服务器11可以为包含一独立主机的物理服务器,或者该服务器11可以为主机集群承载的虚拟服务器,或者该服务器11可以为云服务器。在运行过程中,服务器11可以运行某一应用的服务器侧的程序,以实现该应用的相关业务功能,比如当该服务器11运行移动化团体办公平台的程序时,可以实现为该移动化团体办公平台的服务端。而在本说明书一个或多个实施例的技术方案中,可由服务器11通过与用户设备13、会议投屏设备14上运行的客户端进行配合,以实现基于环境感知的协同处理方案。
在本实施例中,移动化团体办公平台不仅可以实现通讯功能,还可以作为诸多其他功能的集成化功能平台,比如对于审批事件(如请假、办公物品申领、财务等审批事件)、考勤事件、任务事件、日志事件等团体内部事件的处理,再比如订餐、采购等团体外部事件的处理,本说明书一个或多个实施例并不对此进行限制。
较为具体地,移动化团体办公平台可以承载于相关技术中的即时通讯应用,比如企业即时通讯(Enterprise Instant Messaging,EIM)应用,例如Skype For

等。当然,即时通讯功能仅为移动化团体办公平台支持的通讯功能之一,该移动化团体办公平台还能够实现更多诸如上述的其他功能,此处不再赘述。
手机131和PC132只是用户可以使用的部分类型的用户设备13。实际上,用户显然还可以使用诸如下述类型的用户设备13:平板设备、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑(PDAs,Personal Digital Assistants)、可穿戴设备(如智能眼镜、智能手表等)等,本说明书一个或多个实施例并不对此进行限制。在运行过程中,该用户设备13可以运行某一应用的客户端侧的程序,以实现该应用的相关业务功能,比如当用户设备13运行移动化团体办公平台的程序时,可以实现为该移动化团体办公平台的用户侧客户端。
智能投影仪141和智能电视142只是可以使用的部分类型的会议投屏设备14。实际上,显然还可以使用诸如下述类型的会议投屏设备14:手机、平板设备、笔记本电脑、 掌上电脑(PDAs,Personal Digital Assistants)、可穿戴设备(如智能眼镜、智能手表等)等,本说明书一个或多个实施例并不对此进行限制。在运行过程中,该会议投屏设备14可以运行某一应用的客户端侧的程序,以实现该应用的相关业务功能,比如当会议投屏设备14运行移动化团体办公平台的程序时,可以实现为该移动化团体办公平台的投屏侧客户端。
需要指出的是:移动化团体办公平台的客户端的应用程序可以被预先安装在用户设备13、会议投屏设备14等电子设备上,使得该客户端可以在该电子设备上被启动并运行;当然,当采用诸如HTML5技术的在线“客户端”时,无需在电子设备上安装相应的应用程序,即可获得并运行该客户端。
而对于用户设备13、会议投屏设备14等与服务器11之间进行交互的网络12,可以包括多种类型的有线或无线网络。在一实施例中,该网络12可以包括公共交换电话网络(Public Switched Telephone Network,PSTN)和因特网。
图2是一示例性实施例提供的一种会议信息的显示方法的流程图。如图2所示,该方法应用于会议投屏设备(比如图1中的会议投屏设备14),可以包括以下步骤:
步骤202,获取与会议相关的信息,所述信息来源于所述会议对应的会议预约数据。
在一实施例中,会议投屏设备可以运行移动化团体办公平台的投屏侧客户端;同时,通过在移动化团体办公平台所支持的会议功能与投屏功能之间实现互通,使得会议投屏设备可以基于投屏侧客户端向移动化团体办公平台的服务端获取会议对应的会议预约数据,从而提取会议预约数据中与会议相关的信息,以实现本说明书的会议信息的显示方案。

在一实施例中,通过自动对与会议相关的信息进行投屏展示,使得参会人员能够在会议投屏设备上便捷地了解与该会议相关的信息,从而提升会议效率、确保会议顺利进行。
步骤204,在所述会议投屏设备上对所述信息进行投屏展示。
在一实施例中,当所述会议的开始时刻之前的特定时刻到达时,可以在所述会议投屏设备上对所述信息进行投屏展示;其中,所述特定时刻与所述开始时刻之间的时差不大于预设时长。举例而言,该预设时长可以为5分钟、10分钟或其他任意时长,则相应 的特定时刻可以为会议开始前5分钟、会议开始前10分钟等;换言之,会议投屏设备通过对会议的开始时刻进行监控,可以自动在会议开始前对与会议相关的信息进行投屏展示,避免遗漏。
实际上,当会议投屏设备属于若干用户的共用设备时,会议投屏设备往往在不同时间段内被应用于不同会议中,因而通过对会议的开始时刻进行监控,并对与会议相关的信息进行自动化的投屏展示,可以避免会议投屏设备的投屏内容发生错误。
在一实施例中,可以获取所述会议的管理方预先配置的自定义内容,并在所述会议投屏设备上对所述自定义内容进行投屏展示。其中,会议的管理方包括对会议具有管理权限的任意用户,比如该用户可以为该会议的参会人员,再比如该用户可以为该会议的非参会人员,再比如该用户可以为参会人员所属团体中的管理员等,本说明书并不对此进行限制。
在一实施例中,所述自定义内容可以包括以下至少之一:自定义背景图片、自定义文字(比如会议介绍、针对参会人员的欢迎语等)、自定义标识(比如企业LOGO、团队标志等)等,本说明书并不对此进行限制。其中,该自定义内容可以为长期有效,也可以为单次或指定次数内有效,或者被配置为其他时效方案,本说明书并不对此进行限制。
图3是一示例性实施例提供的另一种会议信息的显示方法的流程图。如图3所示,该方法应用于服务器(比如图1中的服务器11),可以包括以下步骤:

在一实施例中,通过自动对与会议相关的信息进行投屏展示,使得参会人员能够在会议投屏设备上便捷地了解与该会议相关的信息,从而提升会议效率、确保会议顺利进行。
步骤304,确定所述会议使用的会议投屏设备。
在一实施例中,会议的发起方或管理方可以在会议预约数据中指定会议使用的会议投屏设备,即服务器可以从会议预约数据中确定出该会议投屏设备。
在一实施例中,服务器可以确定所述会议的参会人员所属的团体,并将绑定至所述团体的投屏设备作为所述会议投屏设备。例如,团体的管理员预先将会议投屏设备绑定至该团体,使得该团体中的团体成员需要举行会议时,服务器可以确定使用绑定至该团体的该会议投屏设备。
步骤306,将所述信息发送至所述会议投屏设备,以由所述会议投屏设备对所述信息进行投屏展示。
在一实施例中,当所述会议的开始时刻之前的特定时刻到达时,服务器可以将所述信息发送至所述会议投屏设备,以由所述会议投屏设备进行投屏展示;其中,所述特定时刻与所述开始时刻之间的时差不大于预设时长。举例而言,该预设时长可以为5分钟、10分钟或其他任意时长,则相应的特定时刻可以为会议开始前5分钟、会议开始前10分钟等;换言之,服务器通过对会议的开始时刻进行监控,可以自动在会议开始前向会议投屏设备提供与会议相关的信息、以由会议投屏设备进行投屏展示,避免遗漏。

为了便于理解,以企业即时通讯应用“企业微信”为例,对本说明书一个或多个实 施例的技术方案进行说明。仍以图1所示的架构为例,假定服务器11上运行有企业微信服务端,用户A为企业AA中的管理员、该用户A使用的PC132上运行有企业微信客户端1,智能电视142设于企业AA内的会议室2中、该智能电视142上运行有企业微信客户端2。
图4是一示例性实施例提供的一种应用管理界面的示意图。通过在PC132运行的企业微信客户端1上登录该用户A的账号,基于该用户A的管理员身份,可以进入如图4所示的应用管理界面400,对诸如签到、考勤打卡、日志等企业管理功能进行设置,以便于实现对企业AA的企业管理功能。其中,在应用管理界面400的顶部包括通讯录、工作台、增值服务等多个功能标签,当用户A选择工作台标签402时,可以展示为该应用管理界面400,而用户A还可以通过选取其他功能标签并切换至相应的功能界面,以实现相应的功能。
图5-图8是一示例性实施例提供的一种应用管理界面的示意图。当检测到用户A选取应用管理界面400中的智能会议室选项404时,企业微信客户端1可以切换至与“智能会议室”相关的功能界面,比如图5所示的设备管理界面500。在该设备管理界面500中展示有绑定至企业AA的会议投屏设备,比如智能电视001、智能电视002、智能投影仪等,可供用户A对这些会议投屏设备进行管理。
假定用户A或其他管理员已经预先将智能电视002关联至会议室1、将智能投影仪关联至大会议室,而尚未将智能电视001绑定至企业AA内的工作地点。当用户A希望将智能电视001绑定至会议室2时,可以采取下述操作:企业微信客户端1检测到用户A触发智能电视001对应的设置选项时,可以示出图6所示的设置界面600,以供用户A对该智能电视001进行设置。如图6所示,设置界面600可以提供设备名称、会议室名称、WIFI等若干选项,本说明书并不对此进行限制。
其中,通过触发设备名称选项,用户A可以修改该智能电视001的名称,比如将“智能电视001”修改为“会议室2专用”等。通过触发会议室名称选项,用户A可以将智能电视001关联至企业AA内的会议室,比如会议室2等;其中,用户A可以通过触发会议室名称选项的输入框602,以手动输入“会议室2”,或者用户A可以通过触发该输入框602中的选择标识604,以使得企业微信客户端1向用户A呈现企业AA中所有的备选会议室,则用户A可以从呈现的备选会议室中进行选择,而无需在输入框602中手动输入。通过触发WIFI选项,用户A可以修改智能电视001连接的WIFI网络。
与智能电视001相类似的,对于已经完成关联的智能电视002、智能投影仪等会议 投屏设备,用户A同样可以通过触发这些会议投屏设备对应的设置选项,对这些会议投屏设备的设备名称、会议室名称、WIFI等选项进行编辑配置,比如将智能电视002的关联会议室由“会议室1”修改为“会议室3”等,此处不再赘述。
在设备管理界面500中,每一会议投屏设备存在对应的解绑选项,以供用户A将相应的会议投屏设备与企业AA进行解绑。在一实施例中,当检测到用户A触发智能投影仪对应的解绑选项时,企业微信客户端1可以示出如图7所示的解绑确认界面700,以避免用户A由于误操作而触发该解绑选项;当检测到用户A选取该解绑确认界面700中的确定选项时,企业微信客户端1可以将智能投影仪与企业AA解绑,使得设备管理界面500的展示内容由图5变更为图8所示,即用户A将无法查看到上述的智能投影仪。
图9是一示例性实施例提供的一种屏幕设置界面的示意图。当检测到用户A触发上述设备管理界面500左侧的屏幕设置选项时,企业微信客户端1可以切换至如图9所示的屏幕设置界面900,以供用户A对企业AA中的会议投屏设备的投屏内容进行设置,使得这些会议投屏设备可以实现本说明书的会议信息的显示方案。
在一实施例中,当检测到用户A触发屏幕设置界面900中的企业LOGO上传选项902时,企业微信客户端1可以允许用户A上传满足预设条件(比如图片尺寸为640*640,大小不超过1M等)的图片,以作为该企业AA的企业LOGO。
在一实施例中,当检测到用户A触发屏幕设置界面900中的自定义文字选项904时,企业微信客户端1可以允许用户A输入任意文字内容,以用于宣传企业文化、介绍企业产品、欢迎参会人员等。
在一实施例中,当检测到用户A触发屏幕设置界面900中的自定义背景图片选项906时,企业微信客户端1可以允许用户A上传满足预设条件(比如图片尺寸为1920*1080,大小不小于1M等)的图片,以作为会议投屏设备的背景图片。其中,屏幕设置界面900可以包含针对该背景图片预览区域908,以用于向用户A呈现会议投屏设备当前设置的背景图片。
在一实施例中,屏幕设置界面900可以向用户A提供若干类型的会议预约数据,比如参会人员、参会主题、会议时间等,本说明书并不对此进行限制。用户A可以通过触发诸如参会人员对应的选项910、参会主题对应的选项912、会议时间对应的选项914等,对上述的会议预约数据进行选择,以确定需要展示于会议投屏设备上的会议预约数据。
在一实施例中,当检测到用户A触发屏幕设置界面900中的选择生效设备选项916时,企业微信客户端1可以向用户A提供绑定至企业AA的备选会议投屏设备,用户A 可以选择一台或多台会议投屏设备,以使得这些会议投屏设备在参会人员发起投屏(即向会议投屏设备提供会议所需的投屏内容)之前,可以对上述的企业LOGO、自定义文字、自定义背景图片、会议预约数据等进行自动投屏展示,以便于参会人员快速了解会议相关信息,有助于提升会议效率。
假定上述的智能电视142即“智能电视001”,当用户A通过屏幕设置界面900完成设置后,该智能电视142上运行的企业微信客户端2可以通过与企业微信服务端进行交互,确定用户A希望进行投屏展示的内容。以“会议预约数据”为例,假定用户A选取了参会人员对应的选项910(在选项910中显示有“√”标识),当某一会议需要在会议室2召开,且已经或即将到达该会议的会议时间时,智能电视142可以通过获取该会议对应的会议预约数据,确定出该会议的参会人员,并自动对这些参会人员进行投屏展示,以使得任一用户进入会议室2后,即可通过投屏内容确定是否进入了正确的会议室。
图10是一示例性实施例提供的一种电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图10,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器1002、内部总线1004、网络接口1006、内存1008以及非易失性存储器1010,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器1002从非易失性存储器1010中读取对应的计算机程序到内存1008中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成会议信息的显示装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本说明书一个或多个实施例并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种会议信息的显示方法,其特征在于,应用于会议投屏设备,所述方法包括:
    获取与会议相关的信息,所述信息来源于所述会议对应的会议预约数据;
    在所述会议投屏设备上对所述信息进行投屏展示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息包括以下至少之一:
    参会人员、会议主题、参会人员所属团体的信息、会议时间段、会议场地的预约结束时刻、会议场地的剩余使用时长。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述会议投屏设备上对所述信息进行投屏展示,包括:
    当所述会议的开始时刻之前的特定时刻到达时,在所述会议投屏设备上对所述信息进行投屏展示;其中,所述特定时刻与所述开始时刻之间的时差不大于预设时长。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取所述会议的管理方预先配置的自定义内容;
    在所述会议投屏设备上对所述自定义内容进行投屏展示。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述自定义内容包括以下至少之一:
    自定义背景图片、自定义文字、自定义标识。
  6. 一种会议信息的显示方法,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
    根据会议对应的会议预约数据,确定与所述会议相关的信息;
    确定所述会议使用的会议投屏设备;
    将所述信息发送至所述会议投屏设备,以由所述会议投屏设备对所述信息进行投屏展示。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述会议使用的会议投屏设备,包括:
    确定所述会议的参会人员所属的团体;
    将绑定至所述团体的投屏设备作为所述会议投屏设备。
  8. 一种会议信息的显示装置,其特征在于,应用于会议投屏设备,所述装置包括:
    信息获取单元,获取与会议相关的信息,所述信息来源于所述会议对应的会议预约数据;
    展示单元,在所述会议投屏设备上对所述信息进行投屏展示。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息包括以下至少之一:
    参会人员、会议主题、参会人员所属团体的信息、会议时间段、会议场地的预约结束时刻、会议场地的剩余使用时长。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示单元具体用于:
    当所述会议的开始时刻之前的特定时刻到达时,在所述会议投屏设备上对所述信息进行投屏展示;其中,所述特定时刻与所述开始时刻之间的时差不大于预设时长。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    内容获取单元,获取所述会议的管理方预先配置的自定义内容;
    所述展示单元还用于在所述会议投屏设备上对所述自定义内容进行投屏展示。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述自定义内容包括以下至少之一:
    自定义背景图片、自定义文字、自定义标识。
  13. 一种会议信息的显示装置,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述装置包括:
    信息确定单元,根据会议对应的会议预约数据,确定与所述会议相关的信息;
    设备确定单元,确定所述会议使用的会议投屏设备;
    信息发送单元,将所述信息发送至所述会议投屏设备,以由所述会议投屏设备对所述信息进行投屏展示。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述设备确定单元具体用于:
    确定所述会议的参会人员所属的团体;
    将绑定至所述团体的投屏设备作为所述会议投屏设备。
