事件的详情页面,并在该详情页面中,示出该任一预设事件的详情内容。
而在另一种情况下,当该任一预设事件为待处理预设事件,且本端通讯方为该任一预设事件的发起方、对端通讯方为处理方时,可以向对端通讯方发送针对该任一预设事件的提醒消息;而当该任一预设事件为待处理预设事件,且本端通讯方为该任一预设事件的处理方、对端通讯方为发起方时,可以对任一预设事件执行预设处理。例如,当该任一预设事件为审批事件时,作为发起方的本端通讯方可以通过触发该审批事件,向对端通讯方发起提醒消息,例如该提醒消息可以为钉钉支持的DING消息;或者,作为处理方的本端通讯方可以通过触发该审批事件,直接完成对该审批事件的处理,比如审批通过或不通过,而无需切换至相应的审批页面,有助于简化用户操作、提升处理效率。
在本实施例中,还可以在快捷处理页面中,展示针对对端通讯方的描述标签,以对该对端通讯方进行标记;其中,描述标签的内容可以与下述因素 中至少之一相关:对端通讯方的用户信息,例如该对端通讯方的团体归属信息等;与对端通讯方相关的预设事件,例如该对端通讯方在历史上下发的订单数量等;本端通讯方对对端通讯方的标签配置指令,即本端通讯方可以通过该标签配置指令,实现对对端通讯方的标签自定义,便于本端通讯方实现相应的管理控制。
由以上技术方案可见,本申请通过统计与对端通讯方相关的预设事件,并将预设事件集中展示于快捷处理页面中,使得本端通讯方无需专门寻找和触发各个功能的功能入口,有助于简化用户操作、提升处理效率。同时,由于快捷处理页面关联于本端通讯方与对端通讯方的通讯页面,使得本端通讯方在与对端通讯方进行通讯的过程中,可以方便、快捷地开启和查看该快捷处理页面,并对相应的历史事件进行查看和处理,从而进一步地简化用户操作、提升处理效率。
为了便于理解,下面以企业即时通讯应用钉钉在企业场景下的处理过程为例,结合图2对本申请的技术方案进行详细说明;其中,图2是本申请一示例性实施例提供的另一种事件展示方法的流程图,如图2所示,假定本端通讯方为用户A、对端通讯方为用户B,该方法应用于用户A使用的电子设备上,该电子设备安装有钉钉客户端,并具体由该钉钉客户端在运行过程中,实现本申请的事件展示功能;该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤202,确定与用户B相关的预设事件。
在本实施例中,假定用户A使用设备1、用户B使用设备2,设备1和设备2分别安装有钉钉客户端,通过运行该钉钉客户端,使得用户A与用户B可以通过设备1、设备2实现通讯,并完成本申请的事件展示功能。
在本实施例中,设备1可以主动确定与用户B相关的预设事件;或者,设备1可以向钉钉服务器发起请求,使得钉钉服务器可以将与用户B相关的预设事件推送至设备1,以供设备1对该预设事件进行展示。当然,设备1还可以通过其他方式确定出与用户B相关的预设事件,本申请并不对此进行限制。
步骤204,检测到与用户B的通讯页面被开启。
在本实施例中,用户A与用户B可以通过任意通讯类型进行通讯。例如,当用户A与用户B通过即时通讯方式进行通讯时,上述的通讯页面可以为用户A与用户B的即时通讯会话页面,该即时通讯会话页面可以如图3所示。
步骤206A,当检测到对该通讯页面的预设触发操作时,转入步骤208A,否则继续检测。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,可以在通讯页面的消息展示区域的顶部,示出诸如“向下滑动查看工作往来”文字和“︾”图标等,对用户A的触发操作进行指示,使得用户A可以通过在消息展示区域的顶部做出向下滑动的触摸手势,以完成上述的预设触发操作。当然,该预设触发操作还可以采用其他形式,本申请并不对此进行限制。
实际上,相关技术中还将上述的下滑(即向下滑动)操作应用于其他功能。例如,以图3所示的聊天页面为例,该聊天页面的顶部包含“向下滑动查看工作往来”文字和“︾”图标等页面唤出标识,使得当用户执行的下滑操作与该页面唤出标识相关时,比如该下滑操作的起点位于该页面唤出标识处时,可以唤出本申请的快捷处理页面。而当下滑操作与页面唤出标识无关时,比如页面唤出标识位于聊天页面的空白区域,可以在该聊天页面的消息展示区域中展示用户A与用户B的历史聊天记录。那么,用户通过简单地区分下滑操作时的执行方式,即可通过聊天页面实现多种消息展示目的。
步骤208A,示出与该通讯页面相关联的快捷处理页面。
在本实施例中,当用户A在图3所示的通讯页面执行预设触发操作后,可以转入图4所示的快捷处理页面,该快捷处理页面示出与用户B相关的预设事件的描述信息。换言之,当图3所示的通讯页面处于开启状态时,快捷处理页面处于隐藏状态;而当检测到上述的预设触发操作时,可以认为该快捷处理页面由隐藏状态切换至图4所示的显示状态,以对与用户B相关的预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示。
其中,用户A在完成上述的向下滑动的触摸手势时,快捷处理页面可以 随该触摸手势的完成程度而停顿,可使用户A产生“快捷处理页面是由手指拖动”的操作感受,有助于提升其使用体验。当用户A向下滑动的距离小于预设距离时,快捷处理页面自动收回并返回隐藏状态;当向下滑动的距离超出预设距离时,即便用户A的手指移开,该快捷处理页面也可以自动完全打开,以维持显示状态。而当用户A希望返回通讯页面时,图4所示的快捷处理页面底部显示有“︿”图标,指示用户A通过在快捷处理页面执行向上滑动的触摸手势,即可收起该快捷处理页面、返回图3所示的通讯页面;当然,本申请并不对该页面返回方式进行限制。
在本实施例中,如图4所示,当快捷处理页面中展示有若干预设事件的描述信息时,这些描述信息可以按照对应的发生时序进行排列,比如图4中按照时序进行倒序排列,以便用户A可以更便捷地查看最近发生的预设事件。当然,这些预设事件的描述信息,还可以采用其他顺序进行排列;例如,可以按照预设事件的事件类型,将用户A配置的关注类型的预设事件排列在先、其他类型的预设事件排列在后,以便于用户A更便捷地查看到关注的预设事件。
通过上述实施例,使得用户A在希望完成与用户B相关的任何操作时,只要进入针对用户B的通讯页面,即可在该通讯页面上完成与用户B的通讯功能,以及通过通讯页面进入快捷处理页面,从而在该快捷处理页面上完成与用户B相关的其他功能(如审批等团体处理功能等),而无需在通讯功能、团体处理功能等功能页面之间反复切换,极大地简化了用户操作、提升了处理效率。
正如图4所示,在快捷处理页面中可以包含多种类型的历史事件,下面从多个角度,针对图4所示的预设事件进行详细说明:
1)预设事件的创建方式
为了便于描述,以钉钉服务器确定与对端通讯方相关的预设事件后,将该预设事件告知用户A电子设备的钉钉客户端为例。
在一实施例中,钉钉服务器可以针对每个用户使用的钉钉客户端,分别 记录与每一用户分别相关的预设事件;其中,对于用户A而言,钉钉服务器可以从已记录的历史事件中,筛选出预设类型且与作为对端通讯方的用户B相关的预设事件,并推送至用户A的电子设备的钉钉客户端。
例如图4所示,当用户B在“07/25 15:25”新建了一个订单时,钉钉服务器可以记录该历史事件为“07/25 15:25 B新建了一个订单”,从而当用户A开启图4所示的快捷处理页面时,该历史事件可以被作为上述的预设事件而展示于该快捷处理页面中。
在另一实施例中,钉钉服务器可以根据本端通讯方在快捷处理页面中的自定义操作,创建与对端通讯方相关的预设事件。
例如,在图4所示的快捷处理页面中可以包含“

添加拜访记录”选项,使得用户A可以通过触发该选项,以创建与用户B相关的拜访记录,并将该拜访记录作为自定义的与用户B相关的预设事件。实际上,由于“拜访”是由用户A与用户B当面完成,使得钉钉服务器无法自动记录,因而可以通过提供上述的自定义选项,使得用户A可以主动创建相应的预设事件。当然,本申请并不限制该自定义选项的类型,任何钉钉服务器可以记录或无法记录的预设事件,均可以通过类似的方式由用户A自定义和自主创建。
当然,除了手动添加之外,对于用户A认为不重要的预设事件,也可以将相应的预设事件从快捷处理页面中删除,以使得快捷处理页面中仅示出用户A关注的、重要的历史事件,便于用户A进行查看和管理。
2)预设事件的关联用户
在一实施例中,与对端通讯方相关的预设事件,其关联用户可以仅包含该对端通讯方自身。例如图4所示,快捷处理页面中包含一预设事件为“07/2515:56B修改了联系方式”,该预设事件仅与该用户B自身相关。
在另一实施例中,预设事件可以包括:本端通讯方与对端通讯方之间的第一类事件,即该第一类事件的关联用户为本端通讯方与对端通讯方。例如图4所示,快捷处理页面中包含一预设事件为“08/10 15:08 B新建了一个 订单”,该预设事件由用户B的订单创建操作触发,并且该订单需要由用户A来处理,因而该预设事件同时与用户A、用户B相关联。
在又一实施例中,预设事件可以包括:其他通讯方与对端通讯方之间的第二类事件,其中本端通讯方具有对该第二类事件的浏览权限。那么,该第二类事件的关联用户为其他通讯方与对端通讯方。例如图4所示,快捷处理页面中包含一预设事件为“07/22 13:56 C与B专线电话沟通”,该预设事件是用户B与用户C之间的通讯事件,因而同时与用户B与用户C相关联。
在一示例性场景中,本端通讯方与其他通讯方属于同一团体,且与对端通讯方的团体归属信息不一致;换言之,假定用户A与用户C均属于企业AA,而用户B属于企业BB,即用户B对于用户A、用户C而言属于图4所示的“外部联系人”,例如用户A、用户C为企业AA的销售人员,而用户B为企业BB的采购人员,那么用户A、用户C通过将用户B添加为钉钉中的外部联系人,使得可以通过钉钉实现快速沟通,以节省沟通成本、提升沟通效率。
那么,假定开始时由用户C与用户B对接,那么基于用户C的操作行为、用户C与用户B之间的沟通等,依次形成了图4所示的“07/15 10:30 C将B添加为外部联系人”、“07/15 10:30 C将B标记为……”等第二类事件。而当用户C由于离职等原因无法继续与用户A对接完成销售时,图5示出了该用户B的联系人信息页面中的“权限管理”入口(当然,该入口也可以采用其他方式、位于其他位置,本申请并不对此进行限制),该用户C可以通过该入口进入图6所示的权限管理页面,并在该权限管理页面中选择希望替换自身的其他用户;例如,当用户C选择了用户A时,可以进一步在图7所示的菜单窗口中,通过选择“转由A负责”,从而使用户A替代自身而继续实现对用户B的销售对接,替换为图6所示的“当前复杂人”,当然该过程可以被记录为图4所示的“08/08 15:45 C离职,B由A接手”的预设事件,使得用户A由此获取对上述第二类事件的浏览权限;换言之,本端通讯方在被配置为替代其他通讯方而与对端通讯方进行通讯时,获得对第二类事件的浏览权限。
当然,本端通讯方还可以通过其他方式获取上述的浏览权限。例如,假定用户C在图6中选取用户D,形成的菜单窗口中可以包括类似于图7所示的“转由D负责”和“共享给同事D”选项,那么当用户C选择了“共享给同事D”选项时,用户D可以获得对用户C与用户B之间的第二类事件的浏览权限,但用户D并不需要负责与用户B的销售对接,而上述过程可以被记录为图4所示的“08/08 12:02 C将B分享给D”的预设事件;换言之,本端通讯方可以被其他通讯方赋予对第二类事件的浏览权限。
此外,当本端通讯方与其他通讯方处于团体场景下时,可以在本端通讯方的团体管理层级高于其他通讯方时,获取上述的浏览权限。例如,当用户E与用户C属于企业AA的销售部,且用户E为该销售部的部门主管时,由于钉钉可以获取该企业AA的企业架构信息,因而可以确定用户E的团体管理层级高于用户C,因而区别于上述用户A、用户D获得浏览权限的方式,该用户E可以直接获得对用户C与用户B之间的第二类事件的浏览权限,而无需用户C转交负责权或赋予权限。类似地,用户C同样可以获得用户A、用户D等其他部门成员与用户B等采购人员之间的第二类事件的浏览权限,此处不再赘述。
那么,假定在图4所示的实施例中,此时用户A为用户B的负责人、用户D获得用户C赋予的浏览权限、用户E为部门主管而获得浏览权限,因而在图4所示的快捷处理页面底部,可以示出“该信息仅D、E可见”,以向用户A进行提示,使用户A获得更佳的信息安全感。
3)预设事件的适用场景
在一实施例中,本申请的技术方案适用于通讯场景,则与对端通讯方相关的预设事件可以包括:与通讯行为相关的通讯事件。进一步地,通讯事件可以包括多种类型,比如通话事件、联系人添加事件等。
例如图4所示,在快捷处理页面中包含有下述事件“07/22 13:56 C与B专线电话沟通”,即用户C与用户B之间的通话事件。类似地,除通话之外的其他任意类型的通讯事件,诸如即时通讯沟通事件、邮件沟通事件等,均 可以产生相应的通讯事件,本申请并不对此进行限制。
而在图4所示的快捷处理页面中,还可以包含有下述预设事件“07/15 10:30 C将B添加为外部联系人”,即用户C将用户B的联系人信息添加至通讯录的预设事件;实际上,联系人添加事件完成后,用户C才能够据此完成上述的通话事件或其他事件,因而该联系人添加事件属于上述的通讯事件。当然,除了图4所示的跨团体情形下的通讯事件之外,上述的通讯场景还适用于其他任意情形;例如:当本端通讯方与对端通讯方属于同一团体时,对应的团体内通讯事件,或者当本端通讯方与对端通讯方均不归属于任何团体时,对应的与团体无关的通讯事件等。
在另一实施例中,本申请的技术方案可以适用于团体处理场景,例如企业管理场景等,则与对端通讯方相关的预设事件可以包括:当通讯页面对应的通讯应用包含的团体处理功能时,与该团体处理功能相关的团体处理事件。
假定用户A属于AA企业,那么在如图8A所示的钉钉支持的通讯录中,不仅包含“钉钉好友”、“手机通讯录”、“我的群组”等与团体无关的联系人信息,还包含与AA企业相关的团体场景下的联系人信息,比如“组织架构”对应于该AA企业的团体内部的联系人信息,而“外部通讯录”对应于该AA企业的团体外部(即不属于该AA企业)的联系人信息等。
假定用户A与用户D均为AA企业的销售部员工,即用户D为用户A的内部联系人。那么,用户A可以通过与用户D的通讯页面,调出如图8B所示的快捷处理页面,该快捷处理页面中包含与该用户D相关的预设事件,且这些预设事件包括团体处理事件。例如图8B所示,快捷处理页面可以包括:针对团体处理功能“报销审批”的历史事件“报销:DING峰会-重庆站……”,针对团体处理功能“请假审批”的历史事件“请假:休年假……”,针对团体处理功能“项目周报”的历史事件“日志:周报……”等。
实际上,虽然相关技术中的通讯应用中包含多种团体处理功能,但是每一团体功能之间相互独立,用户需要寻找和启动相应的功能入口,才能在相应的功能页面对团体处理事件进行查看和处理,过程十分繁复。而通过本申 请的技术方案,用户A可以通过与用户D的通讯页面,便捷地调出图8B所示的快捷处理页面,并通过在该快捷处理页面中对各个团体处理功能进行集中展示,使得用户A可以直接对展示出的团体处理事件进行查看和处理等操作,极大地简化了用户操作、提升了对相关预设事件的处理效率。
而通过比较图4所示的跨团体场景下的快捷处理页面,以及图8B所示的团体内场景下的快捷处理页面,本申请中可以在不同场景下采用不同的预设事件展示方式:
当本端通讯方与对端通讯方的团体归属信息不一致时,即对应于图4所示的跨团体场景下,快捷处理页面中展示的预设事件可以包括:与对端通讯方相关的预设类型的全部预设事件,以便于本端通讯方及时、全面地了解对端通讯方的状况。
而当本端通讯方与对端通讯方的团体归属信息一致时,即对应于图8B所示的团体内场景下,由于本端通讯方与对端通讯方属于同一团体、不需要通过对预设事件的浏览而了解对方,因而快捷处理页面中展示的预设事件可以包括:与对端通讯方相关的预设类型的待处理预设事件,比如图8B中尚未处理的报销审批事件、请求审批事件和项目周报事件,以提升团体内用户之间的相互协作的便捷程度,从而提升工作效率。
需要说明的是:
除了跨团体、团体内等场景之外,本申请的技术方案还可以适用于与团体无关的场景中。假定用户A与用户G并非外部客户关系,也不是内部同事关系,仅为好友关系,那么用户A可以通过与该用户G的通讯页面调出图9所示的快捷处理页面,该快捷处理页面中可以包括与该用户G相关的预设类型的预设事件,例如建立好友关系的历史事件“07/15 10:30扫码添加G为好友”、具有纪念性意义的历史事件“07/22 13:56与G的通话时长达到100分钟”等,可以表现出用户A与用户G之间的好友关系的发展历程,有助于提升用户体验。
步骤206B,检测到生成任一预设事件。

在本实施例中,当通讯页面处于开启状态时,如果检测到实时发生的任一预设事件,可以通过在快捷处理页面中示出该任一预设事件,以便于用户及时查看和处理。
在一种情况下,当该任一预设事件发生时,快捷处理页面被采用如图4、图8B或图9所示的详情模式进行显示时,即由本端通讯方手动从通讯页面触发(如执行向下滑动手势)并唤出上述的快捷处理页面、使得全部预设事件(符合预设类型的全部预设事件;例如,对于图8B所示的团体内场景而言,即全部的待处理预设事件)被集中展示于该快捷处理页面,那么可以将该预设事件直接排列于该快捷处理页面中,比如按照时序排列在该快捷处理页面中的所有预设事件的顶部。
例如,假定当前为“08/12 10:45”,那么以图4所示的快捷处理页面为例,如果用户B此处创建一订单,以形成了相应的预设事件时,可以展示于该快捷处理页面中的所有预设事件的顶部,得到如图10所示的快捷处理页面。
在另一种情况下,当该任一预设事件发生时,快捷处理页面处于隐藏状态,即此时处于如图3所示的通讯页面,那么可以采用缩略模式示出快捷处理页面,并将该任一预设事件的描述信息展示于该缩略模式的快捷处理页面。
例如图11所示,在缩略模式下的快捷处理页面可以为通讯页面中的一临时窗口,并仅用于对当前生成的上述任一预设事件进行展示,从而便于用户及时发现、查看和处理该任一预设事件,有助于提升处理效率。
此外,快捷处理页面的详情模式与缩略模式还可以应用于不同的预设事件展示需求。例如,当采用详情模式显示快捷处理页面时,可以将全部预设事件集中展示于快捷处理页面,而当采用缩略模式显示快捷处理页面时,可以将预设事件中的待处理预设事件展示于快捷处理页面。那么,在详情模式下,可使本端通讯方对全量预设事件的浏览,全面了解对端通讯方之间的状况;而在缩略模式下,可在尽量降低本端通讯方与对端通讯方之间的通讯操作的情况下,帮助本端通讯方及时查看和处理上述的待处理预设事件,有助 于简化用户操作、提升处理效率。
步骤210,检测到对预设事件的触发操作。
步骤212,针对被触发的预设事件执行预设操作。
在本实施例中,当检测到本端通讯方针对快捷处理页面中的任一预设事件的触发操作时,可以执行针对该任一预设事件的预设操作。那么,由于不需要寻找该任一预设事件对应的功能入口,以及切换至相应的功能页面,可以简化用户操作、提升处理效率。
对于不同类型的预设事件,可以采用相应的方式进行处理,下面进行举例说明:
在一实施例中,对于浏览信息类的预设事件,例如通讯事件、日志周报事件等,可以调出该任一预设事件的详情页面,并在该详情页面中示出该任一预设事件的详情内容。
例如,当用户A点击如图4所示的“07/22 13:56 C与B专线电话沟通”预设事件时,可以转入图12所示的详情页面,并对该预设事件的通话时长、呼叫方向、呼叫方式等信息进行展示,以便于用户A浏览和查看。
在另一实施例中,对于待处理预设事件,例如报销审批事件、请假审批事件等,根据本端通讯方和对端通讯方所处的角色类型,可以采用不同的处理方式:
当本端通讯方为预设事件的发起方、对端通讯方为处理方时,可以向对端通讯方发送针对该预设事件的提醒消息。例如图8B所述,假定用户A向用户D发起了报销审批事件,那么通过在如图8B所示的快捷处理页面中展示该报销审批事件,并在该报销审批事件内配置诸如“催一下”功能选项,使得用户A可以通过直接触发该“催一下”功能选项,从而向作为处理方的用户D发送提醒消息;比如,当采用钉钉时,该提醒消息可以为DING消息,钉钉可以通过即时通讯消息、短信、电话语音等多种方式中至少之一,向该作为处理方的对端通讯方用户D发送该DING消息。
当本端通讯方为预设事件的处理方、对端通讯方为发起方时,可以对该 预设事件执行预设处理。例如图13所示,假定用户A接收到用户D发起的报销审批事件,那么通过在如图8B所示的快捷处理页面中展示该报销审批事件,并在该报销审批事件内配置诸如“同意”、“拒绝”等功能选项,使得用户A可以通过直接触发该“同意”或“拒绝”功能选项,从而同意或拒绝对该报销审批事件的审批,而无需切换至专门的报销审批功能页面进行处理。
当然,本端通讯方也可以通过点击预设事件,以切换至相应的功能页面,并对该预设事件进行详情查看和处理,那么即便不在快捷处理页面中示出预设事件的功能选项,也可以通过对预设事件的集中展示和快捷跳转至功能页面,相当于在快捷处理页面上集成了众多功能页面的入口,使得本端通讯方无需翻看和查找该功能页面的入口,同样能够提升用户的操作效率。
在又一实施例中,当检测到用户对快捷处理页面中的任一预设事件的触发操作时,可以在相应的通讯页面中示出对应的历史通讯消息,并在历史通讯消息中自动定位至对应于该任一预设事件的位置,以便于用户对该任一预设事件发生时的上下文内容、相关时间点等进行快速和便捷查看,无需手动翻看查找。
在上述实施例中,均以移动设备上的通讯页面和快捷处理页面为例进行说明。实际上,由于移动设备的屏幕尺寸往往较小,因而通讯页面与该快捷处理页面的显示区域往往存在至少一部分重叠;而在屏幕尺寸较大的电子设备上,例如PC或大尺寸的平板设备上,如图14所示,可以将通讯页面与快捷处理页面进行并列展示,那么当本端通讯方用户A开启对端通讯方用户B的通讯页面时,相关联的快捷处理页面可以自动同步开启并展示于该通讯页面附近,以便于本端通讯方进行浏览查看。
当然,快捷处理页面可以在一些场景中,通过添加对预设条件的判断,以确定是否需要与通讯页面进行同步显示。例如,在本端通讯方与对端通讯方之间存在待处理预设事件时,以用户A与相同企业的用户D为例,当用户A开启了图15所示的用户D的通讯页面时,若存在相应的待处理预设事件,则可以在该通讯页面附近示出相关联的快捷处理页面,并在该快捷处理页面 中仅示出相应的待处理预设事件,以便于用户A快速查看和处理,避免已处理或无需处理的预设事件影响用户A的操作。
其中,当任一待处理预设事件被处理后,可以从快捷处理页面上取消对该预设事件的展示;而当所有的待处理预设事件均被处理后,可以取消对该快捷处理页面的展示,即将该快捷处理页面切换至隐藏状态。当然,即便仍存在待处理预设事件时,本端通讯方仍然可以手动将该快捷处理页面收起,那么如图16所示,可以在通讯页面中示出“工作代办(3)》”,一方面提示本端通讯方尚存在3件待处理预设事件,另一方面作为快捷处理页面的入口,以便于本端通讯方便捷地开启相应的快捷处理页面。
在本申请的上述实施例中,例如图4、图9、图14等示意图所示,快捷处理页面中可以示出针对相应的对端通讯方的描述标签,以对该对端通讯方进行标记。以图4为例,根据图4中快捷处理页面记载的预设事件“07/1516:12C将B标记为‘重要’、‘合作伙伴’”可知:当用户C与用户B进行对接的过程中,即用户C作为本端通讯方、用户B作为对端通讯方时,本端通讯方可以通过发出标签配置指令,以配置对端通讯方的描述标签。例如在图5所示的该用户B的管理页面中包含“标签”选项,本端通讯方可以通过触发该选项进入标签配置页面,从而在备选标签中选取对应于对端通讯方的描述标签,或者为对端通讯方添加自定义的描述标签等。
通过添加描述标签,使得本端通讯方甚至不需要查看或仔细查看快捷处理页面中的预设事件,即可大致了解对端通讯方的情况,以便于尽快与对端通讯方实现恰当的通讯操作。尤其是,当企业或其他的团体场景下,可能经常存在企业成员的离职与更替时,那么前任职员为作为对端通讯方的客户添加恰当的描述标签后,有助于之后的替代职员及时了解该对端通讯方的情况,便于相应的工作开展。
当然,除了由本端通讯方手动配置之外,本申请的技术方案中,还可实现对描述标签的自动生成和添加。比如可以通过分析对端通讯方的用户信息、与对端通讯方相关的预设事件等,智能地确定该对端通讯方匹配的描述标签。
举例而言,对端通讯方的用户信息可以包括其所属团体,例如当对端通讯方属于BB企业,而本端通讯方属于AA企业时,若AA企业与BB企业之间存在合作关系,可以为对端通讯方主动添加“合作伙伴”的描述标签;或者,当对端通讯方属于政府机关时,可以为对端通讯方主动添加“政府机关”的描述标签。
再例如,假定对端通讯方为采购人员、本端通讯方为销售人员,那么与对端通讯方相关的预设事件可以包括:对端通讯方下的订单。其中,可以通过统计对端通讯方所下订单的总金额,当总金额达到预设金额时,可以为对端通讯方主动添加“重要”的描述标签。
图17示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图17,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器1702、内部总线1704、网络接口1706、内存1708以及非易失性存储器1710,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器1702从非易失性存储器1710中读取对应的计算机程序到内存1702中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成事件展示装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。

在本实施例中,根据下滑操作与页面唤出标识的相关性,可以将下滑操作区分为第一下滑操作和第二下滑操作,从而将该下滑操作应用于分别实现展示历史聊天记录和唤出快捷处理页面,可以实现对该下滑操作的复用,从而简化用户操作、降低用户的学习成本。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种事件展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定与对端通讯方相关的预设事件;
    当针对所述对端通讯方的通讯页面处于开启状态时,在与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面中,对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过下述方式中至少之一,确定与对端通讯方相关的预设事件:
    从已记录的历史事件中,筛选出预设类型且与所述对端通讯方相关的所述预设事件;
    在检测到的实时事件中,确定出预设类型且与所述对端通讯方相关的所述预设事件;
    根据本端通讯方在所述快捷处理页面中的自定义操作,创建与所述对端通讯方相关的所述预设事件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与对端通讯方相关的预设事件包括:本端通讯方与所述对端通讯方之间的第一类事件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与对端通讯方相关的预设事件包括:其他通讯方与所述对端通讯方之间的第二类事件,其中所述本端通讯方具有对所述第二类事件的浏览权限。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述本端通讯方与所述其他通讯方属于同一团体,且与所述对端通讯方的团体归属信息不一致时,所述本端通讯方通过下述方式中至少之一获得所述浏览权限:
    所述本端通讯方在被配置为替代所述其他通讯方而与所述对端通讯方进行通讯时,获得对所述第二类事件的浏览权限;
    所述本端通讯方的团体管理层级高于所述其他通讯方;
    所述本端通讯方被所述其他通讯方赋予对所述第二类事件的浏览权限。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设事件包括以下至 少之一:
    与通讯行为相关的通讯事件;
    当所述通讯页面对应的通讯应用包含的团体处理功能时,与所述团体处理功能相关的团体处理事件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    当本端通讯方与所述对端通讯方的团体归属信息不一致时,所述预设事件包括与所述对端通讯方相关的全部预设事件;
    当所述本端通讯方与所述对端通讯方的团体归属信息一致时,所述预设事件包括与所述对端通讯方相关的待处理预设事件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面中,对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示,包括:
    当检测到所述通讯页面处于开启状态时,对所述快捷处理页面进行同步显示,以对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示;
    或者,当所述通讯页面处于开启状态时,若检测到针对所述通讯页面的预设触发操作,则将所述快捷处理页面由隐藏状态切换至显示状态,以对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面中,对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示,包括:
    当采用详情模式显示所述快捷处理页面时,将全部所述预设事件集中展示于所述快捷处理页面;
    当采用缩略模式显示所述快捷处理页面时,将所述预设事件中的待处理预设事件展示于所述快捷处理页面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面中,对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示,包括:
    当所述通讯页面处于开启状态时,检测到实时发生的任一预设事件;
    当所述快捷处理页面处于所述详情模式时,将所述任一预设事件的描述信息展示于所述快捷处理页面;
    当所述快捷处理页面处于隐藏状态时,采用缩略模式示出所述快捷处理页面,并将所述任一预设事件的描述信息展示于所述快捷处理页面。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当检测到本端通讯方针对所述快捷处理页面中的任一预设事件的触发操作时,执行针对所述任一预设事件的预设操作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述执行针对所述任一预设事件的预设操作,包括:
    调出所述任一预设事件的详情页面;
    在所述详情页面中,示出所述任一预设事件的详情内容。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述执行针对所述任一预设事件的预设操作,包括:
    当所述任一预设事件为待处理预设事件,且所述本端通讯方为所述任一预设事件的发起方、所述对端通讯方为处理方时,向所述对端通讯方发送针对所述任一预设事件的提醒消息;
    当所述任一预设事件为待处理预设事件,且所述本端通讯方为所述任一预设事件的处理方、所述对端通讯方为发起方时,对所述任一预设事件执行预设处理。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述快捷处理页面中,展示针对所述对端通讯方的描述标签,以对所述对端通讯方进行标记;
    其中,所述描述标签的内容与下述因素中至少之一相关:
    所述对端通讯方的用户信息;
    与所述对端通讯方相关的预设事件;
    所述本端通讯方对所述对端通讯方的标签配置指令。
  15. 一种事件展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定与对端通讯方之间的关系类型;
    根据所述关系类型,获取与所述对端通讯方相关的预设事件;
    当针对所述对端通讯方的通讯页面处于开启状态时,在与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面中,对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示。
  16. 一种事件展示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    示出与对端通讯方的聊天页面,所述聊天页面的空白区域包含页面唤出标识;
    当检测到针对所述聊天页面的第一下滑操作,且所述第一下滑操作与所述页面唤出标识无关时,在所述聊天页面的消息展示区域中展示与所述对端通讯方的历史聊天记录;
    当检测到针对所述聊天页面的第二下滑操作,且所述第二下滑操作与所述页面唤出标识相关时,唤出与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面,并将所述历史聊天记录中的预设类型的历史事件集中展示于所述快捷处理页面中。
  17. 一种历史事件展示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,确定与对端通讯方相关的预设事件;
    展示单元,当针对所述对端通讯方的通讯页面处于开启状态时,在与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面中,对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示。
  18. 一种事件展示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    类型确定单元,确定与对端通讯方之间的关系类型;
    事件获取单元,根据所述关系类型,获取与所述对端通讯方相关的预设事件;
    信息展示单元,当针对所述对端通讯方的通讯页面处于开启状态时,在与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面中,对所述预设事件的描述信息进行集中展示。
  19. 一种事件展示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    页面示出单元,示出与对端通讯方的聊天页面,所述聊天页面的空白区域包含页面唤出标识;
    记录展示单元,当检测到针对所述聊天页面的第一下滑操作,且所述第 一下滑操作与所述页面唤出标识无关时,在所述聊天页面的消息展示区域中展示与所述对端通讯方的历史聊天记录;
    事件展示单元,当检测到针对所述聊天页面的第二下滑操作,且所述第二下滑操作与所述页面唤出标识相关时,唤出与所述通讯页面关联的快捷处理页面,并将所述历史聊天记录中的预设类型的历史事件集中展示于所述快捷处理页面中。
