本发明提供一种推送资讯信息的方法,应用于如智能电视等智能终端。实时对当前播放的音、视频文件进行采样,将得到的标识信息转换为文本信息,并通过将该文本信息与存储的用户输入兴趣关键词进行对比判断是否一致,如一致,记录该音、视频文件;在接收到播放指令时,播放该音、视频文件,同时向用户推送与播放的音、视频文件相关的资讯信息,实现基于用户的喜好向其推送感兴趣的资讯信息。
参照图1,图1为本发明推送资讯信息的方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
本实施例所提供的推送资讯信息的方法,包括:
步骤S10,对当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息进行采样,将所采样到的标识信息转换为文本信息;
在智能终端开机运行时,后台服务会同时启动,此时,开启一个采样线程,对智能终端的音频通道中当前播放的音、视频文件进行采样,得到该音、视频文件的标识信息;本实施例中,采样得到的标识信息可以包括音、视频文件的标题,以及对音、视频文件的语音内容采样所得到的语音信号等信息,也可以为与该音、视频文件相关的其他能够对音、视频文件起到标识作用的信息。当采样得到标识信息后,如果该标识信息是非文本信息的形式,将其进行转换,即转换为对应的文本信息,以便与用户输入的兴趣关键词进行匹配。
步骤S20,判断文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词是否一致,若是,则执行步骤S21;
步骤S21,记录音、视频文件;
将采样得到标识信息转换为对应的文本信息后,将该文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词进行匹配,即判断存储的兴趣关键词中是否存在与转换后的文本信息一致的兴趣关键词,如存在,则表明该当前播放的音、视频文件是用户所感兴趣的音、视频文件,记录该音、视频文件。
步骤S30,当接收到播放音、视频文件的播放指令时,播放该音、视频文件,并推送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
当用户需要播放所记录的音、视频文件时,通过发送播放指令以指示播放该音、视频文件,在接收到播放音、视频文件的播放指令时,向用户播放记录的音、视频文件,并且在播放音、视频文件的同时,向用户推送资讯服务器所发送的与该音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。本实施例中,资讯信息至少包括与音、视频文件相关的广告信息,与音、视频文件相关的新闻资讯信息,与音、视频文件相关的股票信息等用户有可能关注的信息,在推送时,可以只推送广告信息、新闻资讯信息和股票信息中的一种,也可以同时推送其中的两个或两个以上。本实施例中,如资讯信息为股票信息时,用户可通过点击展示界面上的股票按钮,进入股票软件,并进一步查看和操作与音、视频文件相关的股票信息。
本实施例通过在智能终端开机运行时,对当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息进行采样,将所采样到的标识信息转换为文本信息;判断转换后的文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词是否一致,如一致,则记录该音、视频文件;当接收到播放音、视频文件的播放指令时,播放该音、视频文件,并同时推送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息,不仅能够基于用户的喜好向其推送除广告信息以外的其他资讯信息,同时,由于采用将采样到的标识信息转换为文本信息的方式,不会出现由于在前期人工编辑文本信息的过程中出错的现象,从而提高了资讯信息推送内容的准确性。
参照图2,图2为本发明推送资讯信息的方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明推送资讯信息的方法第一实施例的基础上,在执行上述步骤S10之前,该方法还包括:
步骤S40,监测是否接收到用户输入的兴趣关键词,若是,存储兴趣关键词。
本实施例中,在智能终端开机运行时,后台服务在开启对音频通道中当前播放的音、视频文件进行采样的采样线程的同时,还会开启一个监测线程,用于监测是否接收到用户所输入的自己感兴趣的音、视频文件的兴趣关键词。本实施例中,可以预先设置一监测时间,即以该监测时间为间隔,每间隔监测时间长短的时间段,进行一次扫描,判断用户是否输入兴趣关键词;当监测到存在用户输入的兴趣关键词时,将该兴趣关键词存储至智能终端中的存储器中,以便于根据该兴趣关键词记录并播放用户感兴趣的音、视频文件,并同时推送与该音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
在智能终端开机运行时,在开启对音频通道中当前播放的音、视频文件进行采样的采样线程的同时,开启用于监测是否接收到用户所输入的兴趣关键词的监测线程,并在监测到存在用户输入的兴趣关键词时存储该兴趣关键词,从而为基于用户的喜好向其推送除广告信息以外的其他资讯信息,以及提高资讯信息推送内容的准确性提供了基础。
参照图3,图3为本发明推送资讯信息的方法第三实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明推送资讯信息的方法第一实施例的基础上,在执行步骤S21之后,该方法还包括:
步骤S50,向资讯服务器发送推送请求,请求资讯服务器发送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
当根据存储的兴趣关键词判断出当前播放的音、视频文件是用户所感兴趣的音、视频文件,并记录了该音、视频文件后,如需获取与该音、视频文件相关的资讯信息,则智能终端向资讯服务器发送推送请求,以请求资讯服务器发送与记录的音、视频文件相关的如广告信息、新闻资讯信息以及股票信息等资讯信息。资讯服务器在接收到推送请求后,查找相应的资讯信息库,以匹配与所请求的音、视频文件相关的资讯信息,并发送至智能终端,以供智能终端接收到相关的资讯信息后,与音、视频文件一起向用户展示。
在记录了用户感兴趣的音、视频文件后,向资讯服务器发送推送请求,以请求资讯服务器发送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息如广告信息、新闻资讯信息以及股票信息等资讯信息,进一步为基于用户的喜好向其推送除广告信息以外的其他资讯信息提供了基础。
参照图4,图4为本发明推送资讯信息的方法第四实施例的流程示意图。
在本发明推送资讯信息的方法第一实施例的基础上,在执行步骤S30之前,该方法还包括:
步骤S60,提示用户是否播放记录的音、视频文件。
本实施例中,在播放记录的音、视频文件,并推送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息之前,在预设的提示时间后,向用户发送提示信息,以提示用户已经记录了其所感兴趣的音、视频文件,供用户选择是否播放该音、视频文件,该提示时间可以为用户预先设定的在记录了音、视频文件后,当达到提示时间时,则向用户发送提示信息。如用户根据提示信息选择了播放记录的音、视频文件,则向用户展示该音、视频文件以及对应的资讯信息;而如用户根据提示信息选择不播放音、视频文件,则回到采样线程继续采样音频通道中当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息。
在播放记录的音、视频文件,并推送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息之前,向用户发送提示信息以提示用户是否播放记录的音、视频文件,以根据用户的选择播放音、视频文件和相关的资讯信息,或继续采样当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息,进一步提高了基于用户喜好向其推送资讯信息的内容的准确性。
本发明还提供一种智能终端。
参照图5,图5为本发明智能终端第一实施例的结构示意图。
本实施例所提供的智能终端,包括:
采样及转换模块10,用于对当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息进行采样,将所采样到的标识信息转换为文本信息;
判断模块20,用于判断文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词是否一致;
记录模块30,用于当文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词一致时,记录音、视频文件;
播放及推送模块40,用于当接收到播放音、视频文件的播放指令时,播放该音、视频文件,并推送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
在智能终端开机运行时,后台服务会同时启动,此时,开启一个采样线程,并通过采样及转换模块10对智能终端的音频通道中当前播放的音、视频文件进行采样,得到该音、视频文件的标识信息;本实施例中,采样得到的标识信息可以包括音、视频文件的标题,以及对音、视频文件的语音内容采样所得到的语音信号等信息,也可以为与该音、视频文件相关的其他能够对音、视频文件起到标识作用的信息。当采样得到标识信息后,如果该标识信息是非文本信息的形式,采样及转换模块10将其进行转换,即转换为对应的文本信息,以便与用户输入的兴趣关键词进行匹配。
将采样得到标识信息转换为对应的文本信息后,将该文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词进行匹配,即通过判断模块20判断存储的兴趣关键词中是否存在与转换后的文本信息一致的兴趣关键词,如存在,则表明该当前播放的音、视频文件是用户所感兴趣的音、视频文件,记录模块30记录该音、视频文件。
当用户需要播放所记录的音、视频文件时,通过发送播放指令以指示播放该音、视频文件,在接收到播放音、视频文件的播放指令时,播放及推送模块40向用户播放记录的音、视频文件,并且在播放音、视频文件的同时,向用户推送资讯服务器所发送的与该音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。本实施例中,资讯信息至少包括与音、视频文件相关的广告信息,与音、视频文件相关的新闻资讯信息,与音、视频文件相关的股票信息等用户有可能关注的信息,在推送时,可以只推送广告信息、新闻资讯信息和股票信息中的一种,也可以同时推送其中的两个或两个以上。本实施例中,如资讯信息为股票信息时,用户可通过点击展示界面上的股票按钮,进入股票软件,并进一步查看和操作与音、视频文件相关的股票信息。
本实施例通过在智能终端开机运行时,对当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息进行采样,将所采样到的标识信息转换为文本信息;判断转换后的文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词是否一致,如一致,则记录该音、视频文件;当接收到播放音、视频文件的播放指令时,播放该音、视频文件,并同时推送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息,不仅能够基于用户的喜好向其推送除广告信息以外的其他资讯信息,同时,由于采用将采样到的标识信息转换为文本信息的方式,不会出现由于在前期人工编辑文本信息的过程中出错的现象,从而提高了资讯信息推送内容的准确性。
参照图6,图6为本发明智能终端第二实施例的结构示意图。
在本发明智能终端第一实施例的基础上,该智能终端还包括:
监测模块50,用于监测是否接收到用户输入的兴趣关键词;
存储模块51,用于当接收到用户输入的兴趣关键词时,存储兴趣关键词。
本实施例中,在智能终端开机运行时,后台服务在开启对音频通道中当前播放的音、视频文件进行采样的采样线程的同时,还会开启一个监测线程,即通过监测模块50监测是否接收到用户所输入的自己感兴趣的音、视频文件的兴趣关键词。本实施例中,可以预先设置一监测时间,即以该监测时间为间隔,每间隔监测时间长短的时间段,进行一次扫描,判断用户是否输入兴趣关键词;当监测到存在用户输入的兴趣关键词时,存储模块51将该兴趣关键词存储至智能终端中的存储器中,以便于根据该兴趣关键词记录并播放用户感兴趣的音、视频文件,并同时推送与该音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
在智能终端开机运行时,在开启对音频通道中当前播放的音、视频文件进行采样的采样线程的同时,开启用于监测是否接收到用户所输入的兴趣关键词的监测线程,并在监测到存在用户输入的兴趣关键词时存储该兴趣关键词,从而为基于用户的喜好向其推送除广告信息以外的其他资讯信息,以及提高资讯信息推送内容的准确性提供了基础。
参照图7,图7为本发明智能终端第三实施例的结构示意图。
在本发明智能终端第一实施例的基础上,该智能终端还包括:
请求发送模块60,用于向资讯服务器发送推送请求,请求资讯服务器发送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
当根据存储的兴趣关键词判断出当前播放的音、视频文件是用户所感兴趣的音、视频文件,并记录了该音、视频文件后,如需获取与该音、视频文件相关的资讯信息,则请求发送模块60智能终端向资讯服务器发送推送请求,以请求资讯服务器发送与记录的音、视频文件相关的如广告信息、新闻资讯信息以及股票信息等资讯信息。资讯服务器在接收到推送请求后,查找相应的资讯信息库,以匹配与所请求的音、视频文件相关的资讯信息,并发送至智能终端,以供智能终端接收到相关的资讯信息后,与音、视频文件一起向用户展示。
在记录了用户感兴趣的音、视频文件后,向资讯服务器发送推送请求,以请求资讯服务器发送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息如广告信息、新闻资讯信息以及股票信息等资讯信息,进一步为基于用户的喜好向其推送除广告信息以外的其他资讯信息提供了基础。
参照图8,图8为本发明智能终端第四实施例的结构示意图。
在本发明智能终端第一实施例的基础上,该智能终端还包括:
提示模块70,用于提示用户是否播放记录的音、视频文件。
本实施例中,在播放记录的音、视频文件,并推送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息之前,在预设的提示时间后,提示模块70向用户发送提示信息,以提示用户已经记录了其所感兴趣的音、视频文件,供用户选择是否播放该音、视频文件,该提示时间可以为用户预先设定的在记录了音、视频文件后,当达到提示时间时,则向用户发送提示信息。如用户根据提示信息选择了播放记录的音、视频文件,则向用户展示该音、视频文件以及对应的资讯信息;而如用户根据提示信息选择不播放音、视频文件,则回到采样线程继续采样音频通道中当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息。
在播放记录的音、视频文件,并推送与音、视频文件相关的资讯信息之前,向用户发送提示信息以提示用户是否播放记录的音、视频文件,以根据用户的选择播放音、视频文件和相关的资讯信息,或继续采样当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息,进一步提高了基于用户喜好向其推送资讯信息的内容的准确性。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种推送资讯信息的方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    对当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息进行采样,将所采样到的所述标识信息转换为文本信息;
    判断所述文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词是否一致,若是,记录所述音、视频文件;
    当接收到播放所述音、视频文件的播放指令时,播放该音、视频文件,并推送与所述音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的推送资讯信息的方法,其特征在于,在所述对当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息进行采样的步骤之前,还包括步骤:
    监测是否接收到用户输入的兴趣关键词,若是,存储所述兴趣关键词。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的推送资讯信息的方法,其特征在于,所述标识信息包括:音、视频文件的标题,和/或对音、视频文件的内容采样所得到的语音信号;所述资讯信息包括:与音、视频文件相关的广告信息,和/或与音、视频文件相关的新闻资讯信息,和/或与音、视频文件相关的股票信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的推送资讯信息的方法,其特征在于,在所述对当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息进行采样的步骤之前,还包括步骤:
    监测是否接收到用户输入的兴趣关键词,若是,存储所述兴趣关键词。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的推送资讯信息的方法,其特征在于,在所述判断所述文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词是否一致,若是,记录所述音、视频文件的步骤之后,还包括步骤:
    向资讯服务器发送推送请求,请求资讯服务器发送与所述音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的推送资讯信息的方法,其特征在于,在所述判断所述文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词是否一致,若是,记录所述音、视频文件的步骤之后,还包括步骤:
    向资讯服务器发送推送请求,请求资讯服务器发送与所述音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的推送资讯信息的方法,其特征在于,在所述当接收到播放所述音、视频文件的播放指令时,播放该音、视频文件,并推送与所述音、视频文件相关的资讯信息的步骤之前,还包括步骤:
    提示用户是否播放记录的所述音、视频文件。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的推送资讯信息的方法,其特征在于,在所述当接收到播放所述音、视频文件的播放指令时,播放该音、视频文件,并推送与所述音、视频文件相关的资讯信息的步骤之前,还包括步骤:
    提示用户是否播放记录的所述音、视频文件。
  9. 一种智能终端,其特征在于,包括:
    采样及转换模块,用于对当前播放的音、视频文件的标识信息进行采样,将所采样到的所述标识信息转换为文本信息;
    判断模块,用于判断所述文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词是否一致;
    记录模块,用于当所述文本信息与存储的用户输入的兴趣关键词一致时,记录所述音、视频文件;
    播放及推送模块,用于当接收到播放所述音、视频文件的播放指令时,播放该音、视频文件,并推送与所述音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    监测模块,用于监测是否接收到用户输入的兴趣关键词;
    存储模块,用于当接收到用户输入的兴趣关键词时,存储所述兴趣关键词。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述标识信息包括:音、视频文件的标题,和/或对音、视频文件的内容采样所得到的语音信号;所述资讯信息包括:与音、视频文件相关的广告信息,和/或与音、视频文件相关的新闻资讯信息,和/或与音、视频文件相关的股票信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的智能终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    监测模块,用于监测是否接收到用户输入的兴趣关键词;
    存储模块,用于当接收到用户输入的兴趣关键词时,存储所述兴趣关键词。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    请求发送模块,用于向资讯服务器发送推送请求,请求资讯服务器发送与所述音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的智能终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    请求发送模块,用于向资讯服务器发送推送请求,请求资讯服务器发送与所述音、视频文件相关的资讯信息。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示模块,用于提示用户是否播放记录的所述音、视频文件。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的智能终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示模块,用于提示用户是否播放记录的所述音、视频文件。
