综上所述,本发明通过上述方案:获取车辆的位置信息,根据车辆的位置信息判断车辆所处的车道,其中车辆所处的车道为原始车道;获取车辆的车速信息;获取原始车道的图像信息;根据原始车道的图像信息或者根据原始车道的图像信息结合车速信息判断车辆是否需要变更车道;若判断车辆需要变更车道,则提示用户执行变更车道操作,辅助用户根据车速信息结合车道的文字信息或者车道的限定车速信息按规定车道行驶,提高了驾驶安全性。
基于上述辅助变更车道的方法,如图3所示,本发明还提出了一种辅助变更车道的装置,该装置包括:定位模块10、车速获取模块20、图像获取模块30、分析模块40及提示模块50,其中:
作为本发明辅助变更车道的装置的一种较佳实施例,定位模块10用于获取车辆的位置信息,根据车辆的位置信息判断车辆所处的车道,其中车辆所处的车道为原始车道。
在本较佳实施例中,可以通过GPS定位模块或者移动运营网络基站定位模块来获取车辆的位置信息,并通过车辆的位置信息判断出车辆所处的车道,此时车辆所处的车道为原始车道。
车速获取模块20用于获取车辆的车速信息。
作为一种实施方式,车速获取模块20可以通过在车辆上设置的磁电式车速传感器、霍尔式车速传感器或者光电式车速传感器等中的一种来获取车辆的车速信息。
图像获取模块30用于获取原始车道的图像信息。
在本较佳实施例中,图像获取模块30可以通过在车辆上设置的车载摄像头采集原始车道的图像信息。
分析模块40用于根据原始车道的图像信息或者根据原始车道的图像信息结合车速信息判断车辆是否需要变更车道。
在车速获取模块20获取到车辆的车速信息,图像获取模块30获取到原始车道的图像信息后,通过分析模块40对原始车道的图像信息进行解析,得到原始车道的用途信息或者原始车道的限定车速信息,如果通过对用途信息分析得到原始车道为公交车道、禁停车道或者应急车道等,则判断车辆需要变更车道;如果通过对原始车道的限定车速信息分析得到原始车道的限定车速信息与车辆的车速信息不相对应,则同样判断车辆需要变更车道。
提示模块50用于判断车辆需要变更车道时,提示用户执行变更车道操作。
在本较佳实施例中,可以通过语音提示用户需要执行变更车道操作。
本实施例通过上述方案,定位模块获取车辆的位置信息,根据车辆的位置信息判断车辆所处的车道,其中车辆所处的车道为原始车道;车速获取模块20获取车辆的车速信息;图像获取模块30获取原始车道的图像信息;分析模块40根据原始车道的图像信息或者根据原始车道的图像信息结合车速信息判断车辆是否需要变更车道;判断车辆需要变更车道时,提示模块50提示用户执行变更车道操作,辅助用户根据车速信息结合车道的文字信息或者车道的限定车速信息按规定车道行驶,提高了驾驶安全性。
进一步地,本发明辅助变更车道的装置提供了第二实施例,本第二实施例基于上述第一实施例,在分析模块40根据原始车道的图像信息或者根据原始车道的图像信息结合车速信息判断车辆是否需要变更车道之后,
若判断车辆需要变更车道,则图像获取模块30还用于获取候选车道的图像信息。
具体地,本第二实施例可以通过图像获取模块30来获取候选车道的图像信息,具体实施时,可以在车辆上设置车载摄像头,图像获取模块30通过车载摄像头获取候选车道的图像信息。
分析模块40还用于从候选车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息,根据解析出的候选车道的文字信息分析得到候选车道的限定车速信息,以在需要变更车道时,
将车辆变更至候选车道。
进一步地,当确定需要变更车道时,将车速信息与候选车道的限定车速信息进行比对,选取比对一致的候选车道作为车辆变更后的车道。
为了使得用户能将车辆变更至合适的车道,本第二实施例在获取到候选车道的限定车速信息后,通过分析模块40将车速信息与候选车道的限定车速信息进行一一比对,以选择出与车速最匹配的候选车道作为车辆变更后的车道。
之后,提示模块50提示用户将当前车道变更为选择的候选车道。
本实施例通过上述方案,图像获取模块30获取候选车道的图像信息;分析模块40从候选车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息;分析模块40根据解析出的候选车道的文字信息分析得到候选车道的限定车速信息,以在需要变更车道时,
将车辆变更至候选车道;分析模块40将车速信息与候选车道的限定车速信息进行比对,选取比对一致的候选车道作为车辆变更后的车道,使得用户能准确地将车辆变更至与车速相匹配的候选车道上行驶,进一步地提高了驾驶的安全性。
综上所述,本发明通过上述方案,定位模块获取车辆的位置信息,根据车辆的位置信息判断车辆所处的车道,其中车辆所处的车道为原始车道;车速获取模块20获取车辆的车速信息;图像获取模块30获取原始车道的图像信息;分析模块40根据原始车道的图像信息或者根据原始车道的图像信息结合车速信息判断车辆是否需要变更车道;判断车辆需要变更车道时,提示模块50提示用户执行变更车道操作,辅助用户根据车速信息结合车道的文字信息或者车道的限定车速信息按规定车道行驶,提高了驾驶安全性。

Claims (16)
- 一种辅助变更车道的方法,其特征在于,包括:获取车辆的位置信息,根据所述车辆的位置信息判断车辆所处的车道,其中所述车辆所处的车道为原始车道;获取车辆的车速信息;获取所述原始车道的图像信息;根据所述原始车道的图像信息或者根据所述原始车道的图像信息结合所述车速信息判断车辆是否需要变更车道;若判断车辆需要变更车道,则提示用户执行变更车道操作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的辅助变更车道的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述原始车道的图像信息结合所述车速信息判断车辆是否需要变更车道的步骤包括:从所述原始车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息;根据解析出的所述原始车道的文字信息分析得到所述原始车道的限定车速信息;根据所述车速信息、所述原始车道的限定车速信息分析车辆是否需要变更车道,若所述车速信息与所述原始车道的限定车速信息相对应则不需变更车道;若所述车速信息与所述原始车道的限定车速信息不相对应则需变更车道。
- 根据权利要求2所述的辅助变更车道的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述原始车道的图像信息结合所述车速信息判断车辆是否需要变更车道的步骤之后,还包括:若车辆需要变更车道,则获取候选车道的图像信息;从所述候选车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息;根据解析出的所述候选车道的文字信息分析得到所述候选车道的限定车速信息,以在需要变更车道时, 将车辆变更至所述候选车道。
- 根据权利要求3所述的辅助变更车道的方法,其特征在于,所述辅助变更车道的方法还包括:在判断车辆需要变更车道时,将所述车速信息与候选车道的限定车速信息进行比对,选取比对一致的候选车道作为车辆变更后的车道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的辅助变更车道的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述原始车道的图像信息判断当前车辆是否需要变更车道的步骤包括:从所述原始车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息;若根据所述原始车道的文字信息分析的结果为所述原始车道为公交车道或违停车道,则判断车辆需要变更车道。
- 根据权利要求2所述的辅助变更车道的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述原始车道的图像信息判断当前车辆是否需要变更车道的步骤包括:从所述原始车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息;若根据所述原始车道的文字信息分析的结果为所述原始车道为公交车道或违停车道,则判断车辆需要变更车道。

- 根据权利要求4所述的辅助变更车道的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述原始车道的图像信息判断当前车辆是否需要变更车道的步骤包括:从所述原始车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息;若根据所述原始车道的文字信息分析的结果为所述原始车道为公交车道或违停车道,则判断车辆需要变更车道。
- 一种辅助变更车道的装置,其特征在于,包括:定位模块,用于获取车辆的位置信息,所述定位模块还用于根据所述车辆的位置信息判断车辆所处的车道,其中所述车辆所处的车道为原始车道;车速获取模块,用于获取车辆的车速信息;图像获取模块,用于获取所述原始车道的图像信息;分析模块,用于根据所述原始车道的图像信息或者根据所述原始车道的图像信息结合所述车速信息判断车辆是否需要变更车道;提示模块,用于当所述分析模块判断车辆需要变更车道时,提示用户执行变更车道操作。
- 根据权利要求9所述的辅助变更车道的装置,其特征在于,所述分析模块还用于:从所述原始车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息;根据解析出的所述原始车道的文字信息分析得到所述原始车道的限定车速信息;根据所述车速信息、所述原始车道的限定车速信息分析车辆是否需要变更车道,若所述车速信息与所述原始车道的限定车速信息相对应则不需变更车道;若所述车速信息与所述原始车道的限定车速信息不相对应则需变更车道。
- 根据权利要求10所述的辅助变更车道的装置,其特征在于,所述图像获取模块还用于获取候选车道的图像信息;所述分析模块还用于从所述候选车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息,根据解析出来的所述候选车道的文字信息分析得到所述候选车道的限定车速信息,以在需要变更车道时, 将车辆变更至所述候选车道。
- 根据权利要求11所述的辅助变更车道的装置,其特征在于,所述分析模块还用于在判断车辆需要变更车道时,将所述车速信息与候选车道的限定车速信息进行比对,选取比对一致的候选车道作为车辆变更后的车道。
- 根据权利要求9所述的辅助变更车道的装置,其特征在于,所述分析模块还用于,从所述原始车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息,若根据所述原始车道的文字信息分析的结果为所述原始车道为公交车道或者违停车道,则判断车辆需要变更车道。
- 根据权利要求10所述的辅助变更车道的装置,其特征在于,所述分析模块还用于,从所述原始车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息,若根据所述原始车道的文字信息分析的结果为所述原始车道为公交车道或者违停车道,则判断车辆需要变更车道。
- 根据权利要求11所述的辅助变更车道的装置,其特征在于,所述分析模块还用于,从所述原始车道的图像信息中解析出文字信息,若根据所述原始车道的文字信息分析的结果为所述原始车道为公交车道或者违停车道,则判断车辆需要变更车道。
