本发明提出的一种基于智能电视的音频数据播放方法、智能电视及系统,智能电视根据第一外部设备发送的第一音频信息及第二外部设备发送的第二音频信息中的第一外部设备标识、第二外部设备标识将不同设备发送的第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行区分存储,并按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。由于智能电视在播放音频数据时能对不同外部设备的音频数据进行区分、识别,并可按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放,不会造成不同外部设备发送的音频数据在播放时出现重叠错乱的情况,能对不同外部设备发送的音频数据的播放顺序进行有效地管理,提升了用户体验。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
智能电视作为智能家居中的主要终端,不仅显示电视节目,还是语音控制中心,各种外部设备利用各种途径将语音传送至智能电视进行播放,如手机端可通过安装的语音应用将用户的音频通过无线网传输至至智能电视,蓝牙遥控器可通过安装的麦克风将用户的音频通过蓝牙传送到智能电视等。然后,当不同用户通过手机端和蓝牙遥控器同时传输至至智能电视进行播放时,智能电视需要对不同设备传送的音频进行区分、识别、排序等处理后再进行播放,否则会使不同用户通过不同设备传送的音频在播放时出现无序、丢失、替换甚至不同用户的音频夹杂错乱的播放等情况。
因而,本发明提供一种基于智能电视的音频数据播放方法。
参照图1,图1为本发明基于智能电视的音频数据播放方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在第一实施例中,该基于智能电视的音频数据播放方法包括:
步骤S10,智能电视接收第一外部设备发送的第一音频信息及第二外部设备发送的第二音频信息,其中,所述第一音频信息中包括所述第一外部设备的标识及第一音频数据,所述第二音频信息中包括所述第二外部设备的标识及第二音频数据;
本实施例中,所述第一外部设备为移动终端,所述第二外部设备为遥控器,当然,也不限定所述第一外部设备、所述第二外部设备为其他类型的电子设备。智能电视首先侦测当前与其连接的移动终端、遥控器,以实时接收当前与其连接的移动终端、遥控器发送的音频信息。在智能电视接收到移动终端、遥控器发送的音频信息后,识别移动终端、遥控器发送的音频信息中的设备标识及音频数据。
如移动终端在接收到用户在语音应用软件中通过话筒输入的第一模拟音频时,将所述第一模拟音频进行模数转换为数字音频格式的第一音频数据,并将所述第一音频数据及所述移动终端的标识进行对应存储。具体地,移动终端在获取到第一音频数据时,可创建两个不同的缓存区,在其中一个缓存区中存储所述第一音频数据,在另一个缓存区中存储所述移动终端的标识如0x10等。当移动终端判断缓存区中存储的所述第一音频数据达到一定数量,需要发送至智能电视进行语音播放时,则可先将另一个缓存区中存储的所述移动终端的标识发送至智能电视,再将缓存区中存储的所述第一音频数据发送至智能电视,以使智能电视识别出当前接收的为所述移动终端发送的第一音频数据。遥控器接收、存储、发送所述第二外部设备的标识及第二音频数据与所述移动终端相同,在此不再赘述。
步骤S20,基于所述第一外部设备的标识及所述第二外部设备的标识区分存储所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据;
智能电视在同时接收到移动终端和遥控器发送的第一音频信息、第二音频信息时,即可根据移动终端、遥控器先后发送的设备标识及音频数据来区分识别出移动终端发送的第一音频数据和遥控器发送的第二音频数据,并创建不同的存储区,利用不同的存储区分别缓存所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据。
步骤S30,比较存储的所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据的大小,按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。
对不同的存储区缓存的所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据的大小进行比较,如可根据所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据的具体字符个数进行比较,字符个数多的也就是数据量大的音频数据。获取所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据的数据大小关系后,可按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。即智能电视优先播放数据较小的音频数据,再播放数据较大的音频数据。这样,能制定一个音频播放的顺序有序的先后播放移动终端和遥控器同时发送的音频数据,不会出现在播放移动终端的第一音频数据时夹杂着遥控器的第二音频数据播放的情况,而且,一般用户需要立刻播放的各种指令均为短小的音频数据,本实施例中智能电视优先播放数据较小的音频数据能及时播放用户的各种短指令,更加符合用户对智能电视的语音播放需求。
本实施例中智能电视根据第一外部设备发送的第一音频信息及第二外部设备发送的第二音频信息中的第一外部设备标识、第二外部设备标识将不同设备发送的第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行区分存储,并按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。由于智能电视在播放音频数据时能对不同外部设备的音频数据进行区分、识别,并可按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放,不会造成不同外部设备发送的音频数据在播放时出现重叠错乱的情况,能对不同外部设备发送的音频数据的播放顺序进行有效地管理,提升了用户体验。
如图2所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种基于智能电视的音频数据播放方法,在上述第一实施例的基础上,在上述步骤S30之前还包括:
步骤S40,判断所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备是否预设有相应的播放优先级;
步骤S50,若是,则根据预设的所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备相应的播放优先级高低顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放;
若否,则执行步骤S30。
本实施例中在播放所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据时,首先判断所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备是否预设有相应的播放优先级。如用户可预先设定移动终端的播放优先级高,遥控器的播放优先级低,这样,在智能电视播放移动终端发送的第一音频数据和遥控器发送的第二音频数据时,优先比较移动终端与遥控器预设的播放优先级,并按移动终端与遥控器的播放优先级高低顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放,如可先将播放优先级高的移动终端的发送的第一音频数据进行播放,再将播放优先级低的遥控器的发送的第二音频数据进行播放。
本实施例中可先根据移动终端与遥控器预设的播放优先级高低顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放;在移动终端与遥控器没有设定播放优先级时,再比较存储的所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据的大小,按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放,更加灵活。
本发明进一步提供一种播放音频数据的智能电视。
参照图3,图3为本发明播放音频数据的智能电视第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
在第一实施例中,该播放音频数据的智能电视包括:接收模块01、存储模块02及播放模块03,其中,
接收模块01,用于接收第一外部设备发送的第一音频信息及第二外部设备发送的第二音频信息,其中,所述第一音频信息中包括所述第一外部设备的标识及第一音频数据,所述第二音频信息中包括所述第二外部设备的标识及第二音频数据;
本实施例中,所述第一外部设备为移动终端,所述第二外部设备为遥控器,当然,也不限定所述第一外部设备、所述第二外部设备为其他类型的电子设备。智能电视首先侦测当前与其连接的移动终端、遥控器,以实时接收当前与其连接的移动终端、遥控器发送的音频信息。在智能电视接收到移动终端、遥控器发送的音频信息后,识别移动终端、遥控器发送的音频信息中的设备标识及音频数据。
如移动终端在接收到用户在语音应用软件中通过话筒输入的第一模拟音频时,将所述第一模拟音频进行模数转换为数字音频格式的第一音频数据,并将所述第一音频数据及所述移动终端的标识进行对应存储。具体地,移动终端在获取到第一音频数据时,可创建两个不同的缓存区,在其中一个缓存区中存储所述第一音频数据,在另一个缓存区中存储所述移动终端的标识如0x10等。当移动终端判断缓存区中存储的所述第一音频数据达到一定数量,需要发送至智能电视进行语音播放时,则可先将另一个缓存区中存储的所述移动终端的标识发送至智能电视,再将缓存区中存储的所述第一音频数据发送至智能电视,以使智能电视识别出当前接收的为所述移动终端发送的第一音频数据。遥控器接收、存储、发送所述第二外部设备的标识及第二音频数据与所述移动终端相同,在此不再赘述。
存储模块02,用于基于所述第一外部设备的标识及所述第二外部设备的标识区分存储所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据;
智能电视在同时接收到移动终端和遥控器发送的第一音频信息、第二音频信息时,即可根据移动终端、遥控器先后发送的设备标识及音频数据来区分识别出移动终端发送的第一音频数据和遥控器发送的第二音频数据,并创建不同的存储区,利用不同的存储区分别缓存所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据。
播放模块03,用于比较存储的所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据的大小,按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。
对不同的存储区缓存的所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据的大小进行比较,如可根据所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据的具体字符个数进行比较,字符个数多的也就是数据量大的音频数据。获取所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据的数据大小关系后,可按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。即智能电视优先播放数据较小的音频数据,再播放数据较大的音频数据。这样,能制定一个音频播放的顺序有序的先后播放移动终端和遥控器同时发送的音频数据,不会出现在播放移动终端的第一音频数据时夹杂着遥控器的第二音频数据播放的情况,而且,一般用户需要立刻播放的各种指令均为短小的音频数据,本实施例中智能电视优先播放数据较小的音频数据能及时播放用户的各种短指令,更加符合用户对智能电视的语音播放需求。
本实施例中智能电视根据第一外部设备发送的第一音频信息及第二外部设备发送的第二音频信息中的第一外部设备标识、第二外部设备标识将不同设备发送的第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行区分存储,并按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。由于智能电视在播放音频数据时能对不同外部设备的音频数据进行区分、识别,并可按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放,不会造成不同外部设备发送的音频数据在播放时出现重叠错乱的情况,能对不同外部设备发送的音频数据的播放顺序进行有效地管理,提升了用户体验。
如图4所示,本发明第二实施例提出一种播放音频数据的智能电视,在上述第一实施例的基础上,还包括:
判断模块04,用于判断所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备是否预设有相应的播放优先级;
优先播放模块05,用于若所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备预设有相应的播放优先级,则根据预设的所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备相应的播放优先级高低顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。
本实施例中在播放所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据时,首先判断所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备是否预设有相应的播放优先级。如用户可预先设定移动终端的播放优先级高,遥控器的播放优先级低,这样,在智能电视播放移动终端发送的第一音频数据和遥控器发送的第二音频数据时,优先比较移动终端与遥控器预设的播放优先级,并按移动终端与遥控器的播放优先级高低顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放,如可先将播放优先级高的移动终端的发送的第一音频数据进行播放,再将播放优先级低的遥控器的发送的第二音频数据进行播放。
本实施例中可先根据移动终端与遥控器预设的播放优先级高低顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放;在移动终端与遥控器没有设定播放优先级时,再比较存储的所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据的大小,按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放,更加灵活。
本发明又提供一种基于智能电视的音频数据播放系统。
参照图5,图5为本发明基于智能电视的音频数据播放系统一实施例的结构示意图。
在一实施例中,该基于智能电视的音频数据播放系统包括:智能电视1、第一外部设备2及第二外部设备3,其中,
第一外部设备2用于在接收到用户输入的第一音频数据时,发送第一音频信息至智能电视,所述第一音频信息中包括第一外部设备2的标识及所述第一音频数据;
第二外部设备3用于在接收到用户输入的第二音频数据时,发送第二音频信息至智能电视,所述第二音频信息中包括第二外部设备3的标识及所述第一音频数据;
智能电视用于接收第一外部设备2发送的第一音频信息及第二外部设备3发送的第二音频信息;基于第一外部设备2的标识及第二外部设备3的标识区分存储所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据;比较存储的所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据的大小,按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。
第一外部设备2为移动终端,第二外部设备3为遥控器;所述移动终端还用于接收到用户通过话筒输入的第一模拟音频时,将所述第一模拟音频进行模数转换为第一音频数据,并将所述第一音频数据及所述移动终端的标识进行对应存储;所述遥控器还用于接收到用户通过话筒输入的第二模拟音频时,将所述第二模拟音频进行模数转换为第二音频数据,并将所述第二音频数据及所述遥控器的标识进行对应存储。
本实施例中智能电视根据第一外部设备2发送的第一音频信息及第二外部设备3发送的第二音频信息中的第一外部设备2标识、第二外部设备3标识将不同设备发送的第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行区分存储,并按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。由于智能电视在播放音频数据时能对不同外部设备的音频数据进行区分、识别,并可按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放,不会造成不同外部设备发送的音频数据在播放时出现重叠错乱的情况,能对不同外部设备发送的音频数据的播放顺序进行有效地管理,提升了用户体验。

    智能电视接收第一外部设备发送的第一音频信息及第二外部设备发送的第二音频信息,其中,所述第一音频信息中包括所述第一外部设备的标识及第一音频数据,所述第二音频信息中包括所述第二外部设备的标识及第二音频数据;
    基于所述第一外部设备的标识及所述第二外部设备的标识区分存储所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据;
    比较存储的所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据的大小,按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放;
    其中,所述智能电视先后接收所述第一外部设备发送的所述第一外部设备的标识,以及所述第一外部设备发送的第一音频数据;所述第一音频数据及第一外部设备的标识分别存储于所述第一外部设备的两个不同的缓存区。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于智能电视的音频数据播放方法,其特征在于,所述第一外部设备为移动终端,所述第二外部设备为遥控器。

    优先播放模块,用于若所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备预设有相应的播放优先级,则根据预设的所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备相应的播放优先级高低顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。

    判断模块,用于判断所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备是否预设有相应的播放优先级;
    优先播放模块,用于若所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备预设有相应的播放优先级,则根据预设的所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备相应的播放优先级高低顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的播放音频数据的智能电视,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,还用于先后接收所述第一外部设备发送的所述第一外部设备的标识,以及所述第一外部设备发送的第一音频数据;所述第一音频数据及第一外部设备的标识分别存储于所述第一外部设备的两个不同的缓存区。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的播放音频数据的智能电视,其特征在于,
    所述播放模块,还用于根据所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据的具体字符个数进行比较。
  12. 一种基于智能电视的音频数据播放系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:智能电视、第一外部设备及第二外部设备,其中,
    所述第一外部设备用于在接收到用户输入的第一音频数据时,发送第一音频信息至所述智能电视,所述第一音频信息中包括所述第一外部设备的标识及所述第一音频数据;
    所述第二外部设备用于在接收到用户输入的第二音频数据时,发送第二音频信息至所述智能电视,所述第二音频信息中包括所述第二外部设备的标识及所述第一音频数据;
    所述智能电视用于接收所述第一外部设备发送的第一音频信息及所述第二外部设备发送的第二音频信息;基于所述第一外部设备的标识及所述第二外部设备的标识区分存储所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据;比较存储的所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据的大小,按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的基于智能电视的音频数据播放系统,其特征在于,所述第一外部设备为移动终端,所述第二外部设备为遥控器;
    所述移动终端还用于接收到用户通过话筒输入的第一模拟音频时,将所述第一模拟音频进行模数转换为第一音频数据,并将所述第一音频数据及所述移动终端的标识进行对应存储;
    所述遥控器还用于接收到用户通过话筒输入的第二模拟音频时,将所述第二模拟音频进行模数转换为第二音频数据,并将所述第二音频数据及所述遥控器的标识进行对应存储。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的基于智能电视的音频数据播放系统,其特征在于,所述智能电视还用于先后接收所述第一外部设备发送的所述第一外部设备的标识,以及所述第一外部设备发送的第一音频数据;所述第一音频数据及第一外部设备的标识分别存储于所述第一外部设备的两个不同的缓存区。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的基于智能电视的音频数据播放系统,其特征在于,
    所述智能电视还用于判断所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备是否预设有相应的播放优先级;若是,则根据预设的所述第一外部设备和所述第二外部设备相应的播放优先级高低顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放;若否,则比较存储的所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据的大小,按数据由小到大的先后播放顺序对所述第一音频数据和所述第二音频数据进行播放。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的基于智能电视的音频数据播放系统,其特征在于,
    所述智能电视还用于根据所述第一音频数据和第二音频数据的具体字符个数进行比较。
