本发明公开了一种设备控制方法,包括以下步骤:在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号;根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效;在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。本发明还公开了一种设备控制装置以及计算机可读存储介质。本发明首先确定用户身份的有效性,并在用户身份有效时,根据用户身份确定控制指令的有效性,这样,实现了特定用户对智能家居设备的控制,提高了智能家居设备的使用安全性。

本发明涉及智能家居技术领域,尤其涉及一种设备控制方法、装置以及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
随着社会的快速发展,人们对家居的理念也不断更新,智能家居作为现代化家居的发展方向之一,受到人们的广泛关注。近几年,由于语音识别技术和手势识别技术的便利性,广泛应用于智能家居设备,比如通过语音识别技术或者手势识别技术调节空调器。目前,语音识别技术和手势识别技术的能够识别出大多数人的控制指令,具有普适性和准确率,但是智能家居设备的使用者往往是特定的几个人,比如家庭成员、办公室成员等,如果外来成员随意控制家居设备,也降低了家居设备的使用安全性。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种设备控制方法、装置以及计算机可读存储介质,旨在实现特定用户对智能家居设备的控制,提高智能家居设备的使用安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种设备控制方法,所述设备控制方法包括以下步骤:
在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号;
根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效;
在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。

判断所述身份信息是否有效,其中,在所述身份信息有效时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。

本发明提供的设备控制方法、装置以及计算机可读存储介质,首先,在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号,然后,根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效,最后,在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。这样,实现了特定用户对智能家居设备的控制,提高了智能家居设备的使用安全性。

本发明提供一种设备控制方法,首先确定用户身份的有效性,并在用户身份有效时,根据用户身份确定控制指令的有效性,这样,实现了特定用户对智能家居设备的控制,提高了智能家居设备的使用安全性。
如图1所示,图1是本发明实施例方案涉及的终端的硬件运行环境示意图。
本发明实施例终端可以是控制中心,也可以是服务器,其中,所述控制中心与网络连接。
如图1所示,该终端可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的终端的结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及设备控制程序。
在图1所示的终端中,网络接口1004主要用于连接后台服务器,与后台服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端(用户端),与客户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的设备控制程序,并执行以下操作:
在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号;
根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效;
在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。

参照图2,在一实施例中,所述设备控制方法包括:
步骤S10、在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号;
本实施例中,控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号,即通过语音信号或者手势信号,获取用户的身份信息。
在通过语音信号获取用户的身份信息时,语音信号由设备上的麦克风采集。在采集到用户的语音信号时,对语音信号进行解析,得到语音信号的特征值,其中,特征值可以是音色、振幅和频率。音色是指声音的感觉特性,不同的发声体由于材料、结构不同,发出声音的音色也不同;发声体振动的振幅决定响度的大小;发声体振动的频率决定音调的高低。将得到的特征值与预设存储中同一类别的特征值进行比较,在至少一个特征值与预设存储中的特征值匹配时,确认用户的身份信息。具体地,设备实时采集用户的语音信号,根据采集的语音信号,确认各个用户的身份信息。比如,在一个房间内有多人时,通过语音信号确认某个用户是家庭成员,某个用户是陌生人。其中,在家庭成员中也可以有不同的身份等级,比如,父亲的身份等级高于儿子的身份等级。需要说明的是,家庭成员提前向智能家居设备录入语音信号,以在智能家居设备进行识别时,将接收的语音信号的特征值与预设存储中的语音信号的特征值进行对比,并且每间隔预设时间提醒用户是否更新预设存储中的语音信号,以保证识别的准确性,其中,预设时间可以是一个月,本发明不做具体限定。预设存储中的语音信号的特征值是以初始录入的语音信号的特征值为基准,同时存在一个上下浮动的范围,在满足这个范围时,即确认用户身份。
在通过手势信号获取用户的身份信息时,手势信号由设备上的红外检测装置进行采集。在采集到用户的手势信号时,对手势信号进行解析,得到手势信号的特征值,其中,特征值可以是速度和幅度。不同用户的手势是有差别的。比如在做同一个手势动作时,有的用户手势速度比较快,而有的用户手势速度比较慢,有的用户手势幅度比较大,有的用户手势幅度比较小,这是由于用户习惯造成的差异,因此可以根据手势幅度和速度差异确认用户身份。具体地,利用红外检测装置采集手势信号的步骤是:采集手势信号的红外反射信号,其中,获取红外反射信号的强度值曲线中相邻两个波峰对应的时间,计算两个时间的差值,得到的差值即反应手势幅度的大小,差值越大,手势幅度越大;获取红外反射信号的强度值曲线中上升曲线段中的最大信号强度值和最小信号强度值对应的时间,计算两个时间的差值,得到的差值即反应手势速度的大小,差值越大,手势速度越小。将得到的手势信号的特征值与预设存储中同一类别的特征值进行比较,在至少一个特征值与预设存储中的特征值匹配时,确认用户的身份信息。具体地,智能家居设备实时采集用户的手势信号,根据采集的手势信号,确认各个用户的身份信息。比如,在一个房间内有多人时,通过手势信号确认某个用户是家庭成员,某个用户是陌生人。其中,在家庭成员中也可以有不同的身份等级,比如,父亲的身份等级高于儿子的身份等级。需要说明的是,家庭成员提前在智能家居设备中录入手势信号,以在智能家居设备进行识别时,将接收到的手势信号的特征值与预设存储中的手势信号的特征值进行对比,并且每间隔预设时间提醒用户是否更新预设存储中的手势信号,以保证识别的准确性,其中,预设时间可以是一个月,本发明不做具体限定。由于手势信号的特征值只是一个大体范围,或多或少会存在一些误差,为了提高用户的识别率,以初始录入的手势信号的特征值为基准,同时存在一个上下浮动的范围,在满足这个范围时,即确认用户身份。
需要说明的是,也可以结合语音信号与手势信号来确认用户的身份信息,比如,通过语音信号确认身份信息S1,通过手势信号确认身份信息S2,在身份信息S1与身份信息S2一致时,确认用户的身份信息。结合语音信号与手势信号确认用户身份,能够进一步提高用户身份的识别准确性。比如,在在一个房间内有多人时,通过麦克风采集某个人的语音信号,同时通过红外检测装置采集同一个人的手势信号,在两者识别的用户身份为同一家庭成员时,即确认了用户的身份信息。
步骤S20、根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效;
本实施例中,首先要确定身份信息是否有效,在身份信息有效的情况下,确定控制指令是否有效。比如,在一个房间内有多人时,通过语音信号或者手势信号确认某个用户是家庭成员,某个用户是陌生人,那么家庭成员就是有效身份,陌生人就不是有效身份。这样,在发出控制信号的用户是有效身份时,该指令即有效,在发出控制信号的用户不是有效身份时,该指令即无效。
步骤S30、在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。
本实施例中,在确认了用户身份信息的有效性,并确认了控制指令的有效性时,即控制相应的设备执行控制指令。比如家庭成员中的父亲发出调整空调器温度的指令,首先,家庭成员中的父亲这一身份信息是有效的,并且,这一身份信息有权限调整空调器温度,即控制指令也是有效的,那么空调器执行调整温度的指令。
在本实施例中,首先,在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号,然后,根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效,最后,在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。这样,首先确定用户身份的有效性,并在用户身份有效时,根据用户身份确定控制指令的有效性,这样,实现了特定用户对智能家居设备的控制,提高了智能家居设备的使用安全性。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,在上述图2所示的实施例基础上,所述根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效的步骤包括:
步骤S21、判断所述身份信息是否有效,其中,在所述身份信息有效时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。
本实施例中,首先要确定身份信息是否有效,在身份信息有效的情况下,确定控制指令是否有效。比如,在一个房间内有多人时,通过语音信号或者手势信号确认某个用户是家庭成员,某个用户是陌生人,那么家庭成员就是有效身份,陌生人就不是有效身份,那么家庭成员发出的指令就是有效指令。需要说明的是,家庭成员的指令存在权限。比如家庭成员中的小孩子发出调整空调器温度的指令,但是小孩子没有发出这个指令的权限,那么这个指令虽然是有效的,但是被限制执行。
需要说明的是,在用户的身份信息无效时,如果该用户仍多次发送控制指令,这时可以向预设的手机号码发送信息,以告知身份信息有效的用户。身份信息有效的用户可以设置将该用户的身份信息保存至预设存储中,也可以设置该用户的身份信息为黑名单用户。需要说明的是,黑名单用户的所有控制指令均不予执行。
需要说明的是,比如,在用户使用手势验证身份信息时,在验证次数达到预设次数时,比如三次,输出是否更换验证方式的提示信息,或者,该用户可以选择使用手机进行验证,向预设的手机号码发送验证信息,用户在返回确认信息指令时,确定该用户的身份信息。其中,返回确认信息指令的方式可以是用户在设备的显示屏上手动输入验证码,也可以是用户使用手机直接返回确认信息给设备。
需要说明的是,在根据用户的身份信息确定某一控制指令无效时,如果该用户仍多次发送该控制指令,在该用户发送该控制指令到达预设次数时,比如三次,在预设时间段内,不再响应该用户发送的该控制指令,其中,预设时间段可以是三十分钟。
本实施例中,判断所述身份信息是否有效,其中,在所述身份信息有效时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。这样,首先确定用户身份的有效性,并在用户身份有效时,根据用户身份确定控制指令的有效性,这样,实现了特定用户对智能家居设备的控制,提高了智能家居设备的使用安全性。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,在上述图3所示的实施例基础上,所述判断所述身份信息是否有效的步骤包括:
步骤S210、将所述身份信息与预存的身份信息进行比对;
步骤S211、判断所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息是否匹配,其中,在所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息匹配时,所述身份信息有效。
本实施例中,将身份信息与预存的身份信息进行比对的方式是:在通过语音信号确定用户身份时,对语音信号进行解析,得到语音信号的特征值,其中,特征值可以是音色、振幅和频率,将得到的特征值与预设存储中同一类别的特征值进行比较,在至少一个特征值与预设存储中的特征值匹配时,确认用户的身份信息有效;在通过手势信号确定用户身份时,对手势信号进行解析,得到手势信号的特征值,其中,特征值可以是速度和幅度,将得到的手势信号的特征值与预设存储中同一类别的特征值进行比较,在至少一个特征值与预设存储中的特征值匹配时,确认用户的身份信息有效。
需要说明的是,家庭成员等用户提前向智能家居设备录入语音信号或者手势信号,以在智能家居设备进行识别时,将接收的语音信号或者手势信号的特征值与预设存储中的语音信号或者手势信号的特征值进行对比。在身份信息与预存的身份信息匹配时,即身份信息有效。需要说明的是,每间隔预设时间提醒用户是否更新预设存储中的语音或者手势信号,以保证识别的准确性,其中,预设时间可以是一个月,本发明不做具体限定。
在本实施例中,首先,将所述身份信息与预存的身份信息进行比对,然后,判断所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息是否匹配,其中,在所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息匹配时,所述身份信息有效。这样,通过与预设存储中的身份信息进行比对,确定了用户身份的有效性。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,在上述图2所示的实施例基础上,所述根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效的步骤包括:
步骤S22、获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合;
步骤S23、判断所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否与所述指令集合中的控制指令匹配,其中,在匹配时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。
本实施例中,家庭成员在录入身份信息的同时,录入了与身份信息相关联的指令。这些指令可以是一些关键词,也可以是一些手势图形,这些关键词与手势图形均关联控制指令。
在接收到控制信号时,首先对控制信号进行拆分,得到确认身份信息的控制信号和得到控制指令的控制信号。其中,在通过语音信号获取指令的步骤包括:对语音信号进行解析,得到语音识别结果,提取语音识别结果中的关键词,判断预设存储中是否有与关键词匹配的控制指令,在预设存储中有与关键词匹配的控制指令时,控制设备根据控制指令运行。比如,当用户发出“将空调器的温度设置为28℃”时,“空调器”、“温度”、“28℃”这三个词汇就是关键词。预设存储中存在语音存储模块,语音存储模块中存储有至少一个预设语音关键词,该预设语音关键词为语音关键词以及该语音关键词对应的指令。语音对比模块将提取的语音关键词与预设语音关键词逐一进行比对,在语音关键词与预设语音关键词匹配时,将比对结果发送至语音响应模块,语音响应模块获取预设语音关键词对应的指令,控制设备根据指令进行响应。
在通过手势信号获取指令的步骤包括:对手势信号进行解析,得到手势识别结果,提取手势识别结果中的手势图形,判断预设存储中是否有与手势图形匹配的控制指令,在预设存储中有与手势图形匹配的控制指令时,控制设备根据控制指令运行。手势对比模块将采集的手势图形与预设手势图形逐一进行比对,在手势图形与预设手势图形匹配时,将比对结果发送至手势响应模块,手势响应模块获取预设手势图形对应的指令,控制设备根据指令进行响应。
在本实施例中,首先,获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合,然后,判断所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否与所述指令集合中的控制指令匹配,其中,在匹配时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。这样,通过身份信息判断控制指令的有效性,确定了控制指令的有效性。
在一实施例中,如图6所示,在上述图5所示的实施例基础上,所述获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合之前还包括:
步骤S24、判断所述身份信息是否有效;
步骤S25、在所述身份信息有效时,执行所述获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合的步骤。
本实施例中,获取身份信息对应的指令集合的前提是身份信息有效。
在本实施例中,首先,提取所述语音数据的关键词,然后,判断所述预设存储中是否有与所述关键词匹配的指令,最后,在所述预设存储中有与所述关键词匹配的指令时,控制所述设备根据所述指令运行。这样,在身份信息有效的前提下,对控制指令进行匹配,保证了控制指令的有效性。
在一实施例中,如图7所示,在上述图2至图6所示的实施例基础上,所述确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效之后还包括:
步骤S40、在所述控制信号对应的控制指令无效时,输出验证信息以对用户进行验证;
步骤S50、在验证通过时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。
本实施例中,家庭成员可以预设验证信息,以在用户的身份信息无效时,也可以通过家庭成员的授权对设备进行控制。比如,家庭成员可以预设验证信息为关键词“验证开启”,客人到家中做客时,可以使用关键词“验证开启”加控制指令来控制设备。
在本实施例中,首先,在所述控制信号对应的控制指令无效时,输出验证信息以对用户进行验证,然后,在验证通过时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。这样,通过设置验证信息,以授权身份信息无效的用户控制设备。
在一实施例中,如图8所示,在上述图2至图7所示的实施例基础上,所述获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息的步骤包括:
步骤S101、在接收到所述控制信号时,获取所述控制信号的识别结果;
步骤S102、提取所述识别结果中的所述身份信息。
本实施例中,控制信号可以是语音信号或者手势信号。在通过语音信号获取指令的步骤包括:对语音信号进行解析,得到语音识别结果,提取语音识别结果中的关键词,判断预设存储中是否有与关键词匹配的控制指令,在预设存储中有与关键词匹配的控制指令时,控制设备根据控制指令运行。在通过手势信号获取指令的步骤包括:对手势信号进行解析,得到手势识别结果,提取手势识别结果中的手势图形,判断预设存储中是否有与手势图形匹配的控制指令,在预设存储中有与手势图形匹配的控制指令时,控制设备根据控制指令运行。
在本实施例中,首先,在接收到所述控制信号时,获取所述控制信号的识别结果,然后,提取所述识别结果中的所述身份信息。这样,通过解析控制信号,准确、快速地确认身份信息。
本发明还提供一种设备控制装置,所述设备控制装置包括:设备控制程序,其中,所述设备控制程序配置为实现如下操作:
在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号;
根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效;
在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。

将所述身份信息与预存的身份信息进行比对;
判断所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息是否匹配,其中,在所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息匹配时,所述身份信息有效。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序配置还为实现如下操作:
获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合;
判断所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否与所述指令集合中的控制指令匹配,其中,在匹配时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序配置还为实现如下操作:
判断所述身份信息是否有效;
在所述身份信息有效时,执行所述获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合的步骤。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序配置还为实现如下操作:
在所述控制信号对应的控制指令无效时,输出验证信息以对用户进行验证;
在验证通过时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序配置还为实现如下操作:
在接收到所述控制信号时,获取所述控制信号的识别结果;
提取所述识别结果中的所述身份信息。
本发明提供的设备控制装置,首先,在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号,然后,根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效,最后,在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。这样,首先确定用户身份的有效性,并在用户身份有效时,根据用户身份确定控制指令的有效性,这样,实现了特定用户对智能家居设备的控制,提高了智能家居设备的使用安全性。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有设备控制程序,所述设备控制程序被处理器执行实现如下操作:
在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号;
根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效;
在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
判断所述身份信息是否有效,其中,在所述身份信息有效时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
将所述身份信息与预存的身份信息进行比对;
判断所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息是否匹配,其中,在所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息匹配时,所述身份信息有效。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合;
判断所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否与所述指令集合中的控制指令匹配,其中,在匹配时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
判断所述身份信息是否有效;
在所述身份信息有效时,执行所述获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合的步骤。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在所述控制信号对应的控制指令无效时,输出验证信息以对用户进行验证;
在验证通过时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。
进一步地,所述设备控制程序被处理器执行时还实现如下操作:
在接收到所述控制信号时,获取所述控制信号的识别结果;
提取所述识别结果中的所述身份信息。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是电视机,手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述设备控制方法包括以下步骤:
    在接收到控制信号时,获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息,所述控制信号包括语音信号或手势信号;
    根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效;
    在所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效的步骤包括:
    判断所述身份信息是否有效,其中,在所述身份信息有效时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效的步骤包括:
    判断所述身份信息是否有效,其中,在所述身份信息无效时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令无效。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述身份信息是否有效的步骤包括:
    将所述身份信息与预存的身份信息进行比对;
    判断所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息是否匹配,其中,在所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息匹配时,所述身份信息有效。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述身份信息是否有效的步骤包括:
    将所述身份信息与预存的身份信息进行比对;
    判断所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息是否匹配,其中,在所述身份信息与所述预存的身份信息不匹配时,所述身份信息无效。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效的步骤包括:
    获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合;
    判断所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否与所述指令集合中的控制指令匹配,其中,在匹配时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份信息确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效的步骤包括:
    获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合;
    判断所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否与所述指令集合中的控制指令匹配,其中,在不匹配时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令无效。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合之前还包括:
    判断所述身份信息是否有效;
    在所述身份信息有效时,执行所述获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合的步骤。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合之前还包括:
    判断所述身份信息是否有效;
    在所述身份信息有效时,获取所述身份信息对应的指令集合;
    判断所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否与所述指令集合中的控制指令匹配,其中,在匹配时,所述控制信号对应的控制指令有效。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效之后还包括:
    在所述控制信号对应的控制指令无效时,输出验证信息以对用户进行验证;
    在验证通过时,控制所述控制信号对应的设备执行所述控制指令。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述控制信号对应的控制指令是否有效之后还包括:
    在所述控制信号对应的控制指令无效时,输出验证信息以对用户进行验证;
    在验证不通过时,不响应所述控制指令。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息的步骤包括:
    在接收到所述控制信号时,获取所述控制信号的识别结果;
    提取所述识别结果中的所述身份信息。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息的步骤包括:
    在接收到所述语音信号时,获取所述语音信号的识别结果;
    提取所述语音信号的识别结果中的所述身份信息。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述获取触发所述控制信号的用户的身份信息的步骤包括:
    在接收到所述手势信号时,获取所述手势信号的识别结果;
    提取所述手势信号的识别结果中的所述身份信息。
  15. 一种设备控制装置,其特征在于,所述设备控制装置包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的设备控制程序,所述设备控制程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的设备控制方法的步骤。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有设备控制程序,所述设备控制程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至14中任一项所述的设备控制方法的步骤。
